2661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think crypto prices will collapse further tomorrow? on: November 29, 2021, 04:01:38 AM
No, I don't think. The stock and cryptocurrency market is totally different. We have seen previously even during a full wave of COVID pandemic Bitcoin was in a bull trend. This means the overall cryptocurrency market was a bull trend. It's because during the pandemic a lot of people lost jobs, some of them moved into the cryptocurrency market to make some money and spend lazy time. As a result, the market got a few new investors and start to move uptrend.

If Bitcoin dump I think it's as usual. The effect of the new variant shouldn't affect into cryptocurrency market unless people become panic. Panic sell is a huge problem in the cryptocurrency market. Panic could dump the whole cryptocurrency market, doesn't matter whether there is a new variant of covid or not.
2662  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbit scam company? on: November 28, 2021, 12:26:48 PM
Sorry for your loss. I am just curious how did you find the forum after lost funds? I am asking because you may find multiple scam allegations against 1xbit on the first page of the scam accusation section where you made the post. If you visited the section before, I don't think you may make a deposit with this scam site. They have a problem with the winners only. If you lose in the game, then you aren't violating anything.

I am assuming you search about 1xbit after lost fund. So take a lesson from here. Whenever you move into a new gambling site, please research as much you can. So you might realize how they are behaving with the customer. Don't believe always online positive reviews, would be manipulated So visit multiple sources to a deep check.

Sadly you lost it forever.
2663  Economy / Services / Re: [HIRE] Looking for crew members of Metaverse project on: November 28, 2021, 12:14:22 PM
First of all, if you are paying USDT, then the thread should move from Service section to Service Discussion (Altcoins) board. The service section should pay in BTC. Either you have to move the thread or edit the payment method. You must include BTC/USDT, if you want to keep the thread in this section.

Regarding hiring developers, most likely project development section would help you. You might get quickly what you are looking for.
2664  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHEN DO YOU BUY BITCOIN? on: November 28, 2021, 04:03:10 AM
I buy when I feel that is a dip. I sell when I have profit. That's how I deal with Bitcoin. But the question is where is the dip will exist forever. We don't have an answer to this question. But should remember, we can't expect to buy an exact dip. Only a few lucky traders would do that since we failed to determine the dip. Here we have to take the real-time decision based on our previous experience. But sadly when I take an entry, Bitcoin starts to dump more from that point LOL. So automatically I become a holder.

The most important is to invest that you can afford the loss. Because we don't know when the price will bump again, up to when we have to wait and hold. So during holding, you should manage your daily needs without selling Bitcoin. Otherwise, if you have to sell it in emergencies, means you have to lose your capital.
2665  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The paradox of Bitcoin adoption on: November 28, 2021, 03:50:59 AM
How many years it has been Bitcoin become much popular? I think it's not above 5 years. So do you believe it's easy to break the traditional ecosystem when Bitcoin isn't accepted by global authorities? Due to legalization even merchants who want to accept Bitcoin, failed to do it. Due to legalization as a Bitcoin user, I can't use Bitcoin in merchants. There is a strong centralized traditional payment system, they won't accept Bitcoin anyway. So they are always working against Bitcoin. Although there are many barriers still Bitcoin accepted by many merchants. And day by day more merchants will start accepting. There are so many things related to when merchants accept Bitcoin as a payment gateway, they can't do anything just they want.
2666  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Is the bubble about to burst?" on: November 28, 2021, 03:11:37 AM
The article was too long, just try to read some parts and realize what he wants to say. Those who don’t like Bitcoin or missed the Bitcoin train will always provide you with the reason why they don't like it. And the reasons and points will look valid to you because they are trying to wash your brain. I admit that Satoshi's goal hasn't been achieved hundreds of percent, but it's on the way to achievement. Most of us do not realize the technical use of Bitcoin, rather than we are just looking to make a profit from the volatility. That's what haters don't like actually and they always try to prove us wrong. It does a matter who is against Bitcoin, the Bitcoin community become mature enough and I don't think we have to care about this type of article.
2667  Other / Meta / Re: how improve rank?? on: November 27, 2021, 05:56:02 PM
Rank depends on you and your intention of joining his forum. It seems your intention of joining this forum wasn't to contribute here. Rather than spam in bounty campaign was your intention which is a solid reason for your newbie rank. Just think differently and contribute to the forum, follow those who contribute as well. There are no alternatives to rank up unless you spend more time to read and change your posting behavior.
2668  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Kucoin scam or not? on: November 27, 2021, 05:38:59 PM
If you search over the internet you will find scam allegations in almost all cryptocurrency platforms. Although allegations aren't fake at all, most allegation has been created due to the very poor support of a centralized exchange. They failed to support their customer. Though they claimed due to a large number of requests they failed to reply on time but I really don't like to hear this fucking excuse. It's just shady behavior of that. Since this matter is already highlighted I think the victim would get a solution. Very likely KuCoin will not destroy their reputation for this amount of fund. It's just a matter of time.
2669  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange or hardware wallet ? on: November 27, 2021, 01:43:18 PM
If you are talking about storing Bitcoin then there is no advantage to choosing a centralized exchange. If you want to trade daily basis, then the advantage is you can sell your coin instantly. But it should be limited only for trading if you no need to trade, nothing advantage there.

On the other hand, storing Bitcoin in hardware means there is no disadvantage. You have full control of your funds. You can spend it anytime you want. Lately, hardware starts giving the option to swap your coin. So you can swap instantly from there as well.

In simple language, storing funds in exchange means you are storing funds in the centralized bank. They could freeze funds and happen bankrupt. Storing funds in a hardware wallet means you are strong in your own locker that only you have the key. So you must keep safe your key.
2670  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: why there is change address. on: November 27, 2021, 02:58:49 AM
This would happen if you are using a single address like a paper wallet. Yes, it has happened previously. You may read it here, WARNING: How I lost Bitcoins using a paper wallet . The problem is paper wallet unable to indicate the change address. As a result, the change fund would transfer to a change address that isn't handled by you. It would move into the miner address who validates the transaction.
This won't happen if you import the private key from  paper wallet into one of the known biwallet apps and use it to create the transaction. Even if your wallet consists of a single address, the app will send the change amount (if any) back to it.
The problem isn't due to having a single address but due to creating the raw transaction manually and forgetting to specify a change address (or using a poorly coded app).
Yea, you are right. But if you read the article above there is a solution as well and were suggested to use a wallet during making a transaction. So that you shouldn't lose the funds due to a change address. I just point out potential risks due to a changed address when using a paper wallet or something like that was using only a single address. It's important to know about the risk, so you can find a possible solution.

I click the link and it confirm that Alice can lost her bitcoin to miner if she use paper wallet to send to Bob if she did not create a change address.
Fine, a good practice always could help you to prevent potential loss. Always use a wallet that is non-custodial and well-reputed. So you don't need to worry about changing your address.
2671  Economy / Exchanges / Re: LucPey - Top-notch Cryptocurrency Exchange on: November 26, 2021, 06:04:57 PM
Come on, OP.  If your exchange is legitimate you'd be making a much bigger splash announcement than this, and you wouldn't be so blatant in your attempt to make it seem like you've got users already.  Big red flag right there.
OP went offline after 7 minutes exactly from the time post was made. He is facking this thread by alt I am pretty sure. Till now after making this post no one responded here. So I think no one from the forum had used or hadn't noticed it. Seems they are instant exchangers, not many reviews over the internet. I am assuming OP lost access to the account LOL. At least they should make a proper announcement thread to get attention from the forum users.
2672  Other / Archival / Re: Newbies, don't be naive on: November 26, 2021, 05:51:51 PM
Beginners, remember, no one will ever share with you real methods of earning. Of course, there may be exceptions to the rule, but these exceptions only confirm this very rule. If you meet on your way some assistant who wants to help you make money, then he wants to make money on you. Nobody is interested in your personal earnings.
This isn't easy to teach as well the real methods of earning cryptocurrency. Even you want to teach your nearest person is not easy at all. For example, you are earning from the forum by signature campaigns. Do you think it's easy to teach someone else? But you and me earning this way. Same for the trading as well. This isn't an easy task anyway. To be honest, earning from the cryptocurrency industry is harder than any other industry if you aren't enough experienced. Newbies in cryptocurrency mean they have to spend a lot of time to become mature enough to earn from there. It looks like easy earning cryptocurrency from far, but when you enter in deep then you may realize how hard is.
2673  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: why there is change address. on: November 26, 2021, 05:21:01 PM
This is bad, if I forget to send to an address all the amount from UTXO will be added to the transaction fee. Has this thing happen to somebody before?
This would happen if you are using a single address like a paper wallet. Yes, it has happened previously. You may read it here, WARNING: How I lost Bitcoins using a paper wallet . The problem is paper wallet unable to indicate the change address. As a result, the change fund would transfer to a change address that isn't handled by you. It would move into the miner address who validates the transaction.

You may read Binance academy explanation about change address and paper wallet, so you may realize what is the danger of using paper wallet because of change address.
2674  Other / Meta / Re: Newbies/Newcomers Knowledge is better than merits. on: November 26, 2021, 04:45:45 PM
For example you learn someone something and he gives you a "gift" for that which is the merit.
I am not getting exactly what did you mean by "learn someone something". Merit isn't a gift exactly, gift means it would give you even for not contributing. But merit stands for contributors actually. It doesn't matter whether a post is helpful for me, but if the post is helpful in any way then it's contributing something and merit could send that post. The gift is for the person. But merit is for the post, doesn't matter newbie or high-rank user.

As a merit source, I always welcome newbies, if they somehow contribute to the forum I am open to sending merit. I am not too strict for newbies, but the open secret is most newbies are spammers.
2675  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Black Friday deals 2021 on: November 25, 2021, 05:13:35 PM
I am not worried about data leaks nor want to mix them with the user device. Since it doesn't affect using the device I am fine. I feel comfortable with the Ledger and I know very well how to use it which will help me explain to my colleague how to use that. Since I am using that usually my colleague is interested to buy a ledger. Yea, I am visiting official website and I am aware of phishing attempt. Thanks.

So if you have the discount code then it would be helpful for him. Most probably he will buy next Saturday since there is no black Friday for Ledger LOL. Sent you PM.
2676  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bittrex is asking me to scan my ID and send them my photo on: November 25, 2021, 04:58:48 PM
However, OP got many answers which would help you. I have been using Bittrex from the beginning of my crypto journey. This was the first exchange for me where I registered. Suddenly they asked to verify the account and disabled withdrawal. So there was no way to skip that. So I complied with their KYC policy by force. So this isn't a scam at all though I do not use Bittrex much. Just holding the account for some shitcoin there. This is a privacy issue rather than a scam issue as long as you are visiting the right URL.

Hope you took the lesson leaving funds on a centralized exchange. Do store your cryptocurrency in a custodial wallet or exchange for a long time. Otherwise, you will face the same issue in the near future. Other users should take a lesson as well from here.
2677  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Black Friday deals 2021 on: November 25, 2021, 03:11:56 PM
Quite disappointing for me. I had suggested one of my colleagues buy a hardware wallet to store his funds, currently, he has been using a web wallet and exchange to store his cryptocurrency assets. He wasn't aware of a hardware wallet or non-custodial wallet, but I convinced him to buy it a month ago and suggested he buy it during the Black Friday offer. So he waits till now for Ledger black Friday offer.

I came to this board to know if there is any offer to buy a ledger. My colleagues intend to buy two devices, one for using and one for backup. I was surprised when visit the ledger website since there is no information about the black Friday offer. This post made me disappointed. Tomorrow my colleague has the plan to buy a ledger, but unfortunately no black Friday offer. Even in Amazon ledger office store stockout Ledger X. It's hard to trust any other site to buy the ledger.

So, let me know if there is any trusted site to buy Ledger with a black Friday discount.
2678  Economy / Exchanges / Re: In Binance, can an unverified user withdraw part of their crypto... on: November 25, 2021, 04:08:04 AM
I am wondering why OP wants to withdraw partially where you can't trade there? Your account unverified means account mode turned into withdraw only. Withdraw is partially just a waste of fee and risk as well. They could disable unverified accounts at any time which will force KYC verification to withdraw from there. Keep in mind, Binance isn't like a wallet. Its centralized exchange where they could implement any rules at any time. So better to withdraw fully or verify your account.
2679  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Fake ledger wallet website. on: November 24, 2021, 12:27:46 PM
The site seems taken down, I can't access nor could find the host IP address. It seems the scammer intended to steal the seed phrase of the ledger wallet. Anyone who has sense shouldn't enter seed phrases on any online website. It doesn't necessary to enter seed phrase anywhere to use a ledger device to use it.

However, anyone using the Ledger device means he should have enough knowledge of how to keep a safe seed phrase. And most likely that's why scammer takes off the site and planing another way to scam (LOL).
2680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest during bull market? on: November 24, 2021, 03:56:15 AM
It's quite annoying to enter in the altcoin section, it's more annoying when I see fucking CheckDot post here. Guys, how much do you get for spamming on the forum? Was it necessary to add this fucking name here? The forum giving you freedom of speech doesn't mean you will spam here. I am pretty sure the fucking project hire a spammer group those are spamming here.

Can I ask OP how much have you invested in the fucking project CheckDot? Definitely, you will not be back here to answer that. FuckDot spamming all over the forum.
