You need to de-stress. Colour some eggs with me   I would really like to do that homer, very much so. Amazing work yet unsurprising considering your other artistic talents. Is it sitting on a piece of nori? +5 WOsMerit's Not nori but it is edible - beeswax. You layer the colours and put a coat of wax in over each colour where you want it to stay and then wash off the colour once the wax is applied. It's time consuming but the result is satisfying. Surely makes you feel MOAR better while eating the egg. I'm one step ahead of you for a change Mr. JayJuanGee. I already ate the contents of the egg which I coloured with some diced red onion, sweet red pepper and a dash of Tabasco. edit: you can see, it floats as I wash off the green colour  |

Well, your story is much more serious than my wanting to hear a boy and girl story.
And, yeah, those items are important, but I am not really in the mood for politics or trying to engage in any kind of serious activism. It's not like you can do a lot during a state of an emergency, until the emergency starts to subside. So, I was just hoping for a more basic scenario, but you are wanting to solve world problems or at least attempt to battle, which is not where I am at, currently.
Well...with Passover and the Holiday..not to mention 4 weeks of pandemic lockdown...my current cocaine and hooker stories are in short supply I am loathe to admit..I will get back to you in a few weeks and see what we can do. Fair enough? I have had quite the week as well..honestly its been very stressful. I am not sure where I derailed on the story really...but I felt some of the writers block I have been experiencing lift and well..words just started to flow. I am not the type of person to say rest in peace or see you in the other world, because I don't believe in either. It's sad when someone dies, but that's how life is.
I am the only one realistic here or just shill saying RIP? Ok he died. Rip wont help, its better that he had a sudden death instead one full of pain; been there; right now my most loved relative died (1 hour ago). Is there any chance anyone from US can get in touch with his family to be sure that they have all they need? If they need money or anything else.. Saying rip wont help him at all. RIP is generally a Christian saying and may not be for everyone. It's just a wish that his soul finds eternal peace in heaven. Given the size of the scar on his head and the nature of his ailment, I would say his death was anything but quick and likely not painless either. I cannot imagine the anguish of knowing you have a short time left on this earth and you can't see your loved ones for one last hug before your time is up. I guarantee his family doesn't have all they need given they weren't able to see him when he was on death's doorstep and no phone call from some anonymous internet forum user is going to change that. It's just not realistic. |

Is there any place to pay people to do some art for you, or have a contest for artists to submit their art?
I know you can do a contest on freelancer and ask for digital visuals. But I was wondering if there was a place specifically for artists of all mediums, not just digital.
I figure I'd see about commissioning some artistic representation for what we went through in Thailand...something I could hang on the wall. Since people have time on their hands.
But I don't have any favorite artists or even know what I would want.
