2801  Economy / Economics / Re: Tesla Stock on a Blockchain allows investors to trade in USA stock market shares on: January 09, 2019, 05:20:22 PM
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which regulates trading of U.S. stocks, declined to comment.
I think this gives us a hint on where this idea might be headed. If the securities are tokenized for the purposes of being traded during the market closing I don't think that is the good idea as the SEC knows they won't have much control over the market. Their are a few occasions where the SEC or even the president closes the market to minimize the panic of sell offs when this systems comes live they won't have much control over it. Can't you see prices will vary from one exchange to another and this can cause a lot of new way to trade which can harm one of the exchanges.
2802  Economy / Speculation / Re: Tone Vays Is 85% Certain Bitcoin (BTC) Hasn’t Hit True Bottom on: January 09, 2019, 02:10:06 PM
Bottom line is you never know what prediction is right until the market says it is. The article obviously started on how Tone Vays is unreliable in terms of prediction which means that we should disregard the rest of his statements after that. Also we have seen hundreds of this people shine during 2017 as they have somehow predicted a bull year for Bitcoin but we are seeing most of them are wrong during the last year and maybe this year as well. My opinion is let us not based our buy and sell decisions with their predictions as out own observations can help us more.

Hard to believe a company like you exist, your pictures showing the words "podtech" are all rendered by photoshop and the actual site pictures doesn't show any recognizable thing showing that the site is really owned by Podtech. At least give us a peace of mind by showing your legitimacy on a video that you are touring one of your sites and please make it convincing also introduce your board of directors in the video, a legitimate company shows their BOD publicly which you haven't done with your website.
2804  Other / Archival / Re: BINANCE: Withdrawal Refuse Alert - Reason:Security Risk on: January 08, 2019, 04:26:47 PM
Usually accounts that they view as suspicious have this kinds of problem. And I think you as a first time doing a withdrawal with a considerable amount has been flagged by one of their fraud assessment teams. They are taking KYC requirement more seriously now as the government is always sniffing around for flaws to take. If I were you I will just do what they are asking as this process is a normal way to verify KYC for online transactions. I can even consider you lucky as they don't require on person verification anymore.
2805  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to post more effectively and get more Merit. on: January 07, 2019, 08:36:43 PM
1- Don't be a 1-liner shitposter

this is not Twitter, you will seem like a shitposter who is only posting to get paid for the signature campaign, even if there is nothing much to say , just type some bullshit to fill in your actual words.
I think newbies might take this serious and actually try to make long posts with out any point. They may create multiple-lined post but the quality will not be there hence they won't receive any merits at all. I've seen a lot of this lately where low ranking members try to create long posts yet they don't receive any merits. Simply typing some bullshit won't be enough to make them earn merits.
2806  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-01-07] US Feds Raid Tech Hub for Unauthorized Crypto Trading: Report on: January 07, 2019, 08:04:05 PM
That is what you get when you go outside the scope of your main business. To start of he or his organization have not proper authorization to trade cryptocurrencies chances are if the prosecutor continues to investigate they might find out more evidence incriminating him with other offenses such as money laundering or tax evasion. With many employees under him I know Feds will start to look for one who is willing to testify against him in exchange for his immunity, I just hope the FBI really has the right guy under this case.
2807  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's up with bitcoin ? on: January 07, 2019, 06:53:15 PM
It is Bitcoin just being Bitcoin and perhaps the rest of the cryptocurrencies as well. This is just a normal price movement on a daily basis even during the 2017 Bull Run the price rally we have seen is what we can call as abnormal movement compared to other market's standards. So there is really nothing special on Bitcoin's price movement at present as it is just what we see everyday. You will be comfortable with it as volatility will always be in the cryptocurrency market.
2808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: January 07, 2019, 05:03:05 PM
Real Madrid are pathetic without Ronaldo. I guess it is the football God’s playing their part, you can’t have everything nice in life forever. You must experience sadness at some point. The same as Man Utd after Ferguson retires — misery.
Yes it looks unbelievable that last season was they were 3rd in the table are now placed lower than Sevilla and Deportivo but it is just one season and I don't think all hope is lost with it, they still need their time to adjust because their star player is gone and I don't think even with a good team right now they are playing at their 100%. Real Madrid is a rich club both financially and their history so even if they are fifth in the table right now I don't think it says that it is over for Madrid.
2809  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: could it be the next scenario? on: January 07, 2019, 04:07:49 PM
From what I know chart analysis on a multi-year or long term chart is mostly inaccurate mainly because their are external factors involve that cannot be included in the chart like news, government actions, and banning which all of this can affect your 7 year price prediction. I know a lot of people here likes the idea of a long-term hodl but fractal anlaysis like this one is extremely inaccurate as you are just basing it on the current chart only.
2810  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Bankers Say Cryptocurrencies Do Not Threat The Global Financial Stability on: January 07, 2019, 03:08:59 PM
India is in a cryptocurrency roller coaster right now where I see ups and downs bust mostly negative things against cryptocurrencies. I don't know if this is really a change of heart but recently I am seeing news that their is a new committee that is ruling in favor of cryptocurrencies and they are pushing the government to draft a legal framework for it. The only thing I am seeing as a hindrance is their own central bank which is the RBI as any committee being push around by the RBI is a useless committee and we should expect no progress in their country.
2811  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: about exchanges kyc withdraw! on: January 07, 2019, 11:16:43 AM
From what I know KYC only tracks what is going out of the exchange as this is where the point of money laundering or tax evasion is taking place. The inflow (withdrawal) isn't some kind of requirement in any AML/KYC compliance so I wouldn't be surprised that some exchanges are doing this. For people who knows that KYC is really a requirement they won't be surprised if they were asked later but for people who really wants to avoid KYC they will feel trap in this kind of manner, perhaps you are part of the latter so you are complaining right now.

In the stock exchange at least on where I live our KYC and personal info is updated annually where I have to print, sign, and then scan a lot of documents before I even access my account. Compared to your situation now I think that mine is a way bigger burden as I have to do it every year. I know some laws and requirements look hard but it is for us.
2812  Other / Meta / Re: Another 3 new account spamming 1 Thread on: January 06, 2019, 07:41:53 PM
The campaign manager needs to alter their campaign rules quickly from what I know Bounty Threads like this one have been deleted in the past for violating the rules. This is the main source of spam here in the Altcoin section, campaign managers requiring them to post in their ANN thread even if it is shitty just to bump their thread is really a cheap thing to do and most importantly it fills the forum with spam, LoyceV have already shown that some newbies even reach 1000 posts without receiving even a single merit this just show that they really don't care about the quality of their posts anymore.
2813  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: U.S. citizen, which country to register business? on: January 06, 2019, 03:00:01 PM
Just remember the more the law is in favor for the cryptocurrency industry the more competition you have. By now you will be late entering the market as you will be considered as a small fish on a big pond the big fishes can easily swallow you up. You are creating a crypto wallet which means you already have a lot of competition against not only the most trusted but also globally available wallets out there. The only thing you can do is to either go big or find the right partner who is willing to work together with you, any conflicts or arguments early on will mean a disaster for your business.
2814  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-01-03] 7 Legal Questions That Will Define Blockchain in 2019 on: January 06, 2019, 12:00:10 PM
Will international regulators work together?[/li][/list]
So far the only international regulator I know working together is the European Union they are currently in their early stages of creating their cryptocurrency regulation, the organization of course consist of 28 European countries which I assume they will all follow not unless their own domestic law is stepping in the way. Hopefully the United Nations will come up something good for the rest of the world. If not the only possible thing to happen is countries will independently mirror other successful crypto countries like Japan and Korea.
2815  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Still holding on ? Make use of it ! on: January 03, 2019, 08:24:34 PM
Its interesting how FreeBitcoin can offer such a high interest rate compared to what banks are currently giving but I don't think it is the wisest decision on putting your money in a website like that. I have read a lot of articles seeing reports of hacking both attempted and successful hacks on FreeBitcoin and somehow they always know what passwords to use, I don't know if there is a security flaw or their is an active phishing site for that website but for me I won't be comfortable putting my money to that website.
2816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi's lesson on: January 03, 2019, 07:23:41 PM
~snip~

~snip~

They said Bitcoin was created to fight the 2008 crisis. If indeed true then it is on the way of solving all these along with all the Altcoins.
If you have read Bitcoin's whitepaper you will see no mention about it being created because of the 2008 financial crisis, my guesses are someone just have assumed (and it became popular) their is a connection between the timing of both Bitcoin's creation and the financial crisis last 10 years ago. It was created as a P2P payment solution without any 3rd party involvement (financial institutions). Nevertheless the 2008 financial crisis might just be a motivating factor for Bitcoin to start.
2817  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-01-03] Hacker Group: Pay Bitcoin Ransom or We’ll Release 9/11 Papers on: January 03, 2019, 05:48:14 PM
If the US government is not hiding anything and has said the truth since day one they won't even consider this as a threat. I wonder how the affected parties will give in as they seem to be boxed in a corner here, if they don't pay the documents will be leak but if they pay it is somehow admitting that they are hiding something on top of that there are no assurance that they will not continue to leak the documents. The way I see it this is about unclaimed insurances and companies might have low-balled a lot of client that is why they are now at risk with lawsuits.
2818  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTI Report: A Majority of the Cryptocurrency Exchanges Fake the Trading Volumes on: January 03, 2019, 04:43:15 PM
From what I know the US Government have begun their investigation about this matter since 2017 but ever since then I haven't heard any follow up news regarding with the matter. This is obviously illegal as they are misleading the market for their own personal gain, fake volumes like this don't happen in the stock market the only way to "fake the volume" the the data is if you literally buy and sell in the market. I don't know their ulterior motive behind this but the government needs to have a serious action about this one.

Another proof that bitsler is totally a Scam. They are happy if you lose but if you won and you withdraw, they have a problem so you cant withdraw your money. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Bitsler!
It seems like this is "another proof" that a lot of members had been proven wrong by Bitsler again. You need to eat your own words now as the member complaining already had his problems solved.
Whatever the suspicion was, from both sides probably - all was resolved just fine, so my apologies for thinking that bitsler is a rip-off. Of course I have recieved all BTC back.
I love seeing people like you being proven wrong as you always believe something at first sight even if it still isn't proven or not.
2820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi's lesson on: January 03, 2019, 12:37:58 PM
theymos actually brought up a good point on how Satoshi had an idea and made it possible through hardwork and dedication. People also need to use what Satoshi had taught us in our personal lives, we must learn that we won't be going anywhere without putting up the work to reach our goals. Satoshi identified what is missing in our world and made Bitcoin as a solution. I personally consider this something how business minded people work he himself brought in a new kind of market just by with his idea and influence this crypto market didn't even existed since other coins like Litecoin, ETH, Dogecoin came along.
