Liverpool want to sign Barcelona's French forward Ousmane Dembele, 23, as a replacement for Senegal international Sadio Mane. Dembele for Mane, very interesting exchange, what do you think?  I think Mane is not really likely to leave. If anyone from the front 3 will, I feel it will be Salah - Liverpool will only sell for big money and I don't feel like there's a huge offer coming for Mane after the season he's having. Dembele is a player Liverpool has been tracking for a while now, but although technically brilliant, he's simply not interested in football at this point. He is the kind of player that will stay up late and miss training practice because he was playing Fifa - not the type of player that Klopp can work with. Mane is a great player defensively as well so I am certain Klopp will want to keep him - especially now that we have Jota that can easily step in if somebody is out of form. I also think that Liverpool won't sell Mane this summer. There is a huge drop in his performance this season. I don't think there are many clubs which would be willing to splurge on him. |

Fulham needs a win today to keep their hopes of staying in the league alive.
Brighton is playing United away so will probably lose, but Fulham is running out of time to catch up. If they lose today, they will have 5 games left to close a 7-point gap, which sounds almost impossible.
Considering they are playing Arsenal, over 2,5 goals sounds like a good bet to take. Fulham will probably try to play a tight and defensive game, but if Arsenal scores they will have to hunt the game down.
Arsenal have still a chance for the 5th spot even if there is a 9-point gap. So, I suppose they will try their best in the remaining games including this one. Fulham's chances also exist for staying in the PL. I expect a delightful game. I think both sides will score. And Arsenal will be victorious by 1 goal. |

I agree there is no other choice but must win against Saint-Etienne, in order to reduce the difference in points with Lille. If PSG fails to win 3 points against Saint-Etienne it will make Lille further away and can make the morale of PSG players go down. So PSG do have to win if they are serious about defending the Ligue 1 trophy, should see the difference in the quality of the players, PSG can beat Saint-Etienne easily. But in football nothing is impossible, so PSG have to be careful. This is a golden opportunity for PSG but we know that sometimes big teams lose to smaller teams very unexpectedly. St. Etienne are at a safe place in the league table actually. So, I guess there will not be much problem for PSG. Yeah I assume the same. PSG shouldn't lose any point from now on it they would like to keep the title for them this season. St-Etienne isn't mission hard and Lille draw was unexpected and a nice offer to PSG. The next game of Lille is vs Lyon, a quite hard one with a risk of dropping points, so PSG shouldn't really miss this opportunity! I agree. Let's say PSG won this. Their next game is vs Metz while Lille are gonna be playing away vs Lyon. PSG could even take the lead after that week. |

After PSG was able to beat Bayern, I became sympathetic to the club! It's not for nothing that they played in last year's finals and managed to reach the semifinals this year... I will bet on the victory of PSG and I do not see a strong opponent in Man City... And also in my opinion Real Madrid and Zidane deserve the championship! One thing is certain that PSG-City will be a very tough draw. As I said before, I see City being the favourite in this. But there is no big difference between both teams. Wolves defeated Sheffield Utd 1-0 and now it is official that Sheffield are out of the league. They have been really terrible this season and they didn't deserve to stay in this league.
This became the first team officially relegated. From the quality of the players I think Sheffield United deserved to be kicked out. They don't seem to have enough funds to bring in 1 or 2 good players. In addition, it seems that Fulham and West Brom are the teams that will accompany Sheffield United to the second division if they are unable to win in the next match. How about your guess? He's a good coach, but always during important matches he starts to think up something and eventually confuses the team. This often affects the results of the game. I am sure that the latest failures of the team in The Premier League and yesterday's cup match against Chelsea are precisely the consequences of his experiments. You could be right maybe but I assume he won't be doing any experiments against PSG in the semi finals. He will have their main lineup and tactic prepared for both games. And their chance of advancing to the final is higher than PSG, I think. |

Congratulations to all Barca fans here! Well deserved win, honestly, it was difficult to expect 4:0 win tonight. Maybe final score don't reflect it, but it wasn't that easy for Barca to beat Bilbao defense, we struggled in the 1st half. But I don't know what Athletic tried to achieve by playing such football, they just parked buss tonight. Yes, such ugly defensive football worked well in Supercopa final few months ago, but it's difficult to expect that you can beat Barca in such way twice.
Messi got MVP award, but I think real MVP was De Jong.
Athletic got unique achievement - they lost 2 Copa del Rey finals just in 2 weeks. I'm Barca fan, but it was kinda sad to see how Munian, Williams or Villalibre reacted to this loss.
It was really a well-deserved win for Barcelona for sure. Messi was on one of his best days and scored 2 goals in this match. A. Bilbao got only one shot on target and they had a really poor performance. Congrats to Barcelona for winning the cup! Messi was definitely in a good mood. He's done everything he can this season for his team so far. He scored 31 goals and made 13 assists in 40 official matches. He is like an irrevocable player for Barcelona. And if he leaves the team this summer, Barcelona should definitely have a Plan B. Yes, I agree with you on that. Messi is the most important player for Barcelona now, noone can deny that. The club is doing their best to keep him for more years but he hasn't made a statement about what he will do yet. |

Today we have two very interesting matches in Serie A: Atalanta BC - Juventus FC and SSC Napoli - Inter Milan. In both matches it is difficult to indicate the favorite. Atalanta and Juventus are impressive on the offensive, so I bet over 2.5 goals. In the second match I will bet on the victory of the hosts. It is true that Inter has been winning all games lately, but their styles are not impressive.
I think we will see both clubs scoring in the Atalanta - Juventus match. Even if Ronaldo plays in this match, I still will be thinking that Atalanta won't be the losing side. Juventus couldn't defeat them home and I don't expect them to be the winner even in an away match. As for Napoli-Inter, this will be a very tough match for Inter. The opponent is too strong for them. Yeah, it's almost over. Leipzig did their best against Hoffenheim yesterday but they were terrible at finding the target - 2 in 14 shots. In the last minute, Poulsen scored one but it was cancelled by VAR decision due to a handball. And today, Bayern fought really hard against Wolfsburg in that tough away game and managed to be the victor, 3-2. There are only 5 weeks and things are too hard for Leipzig to close the 7-point gap with Bayern. I agree with you. Leipzig missed their biggest chance to be able to become the champions. And I don't expect them to close the gap in just 5 weeks from now on. Bayern are fully focused on the league title now as they were eliminated from the Champions League. They wouldn't like to do simple mistakes anymore. |

It could be exactly this public perception that Chelsea has no chance which in the end gives them the edge. They are very strong defensively, could definitely keep it 0:0 till late game and then score the lucky punch.

Chelsea were a much stronger team back then, they had elite players all over the pitch. Now not so much in my opinion. I think the champion will come from the other semi final, Man City or PSG. So what now? Chelsea just beat Manchester City in the FA Cup. In my opinion that is quite huge. Chelsea plays so well in the defense right now, one goal is enough for them to bring it home. I agree they are no favorite for the Champions League title, but.... ... nothing is impossible!  Exactly! Nothing is impossible in football. Maybe so many people will see them as having the least chance to win the Champions League title. But they can do a great job and surprise everyone. |

As was expected, Hans Flick announces his departure from Bayern Munich at the end of the season after talking to German television today.

In my opinion RB Leipzig manager Julian Nagelsmann will be the Head of the potential list followed by Allegri and maybe Jurgen Klopp is he decides that Liverpool is not his place anymore.
I think it is quite likely for us to see Nagelsmann becoming the new manager. Klopp also would be a very good choice if he decides to leave Liverpool. I think he is also a great manager and he's done great things at Liverpool too despite having a bad season now. |
