I wished to transfer BTC, and i found that for sending 0.0020 I have to pay 0.0030 as transaction fee ¿how it is possible?
If any of the outputs of a transaction are less than 0.01 BTC, then the reference client Bitcoin-Qt will force you to pay a 0.0005 BTC fee. If your wallet consists of receiving dozens of really tiny transactions (such as from "Free Bitcoin" sites or playing Satoshi Dice), then your transaction will get very large (in terms of bytes) and the Bitcoin-Qt wallet will force you to pay a fee of 0.0005 BTC per kilobyte. If your total balance in your wallet is more than 0.01 BTC and you (or someone you trust) has access to a larger number of bitcoins, it can be possible to consolidate all those tiny "dust" transactions into a single larger transaction that can be spent without a fee. If your total balance is less than 0.01 BTC, and you (or someone you trust) has access to a larger number of bitcoins, it can be possible to consolidate all those tiny "dust" transactions into a single larger transaction that can be spent with a single 0.0005 BTC fee instead of 0.0005BTC per kilobyte. When QT says it it is going to pay fee, how do you know if it will be a single fee or fee per kilobyte?

I like the features of blockchain.info but don't really have enough confidence in online wallets for security so use Bitcoin QT. Really wish QT had the coin control feature that you get with blockchain though. It's in Armory if you feel like losing use of 2gB RAM whenever you have it up. Thanks for the tip, that's really useful to know.

Best of luck with this but with a password of that length the odds of a brute force hack are stacked against you.

I have been trying to find a way to buy LTC for £GBP and this seems near impossible to do on the current exchanges. Why is cryptocurrency so tough to trade when it comes to £GBP? People don't seem to have the same problem when using $USD.

Look into free fonts, there are thousands online, take your time and get it right from the start. If you just use a famous font (google, skype, star wars, etc.) you will regret it in the long term. I like the Skype font, but it is already associated with Skype. Choose something that is not already associated with a famous brand.

CPU mining BTC is kind of pointless, it will take ages to make a few satoshi. I have had some fun practice mining LTC with CPU, but puts my laptop under too much strain so going to save up for a desktop with couple of GPU's before I continue with mining LTC.

If you order from BFL don't expect to be mining soon, people are still waiting for orders that were placed over a year ago.
