2681  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your market prediction for the year end - 2021 on: November 24, 2021, 03:48:55 AM
It's not an easy task to predict the cryptocurrency market accurately. We can only speculate and expect, but we don't know it will happen or not. We have mixed experience with end of the year cryptocurrency market. Sometimes markets pump and sometimes dump. This year looks still stable. We can't see much volatility on the market. My thoughts are we have to pass this year's instability. Because Bitcoin already hit an ATH a few days back. And it's been resetting slowly. Although a sudden dump was not expected, correction should occur. As long as Bitcoin price is above $50K still are in the bull. So I am assuming the price will play above $50K and of course we are in bull then.
2682  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Childrens Wallets on: November 24, 2021, 03:13:29 AM
I Second that suggested by mk4. Since you are wondering about saving Bitcoin or cryptocurrency for your kids, I believe you can afford to buy two hardware wallets. Especially you may find some offer next few days. So gift them a hardware wallet device and save it there. So your saving will be most secure and your kids will have a better experience. This is the right way to teach your kids for good practice of cryptocurrency

2683  Other / Meta / Re: Encouraging existing bitcointalk users to being more users to this forum on: November 23, 2021, 03:56:44 AM
Why do you feel this forum hasn't enough users? The way you are talking means you are encouraging spam here. Nothing else. The forum doesn't really need to invite users, rather users need to join the forum to learn about cryptocurrency. Why the forum should pay to bring fake users? A lot of users join every day and moderators become tired to prevent spam. We need a potential member here who will contribute to the forum. We need real learners here who will learn about cryptocurrency. We don't need Bots and spam here.

By the way, the admin will never implement the so-called referral system.
2684  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if the US Govt. buys circulating Bitcoin Supply and $ is backed by $BTC ? on: November 23, 2021, 03:22:56 AM
Does BTC (Bitcoin Community) care who and what they are thinking? The US has enough money to accumulate circulation of Bitcoin and reserve it. Then what? Will not it be useless? It's not easy to accumulate all the circulation at all but it won't happen in cryptocurrency. Decentralized things if you make it centralized then definitely it will be useless. If there is no Community for a coin means just a piece of code. To increase the value of a cryptocurrency must need a strong Community. So what you are thinking not gonna happen. But yes, everyone could their own cryptocurrency they need.
2685  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beginner's Questions about Trezor/Cold Wallets on: November 22, 2021, 05:01:43 PM
Let's make it easier for OP. The hardware device is only secure your private keys and sign transactions using the device and PIN. Nothing else. Your fund is really stored into blockchain and only the controller is the private keys that have generated user your seed phrase. So your seed phrase is the real controller of your funds. Not the device. No matter where you are and where is your device, as long as you have the seed phrase means always you can access your fund from anywhere in the world. You can import your seed phrase in a supported non-custodial wallet or other supported Hardware wallet. Losing or exposing seed phrases means your device couldn't save your funds anyway. At the end of the day, we can say everything is your seed phrase, not the device actually.
2686  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jack Dorsey far less decentralized exchange (tbDEX) on: November 22, 2021, 01:07:46 PM
I read the news title about Launching DEX from Twitter, but didn't read in detail nor read the white paper. If OP is right and this is the way to trade in tbDEX then I will call it semi-decentralized exchange. A true decentralized shouldn't have an account nor should ask for the KYC or any other personal details including email but not limited to. There are more DEX to trade, so nothing helpful from Jack Dorsey at all. This is just a business idea, not to help Bitcoin users. What's the problem is I use centralized since here we have to provide KYC to DEX? They also could block funds and centralized also could block the funds. Why we should take more hassle?  Most likely it will be just useless as OP said.
2687  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What to do when spot orders are not filled for a while? on: November 22, 2021, 04:02:02 AM
Earning cryptocurrency isn't easy as we think. Everyone knows trading is risky whether it's spot trading or the future. Taking profits from market volatility is called trading. I do not agree to stake my coin anyway. Because I think it's risky than trading. Return also not high but you might lose if the market turned into a bear and your staked coin dump. Even you can't do anything during that time. Filling your order-book really depends on the market price. To fill your order the price should hit below your bid. Sometimes we need to instant buy depending on the market trend. Trading should be held on the real-time decision. For me, I never stake my coin lately although sometimes I take a break from trading.
2688  Economy / Reputation / Re: Pawn account reputation for a few dollar [1xbit participant] on: November 22, 2021, 03:17:26 AM
I don't think he never knew about the site's bad reputation, he purposely applied for the campaign though in the end he could quibble that it was a mistake after I created this thread. What do you think about this?
Any user applying there is well aware of their scam. They consciously apply there to earn money. Because before applying you have to read the main thread where the campaign manager has a couple of red tags and warnings. Applying there means ignoring all the warnings.

I am not jumping for the immediate tag. Send him a PM regarding this thread who applies there. I don't have an intention to tag a Hero user just for applying there though he deserves it.
2689  Economy / Services / Re: Telegram Targeted DMs to any group members & Group to Group member Addin Service on: November 22, 2021, 03:00:48 AM
Spam service. But you are filtering spam LOL. Do you think you are demanding a high price for spamming? How forum users could trust you? Are you going to accept payment in BTC? You haven't mentioned it in your thread. If not BTC payment then move your thread into the altcoin service section. Otherwise, moderators would move. This service section is only for BTC Payment.

Also, update your thread either you want to use escrow from the forum during dealing? Because there is a chance of being a scam. If any spammer wants to buy your service must be careful.
2690  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Face-to-face Bitcoin trading on: November 21, 2021, 05:25:46 PM
Trading Bitcoin and using Bitcoin for your needs is quite a different scenario. Trading Bitcoin for cash face to face is quite risky. I heard a story in my country, one of my known persons was blackmailed when he went to trade Bitcoin face to face. All the fund was taken by the so-called peer gang. Also, the seller couldn't file a police case because Bitcoin isn't legal in my country. There would happen more issues if trading Bitcoin face to face. But definitely, you can use Bitcoin for needs like shopping or a coffee shop. There shouldn't be any problem. So yes, I discourage trading Bitcoin face to face.
2691  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we in a bear trap? on: November 21, 2021, 02:01:56 PM
Really it's time to call bear trap? Bitcoin hasn't dumped suddenly although it was hit $10K below from ATH. Since Bitcoin is much volatile it's a normal behavior in my opinion. If dump something like $10K within a night then we may call it a bear trap. I don't know the exact reason for the current dump but it's an opportunity to accumulate for us who we are risk takers. If it was a bear trap then the price should pump immediately after the dump. But it doesn't happen and BTC seems to be more correction IMO. I might be wrong but I am assuming to accumulate a small around $50K. But I don't agree to call it bear trap anyway. We shouldn't expect to bump the price constantly. Then there would be a fear enter in Bitcoin for beginners.
2692  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Need help to receive payment from USA on: November 21, 2021, 12:19:12 PM
There is only one possible so far in my mind. You have to fund someone trusted from the forum who has been using PayPal regularly. You have to offer him some percentage with the Tax since the US is quite strict with that. And the more important is you have to take the risk in the event of dispute or reverse. Most likely one month's salary would leave with PayPal holders who are helping you. But I doubt you will find someone like that. Otherwise, I can't see any simple solution since the matter is PayPal.

If the company encourages to pay in Bank, then look for international online accounts. What about Payoneer? There will be a Master card and Bank account as well. So your friend would deposit and transfer in his countries accounts. Or could withdraw by Master card.
2693  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Btc price sideways not what the traders want on: November 21, 2021, 02:48:14 AM
What do traders want actually? Always uptrend? It won't happen nor a traders should expect. Pro traders even would make a profit during the dump. This is how trading works actually. If there isn't volatility then you can't enjoy trading. And what's wrong with the current market? Seems good to me. Bitcoin seems stable above $50K, till then everything is good to me. As long as Bitcoin does not dump below $40K we can't say market behavior isn't good at all. Any coin including Bitcoin shouldn't just pump continuously anyway. Let's be realistic.
2694  Economy / Services / Re: 🤖 CryptoBotly.com 🤖 - AUTOMATE your Cypto Trading. Make INSANE $$ on Auto Pilot. on: November 20, 2021, 05:26:50 PM
I am not much familiar with trading Bots nor I am interested. But I am curious how much money have you made by your own Bots? If the Bot you made works properly then rather than sell it you should make handsome money. If you don't have enough capital then you may take a loan since you have the confidence of gaining in the trading.

How do we believe your Bot working fine? Who will be responsible for the loss if your bot not works to generate profits? Let us know if any forum-trusted user ever used your bot.
2695  Other / Meta / Re: Forum PM Privacy on: November 20, 2021, 03:23:24 PM
Publishing PM in public fully depends on the situation are you facing. PM with private information including but not limited to name,  address, or identity shouldn't post in public. A person who wants to trade with you really doesn't make sense to post in public. Either you should ignore or proceed if the deal isn't against forum rules or not against community standards. You can report admin if you receive a PM that is against the forum. You can post PM publicly if it's against community standards (like a scam). You shouldn't post PM publicly if the message included not to share with a third party.

However, I do not support tagging anyone for posting PM publicly.
2696  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as Education Insurance on: November 20, 2021, 03:02:51 AM
From the article, seems Bitcoin will distribute through "Bitcoin Toss". Just not getting the process of how these two participants will be selected from the beginning. However, this will introduce Bitcoin to more people, not only limited to the students. This giveaway will help expand Bitcoin use in the education sector. And day by day we may see more real uses of Bitcoin like we are seeing a few companies paying salary their employees. We know education is the backbone of a nation. So students will learn about Bitcoin from school life which will help massive adoption in near future.
2697  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to get started ? on: November 19, 2021, 05:04:41 PM
Welcome back to the forum. First of all, you need to spend more time reading forum threads. Then you would get proper knowledge from here. Good to hear you made some decent profit since the ETH price is good now. But I am a little concerned about storing your funds. There are many allegations about blockchain Wallets. I believe this web wallet won't be a true non-custodial wallet at all. Since you made a handsome profit from eth, rather than storing your funds in blockchain Wallet I will suggest buying a hardware wallet like Ledger Nano. So your funds will be under your control. Regarding mining, you should read the mining section to learn more, talk with those who are mining now. Don't invest in any so-called cloud mining scam.
2698  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: About Unsolicited Message... on: November 18, 2021, 04:13:36 AM
It doesn't matter whether the message was a scam attempt or not. This is an unsolicited message with links anyway which is enough to ban the sender from reporting to admins. In the future, you can do it. Posting here isn't really necessary in that case. Rather than you may post on reputation or scam accusation board about that scam site. So others would be aware of that and can stay away. Report itself enough to punish the sender.
2699  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Trading on Binance Without KYC via Safepal? on: November 18, 2021, 03:30:38 AM
You will have to deposit funds into the built-in binance interface first. I can't speak about the KYC part, but I don't think it's enforced. I tried to deposit on Binance, and I was asked to KYC, but when I try the same thing on the safepal app, I wasn't asked for anything and they provided me with the deposit address.
I am a little curious here. Where do you deposit exactly? Inside of trust wallet, right? Where Binance ask you for KYC but Safepal didn't. So I am interested to know after you deposit can you trade in the centralized interface? Or do you have to trade on the decentralized interface? Just I am not getting where Binance required KYC to trade in their Centralized exchange but how can you trade there without KYC through just a tool or apps. I think it shouldn't happen and we are missing something. I haven't been using Safepal wallet so I don't know exactly how is the process.

If it's possible to trade on the centralized interface from safepal wallet without KYC then everyone will do that instead of using KYC in Binance.
2700  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info - Are they really stealing people's BTC? on: November 18, 2021, 03:10:07 AM
Most of the allegations against blockchain happen due to malware attacks, attackers stealing funds from the Wallet. But usually, we blame the Blockchain immediately where we are unable to save our assets. The first thing is we shouldn't choose a Web wallet to store our funds. Then blockchain won't steal as well.

Besides that, there is blame where blockchain staff is involved. There are possibilities to steal your seed. I have read somewhere how they do it. It's possible to change your email on Blockchain and it would be done easily by blockchain staff. Then they will brute force and request wallet files. So after stealing the funds they restore the old email. So the user even doesn't aware of how the funds have gone from his wallet.
