Can anyone please explain freerolls to me. Yes I looked at the site but I'm still dont quite understand. How can I profit off such a feature ?
We currently do not offer the $10 On Demand Freeroll because of multi-accounting and abuse, but please check our lobby for a variety of different freerolls that we offer. With no buyin and real prizes you can build a bankroll and gain invaluable practice in tournament play. Good luck!

all from a .03 mBTC buyin
.03 mBTC = $.02. The buyin for the tournament was $16.50 which is .024 BTC or 24 mBTC. Whoever wrote that doesn't understand how bitcoins work. Well actually based on the rise in bitcoin over the past 2 weeks, that really depends on what day the player bought into the tournament! Our conversion now works in real time for tournament buyins and cashes. Thanks DarkDays! Uh, no? As far as I'm aware, bitcoin hasn't touched being over 30k USD for one bitcoin in, well, never? Unless your saying the player has a time machine, went into the future, paid you guys in the future, went back to today and entered the tournament? I have a feeling bitcoin won't reach over 30k USD for a few years, at least if it ever does. That is a huge jump from our current 700$ pricing for 1 BTC. In case you are confused: 1 mBTC = 0.001 BTC : 0.03 mBTC = 0.00003 BTC

Does Betcoin have rake back? And if I already have an account with you, can I still get rake back?
Thanks.
They have a VIP System and you are entitled of a percentage of lossback and betback (for casinogames and sportsbook) and rakeback (for poker) depending on your VIP status. Take in consideration that once you reach a certain VIP level it's permanent (you don't need to fullfill monthly wagered requirements to mantain it) and you can only go up in levels. VIP system also entitles you of a daily Surprise Box (you just have to login once a day on main site and clikc on yellow gift icon nxt to upright corner) and its reward grows with VIP level. Everything is explained here https://www.betcoin.ag/vipThere is also a tablestarter rakeback promo for poker players:here is the explanation on how to take advantage of it https://www.betcoin.ag/bonuses/60-100-table-starter-rakebackhope this helps

Then ignored my very simple follow up (which was really just asking them to stay on topic) and instead answered a softball freeroll question. One has to ask...why would a company ignore such a simple question? All they would have to do is say "oh, we made a mistake". Do you trust your coins to a company that won't even own up to a simple mistake? Of course that's nothing compared to the phishers that they allowed to have access to our private emails. They said they'd be there for me...they lied.

Are you saying that someone hacked your account? Are you saying that you stole someone else's work? Because you didn't attribute the post to anyone. That's very unethical to post something that someone else wrote as if you wrote it yourself. Here are my questions again, because I know you often have trouble staying on topic and frequently make statements that have no bearing on the questions: Did you make the post on here about TuxedoMaskPoker getting 3rd in a tournament? Did you write the post on here about TuxedoMaskPoker getting 3rd in a tournament? If you didn't write the post, why did you not attribute it to the person who did write it? Please be there for me and answer these very simple questions, all based on comments you just made.

More examples of why Betcoin is known for their level of scumbaggery. I make the following post, which is deleted. https://archive.is/OTE9X Betsoft and Endorphina games would never get approved by any major regulator because they don't meet some of the most basic regulations. (posting rtp, independant reels, flashing higher paying symbols at a higher rate than they actually hit - endorphina double up feature is lolrigged, they show you a card, then let you pick higher/lower or collect - if it weren't rigged you could crush it) The more legit providers you find on the floor in ac or vegas like netent won't provide for a site that is completely unregulated site or they would lose their license in multiple jurisdictions (like NJ and NV). After support telling me they didn't know why it was being deleted, Andrew told me they couldn't allow it because the software providers might see it.[/quote] I ask support why, they tell me they don't know. I repost it, and it gets deleted a few min later. If my comment were false, they would have happily jumped all over me and proven to the community that I was wrong, just like they did when this guy posted a photoshopped screenshot accusing betcoin of stealing money: https://www.betcoin.ag/betcoin-support-admits-stealing-players-chips-4Eventually Andrew came to chat: Chat started on 16 Jun 2016, 10:13 PM (GMT+0) (10:13:16) *** Betcoin Andrew joined the chat *** (10:13:16) *** twitchyseal joined the chat *** (10:15:47) twitchyseal: hey andrew, you know anything about my vanishing post? (10:17:21) Betcoin Andrew: Our casino providers do an excellent job and are used by the top online casinos. We cannot have those type of comments about them in the forum as they are constantly reviewing our website. (10:17:26) *** Betcoin Andrew left the chat *** (10:17:36) *** twitchyseal has rated the chat Bad *** (10:17:44) twitchyseal: are you deleting them? (10:18:16) *** Betcoin Andrew joined the chat *** (10:18:23) Betcoin Andrew: An intern is. Why post the same thing 10 times? (10:18:40) twitchyseal: because it kept vanishing and i think its useful info (10:18:45) twitchyseal: was any of it inaccurate? (10:18:52) Betcoin Andrew: twitchy your time is valuable man I have been telling you this for over a year. (10:18:58) twitchyseal: i know (10:19:03) twitchyseal: im glad you appreciate that (10:19:19) Betcoin Andrew: You should man. (10:19:21) twitchyseal: im glad you dont take things personal, im just being honest (10:19:34) twitchyseal: so is there something false about my statement? (10:19:40) Betcoin Andrew: It may not be much to you, but posting that 10 times and having it deleted 10 times is a waste of time. (10:19:47) Betcoin Andrew: Certainly you understand that right? (10:19:57) twitchyseal: agree, so you won't delete it anymore? (10:20:09) Betcoin Andrew: Wow (10:20:20) Betcoin Andrew: Alright I have some work to do. My time is very valuable. (10:20:25) *** Betcoin Andrew left the chat *** The truth: Betcoin didn't want other players to read my comment about their games and Betsoft/Endorphina don't give a fuck what I say on betcoins forum. Fast forward to earlier today, Betcoin Jessica is in chat with her usual nonsense. I was explaining that I would probably still consider playing at betcoin if they hadn't banned me for most of 5 months while I was owed several bitcoin and told me "If you are banned we owe you nothing". 3:24pmOHYEAH: during ban they told me they owed me nothing since i was banned 3:24pmBetcoin Jessica: This chat. lol 3:24pmBetcoin Jessica: Owing you several bitcoins? 3:25pmOHYEAH: yes jessica, oweing me several bitcoin 3:25pmBetcoin Jessica: Please show us where that is, since you have images of everything. 3:25pmungod: betcoin paid him 3 coins months ago right as he was unbanned 3:25pmBetcoin Jessica: LOl ungod 3:25pmungod: thats the problem around here people commenting on stuff they dont know anything about 3:25pmungod: jessica you probably dont even know what hes talking about, before you start trying to discredit what hes saying 3:26pmBetcoin Jessica: You guys are awesome 3:26pmBetcoin Jessica: Lol 3:26pmBetcoin Jessica: Good luck everyone. I am out again. Notice she left within a minute of asking for screenshots. So I posted them in the forum. They were deleted within minutes. Deleted post: https://archive.is/K0f6FDeleted images: https://i.gyazo.com/195ba474d34e73bfd9ab260403ddd8e3.pngSo I opened a ticket asking why? Notice how they imply that the 3 bitcoin they owed me was "just rakeback" as if no big deal? These people really just don't get it. (Also lol at manager forgetting he was logged in as Jessica and speaking as if he were Andrew)

Betcoin Poker Announces Spin to Get IN Tournaments!Betcoin Poker is excited to introduce Spin to Get IN tournament entry in most tournaments offered at Betcoin.https://www.betcoin.ag/betcoin-poker-announces-spin-get-tournamentsPart satellite, part slot machineSpin to get IN is another way of getting your entry into our great tournaments - instead of paying the full buy-in you can spin the slot in the tournament's lobby for just 0.01mbtc, 0.25mbtc or 1mbtc. If you hit three-of-a-kind you win a seat in the tournament! Spin to Get IN is also available to re-enter into tournaments; however, it’s not available when you’re already registered in the event. Spin to Get IN is not a typical slot machine. Although there are three different wager amounts, the prize remains the same - the entry cost into the poker event. However, your chances of winning become better with a larger wager. And we have to point out that the payout is 98% - slot hold is just 2%. If you want to calculate your chance of winning, you can use this formula: (Slot Wager - Slot Hold) / Event Entry = Chance to WinSpin to get IN Today!

Pretty serious accusation against Betcoin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1517648.0Cliffs: JasonOrt bets max with .5 denom on Glam-Life and triggers 4 extra spins. On 4th spin he gets 5 yacht symbols and wins 1000 credits, not jackpot. Pay table says: (No other rules found anywhere about Jackpot) A) Betcoin tells him he was not eligible because it was a free spin and attempt to shame him by telling him most players know what he does not: most players understand that it is a bonus or free round and there are different outcomes because of that. Then lock his thread: https://www.betcoin.ag/should-pay-line-have-won-jackpot-glam-life, and delete most of the comments. Jasons Defense:GreedyGoblins is another slot with a progressive Jackpot offered by the same service provider. Here you can see they clarify that even though the freespin round offers multipliers, the jackpot can not be multiplied. This implies that the jackpot is not excluded during free spins. B) Betsoft Gaming tells him he was not eligible because he did not bet max with the highest denomination.Thank you for your inquiry. We can confirm that your win was correct in this situation. A maximum bet for this game is the highest denomination which is 1.00, whereas in this particular round, you bet 0.50, even though you chose 'Max Bet', the jackpot is only won when it is the maximum bet (1.00). Jasons Defense:Every denomination clearly has an independant jackpot. When you switch denominations, the jackpot changes. On casinolistings.com they track bovadas Glam Life Jackpot. It's clear they are independant and all denominations are eligible: The owner of casinolistings.com also chimed in: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1517648.msg15313569#msg15313569
Finally we have the comments of plo8monster, Betcoins lone site "pro" and the father half of the father/son chat mods. While being discussed in chat he sided with Betcoin immediately: plo8monster: thats totally not true lol ungod ... the bonus max out at 1000chips, and the vendor has that rule .. betcoin dont pay it the vendor does ... you guys all jump on bandwagon ... but these are vendors that do sports and casino games ..... I dont have time to get into this tonight ...but the vendor limits bonus wins @ 1000 chips .... if he were spending his money and made that spin he would be Phat with coin
After the story was clear, 2 days later, he made these statements: plo8monster: i told you im not gonna to join that conversation ..im a poker pro smart enuf not to play slots ...i played maybe 10 times in my life plo8monster: i am not knowledgable about slots plo8monster: slots is not something i can help with i know zero about them plo8monster: I had a roomate at that time playing my slots and showing me how with my bonuses ... but i am not a slots player plo8monster: why ya gotta be such a biiiish twitchy plo8monster: this issue with Jason is NOT MY BUSINESS ... how many times must i tell you same thing it is waste of time
Hopefully Betcoin will have time to respond to this sometime between thanking users for kind words and going home for the weekend. Oh almost forgot, the jackpot was 1,007,249.91 credits at .5mbtc denomination. (503.6249 BTC current value of ~$383,000)

You fail to mention that jasonort plays at Betcoin.ag Casino frequently even after this and is well aware that these are Betsoft rules. We also speak to him frequently and he very much enjoys the experience at Betcoin Casino over other bitcoin casinos.
Most of the top casinos feature Betsoft games and you play directly on the casinos servers under their rules and we pay out based on this and are credited on a big win such as this would have been. It would have been awesome for us from a marketing perspective to announce this win, but it is not a jackpot win within Betsoft's rules as it is a free spin and not a max bet paid round according to Betsoft. The result would have been the same on any other website.
jasonort has no problem with Betcoin or our handling of the matter and we have attempted to assist him with whatever we can.
