who the fuck cares if it is incompetence, production problems, bad weather, strikes in mainland china, pirates...
lead time 10 weeks - not delivered after 15+ weeks.

Avalon shipped lots of chips to China, and those one who got the chips are resell the chips at rediculours high price. as the seller claim, he had very close relationship with Ngzhang personally, so he can "handle" some chip and supply it. He also claimed that the chips can only be produced 8k a day as the testing equipment have some problem. What an absurd excuse!
if true, they will fulfill 200 orders in only 250 days. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) and only the ones who ordered in april will profit. btw zefir's first batch of chips contained chips from two different production weeks. if they dont deliver by the end of august, they shouldnt bother to ship at all.

Indeed. If they dont deliver by the end of august ALL chips, they shouldnt bother to ship at all, and should refund.
with interest.

Please, I want to change the shipping address before they go to collect your package, now is going to stay in China and it is important not to get to the custom office, please BitSyncom see the new shipping address that I have in my account or listen to my PM thanks.

Can someone contact Yifu? Via phone, or maybe someone knows another way of doing it.
Because this is becoming hilarious, and frightening at the same time... He's been absent for two weeks know.
By this time he promised to: 1-st, process the refunds. 2-nd, send out batch 3. 3-rd, process trade-ins.
What has been done? NOTHING.
4-th, deliver the chips Wrong Some of the chips are on the way or delivered already wrong. only one small batch is delivered.

I dont know it the delays are artificial or not, nor do I care.
there is no sign of zefir' second batch of chips, and the #2 batch was ordered only 4 days after batch #1 which was received on july 23th.
avalon please do us a favor and just die. we dont need another company like bfl.

I was making a hasted decision when ordering and paying before.
Please cancel order #548 Please accept orders #728, #729, #730, #731, #732 as replacements.
I have already paid order #548 to the amount of €2,132.48 I have this time around entered my VAT number (I run Bitcoincommodities.com, VAT number is DE279330777). However, at checkout I still had VAT included. I placed the orders anyways. Please send me new invoices for the new orders without VAT.
If you want to refund the total amount for order #548 and want me to make new payments, I would agree. I would also agree to only refuding the left-over after the recalculation for the total of all orders regarding VAT.
I am terribly, terribly sorry for messing this up. I was eagerly awaiting the opening of your store, which didn't work out as planned, and when I next had the opportunity to place my orders it was after a full day of brewing (and, of course, tasting!) very, very smooth beer at a local brewery.
It's all my fault. I hope you can still manage to help me out, here.
Burnin will ship the Bitburners from Germany to Germany. In this case he have to charge the VAT. There is no other way. that is not true. in fact, he could send appropriate MwSt papers with the receipt even when shipping to Germany, and with those papers you can show the goods on your way out of Germany (and EU), and then ask for the refund from the german custom officers. if you are a citizen of a non-EU country.

thats a nice sexy board. when will those boards be available for ordering?

EDIT: I pasted my VAT ID into field. When I choose country Poland to ship to, it excludes VAT from final price. When I choose United Kingdom, VAT is included! UK is not in Europe? ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) It is not! It's an island! ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Sigh, another bug i suspect... ok, burnin, I paid in full for my first order of 23 boards, VAT included. My order is still processing. I am not from EU, but I want my order to be shipped to my friend's address in Germany. Once the boards are finished, I will pick them up. how will I get the refund? will you send me the necessary papers for that, or what? I am planning to make more orders, can you give me some burnin credits or something? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) we are talking about 500 euros.

so, we will retest 100 $ soon.

But how do you know which orders are correct? What if someone claims their order is correct when it actually includes someone else's chips?
To answer my own question: I think any existing orders that you keep - you should insist on a signed confirmation that the order is valid - that must be signed by every chip payment address in the order.... @burnin: To follow up on my own post yet again, you absolutely have to do that anyway, for all orders past and future... (Of course, maybe your website does request such verification - and I just didn't get that far.) At least in SebastianJu's group buy, purchase was allowed by PM or public post. So in many cases the forum nick and chip payment address are both public anyway... Therefore you will need to get people to prove their identity when ordering to prevent them stealing other people's chips... Either by signing something with their bitcoin address, or by PMing you from their forum account roy this. no signed confirmation = I move my order from batch 4 to batch 1

is nobody else wondering why bitpays rate is just 65€/BTC instead of 68/BTC ?
they are not using mt gox price anymore.

|
I go to sleep now.
Placed an order, but I am not feeling comfortable with paying for my 30+ boards yet.
Please fix your shop.

burnin, if I order from Russia, but want to pick the boards myself, will you send me MwSt, and ship the goods to an address in Germany without VAT (because I will pay in bitcoins)?
how will you return VAT for orders paid in BTC?
also, I planned to order 15 10 chip boards, now they dont make any sense.
