Firstly, I want to know where are you from? If you are from US you are not allowed to take part in the ICO event. Wow, why did they exclude USA? I think fixed GIFcoin token price is USD makes it kind of fair deal, ETH or any other coin fluctuation will not affect GIFcoin price.

They reached their softcap of $32.5 million already a while ago. Now the ICO is paused. What do you guys think? Will they be able to sell out and reach their hardcap once the sale continues?
