282  Other / Off-topic / BASIC ATTENTION TOKEN question on: May 08, 2019, 07:41:40 PM
Ok so Brave Browser allows you to see no ads and in exchange you get BAT tokens.
You can use BAT tokens to pay for content creators you like (youtubers, article writers, etc.)

My question is, what can content creators do with BAT tokens other than exchanging them for FIAT/ BTC / ETH ?

287  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Disscussion: Innovation(technology) that changed the world. on: March 01, 2019, 01:11:26 AM
Problem is that innovation is reliant on previous innovation.

Smartphones changed the way we interact, we think, etc. but smartphones could not exist without electricity. Does that
make electricity the most important innovation?

In my opinion, the technology that changed the world most is tomorrow's technology
288  Other / Off-topic / Re: Ask me anything about online marketing on: March 01, 2019, 01:08:59 AM
Would like to talk with you on Telegram or Skype because I want to talk with someone about marketing. Contact me in private if you want to

Let's see you point of view on different matters.

1) If you could choose between spending $1 million in direct marketing (social media ads, video ads, tv ads, etc.) and $250k on a referral system, which one would you pick and why?
2) How do we ensure engagement of online posts?
3) If you could advertise your crypto business, which online platform would you use?
289  Other / Off-topic / Re: ❤️ Tell your story ❤️ Crypto and you ❤️ on: March 01, 2019, 01:02:42 AM
I felt that everyone was talking about cryptocurrencies and I was missing an entire industry.
Unfortunately I have been exposed to scams first.
My determination to go beyond them was the best decision I have ever taken in my life. I am proud of
where I am today and where I project myself tomorrow.
290  Other / Serious discussion / Re: I've just received this scam email. on: March 01, 2019, 12:53:13 AM
As an ethical hacker I can tell you dis iz legit. Send the dood 0.583285 BTC

At the same time, if you don't want to pay the script kiddie, have you ever considered a career "in the industry"?  Grin Grin Grin
This career usually brings you on the good paths in life. Take as example Johnny Sins, he is a teacher, an astronaut, a doctor,
a mechanic, gym trainer and everything you want

Jokes apart, there are many things you could do to this guy. Unfortunately I'm not a red hat hacker so I don't
want to be involved to do justice for you without the legal consent.
291  Other / Off-topic / Re: "El Chapo" and Silk Road on: February 14, 2019, 09:59:10 PM
Guess what, El Chapo is down, now Sinaloa Cartel have another leader
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ismael_%22El_Mayo%22_Zambada )
Nothing changed really. My question is, what happens with El Chapo's $15 billion estimated
net worth?

From what I'm seeing, they are trying to find these $15 billion (source: https://www.foxnews.com/us/make-el-chapo-pay-for-a-border-wall-dont-count-on-it )
and I'm sure his wife will be kept under vision of the authorities.
Oh and by the way, Donald Trump's estimated price for the wall is $14 billion
292  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to die - Easy way on: February 14, 2019, 09:47:33 PM
You can join army as a Mercenary. You don't need to be British.
At the same time, why join the army? Do you really like shooting and are you that type of person to join the army?
You don't look like since you're telling us your problems. An army person solves their problems themselves.

What the person who suggested you to join the army wanted to say is that you need to be more disciplined.
How much did you pay for that bike? If you paid more than £50 (getting a used one), then you didn't really save anything.
You just wanted a bike and made a poor financial decision.

How many weeks have you worked at the hostel?
Were they supposed to pay you weekly or monthly?
Did you work as self employed, part-time or under a contract of employment (full time)?

You just sound desperate. Here in UK, if you live with other flatmates you just pay around £400-£500/month for one room.
You're trying to tell me you spent ~£2,000 in 3 weeks?
Because damn, I know students who live on £200/week in UK. No parents help, no nothing. They also pay rent and live
with other students in the same house. Half of their monthly salary goes on rent. They live with the other half for one month.

293  Other / Off-topic / Choose who to reward 75 BAT on: February 12, 2019, 11:14:08 PM
I'm using Bravebrowser and I have been rewarded BAT tokens.
The software doesn't allow you to withdraw, but rather reward those publishers who deserve
BAT tokens. Whether it's a website or a YouTube channel, I can send my BAT tokens
to them as a reward for their service. It's a gift and even the biggest corporations like free stuf ;*

Personally, I don't have a favourite website or YouTube channel, therefore
leave a comment with the publisher you think they deserve my 75 BAT tokens.
The list of YouTubers is here
The list of Websites is here

Rules:
- Please do not tell me 60 YouTubers or websites from the list that deserve them. Instead, choose ONE
- You are allowed to choose ONE YouTuber and/or ONE website if you retain necessary (each gets 37.5 BAT).
- [optional] If you can tell a reason, or recall a memory where you felt special which led you to choose the
respective website or YouTuber, please mention it. (for example, this video at https:// made me laugh so hard)
- I will keep this topic open for 2 weeks until the 26th February 2019. Then I will come, read all comments and tell you which publisher won.

Remember, you can make the difference for one publisher. Do you like xhamster? They are on the list. You can make the difference (maybe
I don't need you to recall a memory here heheheheh)

Edit:
Forgot to show the proof. I will also show proof when rewarding your favourite publisher.
294  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anti-Scam Tools on: February 08, 2019, 12:20:15 AM
Whois is not that effective. You can pay to hide your identity. Who would like to have their personal
phone number & address listed on the internet?

Every other tools look legit
295  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin lock if (time == 5years || price == $50k) on: February 07, 2019, 11:49:17 PM
Imagine Bitcoin reaching $49,999.99 at the top and drops back to $5k  Grin
If only we were not controlled by 3rd parties aliens like in a Sims game who force us to spend our Bitcoins...
296  Other / Serious discussion / Re: A Bullying experiment on: February 07, 2019, 11:09:13 PM
Few reasons which are obvious

What value is created if you help the kid?    --> You help the kid
What are the risks of protecting the kid?     --> The bully can be a psycho and take out a knife

However, if one or two people jump over helping the kid, we will have a chain effect of people helping
that kid. In my opinion, many humans do not have social responsibility, which is NORMAL. Not everyone
can be an entrepreneur and act. Not all fingers are the same either.

Look at the bright side in McDonald's (hope this doesn't sound like a sponsored ad LOL):

297  Other / Off-topic / Re: Confession: I want to become a Bitcoin hacker on: February 07, 2019, 10:55:39 PM
I'm an ethical hacker. If I want to spend 5 days on trying to hack a bad exchange, I can do it.

Would I do it?

NEVER
Remember that the exchange and Bitcoins are other people's business. Why should I steal what is not
mine? Those guys who said yes, you are either very immature, are 12 years old script kiddos who know
how to ping in console or, you are a psycho.

What did your parents do to you to think it's ok to steal? Would you feel ok if someone stole your only
$2 million in bitcoin?
298  Other / Off-topic / Re: Create calculator for salary(Reward 50 merit if somebody finish code) on: February 07, 2019, 10:23:52 PM
Sorry for being offtopic but how can your account have 50 sendable merits?

Edit:
Did read through the lines so now I understand. So your 50 merits are a promise.
I don't think someone will help you for 50 merits because you are unlikely to get 50 sendable merits. Instead,
maybe they will do it for free without expecting anything.
I would help you, however your code looks like a mess and I don't have time now to make sense of everything.
I don't even understand what you're trying to accomplish because you're not clear.

Instead, for programming I would go for stack overflow. Make sure you formulate the question correctly so we can understand
what you need. For now, your code just looks like some homework to me. From what I can see you're having basic syntax errors.
If you don't know what that is, you're more likely to be a student than an employee.

Edit2:
I believe there are many logic errors. I assume you don't understand your code in full and it's possibly not your.
var max2 = document.getElementById('max3').value;
Why are you getting max3 value and assign it to max2 here? Shouldn't you get max2?

There are potentially more errors. The only way you can get good at coding is by overcoming these obstacles.
299  Other / Off-topic / Re: In search of a Website for serious dating on: February 06, 2019, 11:50:09 PM
You either use Tinder or approach people in real life.

Benefits of real life dating: you are in control over your "prey". You also have constant input (the body language of the person,
how responsive they are, etc. )

Do not use anything different from Tinder because it makes no sense.
300  Economy / Digital goods / Super Domain name Super Deal on: February 06, 2019, 07:34:09 PM
I have a super domain name - Metanice.com
Easy to remember
Easy to type

The name "MetaNice" is made of two shorter names:
"Meta" which comes from Greek and means "beyond"

This is not just a domain, this is beyond a nice domain.

The starting point is

Evaluation done with the Official GoDaddy Domain Appraisal

WOW point: Calculate Metanice in Gematria value and you will get the equivalent of "Great". Just to remind you,
Great.com sold for $900k  (source)

Parameters for buying this domain:
- I am not going to provide you the domain first before you pay
- I paid for my identity to be hidden on ICANN so don't try to find me and contact me privately
- If you don't trust me but still want this domain, we can use GoDaddy as a middleman however you will have to pay the fees for listing in advance
- No lowballers (if you want to make an offer under the listed value, save your time and don't contact me)
- If you want to contact me and receive an answer, leave a comment here with "contacted. I am waiting for your response"  (this will keep the post up so more people can see the offer)
