281  Economy / Economics / Re: First Republic Bank fall: fear of more others to follow. on: April 28, 2023, 03:31:43 AM
and they say that Bitcoin is more volatile than their banking system? whereas their banking system is much more unstable and very fragile, it could collapse anytime. Just because it was supported by the government and more people adopted it has stayed afloat until now, if it was standalone like Bitcoin I don't think it would have survived.

Bitcoin > Traditional banking system.
282  Economy / Economics / Re: using credit card on: April 28, 2023, 02:59:05 AM

at first, i used my credit card reasonably, only for like emergencies or small purchases that i knew i could pay off in full each month. but as time went on, i began using it more and more for larger purchases and impulse buys, without really thinking about how i would pay the balance off.

most people who use credit cards think that by using it they will be able to save money and better monitor their spending. but the fact is that most people are trapped in credit card debt, they continue to be charged unreasonable interest and it will continue to grow if they don't pay it. if you are at this stage you should stop using a credit card until your debt is finished.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: FTT comeback on: April 27, 2023, 04:50:40 PM
it will be very difficult for FTX to be able to restore user trust in their service, because many people have been stressed because of them. Instead of planning to launch it again, it's better for the team to focus on developing other platforms that are fresher and with better supervision. That might interest users to be able to use their platform.
284  Local / Trading dan Spekulasi / Re: Robot Trading, Menjanjikan Profit, Benarkah? on: April 27, 2023, 03:00:45 PM

285  Economy / Speculation / Re: Thinking about what caused the flash crash? on: April 27, 2023, 02:20:06 PM
the price movement of bitcoin is quite unstable in the coming months due to global economic uncertainty and people who tend to play it safe. this volatile bitcoin position is likely to persist until the end of this year and only then will we arrive at a bullrun.
286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal Vs Bitcoin: Who is the Big Guy? on: April 27, 2023, 01:50:23 PM
if you compare it in the past, maybe many people will say that paypal is bigger than bitcoin, but it's different for now, bitcoin is much bigger than paypal and its adoption will continue to grow. Even to be able to compete with bitcoin, paypal must monopolize the market and provide innovation that is far better than bitcoin and that certainly will not be possible for paypal to do.
287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why gambling and mixing called bad actors in bitcoin on: April 27, 2023, 09:57:47 AM
why is CEX considered a bad actor in Bitcoin? it is precisely because of CEX that crypto adoption is easier and crypto trading is more secure. even though there are several cases where CEX went bankrupt or took the money away, this is only natural, because that is the negative thing about CEX, but that doesn't make CEX a bad actor in Bitcoin, we have to see it in full, because there are still many other CEX platforms that run their services well.
288  Economy / Economics / Re: Stablecoins to face new restrictions in Japan on: April 25, 2023, 02:59:17 PM
it is their jurisdiction to be able to make proper regulation of things in their country and that includes stablecoins or cryptocurrencies circulating in their country and there is nothing wrong with that. but users also have the right to be able to determine which product is best for them. if these legislatures also plan to ban all forms of stablecoin circulating in their country outside of the issuer they appoint, i think that is too much and japan is not worthy of being called a democratic country
289  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: April 22, 2023, 02:39:15 PM
Just a reminder we are in a 10% dip, if ya have any extra powder this is good time as any to supplement your dca Smiley

that's right, I've been waiting for moments like this. for a long time holding bitcoin and several types of tokens and hopefully this investment will bear sweet fruit.
290  Economy / Economics / Re: SPENDING MORE THAN YOU EARN on: April 22, 2023, 06:41:08 AM
therefore I prefer to shop alone than with my wife. If we shop alone, we can be wiser in spending money and shop faster. It's different if we shop with our wife, there must be unimportant things to be spent and shopping time will also be longer, it makes expenses higher and very waste of time

293  Economy / Speculation / Re: BitMEX Founder Arthur Hayes Predicts Bitcoin To Reach $1 Million Within 2-3 Year on: March 25, 2023, 04:41:15 PM
the thing to note is not to be too great with the predictions of one of the company's founders because these predictions are commonplace. bitcoin will surely go to the price of $1 million but no one knows when it will be (not a year or 10 years in the future).
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will you sell Shib now? Am holding on: March 25, 2023, 02:26:06 PM
According to a recent Twitter post by @Finbold, a financial news and information platform, Shib has emerged as the most popular token held by Ethereum whales. Upon encountering this news via CoinMarketCap's news feed this morning, I had originally intended to sell my Shib. However, the announcement has led me to believe that Shib could perform exceptionally well this year. As a Shib enthusiast, I would encourage others to hold onto their tokens as we may witness prosperous times ahead, and our patience may result in significant reward.
I used to have a shiba inu but I'm selling it because I'm not sure of its future potential, despite the issue of ethereum whales hold shiba inu but I'm not going to really believe in it, the change in the average token meme price is based on hype alone.
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you love and enjoy taking risk? on: March 24, 2023, 06:14:50 PM
Some months a go, I was thinking altcoins may favour me since bitcoin is still unpredictable. I decided to invest my last cash at hand on luno, Eth, buying babe doggy, peg token and tron. I don't really understand how this things works when I bought it was all gloomy without bitcoin but in less than a week my money dried up.

What future do we really hope for altcoins without bitcoin?
I know how disappointed you feel in the altcoin you bought because it's not easy to forget a loss of investment. I myself don't really care about altcoins because I believe altcoins are not good for long-term investment, altcoins are only suitable for short-term investment.
296  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we now on Crypto bull run? on: March 24, 2023, 05:49:43 PM
In my opinion, although recently the price of bitcoin has started to rise, it seems that the cryptocurrency market may not yet be in a bull run phase. I view the current bitcoin price increase as a temporary price increase.
the price of bitcoin is moving up but we have not yet entered the bull run phase, until the next few weeks, Kuta will see the price of bitcoin which is still very volatile, maybe it will return to $ 22k before finally rising past $ 30k.
297  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price is looking positive green on: March 23, 2023, 03:32:30 PM
Back over months is reddish, I could hardly think about bitcoin as anything good soon but it seem like there will be positive green movement this mid of the year coming. Bitcoin can never be overrated sometimes it will destroys your feelings, sometimes it will bring excited, dudes, is been a while we reap the juicy part of bitcoin. 3 days now is looking greenish with improvement I hope the pump starts soon enough, this green looks real positive
keep your mind stable and positive because the market is still very volatile and the price of bitcoin can change drastically at any time, I'm sure bitcoin will make a new ATH again this year but it's not certain when that will happen, as bitcoin holders we have to be sure about bitcoin, don't hesitate to continue hold.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I predicted Chainlink, Pancake and many others right. Heres my new prediction on: March 23, 2023, 02:30:42 PM
my advice: don't be greedy and forget about 100X profits, this market lately is showing us how many altcoin creators are greedy people capable of stealing billions of dollars from other people, so people need to be careful, stop being greedy, make safe investments which in this case would be investing in bitcoin and not in shitcoins that make many false promotions and at the end of the day people lose a lot of money on it. I don't know why they still don't learn the lesson

9 out of 10 "real world" startups fail too. Its not even just greed its more oftenly incompetence.

I love Bitcoin and I will always hold Bitcoin but the only reason I even have Bitcoin is because I went in new, early projects like Chainlink and then got Bitcoin from the giant profits. More Bitcoin than I ever could have purchased.

Would you invest in Meta or Google now? Its kind of a similar thing with Bitcoin. You have 10s of millions of people who likely have a lot more Bitcoin than you. Whats your exit scenario? The US government making Bitcoin legal tender and backing their new currency on Bitcoin? I mean in this case yes we are all still early in Bitcoin.

But how likely would you say this is?

Is it not a hell lot more likely some SMALL projects with visionary, talented and honest leaders give you x1000 ?
in the present altcoin projects that go up 100x from the initial price are more towards fake bullish, because there are no really new concepts at the moment, that's your right if you believe that there will be 1 out of thousands of new tokens that will give you 100x or even 1000x profit but don't forget that only bitcoin really gives you certainty (not fake bullish).
299  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will (probably) go lower. on: March 14, 2023, 10:27:46 PM
Just four days ago the value of Bitcoin was around 20k$ more, but just yesterday bitcoin was around 21k$ more and now it suddenly pumped 24800$.

The volatility of bitcoin is really different, we don't know that anytime it can attack an increase or decrease in the market. I'm sure many bitcoin holders are happy with this event.
Of course, the happiest thing that holders feel is when they see the price of bitcoin going up and I also feel very happy when I see the price of bitcoin pass $ 25k a few hours ago. bitcoin is very volatile and i don't believe the price of bitcoin will ever drop past $20k again.
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what about the fate of altcoins if btc drops to 10 dollars? on: March 14, 2023, 09:22:07 PM
we will not know for the price of bitcoin in the future, and I just want to know what you think, about the question this time that I will ask you all, namely..
what will happen to altcoins if btc price drops to 10 dollars?
the worst case scenario is that the price of altcoins will be greatly crushed, and as far as I'm concerned none of the altcoins have their own price control, all depend on bitcoin so even if you are an altcoin investor, you also have to invest in bitcoin.
