We tried to take a different approach, but when a player who claims to not like our site spends more time on our website than any other player and nearly as much time as staff and spams it with usernames like "faggot" and "LotsaPenises" as well as tries to impersonate members of the bitcoin community like Theymos we have to draw the line.

There is an open scam accusation regarding Betcoin.ag that hasn't been addressed properly. They seem to replying here so posting in this thread for further exposure. Would reconsider joining the campaign of a site with an open scam accusation and questionable game provider. Jasonort is making a scam accusation against Betsoft and wanting us to help him more with his claim after Betsoft informed the player that a free spin doesn't qualify for the jackpot. We have contacted Betsoft for the player on multiple occasions. It would actually be in our benefit if jasonort won and we would have done a nice marketing campaign out of this with an interview, pictures and a lot more. If he won, Betsoft would have paid the player's Betcoin accounts directly and we but according to Betsoft's rules a free spin doesn't qualify for the bonus. This would be the same outcome at any online casino and we are very small client for Betsoft. We didn't receive any benefit from this and had the player qualified for the jackpot and Betsoft paid out the jackpot, player would already have the funds. We should note that jasonort knows that this dispute is with Betsoft and has made that very clear since day 1. Jasonort knows that we are here for him and all of our great players anytime. |

We currently blend bitstamp and btc-e and take the average. Thank you. BTC-e??... low volume and the one of exchanges who offers an average of 4% less than others (per the Winkdex) for USD... well played Betcoin, you make a nice profit off the backs of your players simply on the buy-in (plus the wonky RB for WPN tourneys)... and then even a percentage of the winnings if a Betcoin player wins! I actually stand corrected and should have confirmed with programming before typing as it is bitstamp.net and preev.com, but thank you for helping me clarify this. |

Hi to all,
I am being ignored at betcoin since i registered... maybe its possible that I requested help a lot of times from support but now when i was asking for the problem that happened one support members ignored me and closed my chat.
The problem is that when i played a 11$ hu sit and go i was charged double, 26chips in total... so i wrote to live support chat and they kindly told me to send a ticket. After 3 weeks i have not receved a serious and a official answer to my email or to the ticket.
I must say that after this problem i have requested 1 or 2 withdrawals and they have been proccesed. I must say too that betcoin.ag is very elaborated and there are a lot of types of games you can play but this time support failed me.
Please, give me an answer of what is happening and if you want to be fair, refund my money.

You fail to mention that jasonort plays at Betcoin.ag Casino frequently even after this and is well aware that these are Betsoft rules. We also speak to him frequently and he very much enjoys the experience at Betcoin Casino over other bitcoin casinos.
