2701  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Transaction Fee Clarification on: August 15, 2020, 06:18:26 AM
you should keep in mind that these numbers are "total" sizes not the size at that fee level (hence the + sign).
for example when on 2+ shows 0.481 that means there are 0.481 MB (mega virtual byte) of transactions paying more than 2 (2, 3, 4,...) and with a quick look at next level you can see that only 0.020 MB tx is paying 2 sat/vbyte here and the rest is paying higher.
So it simply means that the total MB size is accumulating overtime. In this example, 2+ sat/(v)byte up to the highest transaction fee is included on the 0.481 MB making it possible for these transactions to be included in the next few blocks due to uncertainty that there will be more tx with a higher transaction fee.

Right?

2703  Other / Beginners & Help / Transaction Fee Clarification on: August 15, 2020, 04:11:02 AM
Greetings!

Just want some clarification regarding transaction fees based on the mempool created by Johoe.

I just want to clarify if the minimum transaction fee that we can use in order for our transaction to be mined in the few blocks is at least 2 sats/vb? Right?

So to simplify, we can easily determine the lowest transaction fee possible when the mempool size is close to 1 MB right? In this case, 1-2+ sats/vb or 2-3+ sats/vb is the recommended tx fee isn't it?

2705  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Thinking of making list of marketers! or there is one available? on: August 15, 2020, 02:32:57 AM
Is there any list of marketers where someone can easily know who is offering marketing services and what kind of specific platform?
I don't think there is one general list of marketing people with their specific platforms as most of them are independently posting their service in Services section. However, I've found some old thread where people advertise their service in an old thread.
[1] Are you providing crypto marketing services?

I am just not sure if those people are legitimate marketing provider.
2706  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Youteme.com scam or legit ? on: August 14, 2020, 10:39:43 AM
Regardless whether the platform is legitimate or not. The platform still requires their user to invest their time watching unsubstantial content from their platform for the sake of earning little to no value points. It would be much better to spend your time watching specific course subject that will harness your skills instead of watching random videos.

Moreover, inviting someone to earn is also subjected for being one of the classic form of pyramiding scheme wherein they offer people's fund to earn. It is somewhat similar to how trendy works.

2708  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Withdraw funds from gambling site to ??? on: August 14, 2020, 08:20:54 AM
Use bitcoin mixer instead either [1] https://chipmixer.com/ or [2] https://bitcoinmixer.org/. That way mami-minimize mo yung risk na ma freeze yung funds mo sa coins.ph kasi as far as I know, against sa TOS nila yung trasnfer between gambling site to coins.ph

Take note the minimum amount to be sent using Chipmixer is 0.001 btc.

Since we don't have chips lower than 0.001 BTC, your deposit will be treated as donation. Be aware that if you send 0.0015 BTC, you will receive one 0.001 BTC chip. Sending 0.0015 BTC twice will result in three 0.001 BTC chips.
2709  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [POEM] The fifth step risen glory. on: August 14, 2020, 07:49:45 AM
You did a great job on creating bitcoin related poem.

Why not use your poem writing skills to earn a few bucks which you can use to gradually earn bitcoin? You can even try Etsy as a platform to sell your commissioned/ services. Or you can publish your own website that contains your poem portfolio which eventually can have traffic and have a small passive income.
2710  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Add bitcoin as a payment method on: August 13, 2020, 08:36:42 AM
Take a look at this. You can always integrate third party bitcoin payment processor into your website using BTCpay.

2711  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is merit and why do some people have up to thousands? on: August 13, 2020, 06:52:30 AM
It's always fun for me to see these people who got lots of merits and tend to race between each other. It simply tells that they are one of the most active people that is helping and educating people in multiple ways or maybe just participating on a natural or high quality discussions in which they share information that may benefit a lot of people.

This is always an inspiration for me.

The website is a bit laggy. Is there any application for this online tool? Just for practicing Logic Gates and any other related subjects. I tried searching on their website but I can't find any. Huh

Well I've invested before to yolodice before but It seems that the profit is down to 4% do you think it's still profitable to invest on it? The good thing about it is that they have an calculator of how much % you will get from the total profit.
Yeah, I think so. During the past few weeks, some whales lost a large amount of bitcoin making it to be profitable for investors side. There are also some people who got into investment as well and has their own thread to monitor their profit on a weekly basis.

2716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Discuss & Earn on: August 10, 2020, 06:29:42 AM
Replies cupped at 1 (one) reply per user per discussion, so I don’t think it would be cost effective. But if someone will try to abuse the system like that and it would be cost effective, there definitely will be some changes.
Does it not affect the actual flow of the discussion? Like for instance, if someone wants to have a fruitful discussion in which sometimes their ideas can't be contained only with one reply but rather consecutive posts on a specific thread.

2719  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to avoid high transaction fee on: August 10, 2020, 01:56:10 AM
This is what I do but if I don't have an option, I have to go through with the current fee that my wallet suggests.  Undecided

But op if you don't want to pay a too high fee, you can always use the free push from viabtc accelerator. If it says that you have paid a very low fee, they can't help so always go as much as near to the low-medium priority and not to the lowest fee. You are lucky if by one time input, you get accelerated.
Keep in mind that the lowest minimum requirement of transaction fee is 10 sats/byte in order for them to include your tx in the next few blocks. However, it is still not advisable to use accelarator for pushing your delayed transaction to the miners.

A good practice is to not rely on third party services but rather on using built in bitcoin wallet functions such as "Replace-by-Fee" or "CPFP"
2720  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to avoid high transaction fee on: August 10, 2020, 12:00:56 AM
- One of the best way is to wait until the mempool is not congested. [1] https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#0,24h. High transaction fees happens when the network is busy which leads bitcoin user to get into the race making them to raise their fees in order to get prioritized.

- You can also use SegwitAdresses that starts with bc1 or 3 to significantly reduce the tx fee you will be using.

- Consolidate your inputs when mempool is not congested. [2] [Aug 2020] Fees are low, use this opportunity to Consolidate your small inputs!
