2761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: THE BULL RIDE OF 2021 on: March 14, 2022, 02:27:05 AM
Now in 2022 Nft trend is no more. Now the trend is Web3.0 it is not started yet but it will start soon. Try to invest in Web3.0 for getting good profit in this year. Remember not every web 3.0 coin will perform good, try to choose top and best Web 3.0 coins.

There is still some hype on NFT but it's not like before. As I have said in the past, crypto ecosystem is base on the hype, we have seen this in the past. So if there is a new one, as you have said, Web 3.0 coins, this might be the next next in the market. And then the previous hype is going to be left out. Investors are going to flock the next one and then the cycle repeats itself again. So for us investors, we need to stay up to date of the latest trend.
2762  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC over 50k? on: March 14, 2022, 01:24:24 AM
current market sentiment is still very vulnerable to FUD and FOMO,

It might be vulnerable, but Bitcoin shows resiliency from those FUD. And I would say it's part of the ecosystem. It's for us on how to are going to be affected by FUD. The price might go down, but it's only on short term.

to be honest at this time it is still very difficult to predict the price of Bitcoin whether it will be above $50000 or will it go down to $25000 before the bulls come again,
because the war between Russia and Ukraine Bitcoin price became a pump and dump, yeah like a shitcoin!

Maybe some TA will help but not 100%, but all indications right now that $50,000 is very difficult to break. We may have to look at the support lines and currently it is only $38,000-$40,000. Forget about the war, I don't think it has a drastic effect so far.
2763  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING]: RYAN GARCIA vs EMMANUEL TAGOE - April 9 on: March 14, 2022, 12:55:25 AM
That's likely the case, he was overconfident of his ability to seek closed fight, we can see in the replay that he lowered his guard for a bit and Campbell used that chance to knockout Garcia. Luckily he was trained well that's why his body didn't collapsed immediately, and yes we saw that he's also vulnerable to such punches. I bet, he really learned a bigtime lesson on that one.

it was a combination that after exposing his chin an overhead left hit gacria. campbell didn't rush to that opportunity. it might be exciting still if they will do a rematch again since both ad counter puncher.

There will be no rematch because Luke Campbell has retired already:

Quote
Luke Campbell has retired from professional boxing — nine years after winning Olympic gold at the London 2012 Games.

So back to this fight, it Tagoe wants to win then he has to test the chin of Garcia again and see if it will hold. So he should be the aggressive early, it's like going in the first couple of rounds. If his experience is their then maybe he can overwhelm Garcia early.
2764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: March 14, 2022, 12:15:59 AM
aoluain, Trofo, couldn't agree more. Winning ugly shouldn't be the mantra, but it should always be a weapon in your arsenal. Campaigns and tournaments can't all be won playing beautifully. Scary to see Nadal still know how to bag the wins by being at his shittiest.

Anyway, I've only got my old friend Tsitsi on an outright, but instead of winning, I've just backed him to reach the final. 87/10 but long way to go.

Re Osaka... I can't really comment. I think it's terrible how it was all managed, young talents should be protected, modern sports and all that. But yeah, take a break, come back proper. Be stronger. That's all there is to it, once all's said and done.

Re: Tsitsipas, he isnt on my radar anymore, I lost a lot of bets last year with him
and he seemed to struggle yesterday against Jack Sock, no disrespect to Sock.

Yeah, for sure you know me by being a big supporter of Tsitsipas for the last two years. But it seems that he has lost some momentum and that hungry is not there anymore. Although he is still in the top 5 his contemporaries like Medvedev and Zverev are way above him now.

Re: Osaka, I feel really sorry for her, that incident obviously affected her, she lost that
first set 0-6. She rightly so asked for that scum to be removed but it seems they
couldnt identify it. Its ok to cheer on you player, obviously at the right moments but
to heckle Osaka is not OK, that scum should have been made an example of.

They should put more securities just like in other sports. I know that in NBA some fans can be escorted out of the court if the players complain about them. Osaka though really needs to get stronger mentality because this is sports and there could be hecklers trying to distract you.
2765  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC: is it really bearish? on: March 13, 2022, 11:39:09 PM
A support among $ 38000 has been maintained since the start of the war in Ukraine
The bullish momentum is slowing down on the daily chart, we probably won't see more upside as the uncertain landscape we are experiencing changes.
This is a new test for bitcoin and the community, not stopping us because something is being built in the crypto market every moment.
OP's analysis is correct because before a bitcoin bullish move there are things to figure out.

Yes, it seems that that support around $38,000 is strong as of this time. It has been defended well many times already. The bullish momentum has disappeared, since we get over like $43,000-$45,000. So now it's gone volume is slowing down, investors are shying away again or moving their funds to other assets. Nevertheless, if we can just maintain around $30,000-$40,000 this year, it will still be a good price for all of us. We don't want to see the price going down below that levels because there could be more panic.
2766  Economy / Speculation / Re: The good moves of Bitcoin. on: March 13, 2022, 09:00:45 AM
I don't think anyone can predict one hundred percent, all we can do is analyze and know the fundamentals, what news influences its development and what factors influence its movement. Discipline and consistency are needed here if you want to be really successful in trading.

It's not the fundamentals that you have to analyze, it's more on the technical aspects of Bitcoin.

What is the current sentiments? are there any news affecting the market?

But yeah, for sure anyone knows that their is no 100% accurate in predicting the price, we all know for technical indicators and see the movement and anticipate what will be the likely next leg up/down of the market.
2767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I trust to the BlueSparrow Token? on: March 13, 2022, 08:30:32 AM
First you have to check the people behind the project and see if they are legit or some have experience and background as far as managing projects.

What the circulation of this token? it is huge or just limited? Does it have a real use case or not?

Trading volumes? sufficient or not? or simply being used for pump and dump scheme?
2768  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price. on: March 13, 2022, 08:07:05 AM
In the midst of the war between Russia and Ukraine, can we see Bitcoin at the top? Or Bitcoin will not be able to rise from its position as long as the war lasts, what do you think?
It depends on what you explicitly refer to as the 'top', but going by my observations, the war is yet to have any significant effect on the price of Bitcoin, both negatively and positively, but as for if Bitcoin would rise high after all this is over, i'd say yes, i think with all of this sanctions affecting both parties we are prolly going to expect more inflation/devaluation of Fiat in the weeks and months to come, so more people might just be interested in Bitcoin, we have also seen national plea for donations in Bitcoin, meaning more publicity and thus that might just cause an appreciation in price in the long run.

We've seen it already, the war in Europe didn't put a dent in the price, and if we look at the chart, the price seems to remain stable despite of the war still ongoing. So another scenario that proves Bitcoin is immune to world events such as the Covid 19 effect, the trade war between US an China (under Trump) and other financial and geo-political news that we have seen in the last 4-5 years. Bitcoin will be the tool to help people survived in this trying times.
2769  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Dmitry Bivol - May 7 on: March 13, 2022, 07:47:53 AM

Bivol is toe to toe boxer and never run away too, the thing is I never watch him fight with a strong boxer and intimidated him. For sure with Canelo record and fans might pressured him inside the ring.

That will be Bivol's biggest issue he used to hit fighters who cannot duck who can't see his punches and obviously intimidated, he will be fighting against a fighter who will stand there take his best punches, and counterpunches, I was impressed by Canelo's style against Callum Smith, Smith is known as a guy with a very good jab but Canelo beat him with his jab, this what makes a great fighter he beat his opponents on their own strength, Canelo was never pressured in any fight he takes his time very patient and beat his opponent at the right time.

That's why this fight makes it more exciting to see, if he can stand toe to toe in front of Canelo for sure they will trade punches, power punches that can take the head off of anyone of them.

So the style of Bivol is tailor made for Canelo, he will be tested, his chin his power, maybe this could be a similar GGG vs Canelo I fight.
2770  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: March 13, 2022, 04:09:30 AM
https://www.gamblingsites.org/news/has-date-change-affected-odds-golovkin-vs-murata/
Quote
Golovkin is listed as the -700 favorite in this fight
That's how heavy favorites he is.
It seems like many people think Murata doesn't even have chance to beat GGG, this similar like Pacquaio was heavy favorited compared to Ugas. Watching the previous Murata's fight, he have though chin and power punch but he's slow. This is another test for matured GGG, does he's faster than Murata or not. GGG might lose if he's slower than before, I believe the fight will last for 12 rounds .

Good analysis, we will see if age has affected GGG since he is in 40's or if he is still aggressive and fight like he is on his prime. Murata is going to be a good test for GGG here, not discounting an upset but it can happen because Murata is a live underdog. I have him like another Japanese figher Nakatani, who is also a very hard fighter, fought Lopez, give him a hard time, lost to Loma, but a good come from behind win against the then top fighter Felix Verdejo.
2771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Shakur Stevenson vs Oscar Valdez 130-pound Title Unification Fight on: March 13, 2022, 03:41:48 AM
They won't make this fight happen if they are not seeing something profitable for this match.
But as far as I know, a lot of boxing fans don't like a defensive style because it is too boring. A lot still want a toe-to-toe fight as much as possible.

This is a unification so I believe that revenue for this fight would be huge. Shakur may be a favorite in the bookies but I will agree with you that most of the fight fans don't like defensive fighters as they are often boring to watch.

Probably in terms of money, millions should be on the line here, as you have said, both are champion and their belt are on the line in this fight.

Hardcore fans of the sweet science are the real winners for this upcoming fight as we are about to witness a battle where both fighters have zero lose and vying for that unified belt, seldom we can see that nowadays with this boxing politics.

Yes, at least the fight has been made by Arum and didn't wait for Valdez to have another tune up fight before going after Shakur. And it just so happen that they are under Bob Arum that's why there are no boxing politics so fans are going to see another great fight early this year.
2772  Economy / Economics / Re: What are common arguments for Bitcoin? on: March 12, 2022, 07:18:41 AM
A new bitcoin investor should know that bitcoin is freedom. You don't need banks, bitcoin breaks borders, learn how to store your bitcoin safely. Join bitcoin communities like bitcointalk, on Twitter too. Buy bitcoin with your local currency on the top ten global exchanges. Avoid scammers, ask that your payment be in bitcoin, if you have your own business and it is allowed in your country say: Bitcoin is accepted here. If I had the opportunity to tell a new investor who wants to invest in bitcoin, I would surely say that.

Just to add, if you buy bitcoin and you are going to be here for a long time, better be ready with some hardware wallets to save your bitcoin stash. Don't use like exchanges wallet, go for a wallet that you can control or have the private keys. How many have we seen people losing their bitcoin because it's either they lack the knowledge to protect their assets to scammers and hackers? Many, so I guess this is very important if you are going to begin your Bitcoin journey.
2773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: THE BULL RIDE OF 2021 on: March 12, 2022, 06:45:42 AM
You are stupid if you decide to jump on the wagon at these levels.

You just don't know mate, we have seen stupidity at high levels in crypto in the last 4-5 years, LOL. Did it pay off, maybe, but majority have lost huge money on jumping on the bandwagon. Hopefully, they have learn their lessons already.

Even now, after major corrections in pretty much all metaverse/P2E/DeFi tokens, I think that most of them are still relatively overpriced.

And now that we are in a bearish cycle, this hype will just have their occasional pump and dump scheme, but that's just it. No utility or use case whatsoever, money grabbing for the people behind this projects.
2774  Economy / Speculation / Re: How these events will affect crypto market? on: March 12, 2022, 06:15:22 AM
In paper this looks really good for crypto market, specially the Biden Executive Order. But if you look at it the price didn't move that much, indicating that it didn't have any effect on the price itself.

For the election of Yoon Suk-yeol, if he maintains S. Korean's pro crypto market, then it will be a welcoming news again.

For the Russian Oligarchs, I believed that they are already in crypto long time ago. Maybe some of their assets right now are just illiquid.
2775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: March 12, 2022, 05:37:50 AM
Anyone see Murrays match against Taro? I was following the score on and off
on my phone and after the first set to Taro 1-6 I thought Murray was on his way
out but he took the second set 6-2 and the third 6-4 so good win after a reset
from the first set.

Murray is not what he was 10 years ago and how he plays he cannot win any tournament. He is struggling against low ranked players such as Taro Daniel. Plus Murray always plays more then 2 sets and this is a serious problem in the upcoming rounds of every tournament. Lets see how far he can go in Indian Wells

Yeah, that's why for sure some of us here are really surprised to hear that he is still competing at this stage. His mind might be in the game, but his body is deteriorating very fast.

Although he won his game against unknown player here, it doesn't look good, not sure if he can sustain that kind of a comeback next match.
2776  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Shakur Stevenson vs Oscar Valdez 130-pound Title Unification Fight on: March 12, 2022, 05:14:03 AM
Checking the odds st sportbet, I'm still at awe as how Stevenson seems to be the outstanding favourite in this fight, 1.23 ML against Oscar Valdez 3.75 ML.

So for Oscar Valdez fight fans out there, this is a perfect opportunity to put money line on your guy because the odds are very attractive right now. It will definitely change, but at least at this odds, you will have a good returns at this line might change as the fight date gets closer.

Sports bookies have put a premium on defense, I mean they really think that Shakur has a high chance of winning against Valdez.

Could be, I mean Shakur could be a good defensive boxer, but he hasn't fight anyone as explosive as Oscar Valdez.

I agree, this is a good opportunity to bet on Oscar if you are a fan of him but we should also consider/analyze their last fights so that we have a good rationale on why we are betting on them.

Against Miguel Berchelt, Oscar looked too good and he brutally knocked him out but it's due to the fact that the former is not a defensive fighter and no much head movement which is so opposite against Shakur.

It's a good performance by Oscar against Berchelt and it really put his name on this division. He have defended his belt but with some controversy. Nevertheless this will be another perfect opportunity for him to redeem him name against another champion. So yes, for Valdez fans or at least who loves to bet on a live underdog, this is another good and attractive bet.
2777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: March 12, 2022, 04:54:07 AM
At least in this case it can be used even if it's a little, Ugas is a strong fighter with complex abilities, But Spence is more than imagined.
Lowering your concentration against such a great boxer is a stupid thing to do and here of course Ugas and Spence won't do that.
Now is the proof that must be done so that when the match is over there will be no regrets
As a boxing fan then we would be wishing to see a good fight on where both boxers do giving out their best of their performance and we know that in every sport there would be only 1 winner unless if there would be

some draw which is really unlikely to happen most of the time.Spence is hard to be beaten up and some do even conclude already just because of some triangle kind of analysis which it isnt accurate most of the time.

We dont know on what are their preparations behind whether it would be effective against their current opponent or not.
Of course in a fight there must be one person who has to be the winner because it will not be fun if the fight goes with a draw in it and this will not benefit the fighters.
Spence is one of the strongest boxers right now but as you said, Strength alone is not enough because there has to be a good Strategy in it too.
Both boxers definitely have their own Strategy and we won't know until we can see their fight
Everything would be settled inside the ring as always and the best boxer would really end up on winning the fight. Some do even say that Ugas was underrated too
and slowly up gaining some noise on boxing industry and it all started when he do able to beat Pacquiao which is a huge stepping stone for him to be recognized.
Some people or boxing fans had been also anticipating for some another upset on this fight.

Upset will not happen anymore unless Spence would have trouble in the ring as Pacman had during their fight with Ugas. however, I think it will only happen on rare occasions so I still believe that the better fighter will win and that is Spence. Ugas has to prepare harder because he cannot use his lenght against Spence who is very aggressive and have power in both hands.

We will never really know until we see them fight in the ring. Upset can really happen not just in boxing but in any other sports. Of course Spence will be the favorite and will try to live with that. But who knows, maybe he woke up that day in the wrong side of the bed, ring rust affected him or his eye still bother him. Only when we see them square off and hurting each other that we will see the full extend of the fight before we can say that upset will not happen with certainty.
2778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Shakur Stevenson vs Oscar Valdez 130-pound Title Unification Fight on: March 11, 2022, 07:55:47 PM
Oscar Valdez would definitely win this fight for sure. Offensive boxer has much more chances of winning because boxing is about scoring points, not surviving the entire 12 rounds that focuses only on defending. Offensive players are both good in offense and defense, that's why Oscar Valdez has 77% of knockout power, bigger than Shakur Stevenson.

This fight won't be easily end but I can see already Oscar Valdez throwing solid punches that lands perfectly on Shakur Stevenson.

I think it will be a good but tough match for both fighters. They have their own strengths and weaknesses and each one of them wanted to take advantage of it. So the classic fight, offensive and volume puncher as opposed to a defensive fighter but with good power in both hands. So whoever dictates the fight early will win this game. So in case you are not aware of, Valdez is the underdog in this fight.
2779  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $40000 resistance on: March 10, 2022, 01:11:59 PM

What are you people suggesting, is this time to buy bitcoin or a time to just to have sold and wait for another bull market
keep holding if you still have bitcoin in your wallet mate, because market is gradually gaining strength on this current situation despite of fluctuation. And there are already some respected key levels in the support using higher time frame which means a positive sign that there will be possibility bitcoin will bounce back in the near future, So be patient.

However if you want to buy more bitcoin , i suggest wait for more results or confirmation and never buy against the trend because it can cause losses afterwards especially when there's a fluctuation. So always remember to follow the trend when it comes buying to assure the results will be fine.
What do you think the trend is right now?

I see that we are now in a local uptrend with frequent corrections, we cannot get above 40k. Buying volumes are starting to emerge. But if we look at the global picture, we have been falling with bounces since November 2021. So it is not quite clear at what levels you are suggesting to buy.

Actually we did get above $40,000, the thing is that it is not sustainable in the short term. And we know that if the price didn't sustain it's run, it's like catching a falling knife and that's what happen right now.

The November 2021 all time high is one for the books already. And it will take another 2-3 years before we can finally see another all time high. For me the trend is really bearish, IHMO.
2780  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blame Game in gambling on: March 10, 2022, 12:39:17 PM
People now are aware of the technology and the internet so most of their parents now are leaving their children at an early age within their gadgets and by that, they can self-aware about the things on the internet such as gambling, the role of the parents must restrict their children and guide them because sometimes they don't know what's really doing of their child imagine at a very young age get addicted to the online gambling it's not suitable at the very young age. Better to help their child than blame each other because its about the mental health of the child.

That's one down sized of technology in the last 10-20 years, the tablets and the phones are now their "best friends" and it's really hard for the parents to control and monitor what their child is doing. So it really comes down to responsibility and extend some efforts to guide and shape your children. Because the moment you let the gadgets took over their lives, sooner or later you can't really control them, not just for gambling but any other stuff that will corrupt their young minds.
