2801  Economy / Exchanges / Re: WTF BINANCE YOU SUCK! on: May 20, 2021, 04:27:52 AM
I want to buy the dip and Binance will not let me buy BTC at this price. It says trade unavailable. HELP?

Buy it from somewhere else lol.

By the time I do KYC price would have skyrocketed again.

Forget it, I'm officially done with Cryptocurrencies'. Stocks make fewer profits for me but a better option (never had a crash moment trading in stocks.) If you can't manage the traffic, don't offer your business in the first place  Angry

I missed the dip, who will compensate me for that?  Roll Eyes Huh Angry Angry

wait awhile it might just dip again and by that time binance may let you login timely. i have the same experience with a dex that suspends depositing ETH and BTC, its like they know we are coming to also buy the dip but not allowing us to get some. we don't even know what the updates are.

coinbase is the worse of all. there is a thread about this just yesterday because when the crash happened their exchange also crash. it's been happening over and over, they still didn't fix it.

2802  Economy / Speculation / Re: Get ready for the inevitable, huge correction coming. on: May 20, 2021, 02:42:49 AM

no one can stop them from accumulation in any manner, its what rich boys do even when BTC was still low in price. now that it's more valuable and institution replaced those big boys already with the richer than them. bigger dumps mean bigger pumps and this could swing real high like they could play one dump and one could turn his funds worthless. a huge correction means also sharp spikes.

2803  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buying the current dip (~30k) on: May 20, 2021, 01:55:19 AM

investors are buying too. maybe you are right about that $30k bottom. big investors have no trust in fiat money anymore and they are looking to invest in crypto including the shitcoins we have. well shitcoins are still better than fiat when you don't see anything good about the government money anymore.

the dump is a fun drive and exciting at times. if the price dumps below $30k in the next few days, just don't start to panic and sell.
2804  Economy / Speculation / Re: Catalyst for recent bitcoin dump on: May 20, 2021, 01:38:59 AM

its like the investors forgot that Visa and Paypal had been allowing crypto so the fud is still stronger than what catalyst we have.

it had already dumped. it could actually dip to $20k if it continues to fud about electricity and China ban even though the ban is the same as what they were saying years ago. but if everyone expects this dump to happen because the price had already reached its very top, it's expected to happen. what you can't expect is when exactly can it go up again. June is probably a good month for BTC.
2805  Economy / Gambling / Re: dappcasino.io - Gambling Dapps & Crypto Casino Reviews on: May 19, 2021, 02:39:46 PM

very clean site. looks like a blog too. it might just be good to show first paragraph of the casino review than making users click to botton review.

its the first time i read a review about bethas.io i have been playing there. dapps like this one on TRON or EOS are often only known for its holders as well. not for bitcoin users. maybe you can also review the bitfury.
2806  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: can anyone access coinbase today 5/19? on: May 19, 2021, 02:28:50 PM
not the first time to have happened. the worse part would be if you still sell after you finally accessed the exchange.

the market just isnt this crazy back when knly few institutions coming into crypto, its not good. they are taking away your chance to be millionaires 😬
2807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should you buy bitcoin right now? on: May 19, 2021, 02:16:34 PM
wow this dip is truly harsh. the people who invested using their stimulus package are shaking their heads saying btc isnt saving their lives after all. all along they thought this bullrun is going to keep on rising. i'm not buying this i see price stable.

only few will come back buying by the time they cashout losing half its value. if you have collected considerable amount through this dip, congrats.
2808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where to seek help if you need; concerned with gambling addiction. on: May 19, 2021, 06:36:39 AM
~
True that not all would really be having the access due to country locations and not all of the places which does have correspond professional help or services something like
this which means not all would really be catered out with this kind of help. Therefore the best thing to be done is to help out yourself first before asking out some help
in others like your loved one or any other services out there that do cater out gambling addiction. This is a kind of problem on where someone cant easily
get rid off.
Pretty every country has their own intervention groups that will help them, I don't know what you are talking about not having access but I think that everyone has, it's just a matter of opportunity. Helping yourself is easy on paper but if you are in the denial stage, it will be difficult to do that.

covid19 should have been a good help for them for it's not allowed to go out and casinos are closed. Some find their way to do it online, however. addiction could take a long time to be out of the system, it's like an old habit.

but if another habit comes in, it will be replaced by another. this another habit should be programmed to be a good habit like raising chickens on the farm, fishing, trading cryptocurrency or porn. Cheesy

2809  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China bans Bitcoin again in 2021 on: May 19, 2021, 05:56:04 AM
everyone panics already when they hear that ban again like it's 2017. the ban that Reuters is saying is just for the financial institutions participating in crypto and it's just for the financial institutions and payment bodies. they ensure members are going to involve in crypto.

Quote
The three industry bodies are: the National Internet Finance Association of China, the China Banking Association and the Payment and Clearing Association of China.

this is not new since this is what they also said back 2017. this is close to nothing that should not cause dumps because there are lots of Chinese exchanges already having tons of BTC probably more than what Elon musk has.

2810  Economy / Economics / Re: Tesla stops car purchases with Bitcoin on: May 19, 2021, 05:17:32 AM
I hope that Tesla will not sell bitcoin in the near future, because since Elon Musk issued a statement not accepting payments using bitcoin, the cryptocurrency market is currently experiencing a significant decline, if the Telsa company is going to sell bitcoin you can imagine for yourself how the next crypto market will be.

i can imagine its the same result. the news says tesla did not solve any of their btc holdings. although this isn't something we can confirm.
when tesla announces he isn't accepting  BTC anymore for purchasing tesla cars, is anyone really who owns a bit of bitcoin wanting to buy tesla car? we in crypto only want lambo as far as i know. we don't says tesla when prices moons.
2811  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling becomes popular on: May 19, 2021, 04:56:55 AM
What can we do about it, I mean we need some form of distraction as you've said. That's the healthier option compared to not doing anything and become crazy because of being isolated in your house and having nothing to do, you will lose your mind just sitting in your house staring in the wall.

Its not healthy to be caught on this especially if you drain your time playing, since actually there are more valuable things than that and thinking about gambling is the only option to ease our boredom could actually not healthy to us. Maybe its good that we have option if we need to seek fun but its good to balance our life since to much putting your attention on one thing could possibly put us on bad situation. We still have life inside and its better to spend a quality time to our family.
Tell that to the people who has nothing better to do locked in their homes but just gambling. You are right that we should have options but that depends on the person whether they want to make that choice.

there is nothing else to do when you are in the urban area that any moment someone will passby and just hug or shake hands because they wanted to catch up. that's attracting covid so you have to stay inside the house to avoid contact. if possible just keep the eyes on the phone inside the house. those who consider gambling in pandemic times i think are already gambling before the pandemic and they were just reminded they could actually do it online.

in rural areas, however, you can do a lot of things like gardening and whatever you wanna do like sex in the backyard?  Grin

2812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: in between the decision to hold or sell on: May 19, 2021, 04:24:49 AM
I'm personally going through something like this presently. The market has experienced a substantial downwards movement and it feels like its more than a market correction. I really don't know whether this is the end of the bull run or just a market correction. The bull run has lasted for quite a while but I wish it could last for a while longer. I'm so used to the market hitting new highs and seeing the dwindling market is depressing.

holding your token or BTC will still be a loss when the downward movement continues to do after weeks. we use to just trade to usdt to hedge our profit i guess that's a logical thing to do.  i think i'm going to jump the bridge tonight for not doing it since last week.

its still worth waiting for what could really happen by June if the crypto market starts kicking again while the USD value is also shrinking because of money printing. i'm going to gamble still for holding my EOS and WAVES.
2813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: is there a telegram channel that discusses altcoins, prices, and altcoin news? on: May 18, 2021, 01:03:38 PM
what you could find is the teams chanel where they discuss with the community who follows them and invest in them. there is a forum for altcoins alone like the altcoinstalk, i have no idea however if they have a telegram channel where they discuss which altcoins are good to invest. the ones that applies all the time when it comes to altcoins is DYOR.
2814  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk really has the ability to manipulate the bitcoin market on: May 18, 2021, 09:42:43 AM
Haha, just like I said in the previous post, Elon Musk really has the ability to manipulate the bitcoin market, just follow him at least for the moment. But this wouldn't last long; they started to hate him.
At least if you go short, you also have some money. In this market, the more you panic, the more you lose money.
https://medium.com/snapbots-news/snapbots-news-review-elon-musk-suggests-teslas-sale-of-bitcoin-market-drop-again-cb7078dc8f00

We know this already. Grin
Just stop making posts about Elon Musk. There are hundreds of posts about him on the forum in the last few days.Gosh, can't you just stop giving him attention, people? Grin
Should we change the name of the forum from bitcointalk.org to wehateelonmusk.org? Grin
Just HODL and everything will be alright.People, who panic will lose money, but that's their mistake.
I don't think that all the hate towards Elon Musk will stop him from manipulating the crypto prices.
Maybe he now becomes of Elon fans so he tries to attract more attention Grin
But we can not deny that Elon already make a surprise to the crypto market and we do not know what other surprise that Elon will give to us, especially after he says that Tesla will not accept bitcoin. It is interesting to wait for what Elon will do related to the current situation in the market. But all in all, the crypto market will be back to the high price no matter what Elon says Grin

elon likes to see himself on the news and in the social media where people talk about him. the elon threads created by newly registered user could be elon : D  and wants to talk about himself.

elon created a lot of alt account for himself here in bitcointalk to talk about himself and how he can manipulate the crypto markets. nice job elon. 😄

2815  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the motive behind the anti gambling campaign on: May 18, 2021, 05:51:58 AM

it's a way to educate people to prioritize the most important things in life than spending their money on gambling. many states are not making gambling legal because of the reason that there better things to do than playing on casinos. fantasy sport in this case. it's for the rich people who have more to spend than the poor who hardly meet ends. that's why they tend to emphasize on ads or news that gambling can do no good.  these ads didn't stop us anyway. maybe until something happens.
2816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Cardano really reach 20$+ near end of year? on: May 18, 2021, 05:27:58 AM
I've been seeing many price speculations on ADA. Some say that its impossible due to market cap and some say it has so much potential to do it. What would be the sensible valuation you think it could be near end and why?

Remind me, does Cardano have smart-contract functionality yet?

If not, with $20 price it would need to go almost double current ETH marketcap and why would it ever do that when eth has actual network effect and infrastructure in place already?

not yet. i think the guogen update will happen in July or something. it's where the smartcontract will also be up and running. it's not really a good way to get into ADA and trade unless you are interested to do staking. it's the staking that makes it attractive to investors for now but when the smartcontract goes live, this is where we can verily speculate and trade well just like ETH.

they are saying that their algo is much better than ETH. it also open wide opportunity for developers since its not just solidarity but a programing language known for more programmers.

2817  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk really has the ability to manipulate the bitcoin market on: May 18, 2021, 04:06:50 AM

all he needs are the money and the followers to fool around the market but where does it go after this? because in the end it just creates popularity for Bitcoin. if he messes around for long, he could just bring more people in the market that he is interested in trolling. look around how the media covers dogecoin and bitcoin.

he can hurt the market of course, he may be winning for now but in the long run, it will get better since BTC had come a long way to achieve the biggest network.
2818  Other / Off-topic / Re: Slapping Tournament on: May 18, 2021, 03:42:26 AM
I’ve seen this kind of thing before. It looks funny at times but in reality it’s not. You get people of different weights competing against each other, there’s no head gear protection. Some of those guys pack a real slap, somebody is going to get seriously hurt.
Yeah why not have a Weight Level? because it seems not fair a Smaller person fighting with overweight person?

the Palm of each other does not match and also the weight of their arms , i think there must be a restructure for this sport if they wanted to grow higher in the future.

its not a sport. if they have weight classes they have to weigh the hands but that's not how to make fairness. i think it's about how a guy can make a full swing of his arms. they still gamble to it but just compare it to cockfight where they just estimate the compactness of the cock and if it seems to match to other fighting cock, they could then arrange a fighting match.
2819  Economy / Speculation / Re: Everyone acting like there hasn’t been dips like this during a bitcoin bull mark on: May 18, 2021, 03:25:46 AM
Because a lot of people on the market are ungrateful pieces of shit that thinks that everyday is a green day for the market. They are greedy so they can't wait for it to go up because they want to replicate the profits of the early adopters who got a lot of money hodling bitcoin.

its always been green if you just zoom out because bitcoin started with zero. but then there is always up and down in different time frames which we always focus on when we become traders. elon trying to crash the market can be look at in both ways like the market has to go down first before going up again.

even though he had crash the price, the chart is still running sideways. it doesn't plummet like a red candle actually breakout the support. and this is an indicator that there are traders buying the dip.
2820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be a Responsible Gambler on: May 18, 2021, 02:17:16 AM
That's a pretty ironic thing in opinion because gamblers don't necessarily have what it takes to be responsible so I don't get how you become a responsible gambler. But I will go with it, I think that this is just a matter of discipline that is going to change your habit from a "irresponsible" gambler to a "responsible" gambler.

basically we are human still. gamblers as well who can learn from experience. we can be responsible too. there is just time that we got tempted but eventually when we have more experience we learn over time. gamblers will learn.

its not the end of the world when they lose money. a time come like when they have a kid or a girlfriend got pregnant, these gamblers will look into the future and say they need to plan.
