you guys were a buzz kill when first I visited your site, when I saw 0.1BTC for being able to chat I moved on and using yobit ever since.
just sharing my experience that's all.
It was tough decision but it worked to make our chat much cleaner and friendly. By the way - for accounts older than 6 months there is no 0.1 requirement. |

A day and a half later and I received my btc. This is my first time using ccex and I hope that this won't be a regular practice.
We have BTC withdrawals instant right after confirmation from e-mail. Must be you did not confirm your withdrawal from the beginning and found out this necessity a bit later. That's why you received your BTC a day and half later. |

I can report that everything with my account has been fixed and all coins were put back into my account. I have just made a couple of withdrawals to test it again and this time everything went smoothly. I would just like to also thank the support team in helping me fix my account and it was done in a timely manner. Also thanks to the C-cex support on this forum.

Looks like you clicked too fast on withdrawal button and our security system blocked you. Just write to support and we will take care. Your coins are not lost and account is here. |

Hello to any CCEX staff and to whom this may concern
As mentioned above by another user, usually we disable staking because it affects servers performance. But sometimes when wallet hangs or require resync our staff restart it and forget to disable it. If you don't want your coins staked - just keep them in your wallet. |

Why is BURST coin up for delisting?
Our criteria is at least 6 BTC per month. Stats can be viewed here: https://c-cex.com/?id=stat&d=30It's not too much but allow us to keep coin on exchange and pay it's place on server. |

The following coins will be removed from exchange if their average daily trading volume for last 30 days will not exceed 0.2 BTC. It will not be possible to retrieve these coins after the removal date.

Why has the DigiCube wallet been on maintenance for over 2 weeks ? Are you staking 1337 and MOIN as well ?
No, it is on maintenance because it just don't respond to RPC commands. This wallet shown not to be suitable to work with hundreds of addresses which are naturaly for exchange. We are trying different methods to make it work like reorganizing coins in one address but it takes forever to make one transaction. You can confirm this situation with other cryptocoin services like block explorers etc which has same problem with cube wallet. Anyway we are trying to put it back online and allow withdrawals. 1337 and moin has similar problems and we are working on solving them. |
