This is all true, but there is an interesting corollary in play as well.
While very improbable, the chances of cracking a wallet are non-zero, so with every unit time that passes without CSW producing a Satoshi key said produced key becomes less convincing as actual proof of being Satoshi.
I think we can accept as a given that if Wright had access to such keys he would have used them long since.
