I always get a chuckle out of that juvenile sounding term LIBTARD.
It's like a silly name some 7 year old came up with to  bully poor little Libby on the playground.
LIBTARD! LIBTARD!...neh neh neh neh nehhh............

The Republican version goes over everyones head.  (badum tss)

Did you miss the talking points? The trade deal with Mexico is paying for it. That's what Trump really meant all along. Yep.

https://www.axios.com/michael-flynn-appeals-court-judge-7fc2c840-35c9-4842-b2b7-d241d96a3fbf.html

A three-judge panel from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. has basically ordered Judge Sullivan to dismiss the case against General Flynn. High time. Alas, the decision was 2-1. Powerline’s Scott Johnson has posted the majority opinion. Choice quote from Scott: “The Flynn case constitutes a sidebar to the biggest political scandal in American history by far. One can only hope that this is, as it should be, the end of the road for this utterly disgraceful case.”

Looks like Sullivan is considering bringing the case to the full appeals court.  Probably won't know for a couple weeks unless he dismisses the case soon.

Another unrelated appeals court just voted 2-1 against Trump this time on his method of funding the border wall.  Basically it puts the injunction back into place that keeps him from spending money on the wall that congress doesn't approve.  It will probably get voted down again in the full appeals court and then get over ruled in the supreme court.

Hey,
the antifraud team decided that you had used several accounts on similar ips which is clear evidence of cheating. We have it in our T&C that players can't use multiple accounts. You are welcome to withdraw your initial deposit. We are more than happy to clarify anything else.

Similiar ip addresses is far from clear evidence of cheating.  Just KYC him like you would with a player trying to cash out $200.

By the way, the only mention of ip address in your T&C is this:

China virus? Don't you remember all the left calling him racist for his travel restrictions?

That didn't really happen.  He just says it did.

They call him racist all the time, but there was very little criticism of the travel restrictions he put in place in Jan.  Other countries were already doing it, or about to do it.  And the 3 biggest US based airlines had already cancelled all flights in and out of China.

The responsible "professionals" who "helped" us with their "ICO services" will be held accountable by full extent of the law. We can assure you this.

And the red trust is you being held responsible since they're your white papers.  Why would you ever let someone else write the white papers for your project?
2867  Economy / Reputation / Re: Negative trust is your free right. But false claims are unwarranted. on: June 24, 2020, 08:35:20 PM
Your whitepaper was plagiarized. That's what your red trust is based on and that's not a false claim, it's been proven quite conclusively.

This comment does not make any sense. As I said, the red trust is your business. But saying our team is photoshopped or fake, or that we are scamming, is not true and has no basis at all.

The red trust is all based on plagiarism. You copied someone elses work and made it appear like it was your own.

If this doesn't make sense to you than you shouldn't be running an ico.

2870  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Black Americans are hypocrites, claims black lives matter but hate on Africans. on: June 24, 2020, 07:07:37 AM
Just as the title says, majority of the Black Americans (using majority as not Black Americans act this way) thinks they're better than other blacks especially those from Africa just because they were privilege to live far away from their ancestry land. They act like we're not black enough and even go as far as mocking our accents, style of dressing, way of living, food etc. I haven't gone across the borders of my country but I see this ongoing daily on most social media platforms and I'm quite sure most Africans living in the diaspora would testify to this been the truth.

It quite funny as they (the Black American) protest to been treated differently and advocate for a fair system yet they make their brothers from Africa look inferior as they discriminate against us at any given chance possible. How then do they intend to pass the message Black lives matter when they act like not all black lives matter, they're hypocrites, as they're not practising what they preach.

You think it's funny, BET award (Black entertainment television) is the most anticipated black award and prior to few years back, it had the Black sorry, Africa category been given to the winners at backstage. Just imagine the Grammy's doing the same to black Americans and also differentiating between the blacks and white, that's having a sperate award just for the (2) blacks and the rest for the white.

They (the Black Americans) only come up to speak when they feel threaten but enjoy discriminating against other blacks and tribes. It's quite shameful we stand to speak and support them when they need our support yet they make us feel used. Black Americans are racist and hypocrite so until they change, F**k their selfish propaganda, they should used the hashtag that portray their inner intentions 'Black American lives matter'.

It seems like what you're saying is that because there's a lower quality of life in Africa, Africa Americans shouldn't complain about the quality of their life in America.  Is that right?

Do you really think African Americans think Black Africans don't deserve to be treated better?  Or do you just mean African Americans generally have a better quality of life?

Obviously don't answer if you don't feel comfortable, but are you a Black African? (I only ask because I see your fund raiser).

Translation: Trump authorized the federal government to arrest people who break a law that was passed 17 years ago and if sentenced allow a judge to sentence them up to the maximum that the law states.  Additionally, he authorized them to arrest anyone who breaks a different law.  How savage.

Note: it says United States, not Confederate states.  Although, some Confederate soldiers were in the United States Military before resigning and going to war with the United States.  I guess that's a loop hole.

Yeah, I think it's his tendancy to want people around him that are 'anti establishment' but it really doesn't seem to be working out too well. Would make a lot more sense to pick some (at least some) tried and true advisors. They seem to stick out of trouble and don't ya know -- go and write some book deals for millions.

I have a feeling that there aren't many honest people lining up to work for Trump. He seems to demand loyalty over everything else so he gets (1) crooks who pretend to like him or (2) not very bright individuals who might genuinely like him but are shit at their jobs.

He also asks people that work for him to do things that are not legal.

My point is I think you should read the criminal complaint I linked.  It doesn't make the picture perfectly clear, but he was described as calm and polite after being handcuffed.  Then when they went to put him in the car he explicitly said he wasn't resisting, he was claustrophobic, and he couldn't breath - then he stiffened up and just went down.  The rest is clear from the video.

Interesting article that I read examining the incident a bit more closely - https://medium.com/@gavrilodavid/why-derek-chauvin-may-get-off-his-murder-charge-2e2ad8d0911

TL;DR - Floyd was resisting and refusing to get in the police car probably because he was in an excited delirious state (ExDS), not because he was claustrophobic. There were a range of drugs in his system, including a deadly dose of fentanyl (11 ng/mL with average concentration being 10 ng/mL in an overdose). This explains why Floyd was acting so erratic and also why Derek Chauvin, a 19 year vet of the police department with military training and 4 years of military experience would seemingly do something stupid enough to have Floyd in a neck restraint for so long. Apparently it tends to be department policy to have anyone in a delirious state under full restraint until paramedics arrive on scene until they can inject the patient with loads of ketamine to calm them down.

The article also explores a few instances where people experiencing ExDS tend to die regardless of the restraint they're put in due to drugs and underlying conditions playing a role. The prosecution might try to argue that ExDS isn't a recognized condition by the American Medical Association but being in a delirious tends to have the same sorts of physical signs (agitation, aggression, reduced pain sensitivity, ect.)

Is there any footage out there from when he is removed from the car to when he ends up face down on the ground?  I have only seen the cop struggling to get him out and then the 8 or 9 minutes of him on the ground.

The blog you posted makes no mention of the complaint on cop #2, written on 6/3, it only sites the original complaint against cop #1, written on 5/29.  In the 5/29 complaint, Flloyd is made out as more aggressive and less calm than the 6/3 complaint.

5/29:
Quote
Once handcuffed, Mr. Floyd became compliant and walked with Officer Lane to the sidewalk and sat on the
ground at Officer Lane’s direction. In a conversation that lasted just under two minutes, Officer Lang asked
Mr. Floyd for his name and identification. Officer Lane asked Mr. Lloyd if he was “on anything” and
explained that he was arresting Mr. Lloyd for passing counterfeit currency.

But to keep this thread on topic... I'd suggest we talk about how big of a criminal Floyd was, and what that did do increase his odds of having a police interaction not go his way.

Seems like he had a drug problem from 1996-2007.  Got like 3 years for a 4 separate possession of <1g of cocaine charges, a few petty thefts that got him a few weeks, and then in 2007 armed robbery got him 5 years.

He got out in 2011 and had been holding down a steady job for a while until he was laid off in early spring.  My guess is he relapsed.

Did you read the charging documents?  Because it doesn't seem like you did. http://www.mncourts.gov/mncourtsgov/media/High-Profile-Cases/27-CR-20-12949-TT/ThaoComplaint06032020.pdf

It describes the police interaction...

Go on....

Waiting for the point.

But I think your missing mine or are trying to deflect.

Floyd was unlawfully killed while being arrested. I've never contested that.
But if you look at my comment which you quoted, I said Floyd was a criminal.
What are the odds of a criminal being killed by police vs a non-criminal...... and how do you think those odds exponentially increase with the longer you engage in criminal activity?  I think Floyd demonstrated two decades of criminal behavior, maybe 10 arrests.  Wouldn't he be 10x more likely to have a bad police interaction as someone who only got arrested once?

Pretty sure the last crime he was arrested for happened in 2007.  He'd been out of prison for almost 10 years at the time of his death and steadily employed until he was laid off due to the pandemic a couple weeks earlier.  All signs point to him being a recovering drug addict that relapsed after he lost his job.

From aged 22-33 he had 9 arrests. (1996-2007)

4 of them for possession or intent to deliver less than 1 gram of cocaine - Sentenced to 36 months in total for them

2 for theft of less than $500
1 for trespassing
1 for failure to identify himself to the police - He got 10 days to a few weeks for each of those.

1 for Robbery with a deadly weapon.  He dressed up like a plumber or something and robbed a woman in her home with some other guys in 2007.  Sentenced to 5 years, paroled out in 2011.

2879  Other / Politics & Society / Re: John Bolton fired by President Trump - BREAKING on: June 22, 2020, 06:13:10 PM
The NDA and the classification systems are not the same thing.  The system is for protecting national security. Using it for any other reason, such as to prevent embarrassment of someone, would be unconstitutional.

Bolton's lawyer claims they went through the entire process and made every single edit that was requested by the NSC.  If he's telling the truth then I think this is just another case of Trump trying to get what he wants with empty legal threats.

No one said they were the same thing. You are however required to sign an NDA as a condition of getting a classification clearance, and this was the established procedure long before Trump.

"The Justice Department sued Mr. Bolton on Tuesday, seeking to seize his proceeds from the memoir. It accused him of violating several agreements he had signed when taking the job to submit to the prepublication review process as a condition of receiving classified information."

"In a hearing conducted by telephone because of the pandemic, David M. Morrell, a Justice Department lawyer, said Mr. Bolton was in “flagrant breach” of his obligation to complete a prepublication review designed to ensure his book, “The Room Where It Happened,” has no classified information."

"It also submitted a declaration by a National Security Council official, Michael T. Ellis, saying the manuscript contained classified information, including an exceptionally restricted category that could reveal intelligence sources and methods."

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/06/19/us/politics/john-bolton-book-hearing.html

He clearly did not complete the review process in spite of whatever Bolton says. If he did, he would have paperwork saying so. If you think these kind of high level operations work on a word, you are a fucking moron. This is a transparent attempt to leverage privileged information in an attempt to manipulate the upcoming election by a fired disgruntled war criminal. He is pissed that he didn't get what he wanted, and now he is exploiting his privileged information in an attempt to attack the administration in the hopes that it will prevent Trumps re-election. This is right out of the same playbook the dems have been using from day one of Trumps administration. None of you give a fuck about this country, you would turn it all to ashes, as long as you get to feel like you rule over the pile.

He's played the muhNDA card with Omorossa and Bannon.  Nothing came of it.  He's playing it with his niece right now also because of an NDA from 20 years ago.  He's just desperate to stop or discredit anyone that says mean things about him.  The books is all lies and also has classified information that is a threat to national security.  Think about that.

If Bolton included any information that the NSC director of prepublishing told him to remove, he deserves a stiff punishment.  If Trump is attempting to classify things only because he doesn't want the book published (like every single conversation between himself and Bolton), then he's attempting to violate Boltons constitutional rights.

I've seen countless gambling crypto sites come and go but so it's very rare for me to say this about a new site, but assuming you don't do anything to damage your reputation I can really see Satoshi Squares being pretty successful in the long run - don't get discouraged if it takes longer than you think though.
You're right about this, its proven fair in that the bomb can't move, but I'll have to update it so I prove the probabilities as well.
I would make it a priority to get this done before you expect your volume to increase.  You will inevitably be accused of cheating and lying like every gambling site - you don't want to face any accusation that requires anyone to just take your word for it.

Check out https://cryptogambling.org/ if you haven't already.  Seems like your site would fit in there.
