2621  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUDS started against Bitcoin as asusual on: December 19, 2021, 10:50:18 PM
FUD is nothing new to the game of cryptocurrencies as far as am concerned! By the way I thought spreading fud is a strategy that is used by other players of the markets to force a sell from any weak hands , so that these guys grow their bag...its all part of the game.

And this FUD is not only experienced with cryptos you get to see it alot with fiat too.
And yes, but they are likely less effective now. I don't see the market showing there is a panic selling happening as per to see that it never drops so badly, it even just stay high.
FUDS and fakes news spread on social media can never be stopped but can be ignored. But of course, we also have to prepare as never know what gonna happen. And to keep our mind positive, these things have no more influence on us, maybe into newbies and doubtful people but not us who have the fate.
2622  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to buy alts at the right time? on: December 19, 2021, 10:17:21 PM
I try to follow the news about the listing of promising coins on different exchanges, this is almost a 100% chance that after listing the coin will take off, it has been proven more than once from my own experience. For example, now I have bought coins for a budger and nwc, which will soon have a listing on huge exchange. I am sure that the price of these coins will rise immediately.
What do you think of this strategy? How do you define a buy zone for yourself?
That's a good stuff for you. Updating yourself with the most uptodate news from different sources could help you to analyze even better to choose what coins do you invest next. Stuff like influencers tweets, bad news from exchange etc. That's why other than reading charts, stuff like news from medias could help you really that much(for example Elon's tweet way back then).
if you are into social media always that might you know everything new but just like us who have limited time (maybe OP as well) is somewhat hard. Well, of course, that is very helpful in the sense that these platforms have a huge impact on the market. But this is not all the way for us to know when exactly the right time to buy/invests because, for me, I bought coins when I was confident enough that the price will move higher after buying during the dip.
2623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Gary Russell vs Mark Magsayo WBC Featherweight Title on: December 19, 2021, 12:52:32 PM
However that wont be easy knowing that Russell has an incredible speed and accurate power punches. Magsayo needs to train harder and improve his defense skills I can see that his lacking on it.

No easy roads, specially champion vs champion fight and only one is going to win here. So he better be prepared 110% and do his best to win in the end.

Is Mark Magsayo also a champion?

I think he is just a challenger in this particular weight class or division and he is here to try to steal the belt of Gary Russell.
He is our pride, but to be honest, you are right that his lack of defense, and he always suffer his first defeat in his last fight if he was not able to KO his opponent.
2624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley 2 - December 18 on: December 19, 2021, 12:30:45 PM
Many people in social media say that this was a fake fight. Woodley wasnt as active as usually, he intentionally moved left arm down and ate that heavy punch. With all respect, Jake improved his boxing. That was a clean and nice punch. He moved back and landed a pefrect quick overhand. Many thought that Tommy Fury would easily beat Jake. But with boxing like that, Tommy would be in trouble.

It's hard to fake that kind of punch when a boxer is hit and he goes facedown he is seriously hurt, if this is scripted Woodley could opt to go down in a different way, not facedown, this fight is real you can see the blood in Jake Paul's face and the way he delivers the punch, there's to much weight on that punch only a sucker who will accept that kind of punch just to stage a fight.
People thinking that the fight is scripted is only based on their speculation, it doesn't mean that the fight is clean because we see some blood.
How about the Wrestling match? we can also see some blood and we all know it's scripted.

he should fight a professional boxer from now on he can succeed as a professional boxer.
Why would he do that when he is a celebrity in exhibition fights and he can make easy money?
2625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Gary Russell vs Mark Magsayo WBC Featherweight Title on: December 18, 2021, 08:56:12 PM
He should be inspired, not getting distracted because this is a big opportunity for him to be a champion. This kind of opportunity does not happen everyday, it will only be given to a boxer who is in the top list to be a challenger against the champion, and that means he work hard to reach that level, so he should not waste this opportunity, the key here is "train hard".
^ I don't think how hard he will need to spend in training before Magsayo can defeat Russell, I saw nothing but far if we compare Magsayo and Russell.
Russell has strong odds here and it is probably in the final placing bet Magsayo becomes an underdog on this match.
However, I am technically predicting that Magsayo cannot be able to win on this fight with Russell, another insight is about the age which is in the age stage Russell is that there are heavy punches that could be out.
On this match, Magsayo is the underdog since he is the challenger here and of course Russell will do everything to protect that so expect that this is not an easy match for Magsayo and this might be his first loss. Well, we all have reasons and different insights, but for me Magsayo have the chance here to win, he just need to do the right things.

Gary Rusell is good but he is not undefeated though, he lose against Loma last June 21, 2014, so he also has some weakness where Magsayo's team has to explore as that's the only way to beat Russell. Magsayo's camp that Russell is not an easy opponent, so they'll do everything to have a good chance of upsetting the champion. 31 wins with 18 KO, not so power puncher for me.
2626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 18, 2021, 08:28:09 PM
Back to commenting on this topic... yes, LeBron James for his age, he's still very athletic! I believe he is one of the most well-arounded players the NBA has ever had.
Depending on the situation and your athleticism, I share with you that LeBron James will be able to play after 40 years.
If someone told me ten or twenty years ago, a player can be this active at the age of 36 while arguably being the most effective player in the league and it looks like he might be able to play at least 4-5 years, I might not believe that at all. Even though I don't personally like him so much, he is still at this age a franchise player who can get a championship in any team he might go. Of course he is no Jordan and at this era of NBA we can never have a Jordan effect like the 90s. Lebron is a beast and still very exciting to watch.
Beats? I think not anymore... Lebron might be able to maintain his stats but he cannot carry his team alone, the reason of his success is because he surrounded himself with all-star players that has been previously recognized as one of the best players in the NBA, Westbrook, Davis, and Carmelo Anthony are great examples to that.
2627  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What if I don't know how to trade on: December 18, 2021, 07:47:37 PM
Trading gats no joy for the novice. Run far from trading if you can't trade professionally. Trading is not something to give a trier if you don't understand the basics.
To be an investor in a project is more relaxing than when trading with money that you're not whether you'll be on the losing side or not
That is very important to evaluate ourselves of what a thing we can do, in fact, trading is not for everyone. And just like what OP is saying, he probably finds another way to make money or has to push himself to know about trading. But as many people say, this can never be easy and shouldn't be thinking it could be lean instantly. That is why if we are impatient people, it is a need for us to move on and forget about trading as a side from being costly to learn about this, that certainly it takes time.
2628  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy more so you can sell some on: December 18, 2021, 07:15:21 PM
Since many altcoins are preparing to increase in the market, it will be favourable for those customers to hold and watch for the price to increase higher before they can sell to make money. No need of buy more coins because most of those coins price has increased already which will not help them to make a good income from the market. For those that bought more coins two months ago will definitely make huge amount of money when the price hit higher in the exchange market soon. Many investors will really achieve a lot of profits from this season of celebration.
Unless if those projects are worthy and promising or else, we just wasting their time waiting for nothing to see. Thus, If we meant buying projects, it must be sure that we don't even wait for so long to earn profit. Like holding for many years wasn't a healthy investment but just a waste of time especially when we still have other options.
So many altcoins around but not all of them are a good to buy, that is you need to be careful otherwise, losses are only what you get.
2629  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fear is not Real. on: December 17, 2021, 11:39:41 PM
FEAR is not REAL, that is my honest take...
I don't know how it becomes real when you actually felt it, not unless if you are not a human being, a robot that gonna be yes. People are so emotional, you can really feel fear, panic, anxiety and etc...

Now, that you think wasn't real, then who you are actually? Well, I'm not sure what you gonna think OP, that was your opinion anyway, and I'm not agreeing with you either.
2630  Economy / Economics / Re: Transforming skill to profit. on: December 17, 2021, 11:06:12 PM
The best skill to learn is trading skills.

The fact that we are here in crypto space, we should put more time to learn as that will improve our skills. think of consistency as only skills can bring that to us, making profit is always our goal, but without skills that would not be possible. When you are focus in trading, you have a good chance of improving, and when you improve you'll likely become profitable. Just imagine, if you can be consistent, nothing would stop you as making money here is limitless.
It is a way to maximize our knowledge and by trying trading might not be sure it gives us success or not, but at least, we even try it, who knows?
But actually what we did now in here is something that we make "skill to profit". Yes, it can be limitless as long as you have also unlimited resources, knowledge, and skills. How I wish I could have that... Grin

Anyways, it is something we need to find ourselves where we become comfortable. Trying to maximize our knowledge and skill is great but of course, we don't have to forget about taking care of ourselves then.
2631  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Worst exchange you experience for trading on: December 17, 2021, 09:39:50 PM
There are lots of exchanges available in this crypto platform. Binance kucoin coinbase houbi and so many good exchange Where people keep trading daily. But apart from that, sometimes we need to use unknown exchange for trading. Some may good and some may bad. And thats what I'm looking for! Your selected worst exchange, may best for others but it doesn’t matter. Share the name of exchange which gave you worst trading experience, scam your fund or sometime else. Share, so that others can alert from it.
Actually, I forgot those exchanges and I don't want to remember them as well. And that is because I use them once, well, it went well and my withdrawals arrive but to say about the safety of our funds there, that can be uncertain and so not to use again. Even in Bittrex exchanges, I don't visit them back while leaving some coins there and I have to move on.

Mostly scam projects will ask KYC even just a simple registration, that should we need to be careful. They'll not just to scam money from you but also your profile/personal ID.

2633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your reason for buying altcoins? on: December 16, 2021, 01:23:36 PM
That I guess, the majority will invest altcoins for a profit, the same thing why I've risked a few bucks on them. And besides, altcoins just exist because people are buying and supporting their projects. Even rich people are investing just for that sake.
In fact, we sometimes notice that altcoins are even more profiting than Bitcoin and this is why people are still buying some and I do believe that it was still a good investment.

2634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The altcoin market has become scammer's playground on: December 15, 2021, 01:12:04 PM
altcoins have always been an ideal place for a different scam, a low entry threshold with small amounts and the opportunity to earn quickly always attracts people. This is a kind of lottery, but most often only the developers of these projects remain in the black. The problem is the people who carry their money there until they stop, this problem will not disappear.Coinmarketcap today shows 8,200 projects, of which no more than 1 percent are normal projects.
I think we need some regulations to minimize (only) these things but can't totally eliminate them. Because as long as they are free to do scam projects, there are still a lot of people who become a victim. The problem is that people were still blind not to know about scams as they likely to invest especially when seeing such attractive words x100, x1000 returns...it suddenly makes them forget any possible scam.
Thus, research is very helpful, especially for new projects.
2635  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin resistance and support price on: December 15, 2021, 09:02:41 AM
I wish I was like you having bitcoins at your wallet mate, unfortunately all of them is dumped during the time it was cheap. Meanwhile, I only enjoyed the companion of altcoins specially the small value ones, I know someday it will provide us better future. Let's not rush, greatness of time will come and even if bitcoin support kepts raging over I believed all coins following the journey will also become abundant.
Just that this thread is focusing on bitcoin only, that is why I only make comment about bitcoin only. I do not have much bitcoin, I started late and which to by more to make more profit when the bull market begin again. I only have 70% of my coin in bitcoin while other are for altcoins. So I do both bitcoin and altcoins. Know that I have just little but it is better than nothing. We can invest even just $200 on bitcoin or altcoin, at least we invest.
Investment is the best thing to do in order to grow our money which mostly just was ignored by the majority. Well, it also matters on the capabilities of our financials, and those who have not will surely decline the opportunity.
If you have $10,000 capital and 70% is for Bitcoin, that really to having huge returns when manage properly. Buying at this moment is somewhat a good idea, think that it surges high back to $70k, I think, you gonna be in celebration.
2636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Reymart Gaballo (WBC bantamweight) on: December 13, 2021, 08:14:40 PM

I agree- beating Inoue may be premature to say but Donaire has that power and accuracy to make it into fruition. I just hope that their fight materializes in the near future so we could see two (2) top boxers of this era.

For sure it will happen as Donaire is willing to fight Inoue and Inoue won't be avoiding him since they already fought in the past and Inoue beat Donaire via unanimous decision. however, I feel this time would be different, it would be a close one and I'm not sure if Inoue could still dominate.
2637  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy more so you can sell some on: December 13, 2021, 07:50:38 PM
if we just save our money, we never expect it will grow. But if we invest and take the risk, there is something we could result from either it was losses or profit. Well, that's matters how you do with your money and also your investment. Because for me, I keep doing investments as long as I still have the money left. I'm not afraid to take risks and to lose my money, but I'm going to be afraid of it when I don't have any of these things.
Buy More, Invest More...what you gonna expect later is absolutely a "Profit". That is why, if we have enough capital, better to use it wisely.
2638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What happened to the crypto market now? on: December 13, 2021, 06:58:37 PM
Crypto continues dropping these few weeks which is more than a manipulation or a correction. It seems that crypto continues to crash and no chance for pump up in these few days. Is the bearish market starting? Or that’s the end of crypto?
Could anyone answer me?
I'm not thinking that, there's always a chance and hope. We can't just ignore the volatility of the market mate, it all becomes possible in terms of price changes, and in fact, we've been seeing this multiple times/ Maybe we just have to wait for a few days, we certainly see it pumping again, please have patience.
We need not loosen up and think negatively about what we have now. It was very common to see the market in dumps, we are not bullish all the time nor did it becomes bearish as well. The market moves up and down, that's all.
2639  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you have any favorite superstititions when trading crypto on: December 13, 2021, 06:12:56 PM
Do you have any favorite superstitions when trading crypto
like for example if you get off the bed on the right side of the bed, your coins won't dump
wearing this color shirt keeps your portfolio in the green

No, I don't. I may sometimes believe in superstitions belief in the other area but not in trading. Maybe it works into people who believe about this but not on me as I was thinking that only to have knowledge and skill about trading will win, not that any lucky charm or whatever it is. Even my friend who got lucky in trading did not do like this.
What we need in trading is not any of these lucky charms but of self-preparation and market knowledge.
Anyways, I don't have any lucky charms, so I don't mind trying it. Grin
2640  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Machine Learning truly predict Bitcoin's price? on: December 13, 2021, 12:53:01 PM
Or maybe, we need to buy and use one of these AI/machine learning in order to evaluate its performance. This is gonna be the best solution and to prove something, I think.
It's useless and it could be wasting your time and money, there's no such way to predict the future price of Bitcoin.
But one thing all we know is that Bitcoin price was always ended at a high price.  Even though this machine has an AI algorithm system that can able to predict but I think it isn't accurate.

What kind of machine it is?
If so, there could be a chance it will use in an automated trading bot, and this may be the perfect tool in trading.  But yes, for sure the performance doesn't have a guarantee that it has an accurate result.
Indeed, a waste of money and time. And there is no way to predict the future of Bitcoin and I think, we've done with our own market analysis and TA which I think we don't need such machine.
I don't know how the invention is made and how it proves that it predicts the right price. We keep thinking about the volatility of the market which makes these predictions and any form of predictions will never be perfect or even too close to it.
