281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: RaiBlocks (XRB) is going to be a top 10 coin on: February 12, 2018, 09:49:56 AM
I just knew that Raiblocks is changed to Nano. is this just a simple rebranding or there is more to it?
and with recent "Bitgrail stolen fund" would this mean there will be a massive dump leads to price drop back to 2k satoshi?
I regret missing the chance to unload at 0.002 BTC and still waiting for the price back up to that point
and now... it seems it's going down back to 2k sats price Angry back to square one Cry
The price of XRB is going down because of Bitgrail Hacked! and 17M Nano (XRB) Lost but I think the price of XRB will soon recover because security bug is from Bitgrail. Nem also falls into the same case and they solved their problem and i believe XRB, too.
I don't believe XRB is going down back to 2k sats price because XRB is a good coin which have more features than bitcoin and other altcoins. Moreover, many big exchange sites like Binance and Kucoin listed XRB and this will help the price of XRB is soon going up.

The Nano team aren't responsible for the hack, but now those criminals will need to dump those 17M coins somewhere and this will hit the price. 13% of the whole circulating supply is huge.

But now it's the perfect time for buying and I just bought 600 for speculation trading.
282  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Crypto Sprites - earn more Ether from your Crypto Kitties on: February 10, 2018, 12:11:01 PM
Interesting, now we have 3rd party extension CryptoKitties.

I may trade few Sprites after you gain a userbase and see the site in action.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins that disappointed you on: February 10, 2018, 11:48:07 AM
I do not want you writing here about any shit coins. I'm asking about good and promising projects in which you are disappointed right now. This does not mean that they will not show an increase in the future, or you will quickly sell everything on the stock exchange. I just want to hear your opinions. I'll start with myself.

1. KuCoin Shares. It is not clear why I got involved in this adventure with getting coins from the gross turnover on the stock exchange. I have invested a lot of money, as for my opportunities. I do not get many coins. And the price of the KuCoin itself sharply falls, even when the market starts to grow, there is not any growth.

2. Polybius. When I bought it a year ago, I realized that this is a long investment. But this is a real bank, a real license. Everything is legal. And what do we have today? No product, developers work on something and do something. From the news only - congratulations on the New Year.

I'm actually happy with my KuCoin Shares, but I bought it on $5-$7 range.

I'm most disappointed from ZDR. They changed concepts, ICO details, etc many times and in the end ZDR is one useless token. I bought over 10K....
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptos in uptrend, will there be another big dip? on: February 10, 2018, 11:42:18 AM
Dear Community

The cryptos are in uptrend and I'm ready to buy some more.
But I'm not sure if this is the right time, I suspect there will be another dip in the coming days.

What is your opinion?

Depends, if we get another negative news from a Class A country, then there will be another dip. Otherwise the market will slowly recoup. I think this year up trends will be much slower.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best projects on Cryptopia? on: February 10, 2018, 11:01:44 AM
Cryptopia has like 500 coins, most I research are dead or barely trying thanks to the December pump. I know there are real projects on there like Xtrabytes and PoSW but they seem few and far in between. I've individually researched like 50 and it's getting tiresome.

Can you tell me a few others to look into that majority of the volume is on Cryptopia? Not looking for coins that are on other large exchanges along with Cryptopia.

Not looking for a pump and dumps really hoping I can be pointed in the direction some quality tokens.

I think one of the best tokens listed only on Cryptopia is DigiPulse (DGPT).
They raised 3473 ETH during the ICO and the project is actively developing, plus it's shown stability in price during the recent dip.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's happening with ripple? on: February 09, 2018, 12:40:55 PM
Hello everyone good evening to you and have a nice day...
I am so excited about ripple but now unfortunately its down trend amazed me..!
Do you guys know anything about ripple why its going down as the other's are keep going up i believe in their project but just today m so curious about its chart on trading platform...
Any thoughts on this ?

Ripple is abomination of crypto-currency. Centralized.
If you look the graph for past 70 days, you will see that smart money pumped and smart money dumped it. The negative tendency was expected. XRP went from 10B to 120B.
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it true about Litecoin hard fork? on: February 09, 2018, 12:26:56 PM
Is it true about the Litecoin cash LCC hardfork of Litecoin on the 19th? I've read they'll give 10 LCC for every LTC. Will you still have it if you hold your LTC in an exchange like Binance or Bittresx? Thanks

Yes, everybody can fork BTC, ETH, LTC and most alts, because sources are on Github.

Is it worth for you as an end user? Most probably not.
Will it have some impact over LTC price? Most probably not.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Privelege Coin on: February 09, 2018, 12:21:07 PM
You need to explain everything in details. Many of the things here are either not explained well or missing. Please follow the rest of the ANNs and Give us the full information. I would love to rate this ICO on ICOBench.

He doesn't know what to explain. This is cheap attempt to collect some easy money and disappear.

"Privelege Coin is not only a cryptocurrency is also the official means of payment in the Kingdom of Privelege with which you can pay for services and goods from our citizens" - get lost.

Privelege --> Privilege...

People, invest you money in something real.
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: YOLOCoin (YOLO) Price Speculation on: February 09, 2018, 12:13:08 PM
Hello everyone!

How's it going? I hope you guys had a great time there.

By the way, have you heard about YOLOCoin? It's not yet in CoinMarketCap now, but I think they're showing a lot of promise. They are based in the Philippines, and planning to spread worldwide. The CEO and the team are doing a great job despite some setbacks in delaying their launch time.

Here's their official website: https://www.ethyolo.com/

Originally, they are using the Ethereum smart contract (ERC20), but now they have shifted to the Waves blockchain platform due to Ethereum's network congestion and high fees. YOLOCoin can now be traded to BTC/ETH/LTC in the Waves Dex platform.

About the price speculation, I would honestly think that they would go up to at least between $0.05 to $0.10 (or even more) per YOLO within the first quarter of 2018. What do you guys think about YOLOCoin regarding its future price?

Thanks in advance. Smiley

Looks like useless token, trying to get some money over the popularity of YOLOdice and the enthusiasm of the YOLO generation.
Price will be 0 in few month if they didn't do anything. I've checked ethyolo.com and there is like - we have token, give us money. Every real functionality - coming soon...
290  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: From stock market trading shift to crypto trading on: February 09, 2018, 12:02:06 PM
Hi guys I know there are some crypto trader who trade on stock marker before  any difference from the 2? Me i do stock trading before but due to limited time on trading per day I shift full time in crypto trading which has a 24/7 trading sched with no noon break  no holidays and week ends. The risk here is very high compared to stock market trading but the opportunity to earn here is way to high also.

The biggest difference I found during my transition was that technical analyze is not applicable to any altcoin, except ETH maybe... Because most of the coins have very small overall cap and could be easily manipulated by any group with resources.

So be careful and don't over-trust your analyses.

I agree alt coins with less market cap can be easily pump + Hype and speculation with trader sentiments can make its price surge to even several folds of its ICO or introductory price. As we are experiencing bearish season for crypto market expect  lot of newbies who entered last November and December may loss their investment considering during those time most alt coin and bitcoin were registering all time high.

Yes, especially for the small coins on exchanges like Cryptopia and Yobit.
They are often targets to Pump and Dump groups and you need to avoid them at all cost.

292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Bounties are not worth the effort - Limit the numbers on: February 08, 2018, 12:42:22 PM
I have observed that many ICOs that have a signature bounty campaign end up not being worth due to the huge number of participants. I think that ICOs should limit the number of signature participants to avoid a disappointed community. ICO campaign managers could probably advise their clients about it.

I have seen only one ICO at the moment that provides a limited number of people in the signature campaign and also a fixed payment in USD for each rank. I think that is a fair way of promoting for everyone.

It's pointless for the ICO's itself. Just supports projects you like and plan to hold tokens for a while.

They are giving a hard %%% of sales. The more participants = better for ICO's.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: VPN suggestions ? on: February 08, 2018, 12:28:45 PM
Hello
Any VPN suggestion that I can buy using btc/eth/ltc ?
Want to buy an yearly based package and should support multiple OS

PureVNP - they accepts Bitcoin as payment method, support up to 5 users, have many servers around the world, etc.

Don't buy hacked accounts from Digital Goods section or bitify, because they can screw you big.
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: CRYPTOPIA WITHDRAWAL FEE 2018 on: February 08, 2018, 12:16:17 PM
i want to ask, how much is the fee in cryptopia.? i want to make sure before to transfer my eth there, because i dont have any idea about that exchange.

for example:

i want to with withdraw .026 btc

what is the fee for that in cryptopia???

Go to Withdrawal page and check...

Cryptopia fees varies depending on Bitcoin network load. I saw it changed few times in past month from 0.0005 to 0.002 BTC.
295  Economy / Economics / Re: Armed robbers have raided the house of a British virtual currency trader on: February 08, 2018, 12:08:57 PM
Seems like well planned robbery and tight targeted victim.

I think that this kind of robberies will get more and more with the increased crypto popularity. We must be careful what we are sharing online.
296  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC WILL GO TO 4.5K $. on: February 05, 2018, 03:32:32 PM
BTC WILL GO TO 4.5K $. Sell NOw and buy again at 4.5K,
Remember last month I told you BTC will go to 7.5 k and some (most) of you not believed. Thread>>>> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2629639.0
Dont ask for  any detail,
Use your head.

I think you are right. We are going to under $5K levels with the total Chinese ban and G20 meeting tomorrow. But I'm sure the price will recover until the end of March.
297  Economy / Economics / Re: Biggest Electronics shop in Czech republic accepts now more cryptocurrencies. on: February 05, 2018, 03:28:40 PM
The shop have some interesting stuff for buying with bitcoins Smiley

Do they shop cross-country (EU)? Because within EU it's just transportation, it's not import/export to another EU members.

299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy when there is blood in the streets on: February 05, 2018, 03:07:15 PM
Financial market legend and 19th-century banker Nathan Rothschild once allegedly declared...

"The time to buy is when there's blood in the streets."

As the story goes, Rothschild used this contrarian approach to amass a fortune.

He's right. And now is the best time to buy cheap alts and even few bitcoins.
With one little catch - you must have available money. I had only 7% free and already bought some alts, but I wish to have more...
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 🔵 Datarius 🔴 First Social p2p Cryptobank 🔵 on: February 05, 2018, 03:05:02 PM
Will there be a staking process when the tokens are frozen on wallets?

Usually team's frozen token are just frozen, without using it for staking. Otherwise it will unfair to other token holders.
Datarius is one of the good ICOs for Feb and I guess they will do it right.
