^There is nothing to argue about, rich people can do whatever they want and they are still rich, poor people can try their best and still will be poor, that's the only thing that is guaranteed in life. There are billions of people in the world who lives a "poor" life under the poverty line, even having a house doesn't make you "rich" it just makes you not poor and that's it, and people who do not have a million dollars in bank are people who are not rich, I am not saying poor, but not rich as well.

At the end of the day a person who can afford to gamble with a million dollars can do that, can bet it all at once, and they would still be doing fine, why? Because they would still have some at the side. Long story short we should not focusing on how much money you can make, but how much money you can lose and still walk away fine and no poor person can be ever happy about losing.
I don't think so, a lot of mathematicians and economist did the math and if all the rich people banded together to destroy poverty, they will be able to do it because a lot of people aren't that ambitious in life, sometimes most of them are happy to get out of the poverty line and that they don't have to think about where they're going to eat next time.
Excuse me if I was understood as an explanation of the life and the circumstances that people are living and how that could be changed in a political and a societal way. That was not my intention and I am burdened with grief that it was understood that way.

The real predicament here is that rich people vs poor people gambling and the differences between the two, what I tried to explain was the simple fact that a rich person is rich, that is just the end of the story and if they end up gambling they will rarely end up poor because of it, if you are going to end up being poor because of gambling then either you are a rare case of gambling addicted person who should have stopped earlier, or you are not as rich as you imagine.

On the other hand poor people are poor, simply about the fact that if you are poor, you are not going to gamble for years, you do not have the money for it, if you can gamble for years then you are not as poor as you imagine. I had no intention of bringing macro-economy into discussion in any capacity.
2842  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io- Club House- The best EURO 2021 promotions around!!🚀 on: June 22, 2021, 05:04:12 PM
It was such an "easy" bet that it actually won before the last games even started (except for one group), so there were like 10 more games left before the bet was finished and it still won before that 10 game was played. Something this easy should not have been 6.00 odds, we were lucky to get such a great odd for something like this but it was also a bit of luck as well, nobody "knew" it would be like this, and looking at the odds even you didn't know it would be like this, its cool to have a result like this in the end.
I don't really know if I'd call it easy if it was looking like it lost until about 15 minutes before the end of the Italy vs Wales match  Tongue

Definitely really good odds though. I'm really happy that it paid out (really wishing I put more on it now haha) but I was expecting it to lose once I saw Wales got a red card in the 55th minute.
That was the only game left though, and all the other games and teams are done within the first two games which is the reason why I said it was an "easy" bet, sure one of the teams ended up helping us finish it off in the third game but that was what I believed for each team, sure there would be some teams to end up getting a book in the first game, and even the second game, but I was expecting a lot more teams to be still without a card by the third game, and the fact that it was 6.00 odds proves that it was seen as something that may happen on in a 6 times, that is like saying (which I know is not entirely true) "one in 6 European cups every team will get booked a yellow card in group stages, in other 5 euro cups at least one team will not have any" and that is why it looks so "easy" compared to odds, finish before most teams played their third game on a 6.00 odd bet seemed "easy", that is all.
2843  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Tips Experiences With Renouncing US Citizenship on: June 22, 2021, 03:27:11 PM
I am not sure how true this story is. Did he really renounce his US citizenship just because of Bitcoin?
Or there are other reasons that might have led him to take an action like this? I believe that it is not just about Bitcoin, because you can’t just wake up and decide to renounce your citizenship because of that.

There are also other things that has caused him to take such a move. And with that said, I hope he made the right choice. As long as he feels that the decision he made was pure, then there is nothing wrong with it. Everyone is free to decide for themselves what they feel is right thing to do.
2844  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Dumps to $32K as China’s Bank Announced a Ban on Crypto Usage on: June 21, 2021, 09:25:22 PM
Well it’s very clear right now where china stands with this cryptocurrency thing, they have decided that they don’t want it in their country. Before now the first announcement was that a particular province in china has decided to ban cryptocurrency mining due to one reason or the other. And people said that it wouldn’t be the only one, that others will also do the same thing, and right now they are doing it, they have decided to ban it.

If a huge bank like this on China has decided to ban cryptocurrency, then others in that country might decide to do the same thing. But that doesn’t stop people from investing in cryptocurrency, because there is still another means which is P2P. China is not the first to ban cryptocurrency, other countries that banned it were never able to stop their citizens from trading, they still continued through P2P.

Stake, Primedice etc charge $7 as the withdrawal fees which is better in comparison, but it still needs to be lowered. $20 withdrawal fee is ridiculous. They need to learn from casinos like Bitcasino, Betchain etc that charge zero withdrawal fees.

Also, it's quite ironic that the fees related to the most popular cryptocurrencies(BTC and ETH) are extremely high in recent times.
No you cant ask all sites to have free withdrawal fees. All sites has their own ways to attract players. You may find something attractive which is available in a site but you cant find it in other sites. You need to see the whole offer by the casinos, not only see about the withdrawal fee only. Anyway, I have to agree that $20 withdrawal fee is indeed huge and it needs to be adjusted to be more competitive but it does not need to be removed to be zero fee.
Plus withdrawal fee removal would mean not so much money for smaller places because they have less amount of players that withdraws, which is why they can afford to do that. Wolf.bet has a ton of users and if you allowed everyone to withdraw for free it will be abused a ton and that is why it should not be done. That is why I believe there is a good amount of reason to believe wolf.bet can't do it even if they wanted to because it would lead to their bankruptcy by the abusers.

At the end of the day withdrawal fee could be very cheap for coins that are not that high, and just adding more altcoin options are enough for people to trust this to continue for a long time. I am not saying that we should be willing to pay high gas fee on each withdrawal, I am just saying use cheap altcoins, and instead of requesting free withdrawal fee, just request cheap coins.

2847  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: June 21, 2021, 08:10:58 PM
That's the issue with most casinos I come across. They should be communicating with players so at least there's "human interaction". I'm pretty sure we would be satisfied if a representative or owner directly responds to our tweets, regardless of the situation.

For freebies, no one would care but if players have issues, social medias are a powerful tool to make or break a brand.
It is easy to do that when there are not too many people, but overtime it becomes more and more of a problem. Like Elon Musk can't talk with each tesla owner who has a complaint right? We all know that, but he does make tweets that are "funny" (to some people I suppose) and that is the type of thing needed. If Roobet staff or owner or whoever responsible comes up and writes something then everyone will attack, if you had like 100 tweets directed at you per day then it will become 1000 or even more because that is how it works in twitter if someone shows one weakness then everyone just jumps on it.

This is why I think it is dangerous to play this game you suggest, would it be better if they write personal things that look like human interaction instead of "please dm us with your ticket number" or "here is our promotion of the week!" and nothing more, yeah that would be good for business, but it would also be a lot of responsibility and risk taking.
2848  Other / Archival / Re: Scalping is the most controversial way to make money. My experience for 4 years on: June 21, 2021, 07:16:29 PM
Just count the amount of time spent at the computer and divide it by your profit over this period of time. You will be surprised how cheap your time is. It flies away in vain, and numerous clicks on the BUY\SELL buttons just create the illusion of vigorous activity. I remember myself how much time I spent on the exchange to earn as much as my friend the holder earned.
This is one thing people often skip, excellent point made! I mean how much we are earning should not determine whether what we are doing is worth it,
we must also consider how much time we are spending and how much effort we are putting behind it. This is the reason why the rich are getting richer because they are able to find others who will work for them while we are happy with a mediocre salary.

I remember someone once said "Fulfill your dreams or someone will hire you to fulfill their own dreams" and I just realize how accurate it is.

Coming back to scalping, it's good no doubt but you must either use bots or have a team under you who do all the manual work while you can just guide them through it. It's a headache trading all day and earning few dollars after burning your eyes in front of the computer all day. Mind you, I was someone who has done scalping in past and I wasn't even aware of this word and used to call it price-trading until recently.

Did you take this Sportsbet special too?  It won!  Grin Grin

Well done for those who took it, I saw few regular names on the payout list, well done lads!
It was such an "easy" bet that it actually won before the last games even started (except for one group), so there were like 10 more games left before the bet was finished and it still won before that 10 game was played. I am upset that I didn't take it, I assumed at least one team would be bad enough to not have even a yellow card, but evidently I was wrong, in any case kudos to everyone who wagered on it. Keep up the specials guys, you are amazing at it! I love the specials here, they are always way high on odds for what it should be just like this one.
2850  Economy / Goods / Re: Advices needed - Crypto & Bitcoin jewelry 💎 on: June 21, 2021, 11:47:26 AM
Excellent initiative because we need such shops where we can pay with bitcoins and I must say that this will only help your sales since you are only adding a payment option and that takes nothing from the customer already shopping from your shop while enables you more buyers as there are people who want to shop with BTC exclusively.

How you can improve it? Maybe by adding more options and I can see after visiting your website that you have listed ETH logo at the bottom alongside BTC so you must be accepting both the coins, which is a great start already. You can add more coins soon maybe and there could be a separate discount or range for crypto buyers if that suits you.
2851  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you know when to sell? on: June 21, 2021, 09:28:54 AM
The best time to sell is determined by a number of factors.

1- Use-cases: If you purchase any altcoin you must note what are the real use cases it provides and what are the alternatives that provide the same. If there are better projects in the market that provide the same solution then it is time to sell.

2- Meme coins: You must almost never hold meme coins, sometimes I have noticed that trading them could be useful and profitable but sell them as soon as possible.

3- Peak Price: If you feel that the coin has almost certainly reached the maximum value you expected from it then there is no harm in selling it because remember if it starts dropping you will be in a dilemma of whether to hold or sell it.
2852  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Michael saylor and his bags on: June 21, 2021, 08:49:36 AM
Michael Saylor buying $500m or even a billion with his strategy.
How to know when has he entered in the buying spree by looking at the price movements or charts?
There is no way to know how much and when he buys bitcoins apart from him making tweets or public announcements. There are huge trades happening all day so you don't know which one is made by whom and although the price should rise when he makes those purchase but the market is so big that the price doesn't move by much and there are sellers when the price rises so it is sort of compensated and hence impossible to determine if a big purchase was made by anyone.

Saylor doesn't have the kind of impact as Elon would have so I don't think it matters too much either if you somehow know when and how much he buys. I was curious if there is a connection between them both because if I am not mistaken they both follow each other on twitter and both were always positive about BTC until recently when Elon took a different path.
2853  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you investing in crypto currency alone? on: June 20, 2021, 09:00:28 PM
Diversification in crypto alone is not enough, you need to diversify your portfolio with everything. It could be stocks, it could be gold, it could be real estate, it should be everything matter of fact so that you are not in trouble.

If you have 10k dollars, then you should have 2.5k of it in crypto, 2.5k in gold (or silver or similar assets), 2.5k in stocks and 2.5k in "real estate" which I know is not enough for many nations but in other nations it is a good enough money to buy a plot of land, here in my nation you could buy a plot of land for 2.5k dollars, wouldn't be a huge one or a very close to city one but it could definitely happen. So that is why you should be diversifying all of your portfolio as much as you can. The numbers could change, but never overhedge yourself in anything because if that drops then you are all broke because you didn't put money into anything else.

Well, that should be a lesson to me Cheesy Do not bet on Portugal after you see them score Cheesy The odds were still looking fine when they scored and I lost some money there. I also had some money on France before the game on sportsbet.io as well and that didn't end up really good neither, I really hope that I could recoup these as the tournament progresses, so far I haven't been that much lucky with the games so far and I really hope that I could turn my luck around and win something.

It is not like I ended up with anything big, it was a small loss, so far I have like 100 bucks or so lost but that is fine as long as I can turn it around, I still wait for the big games because after quarter finals the odds are almost always awesome and I want to end up gambling on those high odds, each team there and forward will have at least 1.70+ odds and I can recoup it then.

Is the minimum deposit of 30,000 Satoshi to participate in the deposit bonus promo is a new rule?
I see on the website it is not mentioned as well as the previous post from freebitco.in PR

Yes. It looks like we need a replacement image on the site.

Last time we ran it when fees were lower than before we got a lot of abuse with people breaking their deposits up into dust. Like sending 100,000 sats as 1000 Sats 100 times. It isn't just the free spins they are getting but we also can't spend the dust deposits for less than 20% of the value.
The troubles of being wealthy Cheesy All jokes aside you are running one of the biggest websites in the entire world, do you realize how big of a deal that is? I don't remember the ranking of freebitco.in in the world, like literally the whole websites type of deal, but you are not just like some website that earns via ads neither, you are earning from each person gambling AND you have ton of visitors every day, so that means you are one of the leading candidates for the best website out there in the entire world, probably in first 5 thousand or so in visitor count as well (making this up, I do not know real number). And that means you guys are doing something amazing and you know what you are doing.

Of course there will be people who will abuse the system, that is not a shock and that happens everywhere, people will always try to abuse websites, but that just shows how awesome you are that it is even worth the try.
2856  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation and social mobility - there has to be a relation on: June 20, 2021, 06:39:13 PM
Sure, inflation causes fiat to lose its value. But even at that, fiat is not the only money that loses value. Even assets that you invest in can also lose value. That’s where diversification comes in; you have to diversify your investment, it can be in cryptocurrency, lands and other properties, and even stocks. That way you will be able to keep retaining the values at most times. But fiat is the usually worst place to try and save your value, though we still need it for a lot of things, but we should try to bring out money for investment purposes as well.

I have steady been investing in cryptocurrencies and it has really helped me save value, after the coronavirus and a lot of things that has happened in my country, the country’s currency value decreased, and luckily for me, since I have stacked up some USD and also cryptocurrencies, I was able to save value for myself.

I know that so I take the risk and double my Biswap and stake it while the APR is high, it's going down but at least but I got there just in time when Biswap is still cheap, the ongoing competition will boost the price, and it's a developing project and they are covering a lot of, they boost as  The First DEX on BSC network and they are going to pave the way for many similar projects, Uniswap started at $3 I don't see why Biswap cannot, they should list their token on Coinmarketcap and Coingecko, it's about time, it will boost its presence in the market.
Same thing as I thought Uniswap and Cake surely you know this exchange and see how the token price increases well this is what i expected
First of all cake and uniswap are the biggest in their respective chains, uniswap is the biggest in ethereum chain and cake is the biggest in binance smart chain so it would be unfair to compare them to other stuff right now.

Secondly BSW is not doing that bad, I do believe they have a chance to be long, not as big as cake but also not get destroyed like many other chains, I personally would love to get as many things in there as possible before I can say it is doing fine, but at the same time they need to stay afloat while adding all those new things as well.

Plus they have their own router which means it will be very hard to succeed, a ton of more work, but if they can actually do it then it is going to be a very good deal as well. Basically this has a very deep bottom and a very high peak, which way it will go needs some time before we can judge it.
2858  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino on: June 19, 2021, 07:46:11 PM
Roobet has their own system for the payment method which is the most used system in this industry. It is a system where players are able to withdraw the coins they use to deposit. I do not see it as a big issue for roobet players as there is no complain with the system and I think most roobet players are familiar and comfortable already with the system. If you want to save some money for fee, simply use the coin with lowest fee.
To be frank even though I have given them bad feedback all the time because of their KYC issue and the high house edge they always had, they are a proper legit company there is no doubt about that. All the withdrawals, supports, business inquires everything I had with them has been quite professional and have been done perfectly so far.

This is why I believe there is a good explanation for exchange request as well, roobet has been so professional that people started to question if they could legit have an exchange? Rooswap? Like maybe change everything towards a bit more defi style and have your own rootoken and rooswap and just handle it via that? Then people can gamble with every token in rooswap by just using it and connecting their wallets. This is a HUGE overhaul but after its done it would be so so easy to keep it going as well.
2859  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chips.gg |🎰 100k Event | Daily New Slots | on: June 19, 2021, 07:08:06 PM
What you have psychologically is not the same as real mathematics. If you have 1 million dollars and wager 100k, it is EXACTLY the same as someone who has 1 dollar and wager 0.10 cents, you still have 10 chances to win something or you are gone, and that is very important because it really means that no matter how rich you are, it all depends on your strategy. Someone who has 1k and wagers in a smart manner as much as they can and prolonge (like wager on 90% chance to win let's say) versus someone who has 100 million dollars but wagers 1 million dollars on 1% chance to win?

Well, the poor person will definitely go longer and not lose it all as quickly as the rich person. This is why it is not about the money, it is about the strategy, a person with a million dollars could definitely wager until they die if they are smart, they do not have to risk anything at all.
However that is the whole point isn't it? I mean yeah sure a millionaire could play however they want and lose but someone who doesn't have money do not have a choice at all and that is the point. If you have just 100 bucks, you will end up losing that very quickly no matter how you play, it will not take you years to play with that, but if you are a rich person who can spare a million dollars that means you have the option that poor people do not have, that option is either you can wager a million dollars all at once and lose it all, or you could end up with gambling 10 bucks over course of 10 years and still have money left after that.

So the difference is not what they can do, it is the options, a rich person has an option but a poor person who has small amount will never have the option to gamble, they either lose it now or lose it later but they will always lose it.
2860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Show me your biggest gains! on: June 19, 2021, 06:19:21 PM
Is there any similar recent success stories like that in the crypto world? I know the Dogecoin millionaire, but that was from $180k to $2 million in a few months, which is not that impressive compared to the GameStop stock guy, because $50 million is another level. So? Any similar recent success stories?
I believe there cannot be more number of success stories because of dogecoins but at the same time you can find many success stories based on bitcoin and ethereum/BNB. Because the rise of dogecoins is completely unexpected and may happen once in 10 years whereas bitcoin and BNB rises are highly predictable and I believe there would be many people might have used those opportunities to transform their lives.

Moreover, many people might want to stay anonymous rather than sharing and inspiring you. Because, being anonymous might be more advantageous in this crypto space than trying to share success stories and then attracting more people to adopt crypto.

I might be wrong but so far I have not seen anyone sharing such success stories with provable transaction details. Because in this crypto space, we can cross check anything with the help of blockchain and this may be the reason most people are simply staying anonymous including fake people.
