I do not think that advertising activity can somehow be correlated with the legality of the gambling site. There are many gambling sites that have a controversial reputation and continue to arrange various bonus programs for users. I absolutely agree with you. This is one of the debates where it is difficult to determine the correctness of one or another decision. Сфере NFT необходим инструмент, который бы проверял предлагаемую к загрузке работу в уже существующих коллекциях, причем во всех блокчейнах, и если таковые находятся не позволял бы загружать дубликаты и банил аккаунт плагиатора, а то такими темпами рынок NFT превратится в 99,9% плагиата, обнаружить в котором оригинал интересующей работы будет практически невозможно. С другой стороны это централизованное решение, которое многим придется не по вкусу.
Да, согласен! На НФТ макетплейсах запросто можно купить дичь, если не покупать в непроверенных коллекциях.На солане много ребята пустышек покупали, тупо на скам попадали. От скама никто не застрахован. Я как-то встречал интересную информацию, опубликованную в одном из чатов Solana, что на площадке Solsea происходили продажи поддельных NFT, у которых после покупки пропадает шильдик о принадлежности к коллекции. Продавали их дешевле рыночной цены, а потом они превращались в мусор и выставить их на продажу снова было невозможно. К сожалению, так и не нашел полного его расследования, но он писал, что имеет достаточно много доказательств и что в этом замешаны админы Solsea. После этого я обхожу эту площадку стороной. |

You hit the point here Slow Death! So why would we go with KYC when the owners are anonymous? What's the point in that? From this we can only make one conclusion, KYC in crypto casinos is used to delay payments to people who wish to withdraw! It's usually when someone wins big, but there are cases when casinos ask people for KYC when they won something more from free money and they want to withdraw! Well, I am avoiding that KYC, and I can't remember the last time I had to verify myself... simply when KYC becomes mandatory I simply move to other places! If people want to experience a real life casino, why don't they visit one? Of course we want a new experience but I don't think many of us will be able to spend time in the metaverse on a daily basis. In my opinion it is similar to the way they once released TVs with 3D that almost no one watches at home now. Great example! I even managed to forget about this phenomenon, although quite recently it seemed so cool and progressive. There were also Google glasses and several other similar projects. In general, to be honest, now the Metaverses at this level of technical development cannot offer something really necessary and the projects that I see now (or their discussions) remind me of the "solution in search of a problem" scheme. In my opinion, today the metaverse is just a way to attract attention to the project. The same can be seen in many projects launching NFT, which have no real application and have nothing to do with the economics of the project. Naturally such projects fade quickly. Many projects working on the metaverse expect the same prospects and only teams creating something unique will succeed. |

Члены DT не имеют власти или каких-то привилегий, а местная мафия, как вы говорите, это пользователи, которые одними из первых начали разбираться в системе доверия, обсуждать ее и использовать по назначению, а не как захотелось. Никто не выпинывает из системы пользователя, который понимает, что система доверия в первую очередь призвана защитить новичков от потенциальных обманщиков. Добавляя в свой траст лист пользователей, которые были замечены в спорных ситуациях, явно не добавит вам очков доверия. |

Помнится из-за одного из конфликтов меня добавили в свои списки доверия некоторые крашенные англоязычные пользователи. Пока я не добавлю их в свой список доверия на моей репутации это никак не скажется. Пользователь, не понимающий как работает система доверия может подумать, что я так же поддерживаю их и задистрастить меня, но это скорее исключение и такие пользователи надолго не задерживаются в DT. |

Я в последнее время не удивляюсь качеству контента на NFT-площадках, т.к. NFT сейчас пиарят во многих сообществах, которые ну никак не связаны
с криптовалютами и практически везде основной посыл звучит как на NFT можно разбогатеть особо не напрягаясь. Мне это напомнило как в 2017-2018 пиарили баунти кампании на bitcointalk с целью заполучить сообщество. Думаю мы все прекрасно понимаем к чему это приведет в дальнейшем.

Вообще не понял о чем вы  не вижу корреляции между "фанатением" и наличием на кошельках огромных сумм и уж тем более непонятно откуда пассивный доход с них (или залоченные эфирки уже дают прибыль?). А кто еще может фанатеть от постоянных "улучшений", которые как ни странно не приводят к удешевлению использования сети? Мне кажется все идейные уже устали от обещаний. ETH можно застейкать в различных протоколах и получать APY, кроме того стейкеры получают синтетические ETH, которые можно использовать в для работы в DeFi. |

If both sites have a good reputation and value their customers few people care if they are managed by the same people or not. It's possible that Rollbit casino was launched as an alternative site that does not require its customers to pass KYC. This is quite normal but it's just my speculation and not to be taken seriously.

I don't think it makes sense for a casino as well-known as Stake to cheat its user for $22. They have a good reputation and there must be some kind of mistake. The player could have accidentally pressed the wrong button without even noticing it. If it was a bug on the gambling site, we would have heard about such situations more than once. But if the player is 100% sure of his right then he definitely need to seek justice.

Мне кажется, что если хаккер вернет средства и укажет команде Wormhole на уязвимость, то вопрос решиться по обоюдному согласию и ему не будет грозить срок. Не думаю, что Wormhole подали заявление. Как вариант хаккер может возвратить средства и получить бонус не раскрывая свою личность, после чего прогнать средства через миксер и вообще забыть о преследовании, если таковое будет. |

Мне кажется, что преданные фанаты имеют на своих кошельках огромные суммы монет и получают пассивный заработок, благодаря чему все еще могут использовать сеть, а вот обычные пользователи, понимающие, что можно производить всю ту же активность только в других сетях гораздо дешевле, явно не будут платить втридорога. Конкуренция приводит к улучшению технологий, и мне кажется история с ETH это как раз из этой серии. |
