281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bountyhive scam on: June 07, 2018, 12:05:36 PM
I thought they were going to provide spreadsheets. When will that be?
Transparency is actually like the main issue they are having now. A lot of people have been skeptical using them as a result of that and in fact, a project which already started with them recently halted using them because of that lack of transparency. This is something that is required and they should pay attention to, otherwise they may actually end up losing a good spot as bounty management service.
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to identify Good and legit bounties on: June 07, 2018, 10:37:07 AM
If you do not really understand how in detail, I think by looking at the manager who holds the campaign can determine the future will be successful or not Or try to see the team part of the project, just look for ico project that has an experienced team. The last one looks at how much funding goes to a bounty campaign
Yeah, managers can really help a bit as some managers always take the pain of doing due diligence on the team most especially before running a bounty management for them. However, it is important for you to at least still do your own due diligence on the team, as well as the project to know if it is worth investing your money into (which in this case if your time and what you have to give to promote it), but like Harold said above, it seems some people do not even value their own time and they do not care if it is wasted on something good or not.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Binance? The most asked question after ICO sales in Telegram group on: June 05, 2018, 04:06:12 PM
High volume, low trading fees, the most top notch exchange so far and so on and so forth. It is normal for investors to always hope for an exchange that at least gives them peace of mind to make use of in terms of security and some other features. Ever asked yourself why a lot of them detest hearing about listing on HitBTC? Exactly! No one wants to tamper with a shitty exchange.
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rehab for crypto addicted. on: June 04, 2018, 03:34:45 PM
Lol. They can call it whatever they like, but if being addicted to good thing warrants to be called a crypto addict, then I want to be a crypto addict for the rest of my life as long as I am investing and doing my thing smartly. I really do not see anything that warrants that anyway except for some that may be overdoing things and letting that affect their life in general, but it is a choice as far as I am concerned.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Cryptos are the future why are we in the RED? on: June 04, 2018, 07:12:18 AM
Sorry to say, but that is like a pretty pathetic question to ask. This is a market and we all know for the fact that it is a new and decentralized market, the volatility is huge than the normal market that is controlled. However, this does not mean in the long term, things will remain this way because as the market cap keeps increasing hugely, cryptos being used for real life stuffs, asides being a speculative asset, then things would change for the better.
The fact that we are in RED now, does not mean it still cannot be the future and the more you remove the idea that the market will keep moving up, the better for you to focus on the long term.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: can someone help me? on: June 04, 2018, 05:42:40 AM
It is not really that hard knowing a coin that will do well in the long run. The same factor anyone will look at in a new company to know if it is worth investing in, is the same thing that anyone will need to look at to know if there is a need to invest in an altcoin or not such as the team, the project idea, availability of a product, the roadmap and other technical details.
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the good way to earn with Altcoins? on: June 03, 2018, 10:47:05 AM
Trading! However, it only becomes a good way in the case where you actually know how to trade since it is not some easy task to do. Nevertheless, when it comes to the good and very sweet way to earn using Altcoins, that would be trading them as they are more volatile than anything and timing them right by buying in their uptrend, you will be making some pretty good profit from them.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is better? on: June 01, 2018, 01:13:01 PM
I want to believe that choice depends on you as most people will definitely have what works best for them. Altcoin though is a highly volatile market, and unless you are holding some pretty strong coins with support, I simply prefer trading altcoins instead. However, you can split your investment. Hold more percentage in bitcoin, few other percentage in ether, and split the rest on altcoins you feel you can rely on their future potential.
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin Struggles to Get Back in the Game on: June 01, 2018, 09:42:24 AM
Not just litecoin, most of the altcoins are actually struggling to get back to the game and I am sure they definitely will as it seems the trend is beginning to look positively as the case may be for most of them and since the sentiment about June as a whole is positive, I guess we will have to see how they are all going to be coming up anytime soon. I am not sure yet though if there should be much to expect from LTC, but time will give us that info.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to ignore scam icos ? on: June 01, 2018, 05:51:48 AM
Do your own research to find satisfying answers to some questions. For example, are the team active? Who is behind the project and how transparent they are? What's their whitepaper says, how they are working to keep promises? What about the community? A good quality ICO should have positive answers.
Yeah, moreover, it is not just about the activeness of the team in the first place, but the first thing to check out most of all is the originality of the team and their past experience. A team with no experience giving promises with no ready made product is obviously not ready to give anything in the long run and with that, I would rather wait to see how the project will develop even if I have to wait for it to be listed on exchange before deciding to hold some at the dip. Like you said as well, their response to answers in the community can also show a team that is ready to deliver.
291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How does crypto currency change the lives of ordinary people? on: May 31, 2018, 12:25:25 PM
I can't say that my life has changed thanks to cryptocurrencies right now. I try not to spend these investments now. I have a definite goal about the accumulation of investments. And I gradually approach it with small steps. The reality is changing thanks to the blockchain. And I'm glad I'm a part of it all.

You can't say or you can say? Apparently, cryptocurrency has actually brought a lot of opportunities for everyone. I have been a trader in the stock and Forex world, but the opportunities in terms of profit I have gotten in the crypto world is huge and so much to still gain. I believe anyone who is smart enough will always be able to find a way they would be much relevant and that would make them take their world in their own hands rather than being dependent on government doing that for them.
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people hate Bitcoin Cash so much? on: May 31, 2018, 06:30:57 AM
Who actually will like a manipulated, unnecessary forked of a coin that was trying to shoot itself out like the real bitcoin and at the end of the day, the dev is just so much there trying to call the shot on his own market, pumping and dumping his shit just because he had a huge position in bitcoin to do that? By the way, what is good in BCH that makes it good for the consumer if I may ask you?

Everything about BCH is fake, from its existence to the market movement, to the present value is all fake. Believe in Roger Ver B.S experiment and at the end, you will end up fu**ed. No matter how hard he tries to convince new investors into believing in his coin, it will still end up like any other shit coin at the end. I am sure by then, he himself will be so quick to exit his position as fast as possible on all the dumb believers.
293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Gambling Addiction Stories! on: May 30, 2018, 10:00:39 AM
Just curious to read some addict or former addict stories and probably some of us like me will be glad to see how things actually did roll in for them during this period and I believe some other persons tending towards that path can also learn from it. Also, if you have a friend or relative you can speak for, it would be appreciated.

Personally, this is what I would like to know though.

1. How did you find yourself ending up to become an addict? What instigated it to the point that you just found yourself not being able to control the impulse any longer? What was the feeling like and during those period of being an addict, did you know and were you willing to pop out of it?

2. What were the steps you took or the steps you are taking to get out from it, and on the scale of 1 to 10, how can you rate how you are doing now?

3. For those who are out of it, do you still gamble or still wish you could? In the case where you are still gambling, how do you want to make sure what happened initially does not end up repeating itself.

4. Any other thing you feel you can add is welcome.
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are there so many assholes in ICO industry? on: May 28, 2018, 04:51:24 PM
Lol. I really love the content and how the article writer reiterated on the word 'ASSHOLE'. The fact is that those who fall for ICO scams are indeed Assholes. There are some projects that scam is written all over them and still you get to see some investors donating to such project and that can be worrying.

It is normal to have such people anyway, since it is a decentralized space with a lot of inexperienced investors, but what happened to learning and understanding the space before going ahead? I guess some are just so much in a hurry to get rich quick, to the point that they just fall for anything easily, which makes them a real deal and target for scammers.

With the way things are, from some investors to some project owners and to advisors, we just cannot stop seeing ICO assholes, can we?
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The fall of Ethereum on: May 28, 2018, 02:50:01 PM
An ongoing correction that is inevitable and nothing else. Every market is volatile and since the buying pressure was no longer that strong, you should always experience some retrace which is normal. Always remember this, nothing goes up that does not come down and nothing goes down that does not come up in a market, unless of course you are bag holding a shit coin, which Ethereum isn't.
296  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at $1000? on: May 28, 2018, 07:56:36 AM
yeahhhhhhhhhhh, i hope it will go there $1000, so every body will panic and sell it.  Grin

I hope so in order to avail mine. That would be great time to buy bitcoin and I expecte stamped will happen due to tremendous demands of the people from different places in the world. Maybe the system will not contains the flow of transactions.  Grin
Now, this is the mindset everyone will be having even at $3000 or lower which will make it pretty hard to even see something like this happening. Although, it would still take some series of time and fluctuations in between or probably a long period before we can even get to see something like this happening but I can as well assume that is something I do not think could be possible. If you say $3000, I may say there is a slight chance something like that could happen, but $1000? I doubt!
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Verge can do better in future? on: May 27, 2018, 11:35:49 AM
Well, we all know how that partnership has really helped them over the years and the rate at which they have increased hugely. Also, we all know that the porn industry is one big industry that will keep staying relevant as it is a big and huge industry on its own and that will keep making verge keep on doing better as its community and support keep growing.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to buy not top 100 crypto currencies? on: May 26, 2018, 02:15:27 PM
No it is not risky to invest in projects that are not top 100. The top 100 you are seeing probably on coinmarketcap is not the rating of each coin on how good they are, the position is just pretty much based on market capitalization of each of them.

However, the only time it is risky is when you do not get to research on the coin or token you are investing in and you still invest in it anyway. Always remember, it is not about the quantity, but the quality and in fact, if you can do a research on project that has a lot of potential, may be new in the market and the market cap is not that huge, you will be hitting a huge Jackpot in the long run.
299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: which exchange you usually trade ? on: May 26, 2018, 08:29:56 AM
I mainly use bittrex and binance, but these days, I am actually considering moving fully to binance, as the volume is there, the fee is just superb and for a day trader most especially, it is just perfect. Apparently, which trader would not prefer those two things anyway? The essence is to find a balance in any exchange you are using, from security to fee to volume, and binance sure do have all of that.
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is going on in the market? on: May 26, 2018, 04:59:07 AM
I really can not understand the situatin going in the market. Prices are running here and there. Is it a normal or abnormal movement. What should I do in the current situation?
Your suggestion would be highly appreciated.
Are you new to a market? It is a normal thing to see fluctuations 'here and there' as you called it in a market since it is more like an auction market with everyone bidding. Also, cryptocurrency market is a highly volatile market, so it is something you are just going to have to get used to. If you are a trader, I am sure you would not even be asking this question.

So, if you are an investor, just keep holding and if you have a chance to buy more if it goes lower, then you can. You should know better by now than letting the fluctuations in the market affect your emotion. The fact that the whole market is in a bear trend does not mean that is the trend they will be forever and vice versa.
