2781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 Best Undervalued coins for 2018 for me, Do you Agree? on: February 18, 2018, 04:12:11 PM
I do not agree with this list. TRX is definetly not undervalued coin, but rather overvalued.

If you are looking for long term - than TKY, Qlink, CMT, PIX, TNT, Waves, DADI (at ICO price on IDEX), FUSION (on Bibox slightly higher ICO price) are undervalued.
If you take a very long term perspective - I would make a bet only at ETH, NEO, Zilliqa, WAN, ICX.

There is a huge hype around TRX. They will release their mainnet soon and the price won't be even close to the price we have today, nevertheless it is overvalued or undervalued at the moment.
2782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Too many people think ETH wave down in February because China on: February 18, 2018, 04:03:50 PM
The upcoming February 15 is China's New Year. Many people think that ETH would therefore another wave down, even propaganda to fall to $ 600 $ 700. This is a frightening news. Regardless of whether the news is true, I still believe that because many people sell ETH in exchange for CNY. Cause a little fluctuation, do you think so?

This is ridiculous. Is there only I don't see the connection between the Chinese New Year and the crypto currency? I think that you don't need to believe in these rumors, but continue to use and trade ETH "as always". It's difficult to knock off ETH from the intended path.
2783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple Vs NEO on: February 18, 2018, 03:58:08 PM
These coins can not be compared. They are very different and perform different functions. Ripple was created in order to facilitate the work of the banking system. This coin has a very narrow specificity. NEO was created to improve the economy as a whole. As an investment NEO fits better imo.
2784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best altcoins to day trade? on: February 18, 2018, 03:51:52 PM
Can you guys recommend to me some good altcoins to day trade?

Almost any alt has a pretty good volatility at the moment, so you need to choose the most reliable and acquainted coin/token. I like to trade BCH/NEO/EOS, but every trader has his own preferences.
2785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEXT BIG ALTCOINS on: February 18, 2018, 03:43:26 PM
Hey Crypto geeks, what are some best alt coins to buy right now in this moment on binance?

I advise you to buy APPC in binance now

Yeah, it's a really good choice, but...
To be honest the best case is to buy alts which are not listed at binance yet, but you know/assume, that they will be listed soon. I'm fully sure that OCN will be listed at Binance soon, so you'd better to check it out while the price is not pumped a lot after the ICO.
2786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hidden Gems on: February 18, 2018, 03:33:22 PM
I have been reading through various threads from around a month ago about coins that were worthless that have jumped hugely such as xtrabytes and raiblocks. I'm curious to see if anyone has a token or coin that they think is a hidden gem and will take off this year?

It is very difficult to find such coins among the rubbish. About such coins begin to speak only after the price has gone up. Often these are words of regret that people which have not get in before the pump. The ability to analyze the market can help to find such a coins, but mostly it's about intuition.
2787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Hunters: What makes a good bounty program? on: February 17, 2018, 12:28:49 PM
In your mind, what makes a good bounty program better than another?  Payouts, process, etc...

1. A reliable project itself.
2. A high, but real reward pool.
3. A limit for the amount of participants.
4. A weekly update of the spreadsheet.
2788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: EOS price prediction for 2018. on: February 17, 2018, 12:23:36 PM
Think eos is a sleeping dragon once the mainet goes live in June nothing gonna hold it back

Yeah, if it happens. The key word if. Dan Larimer has some projects which he has left just after the beginning so it's still a dark horse IMO.
2789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MyetherWallet Security on: February 17, 2018, 11:59:03 AM
What is the safest way to log MEW among of these?
    1.Keystone File
    2.Private Key
    3.Connecting Metamask.

The best way from your list is Metamask, but the best way ever is hardware wallets like Trezor or Ledger Nano. Do not spare money and buy some hardware wallet.
2790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What phone apps do you use? on: February 14, 2018, 12:01:57 PM
Currently I only have a marketcoincap app and wanted to expand my apps.

What good ones do you use?

In relation to crypto I use only Blockfolio, Binance and Electrum apps at my android phone. Unfortunately I can't use MEW + Ledger at the phone, because it's my the most demanded operation.
2791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What would be the perfect coin? on: February 14, 2018, 11:53:37 AM
If you could make any coin, any way, with any features that you have ever heard about, what would the coin be?

I'd like to make the mix between Monero and Ethereum with NEM's proof of impotance consensus algorithm. I don't think that PoW or PoS algorithms are good enough to implement in a perfect coin.
2792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Asking if Bitcoin is Dead on: February 13, 2018, 06:57:36 PM
On one hand it is comical on the other had annoying.
All the people that the last month have come out of the woodwork asking about bitcoin, ethereum and ripple are now blowing me up asking me if I get out before it was too late....lol

To be honest I think that the market lives because of this kind of crypto hamsters)) Who do you think bring new money to this market day by day? Why do you able to get profit with trading? So I think that it's ok and, moreover, this kind of FUD and activity is a positive sign Wink
2793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies against the dollar on: February 13, 2018, 06:43:51 PM
Are cryptocurrencies a threat to the dollar?
Personally, I do not think so? Huh
In general yes, because if most of the countries will allow the cryptocurrencies to be used by the people,it can replace the fiat and banking system which is why cryptocurrencies are created. But it will be too hard for our community to expand in most countries because the super power countries are has some regulations or limit to cryptocurrencies today, like U.S and China these countries has some influence to other small countries.

It has some sense of course. But crypto should pass a very hard way to become a real threat. Moreover I think that there may appear governments' protocols (for taking taxes and tracking personal activity) and regulations which will force to implement them. I suppose in this case private coins will surely be in a great demand.
2794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mail from no-reply@myetherwallet.com via idealflatmate.co.uk on: February 13, 2018, 06:37:25 PM
I received an email with a message ;
"Hard fork...
MyEtherWallet code will be forked to create MyCrypto Service!
Hard fork is comming soon. As we roll this out, please be aware that we will not be able to recover funds sent to incorrect wallets / addresses.  We are excited to let you know that your new wallet address has been generated. We advise that your future transfers are sent to your upgraded wallet address."
There is an ether wallet adress and a private key at the bottom of the mail message

I am not sure what is that ? This seems very weird to me. Could be a phishing attempt maybe ?

I guess it's just a phishing attempt. Is there any link at this mail? Take a look at the URL of that link. It would probably be something like mycryplo.com or some another piece of shit.
2795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does anyone believe in Bitcoin Cash? on: February 11, 2018, 08:00:54 AM
There are a lot of negative/neutral opinions about it. In a few months after this fork I was radical negative about it. I hate the uncovered dirty game and outright manipulation. But now I like BCH due to a low tx fees and a great bullish attitude with a grand plans for the future.
2796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Back at RED :( on: February 11, 2018, 07:52:55 AM
Seems to be like a traffic light... always changing color, should be warning: Dont look if you have epilepsia..

Grin I had no doubts that the correction doesn't over and I believe we still can see 5000 for BTC. My plan A is to cash in my fiat funds at 5100-5200 not to miss a great opportunity.
2797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram ICO on: February 11, 2018, 07:48:50 AM
With plan to launch an ICO to $ 2 billion in January 2018 Telegram messaging service is not just about boosting its value. If the huge amount of money is not enough to attract your attention, look at the ambition behind it: Telegram is promising to investors who will buy their own codecs that they will solve some of the thorny issues in the blockchain world.
Telegram will succeed? When once the Telegram was faked ICO.

I think that TON has a very strange, but definitely effective PR strategy... or should I call it a hype strategy? Grin There were so many rumors about it so I thought once that it's just a fake news. Currently we can be sure that TON will hold their ICO soon due to Durov's twitter and others official sources.
2798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: porn/sex industry and cryptocurrency on: February 10, 2018, 02:38:17 PM
I agree that it has huge potential because sex is sold great

What is the nonsense! Is there a real need of crypto in porn/sex industry? I don't think so. I strongly believe that using a blockchain tech is far-fetched for this area and there is no future at all.
2799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hitbtc unrealistic deposit and withdrawal fees on: February 10, 2018, 02:33:35 PM
Hitbtc's deposit and withdrawal fees are absolutely ridiculous. For example, ETBS which I want to trade on HITBTC, it costs 30+ ETBS just for the deposit fee. Its equivalent to $60USD+. It is hindering the growth of token's prices. What should I do if the token of mine is only listed on Hitbtc and coinexchange(0 trading volume)? Etherdelta is the last option but no one really uses it.

I hate their fees policy as well, but unfortunately there are only ways to wait for new exchanges or use etherdelta. The trading volume at ED is pretty low indeed, but sometimes I find a very profitable trades there.
2800  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins that disappointed you on: February 10, 2018, 02:29:03 PM
Equitrader, Safe Exchange Coin and SOMA. The first two projects are kinda shitty coins, but I invested a few amount to both of them... It turned out that they are just like a roller-coaster so I didn't make any profit by hodling them.
