2741  Economy / Economics / Re: You need to understood world is business and priorirty money and profit on: March 20, 2022, 12:30:58 AM
Putin won't be removed without Russia fighting who ever trying to do that because Putin will unleash his Army fully on the country, so don't think about that happening very easily. And although Europe will need Russian gas but that won't be enough reason to stop the sanctions. Europe is going to try more sources to get gas instead of largely depending on Russia.

As much as there are some groups within Russia wanting to get rid of Putin, it will not be an easy task, he is running the country with iron grip so it will be a very difficult task. But this should be the first priority if Russian wanted to stop the war and kills it's own people. And this could also be accomplished only if is there is a state backing this dissidents inside the Russian government to help them oust Putin otherwise the war will drag on and business will suffer in Europe and oil will be a big problem around the world.
2742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: March 19, 2022, 12:18:26 PM

That's one thing to be proud of despite the backlashes and people that dislike him for showing the true attitude that he has. 1 month left and we're going to see them spar.

Fans do not want a fighter who does trash-talk, therefore we should get used to it. However, we cannot deny that Casimero is one of the best boxers in the PH, and despite his attitude in boxing, he can still be something that we should be proud of. People stop talking about him but if he will beat Butler then we should expect that the talks between Casimero and Inoue will again relieve.

I guess there are fans who wanted to hear fighters trash talk, but not someone from PH though, Manny didn't trash talk to any of his opponents as far as I can remember, he just smile and then let his fist do the talking. So Casimero being an PH fighter should follow the norm. But I guess he wanted to be different from the rest of the PH fighters and he chooses to do trash talking, it become effective to some extend but now it doesn't sound good, literally.
2743  Economy / Gambling / Re: BK8 - Biggest and Most Trusted Brand. Asia's #1 Crypto online casino BTC & USDT on: March 19, 2022, 11:31:09 AM
Are residents from the Philippines cannot register and play on your site? I am trying to create an account however I cannot see the Philippines on the country options, and of course I cannot see the Peso currency option on the list. I thought giving the country of bank and preferred currency was only for those who wanted to use fiat currency, how about those who wanted to play with cryptocurrencies?

I was also surprised to see that the Philippines is not on the list while all other Asian nations are included. So I try to scroll down if this is just a mistake, but then again it was not really included in the list.

Maybe this is just a mistake on the part of the gambling platform as Philippines is more crypto friendly than other nations, it even has 3 biggest casinos.
2744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: US Recovers And Returns Over $500,000 In Bitcoin Stolen From A Coinbase User on: March 19, 2022, 11:06:08 AM
I don't trust the source so I look for the official document:

Quote
According to the filed complaint, the imposters directed the victim to use hundreds of thousands of dollars of his retirement funds to purchase Bitcoin through Coinbase Global, Inc. (Coinbase). On August 31, 2021, 12.164699 Bitcoin, worth approximately $574,766, was transferred from the victim’s Coinbase account to the account controlled by the imposters. Coinbase and the FBI ultimately identified the transfer as possible elder financial fraud. Following an investigation and successful civil forfeiture proceedings, the seized cryptocurrency was forfeited to the United States and will be returned to the victim.

Probably as others have said, it was very suspicious transfer to Coinbase flag it initially and it was identified as financial fraud and it will be return back to the elderly person.
2745  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should Casinos invest on endorsement from celebrities on: March 19, 2022, 10:30:56 AM
Should casinos invest in the endorsement of celebrities just like what Stakes is doing or it's better to just stick with giveaways contests and maintain their reputation, we know we all know the high cost of celebrity endorsement should other casinos follow Stake's lead to partner or pay celebrities to promote them.

I think there's nothing wrong with casino investing on any artist or even sports athletes for promotion. Obviously, its more of a marketing strategy and this is one of the most effective methods. Even ads in the last 50-60 years has been with Hollywood actor/actress in TV. So this is just about normal in any industry, you need to hire someone to promote your product to other people and hopefully you will get a good dividends out of this publication.
2746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your favorite casino reviewer here in Bitcointalk? on: March 19, 2022, 10:08:18 AM
I voted for BTCGOSU.

They have been doing casino reviews for years now and so far they are spot on with their reviews, it's not just the positive and negative of a certain casinos, but the giveaways and other factors that you maybe looking for if you are going to play online casinos around.
2747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: March 19, 2022, 09:47:19 AM
I see Alcaraz at +2.5 on Sportsbet so I'm just going for Alcaraz to win @ 2.24.

Its interesting that Nadal is still favourite even when not playing as well as he
is capable of and Alcaraz playing in good form.

Rublev is through to the other semi-final beating Dimitrov, he will face either Fritz
or Kecmanović, TBH I think he is good for the final. Interesting because he
has progressed to the semi without too much discussion about him.

It will be an intresting match between nadal and alcaraz for sure and will be an amazing match to watch . Also i think Kecmanovic can make a surprise again and knockout Fritz. Decent odd on Kecmanovic ,but lost the first set so hopefully he makes a good comeback

Same here mate, I thought that Kecmanovic can upset Fritz, and he almost did, he forced a tie break in the first set and then dramatically won the 2nd. However he completely lost the 3rd set, when I check the score it was already 5-0 and I don't know what really happen to him. He was strong throughout the second set and chances are high for him to win the third set because of that momentum. Didn't watch the match but maybe there's something wrong in him in the final set.
2748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alt market today on: March 18, 2022, 06:32:43 AM
Good news coming in that's why bitcoin trying hard to make steady on 40k$ and that makes a great bounce from the dip market. Slowly but surely market is recovering and alt cons will rally as well soon. It's just a matter of time, altcoins will fly high again along side with bitcoin.

We will have to see if it can sustained it's $40,000 run because we have seen it last month that when we go over that price, it tends to not hold itself and then goes back below in the range of $35,000-$39,000.

So I would say that we shouldn't rejoice, it's premature, and for me personally, as the market seems to eb leaning into a more of a bear cycle, the price could crash anytime, IMHO, so there is no bull run that is going to happen in the next couple of months but instead the price will be on that boundary only.
2749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ] The Rematch - JOSHUA vs USYK II (updated thread) on: March 18, 2022, 06:01:17 AM
As much as I respect Usyk and his choices AJ can't wait around forever and if they don't agree to a fight date the deadline for the rematch will probably expire.

Agree. I think AJ should start looking for a new opponent and dont waste time. Usyk has joined civil defense and is protecting his country. It will take a lot of time before war ends, he gets some rest (mentally more than physically), then I think he will help to rebuilt city or do some volunteer work and return to training. As well as it will take time to settle all organizational matters and etc. It will take years before this rematch might happen.

Yeah, he should look for other options now, he need to be active and not wait for Usyk to be available. And so far Eddie Hearn has name four boxers that can potentially replace Usyk.

(1) Deontay Wilder and (2) Luis Ortiz, (3) Otto Wallin, (4) Joe Joyce

But we will see who will be the final pick: (https://www.givemesport.com/87984648-anthony-joshua-next-fight-eddie-hearn-four-potential-opponents-joyce-ortiz-wallin-wilder)
2750  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING]: RYAN GARCIA vs EMMANUEL TAGOE - April 9 on: March 18, 2022, 05:27:48 AM

So back to this fight, it Tagoe wants to win then he has to test the chin of Garcia again and see if it will hold. So he should be the aggressive early, it's like going in the first couple of rounds. If his experience is their then maybe he can overwhelm Garcia early.
This is a very good strategy, if we take into account that if Tagoe has a much higher resistance than Garcia, and I think Garcia is a boxer who is characterized by having great resistance and also a unique stamina for blows, if Tagoe does that, It implies that he will expend a lot of energy, and I don't know how intelligent that is for him at the moment, because Garcia has the experience, I am also sure that Garcia has already had this possible strategy in mind and his training must be focused a lot on strengthening the strength even more. resistance, the only way it works is to give him a knockout, otherwise I think Garcia could win in a few rounds.

Yes, so it's going to be a give and take strategy, and Tagoe should be ready to spend a lot of energy early so he should be training for stamina for the whole 12 rounds of the fight. If he can successfully tested Garcia early then maybe Garcia will readjust on this strategy and not to go out and look for a early knockout because Tagoe becomes the aggressor early. But Tagoe needs to sustain it otherwise if he gets tired then Garcia can take advantage of it and look for a knock out.
2751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: March 18, 2022, 05:02:31 AM
Anyhow, tournament still continues in Indian Wells, Nadal is still the favorite to win this tournament to me. I have him -3.5 against Opelka. The odd might be lower though at 1.68, but I will take it as we all know that Nadal seems to be unstoppable.
Opelka is a big server and I never like to play handicaps against them. This can easy go to tie breaks in case he has his day. Better bet for me would be Nadal to take it 2:0.

Very though games at Indian Wells, just can't find value picks, which is very unusual for me. Skipping it for today, Martić passed yesterday but I am afraid to pick her against Halep.
I'd go with Nadal to beat Kyrgios, Alcaraz to beat Norrie, Rublev to beat Dimitrov. Halep vs Swiatek is interesting and I honestly prefer Swiatek to win. In challenger, Musetti is playing Wolf another event to add in a parlay.

Kyrgios is really serious in this tournament and now the match has started and he already made a break and is really close to winning the first set. Nadal is also looking really terrible in this match and is making a lot more mistakes then he usually does. I think Kyrgios will win the match.

Close game, Nadal was extended to a third set, Nadal won the first in a tie break.

But Nick come back strong in the second, breaking Nadal, the score is 5-7. Eventually Nadal won the final set, battle of nerves  but one Nadal got the break, that's all he needs to seal the set, 6-4.

The Alcaraz vs Norrie was just two set for Alcaraz.

2752  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN will rise on: March 18, 2022, 02:13:41 AM
^^ And also history shows that April is an ugly month for Bitcoin so I don't see any bullish momentum despite the data that is being presented here.

On the other hand, as you have said, crypto most of the time follow stock movement. And stock is not doing very well as well, indicating that we might be in the bearish trend as we enter next month or even the rest of the year.
2753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will NFTs be available on Instagram soon? on: March 17, 2022, 09:46:09 AM
Why not? Instagram is one of the biggest social media right now and with the current hype of NFT still very high, then it's just a matter of time before they to ride on the bandwagon of NFT.

And if this happens, then it's going to be huge for the market again, when we thought that the NFT is slowing down, this news might bring it to the eyes of investors and crypto enthusiast again.
2754  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $40000 resistance on: March 17, 2022, 09:21:03 AM
however, the drop in bitcoin price from $69k to $50k was due to a correction, and the drop in bitcoin price from $50k to its current price was due to a bear market. Currently, there is not enough good news from bitcoin to see its price rise again. but the fact is, the current development of bitcoin in the real world is really growing fast, I even wonder why bitcoin hasn't gone up to its current $50k price. well, i believe that bitcoin price could go up again, so personally, buying at this time is a pretty good thing.
The price of bitcoin was dropped from ATH to $50000 because of correction which is a bear market, the drop to $40000 is a bear market also but can still be said to be correct as well, it depends on what happen next if bitcoin will still drop to $30000 or below $30000 before bull run starts again.

I do not exactly know what will happen in recent time, I do not know of the price if bitcoin price will increase or decrease, I do not know if the price will drop below $30000 which is very possible. My speculation is just based on long term that if someone hold bitcoin now, there will be a time bitcoin price will reach six digits. But in short time, I do not know what exactly will happen.

If we are in the bear market, then chances are the price will continue it's downward path as we have seen in the past. The only hope for us is that the price drop is not going to be huge and quick, as we have seen as the price is slowly going up again to $40,000.

Nevertheless, April historically is not a good month so I will advise everyone to brace themselves because if history repeats itself again, then we could see the price below $40,000, IMHO.
2755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: March 17, 2022, 08:52:49 AM

Blair Cobbs makes prediction for Errol Spence Jr. vs. Yordenis Ugas

About a week ago, WBC-NABF welterweight champion Blair Cobbs shared his prediction on this upcoming fight between Errol Spence Jr and Yordenis Ugas.

He sides on Ugas to win this match as he sees Spence doesn't have that usual fighting spirit anymore compared to his previous fights. I don't know what he meant for that tough. He also shared the ring with Ugas and maybe already sees the style that can match Spence Jr. He also showed interest in betting money with Ugas to support his stand.

Out of topic but Cobbs has a scheduled fight 2 days from now.

Hmm, not sure what he was talking as well, but maybe the lost layoff of Spence might be a big factor that's why he sided on Ugas on this one.

Good if he can back up his talk on supporting Ugas on this fight, he is the underdog so it's going to be a winfall if Ugas win. So different opinions on this fight, a lot of good points that we can't really take into account before making out bet.

Wasn't able to see the match, but yeah Nadal won 2:0 but the score is very close 7-6 twice for Nadal. So obviously I've lost my bet, I thought that Nadal can break Opelka but I was wrong.

Anyhow, couple of games QF,

Nadal vs Kyrgios
Alcaraz vs Norrie

Surprising to see that Nick advancing to the quarter finals and will meet Nadal. We know that this two have history in the past as far as trash talking goes, but eventually Nadal will win this match in another 2 sets fashion?

Interesting is the Alcaraz vs Norrie, Alcaraz is the rising star and even compared to Nadal, so I wouldn't be surprised if this match goes to him.
2757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: March 17, 2022, 07:29:47 AM
Its normal in this industry because every noise they made counts as this add up the interest of their fans to watch the game since trash talking will build up some hype and controversy to the fight which people like to see its no fun to see if they are both silent knowing Casimero is well known to his bad mouth techniques. Maybe the better thing to do is how his opponent can react on Casimeros trash talk if he slow down in the middle of the fight and been dominated by him then expect that more from this will come.

I don't believe that trash talks will make the fight hype. In the first place, if they really believe that they have a good name, fans will really watch their fight. That attitude is more of being arrogant and non-sense.

Casimero since the beginning does have a behavior like that. That's not because he wants to market the fight. But the difference between him and those other boxers that do trash talks is, he is able to prove it on the actual fight.

Beating Casimero will be the hardest job for Paul Butler in the history of his boxing. But if he was able to do it, that's big news and his career will change for good.

Probably just for bragging rights, so I would say that the behavior is normal, we have seen it in Ali and other legendary boxers who trash talk but they can back it up. It's one thing to trash talk, but other if you can't back it up in the ring.

And as we have seen, Casimero can do his trash talking because his records speaks for itself and maybe that's why he is so arrogant about it. But who knows, maybe he will face some boxers that is tougher that him and can handle his power.
2758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: March 16, 2022, 03:25:15 AM
Yes, you're exactly right about that. Now that Casimero's name is somehow carved in the industry, then that means that he's been already watched by a lot of people who's fond in boxing. So he should be more mature and careful on what he's saying because he's now a champion in his division. He needs to be more appropriate towards other boxers especially towards Donaire, a co-Filipino boxer.

I could say now that Casimero is busy training rather than talking and hitting on social media some of his supposed to be opponents like Inoue.

He should be because this is his last chance to prove to the boxing community that he deserves to be the king of this bantamweight division and a shot for that money fight against the Japanese Monster, Inoue.

If we look at Casimero's training on his youtube account, I think we can say that he's on the right direction now but that nutritionist and conditioning coach issue is still not clear to me. Did anyone get the news on this?

Not sure who is the nutritionist for him, there are reports that it is Memo Heredia and then there is also reports surfacing that someone is helping him, I forget the name but it is Hidilyn Diaz nutritionist if I'm not mistaken.

This is also crucial because we know that Casimero has problems in the past regarding his weight. So if this is not taken care of as early as this time, we might see him not making weight again?

Yeah, for sure, Casimero is training very hard right now that's why he is very quite and not doing any trash talking because it doesn't sound right.

As for the nutritionist and conditioning coach, yeah that is the first time that he/she should look upon on Casimero, give the proper food to just stay lean without the weight limit while training and then slowly without harming his body get rid of the excess weight in order for him to make the weight.
2759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: March 16, 2022, 03:07:38 AM
^^ We speculate that GGG can still pull the trigger, and that he is still the heavy puncher between the two. Although there could be argument that he has tone down his agressive, that's why his trainer is pushing him to go back to his form in this fight in preparation of a Canelo clash. And speaking of Canelo, he said that GGG is talking too much and he wanted to shut GGG's mouth for good.
2760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Shakur Stevenson vs Oscar Valdez 130-pound Title Unification Fight on: March 14, 2022, 07:05:31 AM
Yes, at least the fight has been made by Arum and didn't wait for Valdez to have another tune up fight before going after Shakur. And it just so happen that they are under Bob Arum that's why there are no boxing politics so fans are going to see another great fight early this year.
I agree this should be a great fight as both fighters are in their prime, it's the best of the best and I'm expecting it will be a bloody fight knowing Valdez who's very aggressive and would always go for the knockout. 23 KOs means he is a tough fighter, and not losing a single fight in his career is something especial for a boxer who is never afraid to face anyone that will be put in front of him.

Exactly, either one of them are not going to back out of the challenges, they wanted this fight for so long and it's fitting now that they have the belts and coming off from a great win. Valdez is the more aggressive fighter of the two, but Shakur count on his defensive skills and counter punching. So their respective trainer should have a game plan in paper and let us see if their fighters can execute and then readjust as the fight goes on.
