281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What spaces can blockchain tech revolutionise in the future? on: June 03, 2018, 10:40:14 PM
Since blockchain was a public ledger (everyone could see) So, I think one of government project should be adopting blockchain, let's said elections. Or maybe donations program on the election campaign.
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which Online market accept cryptocurrency ? on: June 03, 2018, 10:30:44 PM
Hello, I want to know some online market's like ebay, amazon who can accept cryptocurrency as payment.

As far as I know, Newegg and OverStock accept bitcoin as one of their payment methods, but personally, I've never tried it.

I only use my bitcoin  (mostly) for recharge my mobile, and some domain and hosting services.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is not for people who want permanent money! on: June 03, 2018, 10:23:05 PM
Work hard is a general rule of life. If you want more, you should work more.

I agree with you all, Cryptocurrency isn't a fast way to be a rich, but one of a great way to get some profit over it.
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your 2018 Crypto Target, So Far? on: June 03, 2018, 10:07:59 PM
~snip~.
Personally, my goal is far away. Because I want to earn 1 million dollars and I have only 60 thousand in this market. Therefore, I need to work a lot more

Come on, 60 thousand was a good number, at least for me.  Grin

This year, my goal still related to mining, I want to add more Rigs to my Mining room, at least until I can't add more.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: help on mining Rig + MSI z270-a pro on: June 03, 2018, 09:55:38 PM
Have you increase the page file (virtual memory)?, that was basic, but that's important on mining process. (in case you forgot it)
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] NEW MULTIPOOL MINING POOL [ANN] on: June 03, 2018, 09:43:05 PM
Great job, would be perfect if you were announcing your multi-pool at Pools (Altcoins) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=199.0 (all about mining-pool) you have a chance to get more responses there.
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How to get more h/s on: June 02, 2018, 07:48:06 PM
If i start modding my GPU, can it broke?

Yeah, that will break your card warranty.  Grin
Proper way bios mod wouldn't break your card, what that proper way to do bios mod? one of it was always using your original bios as bios source for doing bios mod.

And the full proper way to do bios mod has posted above. May I need to quote it.

288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ASRock H110 not showing any signal on: June 02, 2018, 07:30:40 PM
You bought the wrong RAM. The fastest memory the ASRock H110 Pro BTC+ supports is 2400 MHz RAM with a Core i7 CPU only. Your Pentium G4400 only supports 2133 MHz RAM max.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2730770.msg27954126#msg27954126

Return it and buy this one or another module that's listed on the memory QVL.

https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H110%20Pro%20BTC+/index.asp#Memory

Noted
So that was the issue is, make sense. That was a compatibility issue between memory (memory speed) and its processors, right?
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Need help! Wanted to know what to mine with my current laptop specs.. on: June 02, 2018, 07:19:58 PM
As the others said above: You will only damage your laptop and got nothing.

The other thing you should know:
Yes, you can mine using your laptop just for few hours only, but while you on pooled mining that was a bad idea when you have less stay time in the pool. You wouldn't have a full share to the pool (at least for a few pools related to their payment schemes), and that's not worth it.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ASRock H110 not showing any signal on: June 02, 2018, 07:00:58 PM
bent cpu pins?

I also have experience with bent cpu pins before. That also possibly causing OP's problem.
OP you should check!

If no screen, you check if you have plug in the extra 2 molex and 1 sata needed to power the board.

Basically, that extra Molex used as GPUs extra power (PCIe bus), but I found some thread before with almost the same problem and solved with that (two extra Molex on board).

@OP
Have you tried to reset CMOS? Unplug and re-plug memory (RAM), boot your system without HDD (SSD) and plug the monitor at the onboard graphics.
291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How to get more h/s on: June 02, 2018, 06:44:42 PM
Related to your question "How to get more h/s?" and you were using RX series from AMD (as you plan to buy) you will have a few scenarios.

First, OCing and Undervolting using OC tools may enough for a starter.

Second, Bios mod then OCing that you can do after understanding how it works.

Third, For some VRAM type, OC was more than enough (the card can run at the same hashing speed with OCed cards). AFAIK Samsung and Micron can do that.
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Just started mining on: June 02, 2018, 06:11:23 PM
Welcome to the forum and crypto mining world.

I agree with the comment above me. You can explore and gain you mining skill with current hardware at first. Know it how to optimize your device, how to find the most profitable coins, etc. Then you can upgrade your devices when you have ready.

You have an advantage with the alternative energy (solar panels, batteries, and a small wind turbine) as you said. And you can spend the time to do some experiment with your current device without worries about the electricity bill.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC for bounties and airdrops on: June 02, 2018, 04:06:37 PM
KYC is the process of a business identifying and verifying the identity of its clients, I understand that ICO participants or bounty hunter required to pass their KYC, but I don't think it's possible do that just for airdrop, give them my information and value just only a few bucks...

Interesting, I agree with you. Don't risk our name changed on social security number  Grin. KYC for bounties and airdrops not worth it.

Maybe they just want to collect our identity and sold on black market? So I never participants "KYC" airdrop

Then someone who buys that document will use it for KYC to.  Cheesy
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU Rig restarts itself when Miner started on: May 29, 2018, 04:34:57 AM
Maybe your power supply is the cause of your system reboot ?

OP has been testing the rig with one card plugged, I think that isn't a power issue, but who knows. That's more like a driver issue.

The physical issue also possible, such as risers isn't right connected. Just check all thing that may possible.
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU Rig restarts itself when Miner started on: May 28, 2018, 05:19:12 PM
I've checked the update history and there isn't any thing listed there.

I've also updated my post with the full setup!

That's better

Have you tried reinstalling your driver? Clean it first using DDU then reinstall the driver with the current setup (one card plugged).
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: RX 570/580 Nitro+ ETH Mining Core Overclocks/Underclocks on: May 28, 2018, 05:03:37 PM
-snip-

I'm not sure what you are saying. I think you are saying my want for less heat is not realistic?

Of course not, I'm just adding one more condition that you don't write above on your last statement.
I mean this:

I would like lowest power consumption with highest hashrate.

Even I was able to reduce much heat at my rig with a few things, so that was realistic after all.

And that I should aim for stability more than anything?

That's me, I didn't say you should do that. But for me stability is important.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU Rig restarts itself when Miner started on: May 28, 2018, 04:49:02 PM
I've just checked Windows Update is disabled and no driver should be updated either.]

Anyone knows what's this due to and how do I resolve it? Any guidance are sincerely welcomed!  Smiley

Windows update disabled isn't mean your Windows not updated, check update history!

Let us know your full setup.

298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: mine litecoin with cpu on: May 28, 2018, 04:40:16 PM
As the other said, will be better if you mine CPU-based coins, since LTC has ASICs Miner. Even GPU can't beat ASIC on Litecoin mining.

This post may help you:

299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: RX 570/580 Nitro+ ETH Mining Core Overclocks/Underclocks on: May 28, 2018, 04:25:24 PM
Maybe you need to add one other thing:
I would like lowest power consumption with highest hashrate and less heat. (I want it)  Grin

My RX rig running at 29.xx - 30 (2100-1360). I more prepare for stability.
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question: What is everyone currently mining? on: May 28, 2018, 02:51:14 PM
Now buying equipment that can not pay off - a big risk  Cry

You may right, buying mining equipment nowadays a bit risky. All thing must consider, except you were a miner with a few mining equipment before. And I can say for sure mining still profitable ("at least for most of the miner")
