281  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction] Terrahash DX-Large 180-220 GH w/ PSU - Confirmed First Order. on: September 26, 2013, 06:32:27 PM
Hello,

I'm creating this Thread to sell 1x Terrahash DX-Large 180 GH w/ PSU - Batch 1 Order. Order # 432 which is the first order. (Confirmed by Terrahash)
You are correct. 432 is the first order.

This unit is paid for completely and is to be Hosted by Terrahash at $50/Monthly

Since this unit will be Hosted by Terrahash, the winner of this auction will pay the $50/month hosting and give me the bitcoin address that they would like the hosted machine to mine towards.
Terrahash has also mentioned that you can take delivery at any time once it is hosted, Shipping will be at the cost of the buyer.

I will Start the Auction off at 180 BTC

I will be accepting Bitcoin and USD Bank Transfers as payment

I already sold a DX-Large for BTC150 BTC. Now that we have confirmation of Avalon Chips being sent, BkkCoins finishing his boards, and Terrahash being 100% Legit, there's zero risk to the buyer now and the price will reflect that.

*This auction is mainly to gauge interest. I have the right to not sell this unit at the end of the auction if I choose not to.*

As always if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

Auction Ends 7/21/2013 11:59 Eastern.
Timer removed. End time: 2013-07-21+22:59:00EST

Why did you delete all of your posts on the terrahash thread?
282  Economy / Securities / Re: Lab Rat Data Processing, LLC (LabRatMining) Official Announcement on: September 26, 2013, 06:00:14 PM
As a large shareholder I agree with the two week dividends going to improve the company

Sorry guys for sidetracking this thread but....

Bargraphics,
Why did you delete all of your posts in the TerraHash thread? Did they stop paying you?
283  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is Bargraphics complicit in the theft of your funds ala The TerraHash scam? on: September 26, 2013, 05:57:31 PM
Fyi,
Bargraphics has deleted every one of his posts on the TerraHash thread, what a maroon!
284  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 26, 2013, 05:50:21 PM
Oh look, he actually did go back and delete them, but I have them logged now. What a pansy, needs to hide how wrong he was. Man up Bar.

I was just going to post this, he had over 1000 posts as of yesterday! I guess his lawyer told him to delete all of those cheerleading posts!

I already archived them all and will post them to pastebin shortly.

Thanks!

edit: I think he deserves a scam accusation thread all his own!

I got a refund from Paypal yesterday!!
I just emailed them explaining the situation and put in a load of screenshots from this thread, of some of their broken promises!

I might still have the email address of someone in the complaints department if any wants it to send a direct email??

Congrats,
Please share with the rest of the class.

291  Other / Off-topic / Is Bargraphics complicit in the theft of your funds ala The TerraHash scam? on: September 26, 2013, 11:27:33 AM
TerraHash announced yesterday that they are going to file for bankruptcy, with Bargraphics leading the charge for the last several months saying nothing is wrong and all of the detractors don't know what we are talking about.

So the question remains... Is Bargraphics responsible at least in part to some TerraHash customers losing their money by misleading them?
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi's email? on: September 26, 2013, 11:15:13 AM
Satoshi email is actually doing a beta test of the bitcoin tracking system (beta just like the bitcoin client!). For every email you forward to satoshi, he will pay you 1 bitcoin. For every person you send it to who also forwards it onto satoshi, you will receive 0.5 btc. I thought this was a scam too but after sending emails to satoshi, I received 1 bitcoin!

Not sure if being legit or just some fail joke!

It's a lame attempt at the old scam/joke/whatever that was put a bunch of years ago that if you sent Bill Gates an email he would send you money, send it to your friends and they will too.

Simply saying "sorry we are out of money and dissolving" doesn't even come close the standard required by any state.  Hell it probably isn't legal in Somalia.

Just like everything else they did...
294  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 26, 2013, 10:12:50 AM
I was never once wrong, game set match.

This is who you are deciding to lead you into a lawsuit... I wish you all the best of luck.

btceic i want to give you a big thumbs up.  You used reason and stuck up for logic.  You took a harder bashing then me on what they called trolling, or what is now called the truth.

I still want to share this day with knight!  Knight can you please confirm when they are refunding 50 percent?  Also how much they spent?  You vouching will mean the world....  Roll Eyes

With it being a Inc, any lawyer who does not charge hourly after researching this chances are will tell you to cut your losses unless you spent a rediclous amount of money.  They will NEVER be able to give 100 percent back, i still am willing to be Amir pulled in a nice salary.  So say you win take out lawyer fees, you and everyone else suing is fighting for a limited amount of cash.  You can will all your money in court against TH.... but if you win just example 100 dollars but they have 20 dollars to their name you will never get the rest.

The ones who kept saying stick in with TH they are working on it.  Believing their word without any proof should be ashamed if you made anyone wait past 45 days on paypal.  And caused even a few to lose cash.

Thanks for the recognition, I appreciate it!

Regarding your last statement above, it is my opinion that Bar at the very least is either complicit and therefore liable or is sadistic, either way no-one should be following his advice on anything.

What was for sale? The boards?

They had miners listed on ebay before BKK had a chance to debug them (possibly before he had even assembled one, I can't recall exactly).

Here is the post I was referring to.

Here is my reaction at the time

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=190731.msg2502914#msg2502914

*edit* BTW I didn't even consider TH as scam but they took a big risk on lots of fronts and most of them seem to have come back to hurt.

How do you know that it was their ebay account?

[6/27/2013 6:06:50 AM] Benny: Maybe more actually
[6/27/2013 6:07:01 AM] Benny: Yea, a lot more actually
[6/27/2013 6:07:01 AM] Me: You have investors?
[6/27/2013 6:07:17 AM] Benny: Nope
[6/27/2013 6:07:43 AM] Benny: Heard of cloudhashing.com?
[6/27/2013 6:07:55 AM] Me: I think so, maybe
[6/27/2013 6:08:06 AM] Benny: That’s our business
[6/27/2013 6:08:10 AM] Me: I see
[6/27/2013 6:08:27 AM] Benny: Our goal once this dust all settles is to make mining available to the consumer
[6/27/2013 6:08:36 AM] Benny: Since a lot of these companies are mining solo or for themselves
[6/27/2013 6:08:49 AM] Benny: we’re also reinvesting 30% of mining monthly into new hardware
[6/27/2013 6:08:55 AM] Me: Makes sense
[6/27/2013 6:08:59 AM] Benny: So the theory is
[6/27/2013 6:09:10 AM] Benny: If Difficulty rises less than 30% monthly
[6/27/2013 6:09:12 AM] Benny: it stays ahead
[6/27/2013 6:09:25 AM] Me: True.
[6/27/2013 6:09:33 AM] Benny: In a perfect world, if we get the stuff we ordered
[6/27/2013 6:09:39 AM] Benny: We’ll have around 30TH in September
[6/27/2013 6:09:51 AM] Me: Wow!
[6/27/2013 6:10:00 AM] Me: Who else have you ordered from?
[6/27/2013 6:10:10 AM] Benny: KNCminer and around $80k with Terrahash
[6/27/2013 6:10:18 AM] Benny: we basically funded Terrahash to run their business
[6/27/2013 6:10:25 AM] Me: I see
[6/27/2013 6:10:26 AM] Benny: they used our money to buy their chips

So Bar,
How does it feel to have been soooooooooooo wrong?

Did you purposefully mislead people or you just couldnt see the forest for the trees?
299  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Klondike - 16 chip ASIC Open Source Board - Preliminary on: September 25, 2013, 07:16:33 PM
Fyi,
Some of the TerraHash customers are banding together for a lawsuit, any information or PM's that you feel may help would be appreciated.

Saw that coming.  There's fairly good evidence in this thread that they were listed for sale before they were working. Sorry I don't have the time to track down the posts, search for ebay links in this thread (if possible).

300  Other / Off-topic / Re: TerraHash Bankruptcy! on: September 25, 2013, 06:43:27 PM
Some events happened last week, that have forced us to make a decision to go out of business. A lot of issues compounded to press us to do this. The failure of the Klondike project was one. Chase, our bank, shut down our accounts. Also the delay in the shipment of the chips has resulted in a lot of customers asking for refund. We already owe a lot of money to PayPal, and with all the refund requests, it is impossible for us to continue our operation profitably. So we have decided to dissolve the company.

We are going to ask for a refund from Yifu. As soon as we get a refund from him, we will start refunding all the orders. We will be able to refund about 50% of every order with this amount. We are trying to get our money out of Chase, which will help us refund another ~5% of each order. We are trying to return as many components as we can, and as soon as we get more money back, we will send additional pro-rated payments to each order.

Once we get a refund from Yifu, we will be sending an email to everyone asking for a current Bitcoin address where to send the payments.
