When do they start delivering? Am I missing something?
They are delivering now I think, if you can get a hold of Friedcat. I imagine he's a busy man. Check the OP.. if you live in a certain region, you need to order from a supplier.

Where are people getting this strange idea that he's cutting the price of blades?
Maybe everyone is (understandably) just assuming this? I have a little insider info I will share though: Friedcat confirmed with me VIA PM that blades will receive a similar price cut to that of the USBs. F**k me, don't either of you read a couple of posts ahead of typing your own and posting?! No... any other stupid questions?

Never going to happen. Another month from now when prices are slashed again, because let's face it they have to be, you'll have a few coins and be at a loss on your purchase, even if you intend to resell, but go for what you know...All yor doing is turning a fried cat into a fat one!
I know what I'm doing is risky, but I have a feeling I will make a profit. Maybe not nearly as big as a profit as I said in that post, but any profit no matter how small is... profit. I also disagree that the prices will be reduced again in a month.. maybe 2-3 months, but 1 month is unlikely IMO. I will let you guys know how it goes.. you can ride the wave with me. Busto or rubusto? We shall see!

Sell on Ebay for ~$150 (half of what they're selling for now) = ~$12600
They're not selling for $300 on eBay anymore. None of those buyers are going to pay up when they see new auctions for $110. True- they aren't selling for $300. Latest prices were $215-$280... However, I doubt many people sell for $110 seeing as though they cost 1 BTC (~$110). After Paypal fees there wouldn't hardly be any profit in it, except for what you're able to mine before you sell them. Again, even if I sell them for how much they cost me.. about $110, I was still able to mine for a month for free. Worst case scenario IMO is I get stuck with all of them and have to wait two years for ROI. Luckily I am a patient man.

I just ordered 84 of these bad boys. My 3 month plan:Mine with them for ~month = ~$2000 usd profit Sell on Ebay for ~$150 (half of what they're selling for now) = ~$12600 Cost of 84 = ~84.2 BTC = ~$8630.50 Estimated total income = ~$14600 Estimated profit = ~$5970 You guys are welcome to your own opinion, but this doesn't seem like a bad deal to me. Granted.. I may not be able to sell them all for $150 on ebay, but even if I sell them at cost I was still able to mine on them for a month for free.

I think some of you guys are thinking about it wrong.. saying current share price is overvalued.
ASICMINER will sell the USB miners at a much higher volume now that they are more attractively priced. I think dividends from USB sales are going to be through the roof the next couple months.
And, they can always expand the farm at cost of manufacturing (pennies to the dollar versus their competitors), so it is doubtful that ASICMINER falls below its current percentage of the network much.

Wow, that really changes the bang for the buck equation. What does that do to the temps and power draw?
Judging by his previous posts, he has an A/C unit that draws as much power as the Avalon itself blow cold air into the intake:

IMO a BFL Jalapeno/Single ordered today will have about the same ROI as a Block Erupter bought at 1 BTC.
It's going to be months and months before you ever even get a tracking number from BFL...
You'd get your equipment by December if you're lucky.

Where are the shares traded now? Its not at bitfunder already isnt it?
Still doing share transfers myself via PM or posting here or on our forums. I'm not entirely sure if I will list the security on bitfunder or not. I am leaning towards yes to streamline share transfers and dividend payments.

He charges a mark up. I think laughingbear (me including) is more interested in getting them from the source for .99 BTC Yes, my markup is 1.01618-.99 = 0.02618 per device. For $2.82 per device you get expedient service and peace of mind knowing that you will get everything as expected. If you are ordering over 30 units you get FedEx next day shipping included. No matter what you say, this an excellent service. But we all know you do have a bone to grind with me. So coinhoarder, I encourage you to handle your own orders and I'll continue distributing ASICMiner/friedcat's product. See my signature. Thanks No bone to grind with you... I'd just rather buy from the source with no mark up. Your "expedient service" and "peace of mind" don't quite match the expedient service I could give to myself (cut out the middle man). No "peace of mind" required either because there is no 3rd party. Only me ordering from Friedcat. This is not about you Canary... these things have a slim chance to make ROI in 2 years as is, no need to add extra expenses.

what about a new price for the blades?
This- I'm excited to see ASICMINER actually become affordable. A year ROI isn't bad, granted there is a lot of power to come onto the network in the coming months, but it seems these will at least make ROI in a year to 2 years. However, buying 100 USB miners is a bit redundant.. I'd rather buy a similar priced blades and only have 4 things to mess around with rather than 100 USB sticks.

Maybe they think the Bitcoin Foundation was involved in "money transmission" because of the working Bitcoin ATM at the conference But, technically that wasn't the Bitcoin Foundation.. it was whoever owns the ATM..

Hello,
I really like your pool and its multi-pool concept. Any chance you will add PPCoin to go along with Terracoin and then perform auto switching between these two SHA-256 types?
I think this would be cool too ^

I just thought it was funny you obviously don't understand that SMT mounts chips on PCB. In 1st grade terms its used to make modules / batches. Well i'm off...later degens.
You have a reading comprehension problem, along with an attitude problem. Enjoy being the rude kid that no one likes the rest of your life. You assuming stuff and kissing ass = Fail. Enjoy your life being obese and ignorant. You don't think they will need to mount chips on PCBs for their second generation of chips? This is what I've been referring to all along... I thought that you would be able to realize that.... You're just a rude little kid, be gone. PS: I probably weigh less than you, as a few people on these forums can attest to as they've met me in real life.
