2801  Economy / Economics / Re: ETF rejected on: December 08, 2018, 12:26:06 PM
As they said in the SEC, it can be approved tomorrow and maybe in 10 years.

Exactly, there is no deadline set so the decision could be made anytime.
That is why it's important not to rely on that and not to expect too much from ETF. To be honest I don't think this will influence market in some very significant way so don't base your decision and strategy on that, it doesn't make sense.
2802  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it Game Over for Bitcoin? on: December 07, 2018, 08:17:30 PM
It's a hard time for Bitcoin users and the market is all red but the game is far from over. It's just an episode that we probably all new it will happen again. Volatility and risk is something you can't avoid if you are involved in Bitcoin.
It's also true that only the bravest and the most patient will "survive" but this will not last for long, the market will recover.
But not every bad period for Bitcoin is the end of it. On that way it must have died so many times before but it didn't, you have to admit that.
2803  Economy / Speculation / Re: Whales and their influence on: December 07, 2018, 06:24:04 PM
Whales have certain influence on the market but to my opinion not so significant as many think. They still don't have such big power to manipulate the market fully and to cause such big dump as we are facing now.
And who benefits from current situation? I think everyone who has enough funds to buy more coins now. Maybe it's not looking so right now but Bitcoin will recover and they will make the profit.
2804  Economy / Speculation / Re: $ 3400 is the lowest bottom? on: December 07, 2018, 12:07:59 PM
From current perspective anything is possible.
At first I thought the price will not go lower than 3500$ but obviously I was wrong.
As the price go lower more and more panic selling appear and it looks like the bottom is hard to define.
Let's just hope that negative trend will stop soon and that more people will buy. But we will probably not see Bitcoin recovering this year.
2805  Economy / Speculation / Re: SEC delays decision on ETF again on: December 07, 2018, 09:45:54 AM
I don't know why so many delays for this decision.
On the other hand I don't think that because of that we have such situation on the market and panic selling, this is not connected.
People are expecting too much of ETF thinking this would bring some extraordinary effects but I don't think that something revolutionary will happen. And market is definetely not reacting to ETF connected news anymore.
2806  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop dreaming about the perfect trade on: December 06, 2018, 05:15:59 PM
I guess that perfect trading would mean to always make profit and never accumulate loss and that everything always turns out according to our wishes. But in real world this is not functioning that way.
So the closest to perfect you can make is to have your own personalized strategy and goals, not to invest more than you can afford to lose, trying to control your emotions and always use favourable conditions on the market to trade - buy low and sell high.
2807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is a poor form of money for terrorists. on: December 06, 2018, 09:06:27 AM
There is no actuall proof that terrorists are not using Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies. From few news and articles there were some information that they tried to abuse Bitcoin debit cards for their activities.
But I guess crypto is still not enough convenient for their financing, takes too much time and risk and it's not so reliable as fiat money. I guess that some weapon dealers wouldn't be so happy with payments in Bitcoin.
But that doesn't mean there is no danger from terrorist abuse of cryptocurrencies and we have to be aware of that.
2808  Economy / Speculation / Re: <4000 again, what can we expect in the new year? on: December 06, 2018, 01:16:10 AM
For the time price will continue to fluctuate somwhere between 3500$ and 4000$ at least it looks so now. So, nothing from the huge pump for the end of the year.
And it's very hard to tell what exactly could we expect from the new year. I expect for price to recover but again there is no guarantee for that and definetely no time frame when this might happen. I think that the next year will be full of surprises too.
2809  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What exchanges will survive? on: December 05, 2018, 07:45:57 PM
Big exchanges will probably survive against the small ones. But it's important that they have good reputation and that they are compliant with all necessary regulations in order to run legitimate business. To my opinion there are currently too much exchanges on the market without real need for them and also they don't all provide quality services to their users. So with time selection will be made and only the best and those most flexible will keep going on with their business.
2810  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Crucially Recovers From $3,700, Can $4,000 Hold in Short-Term? on: December 05, 2018, 06:32:07 PM
Recently we've seen few moments when looked like the Bitcoin price is recovering but then it dumped again. So I wouldn't bet that it will touch 4000$.
Still I don't see big difference between 3700$ or 4000$ that isn't that big difference that would mean something significant for users.
I guess the price will not change much in the next weeks so basicly until the end of the year we can't expect some bigger improvements.
2811  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't sell your bitcoin expert warn. on: December 04, 2018, 07:52:57 PM
I absolutely agree that people shouldn't sell their coins, especialy if that way they will only generate more loss.
But on the other hand everyone has a free will and can do whatever wants. There is no guarantee that Bitcoin price will rise soon and no one can't exactly tell in what period this will happen. There are many possibilities including further dump or status quo. That is why everyone has to be aware how much risk can take, how much time can hold investment and what is the final goal to be achieved.
2812  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How a trader should deal with the stress? on: December 04, 2018, 06:58:34 PM
Stress is probably the worst enemy of a trader. It makes you go nervous, panic and to make foolish decisions. Especialy when the market looks like this it isn't easy to cope with pressure and keep the cool head.
Everyone has its own techniques to cope with stress and there is no universal receipe. But I think that experience is something that brings you confidence and helps you to fight stress efficiently.
2813  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: There is no magic in trading on: December 04, 2018, 12:46:00 PM
I'm glad that at least someone is aware that trading isn't miracle way to get rich over night.
It takes a lot of time, efforts, skill and knowledge to make some profit and be successful. Also, luck is just one tiny piece when it comes to trading and you can't rely on it.
Also you have to be prepared at risk and possible losses so you have to develope your own strategy and back up plan .
Although it might look easy no one didn't get rich with trading Bitcoin over night.
2814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news for those who love Bitcoin on: December 04, 2018, 08:42:38 AM
Of course there are still many people interested for Bitcoin who will not give up so easily. Primarily those are users who are involved with Bitcoin for quite a time and profit is not their only interest. They are also well aware that trends in Bitcoin price are changing easily and that volatility is something that you can't avoid.
True Bitcoin supporters will stay faithful to Bitcoin no matter the temporary issues.
2815  Economy / Speculation / Re: Market is falling down. What to do? on: December 03, 2018, 07:38:10 PM
Just keep calm and don't panic. This will not help you, you could only make things worse. It's not easy to look at current situation at the market and every time when it seams that price is recovering a bit, the price falls back again.
So, this is a hard period but it will not last forever. Hold your coins unless you don't want to accumulate even bigger loss. Patience will pay of at the end when the price starts to rise again. Maybe we will not have to wait for that too long, beginning of the next year might bring us some better news.
2816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not worry about the future of Bitcoin! It is just beginning on: December 03, 2018, 05:02:34 PM
I totaly agree that this is just beginning of Bitcoin. If you look back you will see that Bitcoin and blockchain are really new and young technologies although some have the feeling they are here with us for ages.
Actually not so many new technologies have the privilegy to achieve so many in relatively short period of time. And having in mind such short period of time I think that many have too big expectations and get disappointed too easily.
Anyway, the future is bright for Bitcoin, just wait and see.
2817  Economy / Speculation / Re: second half of november was definately a bloodbath for bitcoin 2k usd loss on: December 03, 2018, 01:48:25 PM
The end of this year is definetely opposite to all expectations that many users had. Many thought the price will rise similar to the end of last year scenario but just the opposite happened and thus the shock was probably even bigger.
But we can't escape current situation and the best thing at the moment to be patient and wait for development of situation.
2818  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Market still in the early stages of Collapse, only the Stupid buy this early on: December 03, 2018, 10:16:32 AM
And how do you exactly know how deep the price will go and that current dump is only beginning? I know that everything is possible when Bitcoin is involved but I don't like dramatic speculations and claims based on nothing, without any solid ground or argument. This only makes more panic and creates confusion among users that is not really necessary.
But to my opinion many users have already made their decisions, those who will stay and those who will quit.
2819  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bottom is in !! on: December 02, 2018, 07:33:08 PM
Good idea. I don't think that it's a very wise idea to check the price all the time. I know that easily becomes a habit but that might get you too much stress that you don't need  and even make you do foolish decisions.
I don't think that price will go much lower but it wouldn't rise much either so to leave your coins as they are and wait for next year isn't a bad idea.
2820  Economy / Economics / Re: Why most bitcoin users from good economies countries? on: December 02, 2018, 01:41:12 PM
People in countries with better economies have better incomes and thus better opportunities to invest in Bitcoin because they can easier afford that. Also, new technologies including Bitcoin are more available to them.
But that doesn't mean that people for countries that are not so rich don't use Bitcoin just the opposite but they maybe use different methods to get to the Bitcoin or they use it for diffierent purpose.
But the number of ATMs doesn't proof the popularity of Bitcoin or show the real number of Bitcoin users.
