2701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Shiba getting rugged like Luna? on: June 01, 2022, 11:45:35 PM

I do not know what to make out of the news today about Shiba Inu's founder Ryosh distancing himself from Shiba and deleting all media posts across his handles. Usually this is a red flag and whenever it happens it gives the impression of a rugpull. Is that what we are likely going to have here, a similar situation of investors losing money like they lost in Luna. What is your observation on this? Please share with us.

This happens in every bear market why would this be any different.  Shiba was only built on the greed rush of 2021 meet coins.  It was never going to take over crypto, it serves no purpose that isn't already created lol.  Shiba...lol too funny.

With what I witnesses watching the Heat vs Celtics, There is no way in my mind that Boston even makes it a game vs the Warriors. Their only Chance is if Tatum and Marcus Smart play great offense and great defense every game. If those 2 leaders for the Celtics have a bad game, they will lose the game. They don't have a deep enough bench IMO.

Even if Tatum and Smart have poor performances, the Celtics can still hope for Jaylen Brown. This guy was pretty good in the series against the Heat. In addition, Horford can also be useful for the Celtics, especially in the paint. However, you're right that the Celtics have a bad bench. I would even say this is their main disadvantage because their coach allowed only 3-4 bench players to play in the previous series, while some players in the starting lineup played for 40+ minutes almost every game.

Yeah it's taytum and jaylen or bust.  They can't get over having them play terrible, especially in golden state.  Everyone needs to rock out there.  Celts can't overcome poor performance from both smart and taytum they aren't built deep enough to recover from that, maybe one game.  But Def not an entire series.
2703  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA Finals 2022 - Warriors vs Celtics. on: June 01, 2022, 11:41:22 PM
I voted for the Warriors as well. They've been on this road before, so they're the more experienced team. If I'm not mistaken, the last time Boston reached the NBA finals was more than ten years ago, in 2010 when they faced the Lakers. So they could definitely handle the pressure better than the Celtics. Also, the team has a great chemistry. They could push toward winning even if their star's movements are limited. Boston, on the other hand, relies heavily on Tatum.

I agree with what you think about the Golden State Warriors and we have the same thought.

But saying Boston Celtics relies heavily on Jayson Tatum? I must say you might miss some of their playoffs game.

No need for an explanation but if you will do some recap on their hard journey this playoff, it might change your view that the Celtics are just about Tatum.

They definitely rely on taytum.  No taytum no finals for the celts.  When he is playing well the whole other tes focus is stopping him completely opening up the floor for everyone else.  Yeah jaylen is important but without taytum jaylen doesn't go off like he does.  This isn't a knock but rather just saying taytum stepped into another level this year.
2704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can crypto go lower than 95% on: May 30, 2022, 09:42:03 PM
Most the favourite projects I have in mind to buy have already lose 80% to 90% of their value, if you are in my shoe would you start buying? I did try to buy piece by piece like 20$ to 30$ range but I still don't know if I am doing the right thing... I have these projects in mind

1. Theta
2. Sad to
3. Lukso
4. Mina Protocol
5. Layer zero
6. 0x
7. Woo Network

But looking for good entry per dollar

For most alts there is a ton of downward risk at this point still.  I would steer clear of buying new projects right now.  They might get permanently buried in price.  Happens every bear market be careful and good luck if you do move forward with those coins/tokens.
2705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bear markets are a time for building, development and research on: May 30, 2022, 09:38:01 PM
I saw a thread suggesting that new coins will bring big profit. This is true, however, these new projects that might bring big profit are harder to find during a bear market. This is not anymore a market where you can buy the most stupid coin similar to memecoins and profit 100x. This time we need to do more research on the project, what it does, the tokenomics, how much coins or tokens are issued and how much are emitted daily, weekly or monthly and the development team, if they are good and if they have enough funds to develop the project all throughout the bear market.

Also, it is important that you should not be wasteful with the money, bitcoins or stablecoins you have left for investing. The market might be bad for months, years or longer. Be cautious and do the research. Invest in good development teams.

Many alts get annihilated in a bear market and never making it back price wise which leaves the team letting the project go during bears.  I wouldn't mess with new alts right now good chance you lose your entire stack on it.
2706  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA Finals 2022 - Warriors vs Celtics. on: May 30, 2022, 09:36:03 PM
So, guys, we are now in the most exciting part of the playoffs, it's NBA FINALS.

Per betting odds, the Warriors are the favorite to win.

Warriors 1.65
Boston 2.26

Also, the Warriors have the home-court advantage in this series.

So let's discuss guys, what team do you think will win and why?

Got golden state taking this in 6.  They are really tough on theor home court and they have some crazy record of winning at least one away game in a playoff series.  Think this will be no different and they hold home court and take one or 2 in Boston.
2707  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: May 30, 2022, 09:34:23 PM
In the beginning of the playoffs klay Thompson was a 50-1 shot for winning the NBA finals mvp, doesn't look like a bad bet right now.  If the Warriors win it will very likely be because of steph or klays shooting.  Was gonna pull the trigger and never did, I thought Memphis was gonna beat the Warriors.  OH well.
2708  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season - Finals on: May 30, 2022, 09:31:45 PM
Should be a good finals this year.  Boston has the defense to shutdown golden state, and golden state has enough fire power to shoot their way into a championship.  The x factor to this series will be how golden state plans on defending taytum.  He can single handily wreck the series for the Warriors.  Getting my popcorn ready, should be a good one.
2709  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: May 28, 2022, 04:24:29 PM
I was wrong with my speculation that Boston Celtics will now finally end the series. But that won't change my speculation on the next game that the Celtics will still advance to the Finals even if they will play Game 7 at the Miami Heat homecourt.

I like the Celtics to advance to Finals because this team is not a one-man team. If Miami Heat will advance instead, they will just rely on Jimmy Butler. PJ Tucker and Kyle Lowry's good plays tonight are just shown in the last minutes. Bam Adebayo is also not consistent. That's not the adjustment should they do if ever they will face the Warriors at the Finals.

Many still believe that Heat will not succeed in going to the Finals.
I'm actually surprised seeing the current spread, Heat is +2.5 in their home court, and I have a feeling that it will go +3.5 as the game schedule is approaching.

Heat has to play harder, and show some consistency as I don't think Butler would be able to score 47 points again, not in game 7 where the game will be so physical.

That's a joke of a line.  1 seed at home game 7 in a do or die situation when the heat been so tough to beat this year.  Gimme the heat getting points AT home, crazy.

Food for thought in a win or go home IN Boston Jimmy does this:
47 points
9 rebounds
8 assists
4 steals
1 block
16-29 from the field
11-11 free throws
4-8 from deep

One if the best playoff performances I've seen in the last decade or so. Jimmy buckets for the win in game 7
2710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Eastern Conference Finals (Heat vs Celtics) on: May 28, 2022, 04:14:39 PM
Lol everyone counting out the heat like the Celtics were playing Orlando or something.  Heat didn't trip into the 1 seed, they are legit.  Not a fan of either team but I'm rooting for Jimmy to get a ring, dude is amazing to watch and never gets any love.  Game 7 is gonna be so good, can't wait.
2711  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: May 28, 2022, 04:11:57 PM
There's an update about Tyler Herro's status.
Quote
Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra said Herro (groin) is doing "everything he possibly can" to convince the coaching staff and trainers that he can play in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Friday, Nick Friedell of ESPN.com reports.
He badly wants to play and help the team. Sweet kid.
Because of that, I am going full blast for them. Miami Heat ML. Win or lose, they got my support. Adding Over 202.5.
Play hard, and play smart, are two of their key ingredients to winning this game. I know Butler will do anything to make Game 7 happen but the other players should have the same mindset as him if ever Herro will not be available. Give everything on this game and think about Game 7 later. One game at a time.

I'm taking the heat on this one too, purely because I'm rooting for a game 7.  How hyped would that game be.  I think Boston has a better shot against the Warriors than the heat but couldn't stand watching Boston win another title.  Rooting for the heat then probably a boring finals.

Yeah, same here, +8.5 for the Heat is not that bad, although a ML at 4.40? that it going to be huge. You can see Herro's frustration at the bench, this guy is a competitor and obviously wanted to play in this finals.

And hoping for a game 7 to make this series more exciting. Warriors is waiting at the side and probably just taking a rest but for sure the coaching staff are going to put up a plan either against Boston or Miami in the NBA Finals.

I have the line and the moneyline.  8.5 just seems like too much for a do or die game given they are the one seed and they play low scoring games.  This one is gonna be a grind and I expect Jimmy buckets to ball out tonight.  X factor is if taytum has one of those insane 45 point games.  Then it'll be tough for them to hang.  If I were spoelstea I'd switch everything and double taytum make someone else be the hero.

Boom Jimmy buckets comes through.  Most underated player in all of nba, butler hlgets no love.  Dude straight balled out last night.  The bookies have been so bad this playoffs.  I know the heat were reading but giving the 1 seed 8.5 points jeez.  Was like Memphis getting no love.
2712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most undervalued cryptocurrencies in 2022 - your opinions? on: May 27, 2022, 11:01:13 PM
Hello everyone - lately I'm interested in the crypto market and would like to get in... I know it's very volatile at the moment, but I think the entry point could be quite well at the moment, because a lot is currently underperformed and yes also bearmarket…
But I don't really want to get into the big currencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum... maybe you have other tips and recommendations, hence the question: What are the most undervalued cryptocurrencies in 2022 - I am looking forward to hear/read your opinions? I'm already looking forward to it! Thanks in advance!

Right now bitcoin.  Until this bear ends I wouldn't start trying to snipe low cap undervalued coins.  You will end up most likely losing your stack.  Lots of "undervalued" coins peoe tell you won't be around once the bear market ends.  So many projects get buried because everyone leaves the project and start something new.

2714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin investments have become risky this day. on: May 27, 2022, 08:49:40 PM
While the market is on a downward trend, Bitcoin the giant of the crypto market has seen a drastic drop, and other altcoins followed the same trend, will we be able to recover, another coin like Luna did a total crash which is so bad for investors. In this scenario, can we still trust a high and unpredictable volatile I investment such as altcoin in this bear season?

Nothing different than any other downward trend or bear market.  In bulls wierd coins spike to insane levels, people buy the top fomo'ing in, then it drops like a rock.  It happens all the time, greed kicks in and people realize in the end 99.9% of the coins out there are just scame or money grabs.  Won't be the last time this happens...
2715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Fate of Luna Project on: May 27, 2022, 08:47:56 PM
The Luna 2.0 airdrop is near, do you think that Luna can make a comeback and proof us wrong? Or whatever Luna does it won't matter anymore? Because I haven't seen a project that stand on its feet after making such a mistake,  they always go down.

Nah man don't waste your time.  If they came out with bitconnect 2.0 would you get hyped about it lol.  What happened to luna and the underlying assets was very telling about what will happen again in some fashion.  Steer clear.
2716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Eastern Conference Finals (Heat vs Celtics) on: May 27, 2022, 08:45:24 PM
Things can be over in this series tonight. Celtics are very close to ending this. If they win tonight, they are ending it by 4-2. On the other hand, it is going to be another very difficult game for Heat and Celtics both. Heat would try their best to collect themselves by winning the sixth game here. Even if they make it, it would be by a close gap I think. Because I don't expect to see Celtics playing in a complacent way. Their defensive performance was really impressive the last time and I hope to see it again. I believe Celtics will finish this tonight.

I expect another grind out game here and a low scoring affair.  Going to be real tough for Miami to win in Boston.  Would like to see Miami come through to give us a game 7.  Haven't even checked to see if hero is playing tonight but if he can get out there, he helps spreads the floor otherwise Boston can pack it in the paint.  Enjoy the game go heat!

$1  Roll Eyes

Why in the world would anyone buy luna at this point.  How much writing needs to be on the wall at this point.  If anyone needs to throw theor money away just throw your bitcoin at a charity rather than buy this hot garbage.  Seriously, it's over for luna.  They've been exposed.
2719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Well, you put your money in your luna if it gets forked? on: May 26, 2022, 10:36:49 PM
The past few weeks have been the most challenging for there luna coin investors, as the network witnessed a hard attack that led to its price crash but then we can't give up on the project since it has some good prospects. And recently the CEO announced a recovery plan so am forced to ask will still buy the forked luna coin if it lunched or you rather look away from it?

Why?  There are tons of other good opportunities that aren't clawing theor way from the bottom of the swamp.  Why wouldn't you just put your money into bitcoin?  It feels like crypto is the only space where you get wiped out then people will still buy in based on hopes and dreams lol.  Crazy.

Yeah in front of their home crowd I'm Def taking Warriors.  Thought it would be around 8 or so, so I see value at 6.5.  If dubs up by 4-5 by the end of the game, mavs gonna foul until the lights are out helping it push higher.  Do or die just don't think mavs got it.

Enjoy the game all
