1824  Economy / Securities / Re: I want to invest in asicminer on: May 01, 2013, 06:01:39 AM
What do you mean by transfer the shares out?

Also I see many names

G.ASICMINER-PT

Then ASICMINER-PT

Which one is the real ASICMINER The seller of eruptor blade?
Actual ASICMiner shares are not listed in the exchange and is managed by friedcat directly. You can change the shares bought from the passthrough to 'actual' shares if you're afraid bitfunder / btct.co running away. Read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=188550.0 please.
1825  Economy / Goods / Re: 250 BTC for borrowing your Avalon on: May 01, 2013, 05:29:01 AM
Oh, I do have the 250 BTC (and a lot more than that).

John: wasn't sure which subforum best fit my thread. Move it if you want.
Nah, it's fine here.  Smiley

1828  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: w0mbat - Took my 16.80 BTC on: May 01, 2013, 04:45:03 AM
This indeed is a large amount. I really feel sorry for you, and can understand the feeling since I have been scammed before as well.

This being a btc transaction, I doubt you can do anything at all at this point. Hope this does not hit you too hard. Please, always use escrow for large amount of transaction with non-reputed members. There has been plethora of warnings about inactive accounts getting hacked.

Again, sorry to hear this.
That is true. Always beware of accounts which came out from hibernation.
1829  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Crowdfund] Destroy my Series 1 Coin and make the rest of yours more valuable. on: May 01, 2013, 04:40:37 AM
For regular (fast) escrows and the amount is <50BTC, I usually just require a tip, not a fixed %.  Smiley
BFL and Avalon preorders on the other hand will take a couple months at worse to complete, so I am charging a fixed % to cover the time and extended risk. Good luck with  your experiment.!
1830  Economy / Goods / Re: 250 BTC for borrowing your Avalon on: May 01, 2013, 04:38:12 AM
Should this be moved to lending?  Tongue
1831  Economy / Securities / Re: [WTS] 300 (direct, non-PT) ASICMINER shares - 1.1 BTC per share on: April 30, 2013, 08:17:43 PM
PS: This is a completed deal and just waiting for friedcat to confirm.
1832  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Basic computer for Bitcoin networking (no mining)? on: April 30, 2013, 07:49:03 PM
Thank you for the noble efforts of helping the Bitcoin network. You can help by simply running the original Bitcoin-QT client - even running it in a cheap (or free) EC2 instance would help. I've whitelisted you to post elsewhere. (hint: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=6.0)

Welcome!  Smiley

Why they didn't you move the Power prevision of BFL to "PREVISONS" when it was started and they let it stand in Bitcoin Forum > Bitcoin > Mining > Hardware > Custom hardware

Huh? Do we have a "PREVISONS" board? (and what on earth is PREVISONS anyway)  Huh

They go along nicely with a glass of red wine and SPEACH.  It's like cheese, I think.

You're the main contributor to the need of moderation here, I swear.  Undecided
1834  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Refunding People on: April 30, 2013, 07:38:21 PM

...if the scammer repents does that right the wrongs?

Scammers are the worst of all criminals, worst than robbers.  Robbers rob mostly random people and disappear.  Scammers rob people and then stick around to string out people and revel about the people that they scammed.

Is this the second time I have to ask you to leave the thread? Get out of here, go. This was suppose to be locked and stickied. Not for people to argue about if I'm a scum bag or not. I'M owning up to my OWN mistakes and refunding them, what more do you want? I don't know where you get this generalization at but it isn't me, which is why I am refunding the people I took from.

It was more my gambling addiction than actually wanting to scam, I just gambled all of the money away that I got from them. Now that I've overcame my gambling addiction and started to make some good business decisions I've made it my first goal to refund all the people I've scammed.

If you want to refund people, you could contact them privately, why do you post this in public?  As a scammer, you are not entitled to tell people when or where to post.

LEAVE.

I was told to post here by JohnTheDong

That's true. It normally takes a public scam accusation thread to get someone tagged, so a thread should be required to do the opposite too. Also, that'll be a public ledger of sorts detailing why he got his tag removed if he pays up his creditors.

PS: Have you refunded the Circle of Trust coin yet?
1835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is the next coin coming out? on: April 30, 2013, 06:58:07 PM
Anyone want to preorder some BFLCoins?  Tongue I promise they'll come eventually...
1836  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What's your Mhash/s? (Pissing contest here) on: April 30, 2013, 06:33:51 PM
4.24Ghash (varies between 4 and 4.5)
2 FPGAs
and 13 GPUs including 5770s, 5870s and 5850s and 5530s.

I was actually wondering if there is a way to tell from the blockchain what the average miner runs, and basically how the curve looks.  My husband thinks we are super bigtime miners, but I don't think I am convinced.

I hope our moderator will add a section for Arabic Under "Local" and moving this announcement there.
Is there enough users for Arabic?

You'll need to ask theymos for that as only he has the power to make such changes.
