ANDROID and IOS CLIENT I've Inquired about mobile wallets, all responses are no wallets can support a PoS coin. This is because PoS needs to have access to the full chain, and not only to the headers like PoW (and of course we cannot download the entire blockchain into the small memory capacity of a phone).
My plan is to centralize the blockchain (like MultiBit and Electrum for Bitcoin) whereby the client connects to remote nodes and reads the chain directly from there, without downloading it.
This should be a very good opportunity for a huge innovation and plan to look into it's development after DarkKore and the Mixing features are implemented.
LibrexCoin now has a POS mobile wallet... Do they have VoIP? Back again I see. BTW- The DEV knows and once the BETA VoIP and PoBA released he will be focusing on these other features as the Mobil Wallets and more. Please don't spam your coins here. It's not "my" coin by any means and lol you actually remembered me? The main Korecoin dev said it wasn't possible, it is possible, that's all I was saying. That's a LIE, and is the very reason I remembered you. The DEV never said that. What he DID SAY was that ALL RESEARCH SAID it was not possible. It's obvious the DEV'S ideas of how it could work were possibly near to how that coin did actually make it work. Please keep your convoluted crap where it belongs. (.) Haha okay whatever man, defensive as always. I still stand with my original point though, I honestly don't care what you think so I'm not going to bother arguing with you. Yep, your MO to a "T", RE: you make a defensive response to the calling out of your lies with an even bigger lie in your calling my truthful response that exposes you for the highly manipulative liar that you are as being "defensive". It's NOT what I think. It's what We ALL KNOW. (.)

Are poba and video chat still going to be ready for Oct 1st?
I think they said the October 1st date was speculative. And in light of recent events, the dev's have had a lot of work on their plate. Hopefully they will be able to deliver. If they manage to deliver on their promise it will show the community how extremely dedicated and professional the devs are. The DEV will over deliver. However I personally have always posted the "Video Calling" is unnecessary for KORE'S Ultimate Success labeling it a "possibility" and IF it becomes a reality even in a very low resolution form it will be just one of the different "icings on the cake" so to speak as the DEV has many ideas and innovations planned.

If they manage to deliver on their promise it will show the community how extremely dedicated and professional the devs are. Please think out of the box when it comes to KORE Coin and the DEV'S releases. We know KORE is unique from top to bottom so dates are not important as patience will be well rewarded. Please see the DEV'S Post about his informing the KORE Community he may need to push back the Release of BETA. Please note in the copy of the Ninja Listing Ticket sent to the Exchanges it says the BETA release would be "Sometime In October". This is why it was worded that way. This was before the hack that IMO will delay him an Additional 1-week. RE: First things First:The DEV lost an entire nights proper sleep and no doubt missed meals as well to do what he did as fast as he did it for the benefit of the Community. He released the fixed wallets in record time. He needs to rest. He is working on the third Addition of the ALPHA Release which will include even more innovations, options and features as originally planned. The inclusion of the "Extra Features" takes time away from the BETA work and the delay of the BETA will therefore allow "Needed Time" for bug testing the Full ALPHA release. The BETA release will include even more innovation and features and options than originally planned. This takes more time to write and modify the code to include them and as with the 3rd ALPHA release sometimes you have to start over from the beginning as you add new features because they all won't work unless you do. The DEV over delivers. Lets give him all the time he needs. Just my 2-cents...

When will the block explorer be back up?
In the evening hours at it's location and I don't blame him if he waits till next evening. He worked all through night to early morning to fix and modify and post updated wallets.

Voted coins get killed on MintPal. Ninja listings are best, once the coin gets good volume which will come after releases. Is there a roadmap and ETAs on the feature releases? Whts the future hold after the Voip system implementation?
Good points. Most of us know that BUT KORE has very Promising Innovation and more to come. In my post I made clear it was not to pump KORE. There is no way the Voting Process will get KORE listed Before the wallet VOIP is completed so it makes perfect sense to VOTE NOW to build the Community and support needed behind KORE so when KORE is Ready we will be well on our way in the Voting Process so please support the Voting IF you feel so Inclined. Hope that clears things up for you. Voted coins get killed on MintPal Yep, generally voted coins get killed on MintPal regardless of how 'innovative' they are. But the hype before being added to MintPal generally results in a nice pump. Greetings, through observation from past experiences on Coins being added to Mintpal through the voting process has done exactly what... A - attracts P & D herd mentality . some never recover B - attraction of whales (manipulation starts) C - Loss investors confidence as a long term viable currency - OR - D - ALL the above If anyone has time to go back do a search on all coins being Added to mintpal through the voting process exactly how many good Coins never quite recovered?? what could this tell us, & what could we learn from this? Best regards Peer2Peer360 First, I highly Respect you, your experience and views as fellow KORE Investor... You make some valid points BUT Pumper, Dumpers, Manipulators and the like will ride any coin getting visibility and acceptance. It's just a part of life. I'm against solely having KORE listed by the Voting Process Alone and from day one concentrated on it's Features and platforms to come as the sole reason to have Community Action for KORE. Some people can't do much to support a coin. Why take such a simple thing away from them that actually could do some good. Other People voting on coins see KORE moving up and may look into what KORE is about and research it. It's about Exposure. Do you really think exposure is what this coin is missing? Perhaps it is not doing so well for other reasons? Maybe this coin needs something else? I'll let you figure it out because if I tell you directly, you will simply ignore me. Here's another one of your quotes in the PM's to me:This should explain it AND that you ALREADY Informed me of your views and concerns. Let alone I Respect and Trust the DEV will come through with much awesome tech to come... which you also knew. Quote Below: ____________________ "Thanks for your response,
It all sounds good, I'll vote a few times but twice an hour is asking too much. As a potential investor, I would like to know what plans the dev has for KoreCoin in the future (as will all other investors). Whether or not those plans are met means nothing. The potential of a coin is an excellent way to generate hype, its exactly what the old scammer dev did.
You mention anonymity, but you see, it has already been done. Bytecoin (BCN) is the truly anonymous cryptocurrency and doesn't use anonymity as a tool for pumping and dumping. I'm pretty sure Tor (which is what Kore uses) isn't very secure when compared to I2P (Which is what Bytecoin and its forks such as Monero uses). The Monero community are very aggressive so don't even bother competing with them.
KoreCoin needs a clear slogan because I still don't see what it provides that other coins do not. Anonymity is just a tool for a pump and dump at this point as people who ACTUALLY need anonymity would use Bytecoin or its forks. Is KoreCoin a coin that takes features from other successful coins and puts it all into one coin? What is the point of KoreCoin?
Also I'm interested, why do you support KoreCoin so much?
Cheers" _____________________ End of Quote: You also know this DEV is about the Tech. Not flashy logo and BS promises and lies we hear from other DEV'S Like TOR coin and the fact they are promoting ZEROCOIN which they KNOW does not work. The DEV mentions this in the main page. But that's another quote and I just don't have enough time nor room for ya... But I will leave you with one word the DEV said: "Ferrari"Nice finish haha. Man you know what the point of a private message is right? its supposed to be private I don't feel like arguing either and I've said all I've needed to say in this thread. The POS staking on phones would be a cool feature and judging by the devs lack of response, it may be a possibility. I'll be keeping an eye out on Kore as always. (.)

We have 1- Suggestion from escalicha who will be the one making it happen. To make a few Excel spreadsheets showing the different options on the effect those 129K coins will have on the PoS Interest of an entered amount of coins over time. IF they stake and if they do not stake and other options.
Very good and we will get the data for these spread sheets. Though the effect should be minimal. The Community and future investors should know.

need to download the normal or voip version??
voip version not running for the moment...
Edit: The VoIP has been tested and is Working Functional.Yes if you want to use the VoIP download the VoIP version. However when you click the other "CALL BUDDY" option it automatically registers you. Other than that continue using the same setup process in the video etc. found below. Video Tutorial for Direct Calling Only, Not using Buddy List: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HzWDAnVEHoE&feature=youtu.be OR, You can Follow the Listed Directions Below.ALPHA is Testing Mode so Report all "NEW" Bugs to Eurbids. FYI: If you Router supports UPNP you don't need to forward the SIP Port 5060 manually, UPNP does the work for you. If your Router doesn't support UPNP Then Voice will only work in one direction. This means you have to forward the port 5060. STEPS: #1-3 for Direct and Buddy List Calling Setup - Use Direct Calling 1-Go to the "Receive Address Tab" and create a new address. Label it however you like. Might makes sense to designate it your VoIP Address. 2-Right Click the Address and choose the bottom option "Set VoIP Account". 3-Go to "VoIP Calls" tab and click on the "REGISTER" box. STEPS: #4 and #5 for Direct Calling Only: 4-Enter the Address you'd like to call in the "Direct Calling/IM" box near the bottom. You will see two tiny boxes on the right. Click on the "Left Tiny Box" to dial. ( DO NOT click the "Call Buddy" box) 5-Watch the "Call Status" box, You will see it say "Calling". Whoever is Receiving the call has to accept the call by clicking "Answer Call" that will show in the box above the "Call Status" box. To hang up simply click "Hang Up".

★ KORE COMMUNITY OFFICIAL STATEMENT ★
First and Foremost The KORE Team and DEV Agree that it's the right thing to give Credit where Credit Is Due.We'd like to take this opportunity to give credit to the real unsung heroes in this matter and ask for the KORE Communities Input to finalize this proposal and if you conclude this is the right decision to make. The first being You, the dedicated, patient and valued KORE Community. We want to also Sincerely Thank the hacker who found a vulnerability that needed attention and their "mining" of 129k coins to the locked faucet that we intend to use solely for the marketing, promotions, varied creative giveaway campaigns designed to further the stability of the network, encourage adoption and testing updates and future innovations for bugs as well as decentralization tactics and directly fund considered prospective innovations. NOTE: NO COINS WERE LOST and features in the wallet enabled by the DEV stopped the coins from being used or stolen. The Vulnerability has been resolved. Frankly this could not have come at a better time as there was negligible faucet from the beginning for the DEV to function as he should have nor any for the KORE Team to work with. These illegitimately mined KORE will be deposited into the Existing Escrow Account created for the aforementioned purposes allowing for anyone to keep tabs on them. This means they can be used no other way than the betterment of KORE. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=668886.msg8855642#msg8855642★ We ask the KORE Community for your opinions and possible adoption of this proposal. Please comment on this suggestion. Most Sincerely, Eurbids and the KORE Team

KORE COMMUNITY UPDATE
I just spoke with Eurbids. He wants to finish both the Windows Wallet and OSX wallet so they are posted at the same time. He will need 1-3 hours to do this.
The Official statement draft has been completed and sent to Azure for final review. It will be posted after the wallet releases.
The entire Kore team and DEV have done all they could to produce a quick effective resolution and wish it could have been done even sooner. Sorry if you are waiting longer than you expected.

Yes they are safe. Dev disabled the wallet for precaution. Update will be released soon (I think in a few hours - 24h max) The DEV may need to wait for Bittrex to respond to the mandatory update of the wallet, confirm the update is installed before Bittrex can release all holds and then the DEV can post the wallet update after ensuring safe function so patience is required.

KORE COMMUNITY:
Sorry for the delay as there were numerous meetings and some excellent ideas came up. Just finished speaking with Eurbids and he told me he finished the Wallet update, will post it soon and to please update all wallets to this mandatory update.
This will also give me time to write up the Official News Release of good things to come for the KORE Community. Very exciting meetings!
All agreed to the 1-option as a best possible solution so stay tuned. The KORE Team would like your opinions.
I have to say we always had an incredible bunch of people in the KORE Community but this has been the "Creation of Brothers" experience. Very good feeling.
Will post official message once Azure reviews it for corrections and additions.
Sincerely, MM

A caution to any investors. I'm not sure what these hacks are related to (I'm eagerly awaiting a post from Eurbids), but I have been in many coins before where there were coordinated web/FUD attacks to try to get the holders to dump. I'm not saying that this is happening here, but always beware that there are dirty games in unregulated markets.
As for the dev team, Mike has been outstanding in keeping everyone updated and answering questions. I think it would be beneficial if Eurbids could give a quick status update every few days. Unfortunately in the crypto world, we have seen a lot of devs abandon their coins, so constant communication, regardless of how trivial, really boosts confidence.
A hack creates a many varied opportunity. Lets not give it to them any more. RE: DEV updates. Those who have been here know these "regular DEV updates" though appreciated are not necessary for the KORE Community. If the DEV says he's sticking around he's sticking around. If he says he's going to do something he does unless something better is found that surpasses the thing promised. There are updates through the KORE Team when able to give them. When not we simply wait patiently for the DEV to make one when the time is right and when he sees fit. There not be the constant ineffective, manipulative, deceitful hand holding so commonly demanded in the alt coin communities. KORE has prided itself in being an example and being different. The DEV gave us a moderated thread that most feel comfortable simply reading in the first two pages of posts all the clear concise information they need and therefore they never even need to post on the thread.
