Can you use tor or a vpn to get around this? It's the whole of the US afaik.
I think it is just limited to the US though and I can access it normally.
It is likely the entire United States indeed. I get the same trying from the state of Pennsylvania and Ohio, though I don’t think Hashnest will disallow deposits from other IP locations through a VPN like other services; don't think they'll do something like Bitmex where they force withdraw on an IP located in the US though. Yes, that error message is only a reminder, you can still top up to Hashnest wallet, please try. |

I live in the state of Maryland in USA, and I get this message when I try to deposit BTC
"Due to regulatory concerns beyond our control we cannot accept deposits from the State of Maryland."
If I were to move to another state that can deposit successfully, what states allow deposits? Or would it have to be another country?

Nice to see Hashnest is back! Mining profits aren't that great so I might not be investing as much as I used to into the platform, but at least the service is legit and there's few issues with it. Anyone here knows how many confirmation will it take before my deposit in Hashnest shows up in my wallet?
I tried to deposit today as I plan to buy some contracts but I noticed that the transaction already reached 3 confirmation and yet my deposit is not posted yet in my wallet. I remember loading my account a few months ago and it didn't take me long before deposit shows up in my account.
Please raise your issue to support with the transaction id. There is system issue on deposit recently and some deposits need to manually approved. We've already start fixing the issue and avoid the inconvenience asap. |

I will update this message if I can actually withdraw my BTC at some point (currently waiting for another reply from support that I expect to be as useless as the last 10 replies over the last 2 weeks - not to mention the 48 hours or so it actually takes them to reply).
Judging by posts above it looks like they might have turned scam, or at the very least are having cashflow problems and delaying withdrawals DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I successfully withdrew bitcoins a week ago. I heard that confirmation SMS doesn't come sometimes. Did it happen to you as well? Sometimes it happens due to the different mobile carrier blocking msg from some marketing numbers. Anyway, you can change SMS verification to google authentication verification if you are not confident to your mobile carrier's service. |
