The escrow address for sceneboss (Mark)(the seller) and Bicknellski's(the buyer) transaction would be:
1KeFhfELAgm3q48bWKE85LJzxV3G5kdHe6
Please state and agree to the conditions (if item is received damaged, item lost with tracking, customs fee etc) beforehand.
If possible, GPG sign your agreement to prevent any discrepancies later on and please ship with tracking to prevent problems during delivery. GPG signing is not a requirement, and any verbal exchange in the form of private messages or posts on bitcointalk.org, or email is effective as a ‘statement of condition’.
The fine print: This Contract is solely generated for the purpose of facilitating the transaction between the seller and the buyer, which refers to the pseudonyms used on bitcointalk.org. The escrow holder, John, assumes and gives no liability or guarantees on the satisfaction of all parties involved, although he agrees to mediate and facilitate the deal to the fullest extent he is capable of. On the event that any problems arises, he will release the escrow to whichever party that presents him with the most convincing proof and/or after an open discussion with others or theymos. The verbal acceptance by both parties (or the failure to reject) and the sending of Bitcoins to the escrow address above constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated, and the activation of this Contract.
Please understand that I am doing this partly as a community service for members, I am assuming the risk of holding the escrowed Bitcoins, and I am using my own time to facilitate this transaction. If it does not represent a burden to do so, please tip me at 1NB1KFnFqnP3WSDZQrWV3pfmph5fWRyadz .
Thank you.

Hey John,
Looking to buy some Cairnsmore1's from a guy in Australia... just working on the details currently. Would you be okay to do an escrow for about 24 to 25 BTC next week?
Yep, no problem. PM me when everything is set, including the counterparty's nick.

1.) I am trying to make a payment to an online business that accepts bitcoin but want it so that my personal identity is totally untraceable.
I was told that to do this I need something like instawallet but now instawallet is not there anymore.
Can someone please clear this up for me on how exactly to do this.
You can pay with a bitcoin address, wich is a random string, therefore anonymous. The problem is : can someone discover that this address belongs to you ? In example, if you are signing for an online wallet from your own computer, and someone can access the logs, he may be able to discover your identity through your ip. Same goes for the transaction : if your doing the transaction from your home pc, then your ip wil be logged and bound to the transaction. If you want to be anonymous one has to : - use anonymous vpn while doing your things online - use TOR ... You're correct for the first clause, where the logs in an online wallet could be traced to you. AFAIK blockchain.info only keeps hashed IP addresses though. If you're using a client based wallet like Bitcoin-QT, the transaction is never bound to your IP.

[Yes I have already done a lot of research (and youtubed and googled for hours).]

2.) I am also wondering what the plusses and negatives are of using a wallet located on my own computer, as opposed to an online wallet.
Please also recommend the best ones
3.) I hear the mtGox is the biggest place to buy and sell bitcoin is there any drawbacks to using them? Can anyone recommend a better one and if so tell me why they are better.
Thanks
1. Use blockchain.info, or even Electrum if you seek to do this fast. You can buy the coins via Bitinstant at Walmarts if you're at the US. Please provide your country for a specific service. 2. The security, of course. Electrum or Multibit if you're a casual user, but Electrum is the easiest so far to get you off. You may use bitcoin-QT too as that's the original client most people use, but you'll need to wait for it to initialize for some time. 3. Only drawback is the time needed to get the funds in. They only accept a few payment types like wire and etc. As I said before, this largely depends on your country. Bitstamp, for example is good for European users.

Mom's acccount...password wasn't very good...Please help. I know what account the money is in currently. I need help from blockchan.
Not much they can do. They can't access the money either. Sorry man ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) This. Blockchain.info does not have the private keys of it's users (thus mitigating the risks if it's hacked internally like bitfloor), and thus they cannot access the money. Also, the hacker probably transferred the coins to another btc address not under blockchain.info anyway. Are there transaction ID"s and stuff?

As per Grami's request, here's the escrow contract for the deal here. This address is meant to separate serious buyers from those who are not, and a deposit is required to be placed here before contacting Grami on the terms of sale. Of course, I will return the funds upon request if the deal falls through.
Grami should be here to clarify this,

Yeah I had read a few places that MultiBit has been pretty buggy.... Like I said lessons learned, luckily I did not loose everything. I just changed wallets to a new paper one. Any other tips for me? Just sent a donation to you signature address..... Thanks
Thanks. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I'd suggest you to use Armory if you're managing a substantial amount of coins, or even Electrum if you prefer the speed that comes with Multibit. Both have deterministic wallets, which allows you to back up a small code in paper, and all future addresses generated will be backed up adequately.

Yeah, you got a point there. I guess Romanians need their own subforum now.

Well, I've said this last time - this is bitcointalk.org not altcointalk ...

If I would keep this address on it, then if someone would send money to it, what would happen? I'm assuming (because it's an example) that hundreds of people have added this. So if it receives money, which person does it go to?
All of you with the key. The first one to spend it, spends it.
