It's because it allows merchants to take BTC and a few of the larger alts if they want and convert it into fiat in a quick and simple way. At the moment just about every business person is stressed to the max and they don't want to play around with exchanging BTC to fiat or anything else. They want to get paid and move on to the next thing they have to do. Yeah, BTCPay is great but if you don't have the time to convert to fiat and it's Friday and your staff wants to get paid and so on do you really want to deal with that. I actually see that with a merchant I use (namesilo.com). They take BTC direct and BitPay for BTC and some alts. The BTC rate was better for me as the customer if I use the BitPay option then direct. I am guessing that the BitPay fee was less then corporate figured the cost of doing it themselves was. -Dave Converting crypto to fiat in easy way for merchants is very important thing, especially considering how unstable markets sometimes can be. Also, accepting altcoins is needed too, but not just BitPay have it. Most of centralised gateways have, for example Coinbase, Coingate or Coinpayments. But it feels that BitPay is first pick for most bussines. I think that one of disadvantages of BTCPayServer is that you need to run a node to use it. It's not something difficult or expensive, but it's extra stuff for bussiness and they don't bother to do it, especially if crypto payment option isn't very popular on their store. |

@morvillz7z, I'm surprised that Genoa gave him so little time. On the other hand, considering how many managers they have changed in recent years. I don't see big chances for Genoa to stay in league, unless something extraordinary will happen.
I loved Shevchenko as player and I liked what he has done with Ukraine national team, but I think that going to club like Genoa was mistake for him.

I'm really surprised about Russia win against Norway. Russia squad on paper isn't something special, but they were leading almost whole game.
For us championship ended just after 2 games. Yeah, we will paly against Norway, but we don't have chances to reach next round and it looks too difficult to beat Norway. Same like in first game, today we let Slovakia far early, almost made comeback in 2nd half, but in general, Lithuania didn't played good handball today.
Congrats @Trofo with Croatia win. Now you have good chance to reach next round from difficult group, considering that in last round you will paly with underdog Ukraine, while Serbia will face France.

That's a good approach. If we want to move things with covid19 then we have to place such restrictions. Even with such restricted approach you cant guarantee there will be zero covid19 case in winter Olympics but good thing is winter Olympics are going to start on scheduled date. I am excited to see ice hockey in action.
I don't want to go into politics too much, but I don't think that measures that China or Australia is taking against covid19 isn't normal. As you said, it's not possible to reach 0 covid19 cases and all these very strict measures affect peoples life in negative way too much. As for Olympics, it's somewhat understandable that athletes will live in the bubble with daily testing and other stuff that we saw in Summer Olympics. IMagine, atheletes prepare for Olympics for 4 years and they miss chance to participate in most important competition because of Covid. It would be so pity. |

Today Benfica surprisingly dropped points against Moreirense, game ended 1:1. Moreirense scored first, but they enjoyed lead not for long, Benfica made score 1:1 just after 4 minutes.
This unexpected result may cost expensive for Benfica. Their main rivals will play against weak teams, Sporting will face Vizela, Porto against Belenenses, so it's great chance for them to increase gap from Benfica.

I'm surprised about it, but I can't say that I'm disappointed to read about it. Though, this chart don't show significant drop, things is pretty much stable. Actually, there is more transactions made in December than in August or September. It would be interesting to see chart for longer period.
And I'm getting impression that BitPay is still first pick for moost merchants unfortunately. Maybe it's not very surprising, considering that BitPay have big budget for marketing, comparing with relatively small decentralised BTCPayServer.

I watched a bit of Croatia - France game and it's first time when I saw 3 players left on the pitch. 2 Croatia players got 2 min suspension, another was sent-off. I think it was decisive moment, until it Croatia were fighting well.
I'm happy that my country finally returned to EURO after 24 years break. We lost to Russia and bad start was main reason, we let them too far by 7 goals, but in the end we were close to make comeback. We had some bad luck, like hitting crossbar several times.
Main surprise so far - Netherlands win against host Hungary.

I think it was one of best El Clasico games in recent years. There was drama, attractive football and level of it wasn't bad. Offcourse, it's pity to lose, but in general, I like how Barca played. Athletic will have chance to defend Supercopa trophy after beating Atletico 2:1. It wasn't very exciting game, especially 1st half, but stoll better than most AFCON games. |

I can only say that the whole thing seems very suspicious, and that I now remembered the warning given by the owner of FaucetHub (mexicantarget) regarding the owner of ExpressCrypto who was a famous scammer on his platform at the time. At this point, there is still a chance that the site will work again - although the whole situation does not look promising at all.

I wasn't aware that Expresscrypto is owned by well known scammer. It's strange that despite such things, Expresscrypto become quite popular microwallet and there were no red flags about them. Level of AFCON organization is beyond ridiculous. End game on 85th minute, then end it again without adding any extra time, despite 9 substitutions and VAR review. Damn. I don't even talk about two questionable penalties and random red card. I'm not surprised to read that in 2018 this referee was suspended for corruption.
And games of AFCON don't give much joy so far. Another day of classic 1:0 results.

I don't see big difference between Poland and Czech Republic, they're on similar level. Ekstraklasa have 9 times bigger TV contract than Czech league, they're not worse in terms of infrastructure, bookmakers probably gives similar money in both leagues and level of football is similar in both countries, despite that Czech clubs perform a bit better in Europe. It's simply impossibe for Polish clubs to keep their best players when they get offers from Germany or Italy. I think it was same thing 10 or 20 years ago. |

You can still find domains ending in .com for up to $100 dollars. I don't know what offers you have already received, but in my opinion, if someone will offers me more than $10000 for this domain, Im sure I will agree. Agree with you. It's not bad domain, but not something special, especially that would be worth $70 000. I don't see things which would make this domain such expensive. I doubt about it. I read that Omicron may be beginning of the end of pandemic because it spreads fast and most part of population is going to face it. It has light symptoms, it's less deadly. But despite it that Omicron is flu basically, according to governments boosters is must needed, despite that it don't gives much protection against Omicron. I think it's not useful for governemnts to end pandemic. It makes easier for them to keep people in fear and control them. I don't even talk pharmacy industry, vaccines gives insane profits for them. Vaccines are available for those that want them. Masks are socially acceptable now for those who want to wear them. All we need to do now is stop trying to force these vaccines and masks on people who don't want them in their lives and we can all move forward.
Vaccines and masks is available and acceptable, but unfortunately it's not optional thing, basically it's mandatory. You must wear mask when you enter shop or be vaccinated in order not to lose job. I wish that people would have choice, but governments have different opinion. |
