I don't see why the raise on loss is 65% and the raise on win is 0%. Doesn't that just ensure your bets to get bigger and bigger until you ruin your bankroll? Say this was martingale, don't you need to return to base bet, not keep going?
282  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which bitcoin sportsbook? on: January 28, 2016, 08:53:02 AM
I usually don't bet on sports, although the support I bet most on is eSports. The one I've heard of the most though in nitrogen sports though, and based on the reviews and recommendations, I'd say that one's the best.

Wisdom of the masses.

I can vouch for this guy, I have recieved a copy of CSGO, and if there's no scam accusation against him within a month his copies of the game aren't illegitimate. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I can offer 0.015 BTC for one copy. I go first?

286  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can Bitcoin bring back arcades? on: January 27, 2016, 09:38:39 PM
It could bring back arcades only if bitcoin became widely accepted. Currently the better choice would be to implement the payment of bitcoin,  but not take out the fiat component completely, because most people use fiat anyway.
287  Economy / Scam Accusations / Unconfirmed Scammer: althunteruk (NEED HELP FROM DT, ACCOUNT MIGHT HAVE BEEN SOL on: January 27, 2016, 09:34:35 PM
What happened::
Hey guys, I was looking for a cheap copy of CSGO, and I saw this guy. He goes by the name of althunteruk.

He was looking for offers, and I offered 0.02 and he responded that he had recieved a better offer of 0.022, and that buyer was going first. I really wanted the game copy so I said I'd pay 0.025 and I'd also go first.

He agreed, but gave me a dodgy screenshot of where the game came from. I told him I needed him to link me his profile, and comment in his comment board just to show proof of his ownership, but he declined, saying -
Quote
Its not about time if my boss sees me on that game (tremorgames) website again im going to get a written warning its not worth my job for $10 lol

Seems legit, he responded this earlier -
Quote
Sorry about the delay had to redownload gyazo again

So he is allowed to download Gyazo but not allowed on a simple site at work?

I then offered him a deal. I send 0.01 first, he sends me the codes, then I send the rest. Within a few seconds I received a response, accepting my offer.

So I send the bitcoin. But hey, hey, he goes offline straight after I say -

Quote
First transaction has been made. If you are a scammer I have proof, because I made a note in the TX.

Awaiting your code.
(It turns out this note is client side, not broadcasted to the whole network :3)

I went to sleep straight after that, and for the past 10 hours he's been offline. I wonder for how long more.

Additional Notes: To that person who offered 0.022, please refrain from trading with this guy.

So I think this guy is a scammer, but I want to give him another 24 hours to send me the game, and I will pay the rest. And please, can people remove the negative feedback if the guy has paid back? Thanks.

288  Economy / Digital goods / Re: csgo gifts. on: January 27, 2016, 09:05:33 AM
I will give you 7€ for one CS:GO gift. You have bought that for 5€ on christmas sale, so it is really overpriced.

Stop being a dickhead. It is not overpriced, the current price is $15, and there's no sale. So you are making a good trade. Plus, who cares if he got it during the sale? If you didn't buy it duing the sale, you would still save something. Something is better than nothing. He's simply trying to make a profit

PvP bitcoin dice? Whomever rolls higher/lower wins, and wins the other person's entry and maybe a pot. Something like bidybit with a randomness aspect to it.
291  Economy / Gambling / Re: Need feedback about my "gambling" site. on: January 27, 2016, 02:01:48 AM
It has a nice layout and good system. The only ol real problems are the ads, it's not very good for a casino to have ads. Maybe ads when loading a page or claiming the faucet, but not when gambling. House etiquette.

Weird, he's betcointm's usually on every single day, active on the betcoin.tm thread. I've honestly never seen betcointm offline for longer than this. Is something wrong? Have you heard from him, GianLuca?

296  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Has anyone used the HW.1 or Ledger Nano Bitcoin wallet? on: January 25, 2016, 07:09:26 AM
Ledger disadvantages: must be initialized using a secure computer or the Starter. If using with a wallet on your phone you must use the security card to verify transactions. Cannot passphrase protect accounts as with a Trezor.

Advantages: low cost. If you use with your laptop you can pair with the Ledger App on your Android phone to authorize transactions avoiding use of the security card.

Ledger is a good way to get started with bitcoin hardware wallets at lowest cost.

You can simply download their speciallized OS ISO file, and apply it to a disk. You can start up your wallet from there safely.

I'm guessing payouts are today? Honestly looking forward to top posters, even though they may not be me,  so I can base my posts off them and get better Smiley

Good luck all!

Also looking forward to payout ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
298  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Has anyone used the HW.1 or Ledger Nano Bitcoin wallet? on: January 22, 2016, 11:21:09 AM
Yay! I've purchased their limited edition electrum HW.1, which looks quite nice. I'm a cheapskate though, I have to wait 14-40 days for the free shipping.

And if anyone was interested, I got it from hardwarewallet.com. There's one limited edition electrum one left!

Awesome! Welcome to the "Ledger Club"!

Im also thinking of purchasing a Ledger wallet. May i ask,
Where did you get that sig and what does it mean by "second factor"? By this do you mean to access the wallet I need the pin and the ledger/recovery seed?

Is it possible to enable email or Google authenticator confirmation, or will I have to use green address or electrum to do integrate with this extra factor?
299  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lets try to make 1.5 BTC from 0.013 *Social Experiment Is On* on: January 22, 2016, 11:15:02 AM
Might be thinking of chucking in another 0.2, but maybe but maybe not this round. If you host anoher experiment, u will be very interested in the next one.

Good luck to all current experience, and remember - don't very what you can't lose!
