I'm curious why you feel you deserve the 1% anyway? You talk about all your hard work, but you hired two programmers to do it for you...

I've been on here 16 hours per day.  And paying someone else means I had to earn that money so it is my work.if you think 1% is south money then by All means, start this same coin and do it for free.

Can't you guys see that 1% is a joke?  No dev gets only that much.  There's so many insider ways to get coins and back doors you guys have no clue.

Here I am being honest and happy with 1% and you guys aren't happy.  Talk about selfish greed.

I understand now why no dev have a damn about making a coin to suit you guys.

I'm Highly educated so my time is worth way more,  and I work hard and expect to be here all day long and most nights. And 1% is actually a joke to me.  I only accepting it cause I have high hopes that it will be worth way more one day otherwise I wouldn't waste one hour on this coin for 1%.

Do what normal people do. Have mining rigs ready to go on launch and mine your own coin. Stealing coins without mining work is not beneficial.

You still are missing the big picture. The community is a vital aspect of any new crypto. Treating them nicely, taking ethical steps, responding to general needs etc goes a long ways.

Dammit man, did you even do a search and see that there is already a Diamoncoin project in the works before releasing this?

Well, I am still going to release my coin anyway, it has been in the works since April. I wish people would look around first to see what is out there, if you do a search for diamondcoin on google the first 4 results that pop up are mine.

Wow you had a website and everything already? Whoops

When the wallet is encrypted it won't let you mine.

How do you get around that?

Have you got another PC?

K.

It is something to do with POS/POW if I remember correctly. I think there is some command you do to unlock the wallet. I can't find anything to unlock it.

Should I expect to solve a block mining with only 1 7950 @ 650Kh/s?

1000 diamonds premined?

No way the 1100 blocks history showed up since the release so seems like it.

Still says caps in the QT options.

I like the idea of having a small number of coins.

You keep begging third party devs( mainly junk coin developers) to build your coin for you,

what is the realistic longevity for this coin?

Hire them on full time or just contract basis for each update?

Which developer did you end up going with?

Begging?

When you pay someone to do something it's not begging.

When you go to a restaurant and order a steak and then pay for it would you like it if some guy outside told people you were in there begging for food?  Hardly!

These are not junk developers.  They have experience launching other coins and they're actually the most expensive here.  I could have gone with the cheaper guys but I thought I'd get more from going with someone with integrity and experience.

The longevity depends on the adoption rate and if people like what the coin offers.  I'm looking at it long term, for years to come of the govt allows it that long.

When you say hey I sent you pm's answer me, hey who else can do it, hey help me build this. I don't have a job, you charge too much. I consider that begging. Your example is completely irrelevant and baseless.

My rationale is that if you yourself are unable to do anything, and require third party resources to develop, how do you get from alpha to beta to release etc. I am assuming you are contracting out the initial job but it will be most beneficial to have the OG dev on-board to continue development. Are they on-board as well and are committed to long-term development?

Your attitude makes me especially not want anything to do with this.

Is there a 'buy me a beer' or donation area at all for you Kimoto?

I love that you work hard, keep us updated, and never beg.

+1

They were doing 'maintenance' earlier today and had the same results.

They are probably adding another server to support the increase in traffic, but they may be experiencing DDOS.

These waiting periods are stressful. Might as well buy up more MΣC before it shoots up higher.

*Few more hours...*
