2721  Economy / Exchanges / Re: ***CEX.IO Bitcoin Exchange (Instant Withdrawals to Visa, MasterCard)*** on: August 03, 2016, 06:52:09 PM
I am going towards using them as an exchange now after yesterdays news of a major exchange going down for hours. They just shut their doors where users weren't able to login into their accounts and access their funds.
I think more and more people will go to this exchange now from that episode.
2722  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: XAPO Script - Hacked on: August 03, 2016, 06:49:56 PM
Another hack job?  Shocked
Is anything to do with bitcoin not safe to use anymore? These things seem to be affecting it more and more these days that I am starting to worry if my coins will be available whenever I go and check to see if they are still there.
Xapo wallets can be affected if this script takes their wallet address associated to what they used for this faucet.

2724  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitfinex HACKED - funds stolen ! on: August 03, 2016, 06:45:27 PM
This illegal exchanger (https://www.bitfinex.com/) is hacked.  120K BTC was stolen(aprox 60 mil USD) !

http://www.coindesk.com/bitfinex-shuts-down-customer-bitcoin-stolen/

It's so funny when they write "The theft is being reported to — and we are co-operating with — law enforcement."   What law enforcement when YOU are running an  illegal forex company(without licenses) ?!?!  Grin

They are liars and morons...

No theft would co operate with law officials so they have to serve more time or pay any fines after returning the bitcoin back, which is probably impossible because it is being sent to multiple wallets so it can not be traced back to where they actually came from.
2725  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfinex - lost 65m (£49m) in HACK on: August 03, 2016, 06:42:46 PM
This rediculious news that i seen right now its a large amount got by hackers but the price still staying at 500 value why they are not sell those all?
Or they are still holding some of them and sell it when the price of bitcoin will be increase..
Price is rebounding so damage done maybe not as bad as everybody think it was.
Give it time for all the news to come out before making any harsh judgments on the current price situation.
2726  Economy / Auctions / Re: Used female panty on: August 03, 2016, 05:59:00 PM
For all that have been asking (joking or not Cheesy ) they have been sold to the highest bidder for 0.05btc Which was very high for a set of used undies Roll Eyes

I just hope they aren't wearing them on themselves. You might get more not worth then what you paid for!  Wink
2727  Economy / Services / Re: SatoshiGames.io Signature Campaign ! Earn UP to 0.04 BTC/Week ! on: August 03, 2016, 05:47:31 PM
I am also curious why I have been denied. I haven't been particularly active the past few months, but that's over now and my post-quality is fine.
Something I can work on?
That is a necessary requirement that most campaign mangers look at now is the amount of gaps in a candidate's post history. If there are alot of gaps with one to two posts made then another within two or three weeks later then they will most likely deny you based on your frequency of visiting the forums.
Sorry to say but that is a criteria that most campaign managers look at if there is a high number of members applying for the same position such is the case for this one.
2728  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WORST decision about BTC on: August 03, 2016, 05:40:26 PM
My worst decision was staying aside from this ecosystem even when I knew about the existence and potential of bitcoin four years ago. Even I opened my first wallet then, and had several opportunities to acquire some coins at very low price, but my indecision made me lose a great opportunity.
I hate that feeling at being at a crossroads too with that indecisiveness aswell.
If it wasn't for that then I would be doing ok with bitcoin instead of fighting for scraps right now trying to get enough to feel like I have enough in savings for a raining day like yesterday during that bitfinex.
2729  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would U like to see Bitcoin implemented in Pokemon Go? on: August 03, 2016, 05:37:38 PM
That would be the fuel that bitcoin would need to go completely mainstream toward a mass public recognition.
But alas that is not going to happen. Nintendo toting bitcoin is just a unicorn that is made from fantasy.

Does Nintendo actually have anything to do with Pokemon Go? I thought Niantic was a company branched off from Google. I'm curious, how would they implement bitcoin in a sustainable way other than just accepting it as payment?
No too sure about that Bill. I thought all this time that google supported their maps services used in game. And this Niantic company offered the GPS trajectory needed in the game.
I could not tell you because I have not played the game yet. No phone w/internet to use to play it. Embarrassed
2730  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can earn btc as a newbie member From bitcoin forum? on: August 03, 2016, 05:31:49 PM
I am a newbie member from bangladesh.as a newbie member, how to earn btc from this forum ? Thanks in advanced

There is not much you can do as a newbie member except selling things in the marketplace section or offering your skills in the service section.

If you want to earn btcs right away without offering anything you can always do some faucets. Take a look at faucetbox.com. They have a long list of active faucet sites.

Yeah,i have earning btc by investment & facutebox. Now i have 13$ worth of bitcoin
That is a good amount of bitcoin you have claimed just doing faucets. Because far as I know if you don't have much bitcoin to start with it will take a very long time to make anything from having anything put into the investment game.
2731  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How much user BTC does OKcoin hold? on: August 03, 2016, 05:27:40 PM
Quite not sure about how much they hold and also actual data on how much bitfinex had hold during the attack is still unknown and also no any exact amount that got stolen is given out. Price is moving in uncertainty and lots of panic created in traders including me. This over night hack event has also make me lost significant in value but not direct lost of bitcoin because i haven't any in bitfinex.
It couldn't have been as much as every thinks because the price is on the rebound right now and is continue to increase towards what it was before the hack attack happened yesterday.

I would think going to a bitcoin casino and opening an account and wasting a year of my life going there
and using their website.
So much BTC hence money wasted there! Roll Eyes

That is the biggest regret of my life using BTC!

2735  Other / Archival / Re: Paying 20,000 satoshi for upvote in Steemit on: August 02, 2016, 02:24:12 PM
The only way to sign up to Steemit is through FB or Reddit?
Op, can you please tell me?

Thanks, i would like to participate and vote. Smiley

Yes but if you want steemit account without any bound of your social media account then you need to wait for their message in your gmail.
Received payment thanks for that.

It does say receive your account using sms but when you click on it they ask for it to be sent to you email which I find weird.
It shouldn't ask you to enter in an email address but a phone number so you can get an sms.
What country are they from maybe they can't send sms if you are in a country outside theirs.

Edit: It looks like previous poster just responded to with the answer to the question.
It will be enabled in the a pending future.
2736  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: August 02, 2016, 01:23:49 PM
Can't seem to buy any right now. Everybody is holding on to what they got in preparation of the rise again. It is bound to happen but the question is when will it happen  Huh
2737  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: August 02, 2016, 12:11:58 PM
I am trying to buy some at this time but nobody wants to sell. It is dropping to fast that they think they are losing out by selling them so soon. But it can continue to fall as people are expecting it from the charts and graphs they have been following so far.
