281  Economy / Economics / Re: Sick and tired of the cryptocurrency bullshit!!! on: October 06, 2018, 11:37:06 AM
you don not need to sick or tired of the cryptocurrency bullshit because you must have knowledge about cryptocurrency before joining crypto world. There will be nothing much to think about bull shit. Let it be.
People nowadays always blame price without know what history of bitcoin price. Maybe they join when bitcoin on it's peak and now they end with loss. It is not good for community because something like bitcoin  need smart people to adopt it.
Let them keep blaming whoever or whatever they want to blame and probably that would keep them happy. Wisdom is profitable and at this stage, someone without it is bound to rant, whine, get sick and tired and even shit on the market because they are too greedily dumb to realize that what they should be investing in is the future of payment and not just because they are looking for a quick means to get rich in the short term.

That mindset has affected so many people's judgment and mentality in this space that they just keep seeing negativity when they should be seeing opportunity. If he is not seeing an opportunity in this bear market already, then I have nothing else to say to him.
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I Convert My All Coins into Bitcoin or USD? on: October 05, 2018, 10:59:53 AM
I think this strategy is good, and i suggest you convert to BTC, BTC is the most reliable currency in the cryptocurrency market.
It all depends on what you are holding really. If you feel the altcoins you are holding does not have a future and you have the chance to convert them to bitcoin, please do so.

Just like Tom Lee said, if you are not holding at least 1btc, you should be trying as much as possible to see how you will be holding it, before you can even start considering any shit coin you want to buy. Most altcoins will not last and you really want to be careful what you are holding so you do not regret it eventually when bitcoin dominates the market as that time will definitely come.
283  Economy / Economics / Re: What manipulators want on: October 05, 2018, 10:18:41 AM
We all know that manipulators overstate the trend whether it is up or down. They always want to control market and earn money from panic and trust. But there is a limit for speculation. If people lose their hope, they give up, sell their assets, exit from market, and never come back.
Well, the idea they have always had is that if we can control their mind to do exactly what we want to be able to get more profit, then, let's shoot. It is not very hard for them when the market is a highly speculative one and for one thing, as long as that is in play, the possibility of seeing them keep manipulating the market to their benefit is always going to be there.

The thing with them is that they keep looking for those who are just gullible not to understand the way market wants and prefer joining FOMO to be able to get rich and because of this, the whales after buying the dips only have to move the price up, sprout participation and then sell when they feel they are OK to drive it back down.
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ICOs trend stop in 2019 on: October 04, 2018, 11:02:17 AM
yep it is so sad that many scam ICO's nowadays and add with the bad market that people losing interest in cryptos, I don't think that ICO's will stop in 2019, I think it will continue.
There has always been scam ICOs and we had about the same scenarios even last year, and trust me, as the technology keeps advancing, scammers will keep devising different means to end up scamming people over and over again until maybe we start seeing some form of regulation.

I believe even though as we keep moving on and progressing over the years, we will still see new projects with great ideas coming up, so saying that we would stop seeing ICO is not something I would expect, but as the market gets saner and matured, we will over the years see more of solid projects and a reduction of scams.
285  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Margin Trading on: October 04, 2018, 09:46:24 AM
A very risky type of trade that helps you to trade bigger with small money (leverage). It has not relevance with '' just hodl '', it is very risky for beginners. In others, you just wait and the price of the coins in your wallet remains the same, even if the price is reduced. But, when you lose here, you lose the number of coins.
Yeah, it is always more like you borrowing money to trade a position in the market and if you tend to borrow more, the faster you get liquidated of your own funds if things go awry and in this case I believe anyone should understand that it is a whole lot of risk to take when it comes to going the marginal way.

Of course a lot of people would argue that the chances of going long or shorting the market to make more money from trading is there, but usually, the more you can make when it comes to profit is also the way the risk can end up high and if you do not have the knowledge to always pull through, trading the marginal way would be a hard thing to do.
286  Economy / Economics / Re: Technology improves we work more. on: October 03, 2018, 10:29:05 AM
The goal of technology was for everyone to have easier lives and work less. Well todays generations have it much tougher.  They are working for much lower wages and longer hours.  Its next to impossible for millenials to purchase a house on their own.  Something here itsn't right, Capitalism?

Technology is created for a better worlds and better place to be,and to create more convenience to people works with high production and quality otherwise there are times that because of improvement our natures would been afected due to building some infrastracture and other technological system, but in terms of crypto technolgy they only creating a world with a  cashless society.
Right! Technology has really solved a lot of problem over the years when it comes to coordination and organization generally and has made work across board easier for everyone to do. The problem is that humans are always bound to blame any little thing for whatever is going on.

With technology improvement, a lot of people in some countries still get well paid salary even as efficiency increases with technology and are really doing well. If anything is to be blamed for any low wage or over working, which should be based on the government itself and has nothing to do with improvement in technology at all.
287  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What websites on crypto do you visit everyday? on: October 01, 2018, 10:40:26 AM
Share your favorite news outlets, channels, boards and subreddits
Thank you in advance!
So far, I have always been using coindesk and cointelegraph to get my latest news to be able to check what is going on in the crypto world daily and I have always loved the richness in their news. I check coinmarketcap once in a time just to see how things are going with all the market generally, and then, how will I not say something about bitcointalk which is the home of discussion with anything that is related to the crypto world, you can get to learn a lot, ask questions, view different opinions and so on.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sell bounty token at a loss? on: September 29, 2018, 01:35:24 PM
I think its an interesting questions who everybody is asking themself who is participaiting in boutny campaigns here on bitcointalk. So for me personally, i hold the most boutny tokens. Its for one reason. I participate just in bounty campaigns from projects which i also see potential. So the most of the projects im also invested with real money. Thats why i dont sell with loss.
Selling at loss is more like not even valuing the project in the first place, so why join such project then? This is one question I have always asked myself. If bounty hunters start seeing it as a way for them to rather utilize bounty as a means to be a part of the long term of a project by just working for it and not putting real life money, I want to believe they will end up being able to understand why selling at loss and the worst part even below ICO price is a damaging thing to do. One reason you will see some complaining about the short term price of a coin when they should be looking at the long term.
289  Economy / Economics / Re: A few suggestions for profit on the crypto market.. on: September 29, 2018, 12:40:55 PM
Those are really excellent suggestions for making profits in cryptocurrency market. I would like to add something on that news point. I agree that we should keep our ears open to all kinds of things happening in the crypto market. But the source of that news really matters. Most of the times, some fake statements are made which create panic all over. So make sure to cross check all the information you hear before making any decision on its basis.

Its true, for several months crypto price suffering price fall because fake news and people over react with that fake news. Peoples panic makes many investor drop their investment value. Keep research and confident with our investment is best option
In my view you should not give any attention to such false new and statements to avoid panic. I realize that these statements and false news affect the market badly because some stupid investors take it seriously and make decisions before the right time and lose their money. The overall market influenced by these statements. You should concentrate on daily market situation.
Negative statement and FUD news affect those who it wants to affect because they have chosen to let it affect them, but as far as I am concerned, the only thing we can always do here as investors is to always stick with our own belief.

Generally, making profit on the crypto market is dependent on each individual on how they perceive the long term and can be patient enough for it or probably chicken out in the long run and run out with losses.

Basically, it depends on the category each person wants to be. With respect to concentrating on daily market situations such as price action, or change of trends, well, is one thing that can only be applicable to a knowledgeable trader.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hidden Bull Market - Big Institutes Coming Nov / Dec 2018 on: September 28, 2018, 12:45:52 PM
Hidden Bull Market - Big Institutes Coming Nov / Dec 2018

that is what I am being told, and see on my volatility charts.

Please reply below -- What is your opinion?

the sign is everywhere. just sit tight. big whales have no cofidence on current market movement, when everything is set, im sure the bull will hit ATH.
I want to believe even the altcoin markets have been showing a huge sign for a very long time now and it totally depends on those who really are smart enough to see now as a great opportunity to start getting in to begin doing so.

For what it is worth, for the past few days, the alts have been showing some good level of bullish divergence, and also we have seen cases of some of them breaking out with some pretty good volume, and all this is a way to make people understand that whales are already getting into the market and are ready to ride it up and it is left for each person now to take advantage of it or not.
291  Economy / Speculation / Re: Billionaire Tim Draper Stands By Bullish $250,000 Bitcoin Price Target For 2022 on: September 28, 2018, 12:06:10 PM
I have some personal opinions to express, please forgive me English is not very good!
Billionaire Tim Draper is not the same as our ordinary people. It enters the market to play the role of whales and sharks, and we are just their food!
Grin Quite some personal opinion but I really feel you. Your English is not that bad anyway, at least better than a lot I have seen on this thread. I totally understand with you that Tim Draper is just another whale that is accumulating the dips and then try to dish out to the community how he really want to see the price move by 2022, but technically, even being a whale or not, it is something that is actually reasonable for us to see happen and it depends on each individual if they want to get fed on or if they actually are smart enough to understand that whichever way, to beat the whales to it, is to always take advantage of the dips and sell the peaks. Although, the part where you said we are just foods is quite hilarious and somehow for real for most part of it.
292  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Trading, campaigns, gambling or mining? on: September 25, 2018, 11:50:33 AM
Which one would you prefer or best to earn? As far as i have come across, crypto is the best platform to have good earnings. We have many who have a good experience on it and still into it without a regular job. Many have left their main job after experiencing double income from crypto. Many have become millionaire and have changed their lifestyles. Which one would be the best to have good crypto earnings?
for now I am trading and bounty campaigns. because now I work in the real world and I make trade + bounty as a spare time job. and I also plan to mine next year.
This is best planning ever, if you have money try to trade and at the same time use your knowledge and get money by sharing your knowledge and information in some kind of campaign, if you will earn good amount of money you can mine as well, but at very first joining campaign which will help you increase your knowledge and your skills for trading as well as for mining.
minning = passive income, trading = main income, campaign = part time job, gambling = for fun. you can use it all at the same time of course with the right time management, allocate more time to your main job and the rest you can use for the campaign or gamble for occasional fun
What a way to classify each of them. For someone that wants to even earn anything at all, I would not classify gambling as a way to get anything because anyone who is looking at this angle should be ready to get burned.

Trading on the other hand I agree with you totally that it can serve as main income as long as you know what you are doing, you are good at it, and you make steady profit, then you will be fine. Campaign should always just be a side gig and nothing more, while mining on the other hand are for those who have capital to tie down.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency to be Taught in Schools? on: September 22, 2018, 09:51:31 AM
I believe that in future crypto currency will become the main mean of transaction .We must learn the practical use of it. It will happen if we deal in the market. In school we can learn only theoratical part.
Things are changing everyday with advancement in technology and I believe that anyone who is really ready to face the future will start facing understanding everything about the blockchain technology.

Now, depending on the schools, this might be a hard subject to understand for those who are still in lower levels, but with some little bit of hint, some understanding on the solution it brings and some other benefits, will always be a good thing at any stage
294  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where next? Up or down! on: September 22, 2018, 07:34:59 AM
6500$ is the resistant point of Bitcoin. The chart shows us bitcoin is stable now. I think it's in the recovery progress.  Maybe it'll come back soon. We should wait for that.
Nothing is certain yet, we are still in a bearish wedge and the chances of seeing us break out from it is really not there unless we get to see the bulls make a strong attempt and break out from it.

For now, I really would not want to put so much of my attention on things that are not that relevant at the moment and better still, just find a way to watch the way the trends will be behaving in coming days. As long as we can see more possibilities of a quick dump than an up rise in the market, that is something one needs to be wary of.
295  Economy / Economics / Re: If the stocks market will crash again like 2008, what will happen to bitcoin on: September 17, 2018, 11:01:26 AM
If the stocks market will crash again like 2008, what will happen to bitcoin?
I personally think that people will take their money out and will invest it somewhere else.

Do you think that bitcoin will be a good alternative?
No one knows what will happen, but really, I expect investors to try to want to find a safe haven in which they can put their funds, which most of the time in the past, it has always be in the form of physical assets like gold and silver.

However, now that cryptocurrency is here, I want to believe that in a way, this should also help a great deal for those who may want to consider the deflationary aspect of the currency and see the need to put their funds in it. However, a lot of investors are still very skeptic about investing in cryptocurrency due to its volatility, but who can tell?
296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are online gambling games fixed? on: September 15, 2018, 11:19:23 AM
I am sure that there are some instances that these online gambling control the games. Maybe they just don't do it on every games but it could be on your way up where your winnings are so much that they have a feature that will alert them when it happens then they will make you lose or they could also make you feel lucky at the start so you'll just continue to bet but they already fixed it to make you lose in the long run.
It is provably fair and nothing is controlled except for the computer doing its thing, but do not get your hopes up because as far as I am concerned, this is an algorithm that has been written by a programmer, and I am sure it has been designed to be in favor of the house edge the more than the gamblers so as to increase the chances gambling risk brings and make it based more on luck for anyone who eventually wins. Moreover, no gambling platform wants to be out of a business in a short time anyway.
297  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bearish again? (Back at $5500) on: September 15, 2018, 09:49:10 AM
I think that this time we will linger at around 6000 and below will not go. The market is talking about growth and bullish trend at the moment. The global correction is about to come to an end !
What is the growth trend that you are talking about? The market still has no significant adjustments, bitcoin is like being invisible control. This cycle is not over yet.
I really do not know the market talking about growth and bullish trend that he is referring to. This is still the bear's market and people are failing to realize that.

It is not about creating FUD, it is just something that is simple and plain. The demand so far sucks, and this is because of the mindset people have over just getting rich overnight, and with less concern of the major benefit they stand to gain in making use of it for transactions, and hence, has increased the speculative nature of the market.

As far as I can see, this market is not done with the downtrend, and there could still be lower lows to come.

Hopefully you're wrong. Though it seems that going close to the 5k level is also quite farfetched right now since btc is showing resiliency amidst this bear market. I personally think we've already bottomed at 5.8k this year
Well, hopefully like you said, but the thing about market is just to be realistic but the fact remains that no one can exactly see the future. The market could react and bounce before then, surely no one knows, but so far so good, the market would have more chance to possibly end up hitting the lower side than the upper side.

I really do not see so much resilience as things are and we could see about 2 weeks of gain being erased within few hours, and if that is not something that shows the bears are more active than the bulls, I wonder what else would show that.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What attracts you to a good crypto exchange? on: September 12, 2018, 12:55:05 PM
First of all, I'm attracted to the age of the exchange. If the exchange has been working for a long time without special problems and hacks, then it can be trusted.
Age is just a number, even though it sure helps depict some form of good reputation over time with a lot of reviews to make out from the users who have made use of them in the past, compared to newer exchanges. What is important however is to make sure that it is an exchange not built on lies, and you have a firm security with a great team behind it doing great work to keep making things move better.

Trust and loyalty go hand in hand, so it is one thing to look out for among users before choosing exchange. What attracts me though for now, is security first and fees second.
299  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance Founder, Zhao Changpeng Interview! on: September 11, 2018, 12:51:47 PM
I been watched interview of CEO Binance with CNBC,  and he said the total employee of Binance around 30, and compared with others big exchange the total employee can be more than 100 people.  So that mean Binance is really professional,  they also expand to others country to open new office , and they also always comply AML and regulation. Hopefully others exchange can be the same like Binance that will expand to others country while promote crypto so demand of crypto can be also increase.
One of the reasons why exchange is about going mainstream as a lot of players are now beginning to see the great opportunity lurking in the crypto space and would love to tap from it as well.

Now, this is in the vein that the market capitalization of the crypto space is a lot less when compared to a lot of matured markets, but in the real sense, the truth remains that, there is so much here when it comes to the global space and the opportunities that abound in the crypto space for binance to have generated as much as that in a quarter.
300  Economy / Speculation / Re: What happened to this 'easy 10k'? on: September 10, 2018, 09:58:39 AM
We can expect this 10k by the end of this year. Fromnthis year started itself there is no significant growth in the bitcoin value. But now the price started to rise, people are expecting this growth only. If it continious means easily it will touch the 10k by the end of this year.  You have to do two things only one is trade and another one is hołd. Just hold the bitcoin with patience.
Well, that would be under probability, even though so many times, people have always attributed end of the year as a good time for most markets but at the same time, we all know how much unpredictable this market is and for the fact that we really cannot tell how things can quickly turn out before we even manage to go test the $10k if we even end up doing at all. Just like you said, it is either you just go learn how to trade or simply just learn how to hold.
