2761  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: August 31, 2016, 06:57:21 AM
kids can earn bitcoins from the faucets like freebitco.in or moonbit.co.in i think that would be best for them. They need not to earn big amount of bitcoins and just to earn some satoshies they can use these faucets sometimes. And i dont think they must spend more time in studies than collecting bitcoins as kids.

The main aim for a kid should be the education, the learning and getting knowledge first. if a kid use faucets it is good for them but they should try to get information from faucets also. and try to different faucets too.
and bitcointalk also a good way to learn for a kid. and if the kid is know good english and can write posts he can earn even more than faucets.
This is very true. I preach this so much. Being able to educate everyone who wants to use bitcoins should be the first priority to making bitcoin a more globally accepted form of payment. But starting that with a kid is not good idea. But we must implement that with an adult who has missed any such an opportunity.
2762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Danger when buying/selling BTC in person on: August 30, 2016, 05:45:05 PM
After the recent BitFinex hack I think next time I sell I'd rather do it in person, I trust my ability to look after myself in real life more than an exchanges ability to protect my coins.
As long as you are smart and do it where there are any known people, you will be fine. I am sure often times both parties are scared for no reason and usually the transaction goes fine. But, that is not the case all the time. There are intentional robbers who might cheat you in many ways. Taking all necessary step are more important when meeting a stranger.
2763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will be see bitcoin as international currency? on: August 30, 2016, 04:05:33 PM
Experts are saying that soon there will be a collapse in the global economy. I don't know if this will happen soon as they say, but it's good to have some bitcoins to ensure.
I heard this and seen this on headlines and part of me feels like its just fear propaganda. But none the less having gold and bitcoin is not a bad idea, whether this is true or not. But in long term world economy will be surging for sure. If anything bad to happen, I will find that bad situations as a buying opportunity as prices usually will be lowered.
2764  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: August 30, 2016, 01:25:46 PM
I use bitcoin every day. and I believe that will continue to evolve into a bitcoin digital currency which is great. bitcoin has a great future for the world economy.
So do I, It’s great that people are using it much more. Bitcoin does indeed have a bright future and I think it will bring so much innovation to the way businesses are currently run. The so far revolution has become possible only because of the faith some people showed on bitcoins system. If we really want better future, then we must believe in bitcoins.
2765  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: August 28, 2016, 08:49:27 PM
Hi guys and girls! After making quite a lot of money then losing it and crying about not hapfmthe afternoon I have decided to give up gambling for good.  Its not for me in have a much too addictive personality. So now I just plan to work for casinos but not gamble.

The thing is you know you should cash out but you always want just that little bit more and then u lose the whole lot. I'm stupid and greedy. Right after I lost i put more in and doubled it then I went all in and lost it. So yes u can make a killing gambling with such a small about like a few dollars but then u lose all u make and waste a lot of time and energy and end up getting upset. Also i shake like mad when I gamble and I hate that. I tremble. When I lose I can't believe what the screen is telling me.

So any thoughts ? Ways to stop ? Ways to gamble with play money ? Maybe there are dust ga!going casinoes I can use? U know just for fun and for the fix. Smiley
if you wanna quit gambling spend all of your money so you dont have money to bet problem solve
I'm not sure spending all the money would help you to quit, what if you gain money again? seriously the only person can help you to quit is you yourself or rehab.
Yes, spending out all the money or locking gambling sites or or disabling Internet connection are few frequently discussed way of quitting gambling. But, I do not see no gambler is successful by following these procedures. Because, an addicted gambler will go for alternatives for above way of blocking. Without the self-control, giving up gambling is not easy.
2766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How long do you play per day gambling like Dice ? on: August 28, 2016, 08:19:07 PM
Itdepends on how you enjoy playing Smiley and earning most probably but if you think you are losing your money then better leave dude!!

Everyone gives the same thing or suggestion but doing it is not that much easy because if someone plays dice he always gets addicted once he win something there so even after that if he loses he cant stop.

I agree, they don't know how to control their self when to stop playing. When they win they get greedy wanting to earn more and in the end they just lose what they already earned. And if they lose they come back to get what they lose and repeat the same mistake all over again.

That's what the signs of someone experiencing addiction. they cannot think clearly and they are looking for is a very big victory and also pleasure while getting the victory. someone who is addicted will definitely lost all his wealth and experience the tremendous losses. That thing that makes gambling become one great place for business.
I play dice often ever since I was introduced to it but never to the point that it would interfere with my life. I only play for entertainment using the free faucets from their sites but never would I put my own coins in them. Well, I already did that a few times and gained profit from it all the time but I would not always want to do that because if I did, I may become addicted and most likely only lose in the long run.
2767  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doubling Bitcoin? on: August 27, 2016, 07:45:45 PM
ETC is looking good to get in all now, at 25, we can go to 50 during the next pump, and there goes your doubled Btc.
I never recommend nor follow alt coin trading tips as you have mentioned, it may be bumped / dumped at any time to swallow all your capitals. But I am not against alt coin trading because it is a practical and most preferable way of doubling bitcoins but still this trading is viable only with reputed altcoins IMHO.
2768  Other / Off-topic / Re: Steady Way To earn Bitcoin Online... on: August 27, 2016, 06:42:20 PM
Mining may be good way, but you will need a big capital in the beggining. Sig campaigns pay low prices but it's still good if you have time for doing that. Faucets give you very low payment and I think that's a bad choice.
As said, I believe signature campaign would be a standard source for steady income though it is bit less. What we need is a quality of posts and the posts must be relating to the threads you post. We have many say, trading would bring loss many times. It fully depends up on the market rate of the bitcoins. Since the value is going up and down, it really needs lot of money to invest in running this particular business.

You should be satisfied with the earnings from signature even if its paying less, as it doesn't involve risk of loosing money like trading, and you can expected fixed income weekly.
Going by the question, the steady way for getting bitcoins is to get a stable source of income and the given choices are neither steady since they both possess risk in them. I'd say a constant signature campaign, or a full-time job with bitcoin salary. Those are probably your best choices.
2769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! The Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: August 27, 2016, 05:05:03 PM
But it seems to get weaker every day.  The price doesn't hold.  The people fight more.  Blockstream is forcing everyone to use their side chain so the miners will stop getting money.  The whole thing is starting to collapse.  It will take more time, but it's death is now certain.  Core team did this. They are assholes who won't listen.  Bitcoin is now controlled by about 3 people. It is no longer 'decentralized'.  Therefore it must die.
You seem to know what you are saying. Any sources to back your claim? I do not see how bitcoin is controlled by about 3 people nor have I heard of any of that. As long as many miners are taking place in securing bitcoin network's integrity, there will not be any problem for the entire system and too for it's decentralization.
2770  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doubling Bitcoin? on: August 27, 2016, 12:19:39 PM
Fastest Way = Gambling of course, with an edge of 49.5%, one round less than 10 second you are done. But its really depedns on luck

Safetier Way (Even able to Triple + OR more) = Trading. Altcoins trading require good knowledge, understanding if supply demand is purely pump and dump or the value in it. Just go on the right way, you will end up profit + Knowledge Smiley

Good advise. But trading is still risky.
But not as risky as gambling like you're gonna lose it all.
Unlike in trading where losing is not gonna kill you.
yeah, i never do that, i dont have required experience for trading and for me it would be just a waste of time and money to be honest
I think you should have to learn to trade, and after that you will find that how much beneficial and profiting is trading, after that you will lose to trade and suggest everyone to trade to earn money.
It's only impossible if you don't believe it'll help you at all and you don't put any real effort into learning how to trade. Trading can provide a stable income if you're good enough at it, and it's a nice way to earn a bit of cash even if you're not dedicated to it- it's just a nice skill to have whether or not you're looking to triple or quadruple your money.
2771  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: August 26, 2016, 06:35:01 PM
I use bitcoin as a currency and investment. But i more use it as an investment because i can earn more BTC when i invest and as the time comes, i have a lot of earnings on my investments and use this to buy things that i need. we need to earn for us to have a chance to buy using btc as a currency and payments.
It is a good move for now since bitcoin is still at its early phase and there is more room to grow for us here so there is a big possibility that we can make money if we are just trusting on the future of bitcoin and risk our money.
yeah for me its good move because investment is really good to earn more bitcoin and to grow your bitcoin without doing anything seeing your bitcoin grow while sitting infront of your computer is one of the best feeling ever and then you will spend your coins in some random staff <3
Yes bitcoin is a good place for investment and very profitable. I also use bitcoin for short-term investments. But we must be careful if you want to invest in bitcoin as there are many scam sites, and we should be able to learn the price.
With bitcoins volatility in value, it makes it highly profitable, and also very risky since it is unpredictable.
Bitcoin is better used as both currency and investments. Maybe 50-50 just so we can keep the economy running because if we all go into investments and hodl our coins, there's less active coins circulating therefore less chances for improvement.
2772  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is Bitcoins going to die? on: August 26, 2016, 05:37:40 PM
someone said bitcoin will die in 2035,then I searched in google what really bitcoin will die in 2035,and I also ask users bitcoin What really bitcoin in 2035 will be lost

bitcoin could die anytime, but what if bitcoin really dead, what happened to this forum if bitcoin really dead and worthless
I believe bitcoin will remain there until whenever, and the price of bitcoin getting up

believe bitcoin until doomsday  Grin

maybe you can give link or anything that say bitcoin will die in 2035. i am doubt enough with that. i mean the biggest factor to bitcoin die is the user of bitcoin it self and also the developer of bitcoin. but as far as i know when bitcoin still have a fans (user) bitcoin still not have potential to die.

I also would like a link to support your theory, it is impossible to predict things in the next 19 years, and i think now bitcoin is showing a great development, so if this keep continue i believe bitcoin will last long, but all of that also depend on all of us to support bitcoin
Bitcoin will not die in 2035. It will just have all of the possible supply of blocks or coins mined.
When all of them are mined, it doesn't necessarily mean that bitcoin will die immediately. Well, miners would have a problem since they wouldn't be getting any rewards from mining except transaction fees.
2773  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: August 26, 2016, 04:08:57 PM
Actually i never saw a man, who has rich from Gambling?
I m not playing gambling because i saw a lot of people who has lost everything in gambling.
So i want to ask if anyone is here how has rich from GAMBLING ??
First Of All Gambling Is Not A Way to Become Rich, The Only Way to Become Rich is Our Master Mind and Money If We Use Them Wisely.....
And Gambling Is always Depends Upon your Luck And  I Also Never Seen a Single Person Who Becomes Rich By Gambling.....
Well, I'm not rich from gambling and not planned to, for mostly people gambling is just a kind of game for fun and realize we could lose money doing it. But gambling also offered some profits to them who lucky or smart enough to get it. I have no doubt there are some people who get rich by being a professional gambler, we watching it on tv and youtube that there are several tournaments of poker or blackjack. Who win it, must be rich right now.
There is one man who is so rich from gambling and he never loses any coin, but there is only one tiny thing, he comes from our imagination. I mean seriously, you can get rich with gambling but it’s just for one time or maybe two if it’s your lucky day.

Most of the time you’ll lose an amount of bitcoin depends on how much bitcoin you put in gambling, especially when you lose it all, I can assure you that would be your painful lesson. Staying away from gambling is the best way, just get away from them.
2774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: August 26, 2016, 02:18:06 PM
These kind of threads simply can be use for a good advice by some other that are still addicted with gambling and at one point can be use by users that are just spamming their post for posts count or for signature campaign purpose only, we should not let any kind of users to just keep on posting shitty post rather giving advice for other users so they can suppress the urge with their addiction on gambling.
While I agree that spammers get new thread to spam at, but for a moment spare a thought for those who are actually addicted and want to quit ? They might get some real help from here and I think if even 10 people quit gambling reading this thread then that's a win situation.
2775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: LUCK!!! :) How does it feels? on: August 26, 2016, 12:52:59 PM
I'm always looking for it to happen in my life. But still, I see in dictionaries and from other people. I didn't meet the word in reality.

You don't have to look after it. It comes exactly when you expect it the least. Everytime I was looking for luck, I never found it. Exactly when I didn't expect it, it came and I won! Be sure not to play with more than you can afford. A small mistake and it could go worse than you can imagine.

Same, There are times when I'm going to quit but I won in the last round. If I reach my limit to spend then I will stop better safe than sorry
I have also experienced that win that changes the mood Tongue .
I was gambling with random bets ( 90% win chance and then 1000% increase on loose ) I lost 3-4 bets and was about to busy before I changed the odds to 10% from 90% and said, come on red now come Cheesy and well, it actually came 93 and I won.
2776  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your gambling strategy on: August 26, 2016, 10:10:20 AM
Strategy works on a certain people and not for everyone, my strategy is very simple, I do enjoy the game and would not think of the winnings in gambling as it would always give me a heartache in the end, it is better to accept that you are losing in the game to minimize the loses you might experience.
That's a good strategy to keep yourself from disappointment of losing. However, it wouldn't hurt to have a research about the game/casino before playing into it. In addition to yours, that's my other strategy since I don't want to play in a rigged casino because it wouldn't be fun to lose immediately without having to have a chance of winning.
I also sometimes feel that casinos are rigged because I never saw anyone winning from games like slots and roulette. Not that people bet less on these games, I myself know many people who gamble on slots and roulette but maybe the games are rigged and hence they never win with slots.
2777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: August 26, 2016, 08:39:07 AM
Gambling captivate so many people, and it has to attain to the level drugs. This hobby is not only ruining the man and his family, but also psychologically traumatic for the player.
And for the family.

People usually forget how much the family suffers in these situations. They should also take the help of support groups so they can get support from other families in the same situation, as well as professionals.
I can not agree more with your statement. Because I have actually seen a family been ruined just because of gambling !
We always think that we are addicted, we are loosing but friends more than us our family is loosing ( they are loosing US ) because we spend less time with them when we start to gamble.
2778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: August 26, 2016, 07:54:54 AM
Let's be honest. Gambling should only be considered for entertainment purposes only. If you are in need of quick cash, doing hard dirty work is more often than not better than hitting up the casino sites. I see way too many people in this section try to justify their gambling habits by saying they have strategies to always win. Others on this forum will go as far as to say that they are professional gamblers, and they always win. You're fooling no one and you look stupid.

All the gambling addicts I knew in real life who claimed to win from casinos all the time had serious mental issues. I went gambling with that guy once, and he ended up blaming me for him loosing at Pai Gow poker, a game that's 100% chance.

And just to let you guys know, ALL the casinos in my jurisdiction say the same things in public advertising campaigns. So far, my sig campaign manager has not PM'ed me telling me to quit bashing gambling. Nobody wins gambling, so lets stop pretending anyone here makes a living gambling online.

Yes, people that have their strategies and tells that it works actually just  had good win streak, and huge luck of course.
As even with martingale, you will lose anyway as there will be loss streak anyway, it is matter of time only.
People need to understand that gambling has an edge and strategies can not reduce it at all. Now without reducing the house edge you need luck for winning, while luck can save you on a day or two you cannot desire for luck everyday. The moment people understand it, they will stop gambling I believe.

2780  Economy / Speculation / Re: When do you expect prices to fall on: August 19, 2016, 07:34:11 PM
Bitcoin price only drops when something bad happens and there are news everywhere. Think of the times of mt.gox and crspty (or whatever the name that was) and zen related products. They always fall down the hill and always makes bitcoin prices go down.

Many people say "thats it I am down , I will not go back to bitcoin again" and get angry and leave , selling all coins they have , which makes price drop. Though , most of them can’t stand being behind and come back and the price normalizes soon. I believe only possible reason for bitcoin to ever drop in price is a bad news , otherwise its either steady or goes high.
