Not all project really in need of own blockchain as they have a very simple use case wherein its quite practical to use a chain than having own chain which could be lot more complicated and pricey.

This is actually whats happening. There are good nfts with considerable value but some are really hyped and overpriced. Mostly people can see this as manipulations but some are hooked as if the value is like real, in nft there is no such thing as guaranteed liquidity. Cause you cant sell it directly on the market, you need to wait for someone to purchase your nft before it got liquid and some only using their own money to buy and sell their own nft to boost the price.

I think what solana reason of driving the price is that it was listed on Ftx which we knew owns by Sam and has affiliatef by solana. Whats wrong with ape coin? I think it has a decent marketcap and has a lot of room to grow based on trading aspect. In terms of project stance, compared to sandbox it has more potential since they started also their land platform and soon to be realize. In my opinion, between two then apecoin is a better opportunity as suggestion to OP.

Take for example ethereum. Even with its none fixed supply, it grows rapidly due to its use case so is other tokenomics of projects. Its really depend on the project use case, since it would affect how the supply is being used. Also another example is slp which also turn down due to lack of massive use case. Its case to case basis actually how the economy of such project would affect it.
