I think my guess of Lightlord delaying payments in order to pay for round 129 was possibly accurate. Thanks for the update! Looking forward to receiving our payments!

If Lightlord pays us today he will save a lot of money in transaction fees. Even 1 sat/byte transactions are being confirmed fast. The mempool is empty. I guess he doesn't care much about the fees, though.
But the thing is we are in the last Minutes of week 129 meaning any moment from now Brainboss will make the count and i assume that Lightlord will Add this week to the payment as he will not having a balance for another week.
though That's a great news because of fast transactions this very moment .
My other guess would be that he might be waiting for this week's posts to be counted, in order to avoid fees etc., and to pay this week too, since we were already in the middle of it, when the post was created.

I might not make much, provided I had more free time than I would definitely earn more, but I'm satisfied that I have another method of earning some kind of income. How are you making money? Are you a full-time trader, a DeFi investor? Let us know!

Like you,  I am also into a signature campaign and I hodling all the coins I've earned from my signature campaign, honestly, you cannot live in a signature campaign alone you still have to find a decent job, I have an 8 to 5 work and I just skipped my work to post I', also investing in the top coin in the market, quite disappointing because the coins you are holding are not gaining you profit while the coins you've let go has just been pumped and that is Doge.
I try not to spend my signature earnings, because holding is what secured me the funds I have right now. I used to have approximately $600 in BTC, my wallet exploded shortly after December, now I have 6x times that money due to holding, which is lifesaving to say the least.

Try not to spend any earnings you get, apart from gambling a few bits here and there, I keep most of my earnings on a separate wallet.

Honestly it is not "that" difficult to gain those skills because they are out there, the education is usually free, if you want to really make a profit you can learn design, coding, writing and many other stuff for free online and all you need to do is just spend time on them and work hard. I know it sounds like it is simple, I know it is not and we all know it is not, especially after a certain age it becomes very difficult, but if you can just spend 2 hours every day for 1 year you could basically move your entire life to home, that is just a price well worth it.

I personally did it for one of my skills and thankfully I am doing fine right now, and I can probably do better in the future as well. I just personally have a good path, but that doesn't mean you have to take same path, as long as you reach your destination.

Finding another source of income by doing in such online job is some sort of easy especially in a cryptocurrency related online job like trading, signature campaigns, bounty or you may also apply for a community manager especially in a new established project but what it only takes you to enter those kind of work related is your skill. Of course you were going to trade your skills to be able to get a load of work so it's a must that you should make yourself skillful to what might be your target area you were going to work with. Currently I love doing signature campaigns and bounty campaigns and start to educate myself coz I'm planning to learn how to become a community manager.
Trading isn't that easy, it requires a basic capital to get going while it involves quite a lot of risk. Signature campaigns also require a lot of effort, in order to get accepted in one and make constructive posts. I don't think there's an easy way to make, either, if it's with cryptocurrency or not.

You said well because Elon musk doing some volatile tweets and that's why crypto currencies are pumping and dumping hard.
I think we should avoid elon must to follow.Because he isn't a suitable crypto influencer.
Again we should follow great Crypto influencers who posts something great for crypto users.
You can check here some great influencers on twitter to follow-
https://articles.whalesheaven.com/5-crypto-influencers-you-need-to-follow-on-twitter/

What's the point of suggesting some other "influencers"? At least, Elon Musk is a successful businessman, with plenty of innovations. He did manipulate the market for his own good, but that doesn't change anything. I'd rather follow him rather than an 18-year-old girl, I'm not bashing at her, but I'm taking the hat off Elon Musk, for trolling the entire crypto community, while earning millions in profit.

Skills is one of the essentials in order to earn online, it could be a lot of things, as long as it's providing value.

In my case, I offer digital design for brands or marketing, I suggest you guys to invest in learning as well, it gives you value.
If I have spark of interest in trading, I will surely try to learn it.
I'm also supporting what you've mentioned, I've also considered mastering e-commerce, website building, HTML skills and so on, but I'm unsure on where and how to start.

I pretty much know the basics regarding website building, I've created an HTML/CSS site and an eShop with WordPress, as a part of an academic project.
Honestly it is not "that" difficult to gain those skills because they are out there, the education is usually free, if you want to really make a profit you can learn design, coding, writing and many other stuff for free online and all you need to do is just spend time on them and work hard. I'm having trouble maintaining focus throughout these courses. I've started a few through Edx in the past, but would not continue after a while. Sometimes I'm fully motivated for new knowledge but when it comes to practice, it's like I'm missing the willpower to do so. Might also be because I'm still not sure about what I like most, haven't thought where I could see myself in a few years nor in where I could be an expert in.
2827  Economy / Services / Re: 1xbit.com is SCAM! on: June 12, 2021, 06:04:44 PM
They scam people and don't resolve issues that come up, and then they rush here to advertise and create an impression that all is well yet nothing is OK!

Why would you want to advertise a site that has scammed so many people?

Here are some scam accusations I got about 1xbit. Just because you haven't been scammed doesn't mean you should advertise a site to continue scamming others.

01. 1xbit/1xbet scam
02. 1xbit blocked me, a chance to get the deposite back
03. 1XBIT - 59 ETH MISSINGS - ALL BETS CANCELLED - ACCOUNT BLOCKED
04. 1xbet / 1xbit
05. 1xbit blackjack error
06. Scammed by 1xBit over 130BTC , causing my sister her life
07. Was anyone scammed by 1XBiT/1XBET
08. 1XBIT CANCELS LIVE WAGERS
09. 1xbit stealing money
10. 1xbit Scam? Please tell me help me
11. 1xbit stole my winnings almost 1 year ago
12. 1xbit account locked after tried to withdraw about 4 BTC
13. 1xbit closed my account and stole 1.2+ BTC
14. 1xbit scam
15. 1xbit closed my account and took my deposit and all my winnings
16. 1xbit turned my account off after I won a lot on e-sport matches
17. someone can help with 1xbit locked account
18. 1xbit scam!! merge cases
19. 1xbit took my deposit/winnings and closed my account

People who advertise scam are no different from the scammers themselves.

Seeing all these people still applying or even thanking them for receiving their weekly payment is frustrating to say the least. Not only are they promoting a scam site, but also sacrificing their accounts for a few bucks. Chances are, they won't ever be accepted in any other signature campaign.
2828  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Xapo Wallet on: June 12, 2021, 01:45:02 PM
I also read something like that, the bunker is in the mountain in Switzerland. I don't know if that's true.

I was watching a documentary on national TV and the journalist team entered that bunker after a few months of waiting - security measures are really at a high level - it seems to such an extent that even legitimate users cannot get their funds.

That's exactly the same message I received, fortunately, after tracking my transactions from other wallets etc, I found out that most of my money had been moved to BitGo, which was inactive for more than 2 years, my balance was intact.

Can you explain how your funds from Xapo were transferred to BitGo? While it really seems weird to me, maybe other users might try to get their coins in a similar way.
I might have not expressed what I meant to say correctly. I remember having some BTC on Xapo, acquired many years ago from faucets. What I didn't remember though, was that I had transferred most of my funds before this whole incident happened. Most was fortunately transferred, I suspect that approximately one mBTC was left in Xapo, which is a lost cause now.
2829  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: The Electric Heater that earns you money on: June 11, 2021, 08:16:45 PM
Nice concept! Wanted to know is there an option to run it without heat ie summer times? If not there would be alot of down times harder to get ROI.
Mining generates heat, so not wanting heat is always down time.
Now you've reminded me of my only hands-on experience I had with mining. It was at least 2-3 years ago, 2017 if I am not mistaken, where Altcoin mining was really popular. I was using my standard PC, which was then upgraded with two GPUs for the sake of mining, the software being used was Nicehash.

The profit back then was pretty decent, I was mining from early August or September till the winter months, February if I remember correctly. The heat it was generating during winter could potentially act as a small heater for sure. As you can imagine, having a desktop PC, running 24/7, with overclocked GPUs, it generated quite a lot of heat.
The amount of heat that your computer generates depends on the graphics cards that are installed in it. If you have 2 video cards GTX 1060, then the heat will not be too noticeable.
If you have 2 video cards GTX 1080 Ti, then this is a potential heater for half a kilowatt.
This is not enough to heat the room, but it is enough to warm your feet in winter.
Yeah totally, I'm not implying that my build was enough to generate heat, but it was enough to notice if you were sitting on the desk right next to it. It's fascinating though that Antminers have such mining capabilities, that it's enough to generate enough heat for a small room.

Hello,
I used to have a wallet on Xapo, it's since 2014 when faucets were popular back then. I managed to recover my account after a quite tiring process, due to their lack of support mostly. After logging in successfully, I was asked for verification, provided my driver's license, a photo of myself and a bank statement from Revolut (It was the only one I had in handy).

After a while, my account was blocked and this is what I received, "Unfortunately, due to compliance or regulatory reasons, we can no longer provide you with our services.". That's it, I cannot even login to my account, which has a balance of a few mBTC. Just like that, I am blocked and haven't even been told why.

What can I do now? Probably nothing I guess.

The same thing happened to me, I remember there was a balance of 0.012 btc and about 1.35 BCH and it was not active for more than 2 years, when I installed Xapo wallet and login they was blocked my account, after send an email and they answer make me disappointed.

Unfortunately, due to compliance or regulatory reasons, we can no longer provide you with our services.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. We appreciate your time with us and we wish you all the best.

Sincerely,
The Xapo Compliance Team
That's exactly the same message I received, fortunately, after tracking my transactions from other wallets etc, I found out that most of my money had been moved to BitGo, which was inactive for more than 2 years, my balance was intact.
It is quite justified for someone to deny the provision of their services at a certain moment, this usually happens because companies have to adapt to the new legislation and have no choice. What is completely unjustified is the retention of clients ’funds, and if you ask me it is completely illegal and has no legal basis.

As far as I can see people are complaining about their actions everywhere because they have literally lost everything they had in their accounts - which is again a big warning to anyone who has ever wanted to use any custodial service - after all it means you can lose everything you have if you are not your own crypto bank.
I completely agree, I stopped using online wallets ever since. The BitGo one at least provided me with a PDF which included the private keys.
2831  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: YOUR FAVORITE GAMBLING? on: June 09, 2021, 08:48:42 PM
I'm not familiar with sport betting, like most of you have already mentioned, because I was never interested in sports whatsoever. Thus, I prefer simpler options, which are solely based on luck. I started gambling on Bustabit's crash game, I find that game highly addictive, interesting and nerve racking at the same time. I've stopped playing there because I lost my whole deposit, and went on another website with more options, which also has the same Crash game.

Despite losing my money there, it's a love/hate relationship I wouldn't change. It's probably one of the most interesting games I've played.
2832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: June 09, 2021, 03:46:06 PM
There is no hard and fast way on how i spent my signature campaign earnings. These days ,since i get my signature payments together after few weeks, it give me opportunity to buy something useful for my family. Previously when i used to get payment weekly, i used to spend it online on gambling or on other stuff.
I used to be like this before the pandemic happens. Most of my earnings from the signature campaign are spend mostly on Gambling. I sometimes won, but all my balance got back to 0 after just a few days. I don't know, but I think I'm the worst gambler. Now every time I got my payment. I just saved it to buy the necessary foods for myself and share them with my family.
A lot of people turned to online gambling during the pandemic, you're not alone. I wouldn't look down on myself if I were you, such things happen due to the nature of gambling, it's only luck. It's best to save most of your campaign earnings, since you already had an unpleasant experience. Moreover, making posts may require quite some time to reach a decent amount of posts.

Thus, you could try gambling micro amounts, earned from your signature campaign, or taking a break for a while.

It's best to save your money instead if you already experienced bad things like that

The problem is that if you save all your money it is likely that you will end up feeling bad about it. Saving too much may respond to having lived bad situations or even a poor infancy with lack of means and it may make some people feel sure about their future, however if it is too much it also will make them feel poor. Personally, I tend to save too much, so I have to loose the grip a bit from time to time and do something fun. I try to keep on the 10% of my income for fun and things I really do not need.
I don't fully understand what you've said, I don't get how someone might end up feeling bad if he saves all his money. My guess would be if you are referring when someone is a cheapskate, and not spending a single dime, am I right? I like saving money, regardless its source, because I like feeling of being safe, secure and on top of that, having purchasing power.

I don't want to be anxious of having enough money to spend the month, or if something unexpected happens.

2836  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Man lost £20,000 in one night after becoming addicted to online gambling! on: June 08, 2021, 12:28:16 PM
Yes that is very bad but he seems to be a rich man, with him willing to bet a very large amount in just one night at least it identifies the gambler as having wealth. Indeed, gambling in big numbers isn't always about the rich because the poor can do it, but whether someone with £20,000 is considered poor and I don't think so. Therefore, he lost because of greed and with that defeat too, it was greed that might make him realize to quit gambling addiction but indeed, some of them will realize because they are in debt.

If he was indeed rich, then this story would have never got published in the tabloids. The reason why this story went viral is because this guy is almost bankrupt now and he is blaming the casino for not preventing his losses. As we all know, it is ridiculous to blame the casino instead of himself. The casino can be blamed only if they had rigged some of the games. As of now, there is no evidence for any of this. It was the responsibility of the gambler to play in an accountable manner, and he couldn't do that.

Like what I previously mentioned, there is this so called 'gambler's cycle' wherein once you start winning or losing in a bet, you will most likely bet again until you win or recover the losses that you incurred. This is most likely the situation that happened with this person. He won, he lost, he won again, he lost and the story continues until he depleted every resources he had.
I don't get why he expected the casino to call him before placing such a bet, or how in the earth was it possible for them to guess if he's going nuts and bet his whole bank account. It's pretty interesting that the casino called him the next day, if it wasn't for them, there's a slim chance that he might have suicided before the police got there.

It's simply his fault for not being able to control himself, I get it that with the pandemic and the quarantine measures you need something to blow steam off, but there are other methods to do rather than gamble such amounts of money. I'm still curious on how he deposited such an amount on his account, I mean, doesn't it take some procedure?
2837  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you making money online? on: June 08, 2021, 11:57:24 AM
Trading was pretty risky, I did however make a decent profit each time I traded, approximately a 7-10% if I am not mistaken. On the other hand, it was really taking a toll on me mentally, it was driving me anxious, nervous and irritated. I would constantly sit on my phone or computer, observing the prices and charts on Bitstamp.

On top of that, I wouldn't stop thinking, what if I had done X Y or whatever differently, I would have made more money and so on. Investing on LP Vaults on Beefy is quite profitable, while I get to choose how risky my investment will be.
That's why I do not trade, it is just way too much for me mentally, it is really not that great to keep doing this when you are not great at trading but it is even worse when you are mentally not fine while trading, even if you are profiting it is not something you should be doing. I mean I get it, money is very important in life and people are fine with being going insane for making more money, I do not understand why but I get that it is all about money.

So, if you are making like 10% or more weekly then many people say that is worthy of their mentality going bad, which I do not agree with. I do not trade as much as I used to, I quit  it like 2 years ago during early 2019 periods, because I felt that it was affecting me very badly even though I was making a very good amount of money, in the end it doesn't matter if you make money or not if you are constantly stressed.
That's the reason I stopped, a 10% profit might be a great sum of money, depending on how you're trading with, however, it was really upsetting me and was getting in the way of my everyday life (Would often cause me anxiousness which could turn into a cause for a fight with my partner).
My last source of online income is signature campaigns, I've been in one for quite a while and I wish I had more time to post more, but I do not, I'll prefer to not post crap all around the forum just to get my post count up.
I wish everyone had the same mentality and the forum would have been a nice place as it was a few years ago. People for some reason consider signature campaigns as the main source of income rather than a side income and means of spending money on crypto services. I am sure if the current trend of trash posting goes for a few more years, we might see lesser sites interested in promoting their service/product via signatures, so ultimately people are killing their own income.

Coming back to earning online, I earn quite a lot by working online and that also includes the work-from-home job that I am currently involved in. There are numerous ways I earn and trading is slowly becoming a prominent one.

Anyone who wishes to earn online now days can easily do so because there are so many bounties and giveaways in crypto that with minimal work you can earn some free coins and any of them may skyrocket at any time.
I'm trying to make constructive posts/threads in order to have a proper discussion, it's always interesting to see how other people's views and opinions, in a variety of subjects, from financial to political and many more.

I was inactive on the forum since 2018, if I remember correctly, back then, there were a lot more signature campaigns and were paying decent amounts in terms of BTC. Likewise, I also believe that a large portion of users here depended too much on them for their source of income, which isn't supposed to be your main one. That potentially lead to fewer signature campaigns and stricter rules in order to participate in one.

Along with my regular job, my internship, the smart contracts/Vaults I've invested into and the signature campaign, I'm averaging a decent income per month.

Thank you, is there any update on the payments though? I don't mind being paid every 5-6 weeks, however there isn't any update since the previous week that mentioned that they will be processed shortly.
Lol the previous weeks has been Paid every 6 or 7  weeks respectively ,so there is a chance that this is not the week payments instead the next one. though this is my first payday in this campaign and i can say being lucky to be part of Brainboss campaign participants so as to Lightlord.it doesnt matter for me  that how long this will take because I'm more than confident about the longevity of this campaign and we will be together here for another years .
I wish you the best with the campaign, I've also noticed that payments are usually every 6 weeks. I don't mind that either, however, I'm pretty confident about this campaign, it's been almost 2.5 years with Cryptobrainboss and another 2 years with Hampuzz if I am not mistaken.

I'm currently working at a normal 8-hour shift job, 6 times per day in order to make a living, but I was always seeking some extra income that could be earned at home. Moreover, I'm doing my internship now, in order to graduate, in which I'm working from home, online. However, I do not actually count that as an online income, due to its nature.

I'm interested to see how other members of this community earn money online, either if it's a full income, or some extra pocket money. I used to trade a few months ago, when I was out of work due to Covid-19 restrictions. Likewise, I've stopped now because it was causing me anxiety, while at the same time having limited time due to being occupied with work.

Although I've stopped trading, I invested my money into DeFi projects, the first vault I joined as a liquidity provider, was an algorithmic stablecoin (Bolt Dollar), which resulted in approximately $1.000 in gross profit, before sinking into the abyss. I've now resigned from risky vaults and invested into Stable LPs (Currently in Iron - BUSD). It's a small reward but involves minimal risk and action.

My last source of online income is signature campaigns, I've been in one for quite a while and I wish I had more time to post more, but I do not, I'll prefer to not post crap all around the forum just to get my post count up.

I might not make much, provided I had more free time than I would definitely earn more, but I'm satisfied that I have another method of earning some kind of income. How are you making money? Are you a full-time trader, a DeFi investor? Let us know!
Trading was a risky way to make profit. And yeah, it's good that you stopped since it was causing you mental issues. Signature campaigns work good too, but you won't be earning your living. So don't depend on it. And don't chase after "free coins". You will literally collect dusts that won't even cover your transaction fees. The best way to earn is through selling your skills. If you are good at something, sell it for crypto. This is the only "no risk" way of earning crypto currencies online.
I genuinely forgot to reply, and it suddenly struck me.
