The future of bitcoin should be great if the scaling issues are sorted out and i waiting to see a faster transaction time and lower fees,but with the price increasing without any correction i am not sure what the transaction fees will be in the future if the issues are not sorted.

The idea of switching into a cryptocurrency payment may sound good, but the drawbacks are highly toxic especially when it comes to hacking and scamming due to its nature. You may be right that the process of making fiat and gold mining harm the environment but if we adapt the system of payment into digitalized forms, this would create chaos into the economies of countries around the world. We may lessen the the impact of pollution around the world slowly, but in an economic perspective this would destroy markets and may cause hyperinflation in some countries.
I would like to hear about the major drawbacks you are talking about,having a decentralized currency might reduce the inflation factor you are talking about,do you think that the fiat currency will cure the economic crises ,bitcoin mining does cost energy and will it affect the entire global climate ,it is minimal considering the fact that there are other damaging things going on in the industrial world. |

Currently ETH is on a downward trend. But, maybe 2018 ETH can go to the moon like ever happened before. ETH is altcoin that has many features than other altcoins. So, investing in it not a mistake.
There is a certain limitation when it comes to Ethereum and the important thing is that it cannot be considered as a currency and there are a ton of projects coming out with their platform,but i am yet to see some good projects using their platform in a long time,there are good ones coming but to see the price of Ethereum reach another level of valuation we need more tokens and more usage of ETH gas. |

that's the thing though, he never signed anything. i don't know why you think that now. he faked some signature and refused to show it publicly because he knew if he did do that, people would catch his fraud in matter of seconds. so he paid Gavin to lie for him. it is harder to prove someone lied to prove a cryptographic signature is a lie.
You think Gavin would take some bribe and spread a lie ,what ever Craig showed was convincing enough for him and remember he did have contact with the real Satoshi and if you did have contact with a man as long as he did with Satoshi through any medium you could identify him if you meet him in person that being said i am not convinced either who the real Satoshi is unless i see the proof myself. |

Everyone is hoping that each year the price of BTC grows and the portfolio values also grow along with it. Also the other altcoin grows along with it and most important the countries make it a legal in their country without which it would be difficult for btc to grow and adopt by the masses.
To see an increase in price every year is not a realistic situation,right now the alt coin market is dumped and dusted and i would like to see some sort of rally in that market as all the investors has taken a dent when the price of bitcoin started its rally,there will be good news coming when the derivatives market starts trading bitcoin which could rally the price further. |

Waves is good coin and incredibly helpful but it is not new Ethereum. Their decentralized exchange is still unusable, no quantity, too many bugs. It's promising but Sasha is operating too slow. I don't anticipate large alterations in short term.
It is true that waves does have some issues but the price is too low now and i would grab some coins if i am an investor rather than jumping into Ethereum when the price has seen a good rally ,i would prefer Ethereum based coins and a decentralized exchange to trade my coins. |

If someone bought $100 of Bitcoin in 2010 and kept it until now, they would now have around $6 million.
Do you think the same could happen again in the next 7 years? If I now own $500 in Bitcoin could that be worth $1 million+ in the next 7 years? Or is it extremely unlikely for this increase to happen a second time?
The people who had the opportunity to invest in bitcoin and believing in the initial stages always make a huge amount of profit,will that opportunity occur again if you invest now,i really do not know whether the price would cross a million dollar ,if you invest money in it now you could get some profit,but you cannot make millions in profit unless you invest a lot with the price we have now. |

There has being a lot of speculation from the people who missed the boat and there is nothing they can do expect spread fake news and scare new investors and that is the only reason i see in here,the market is going strong and there are talks about bitcoin derivatives and how can it collapse withing six months.

The best way to make money was to transfer all your bitcoins to yobit and then sell Gold right after the fork. Approximate selling price at the current bitcoin price is $ 850.  This is one site that has odd price valuation all the time,yes they did have a future market before everything started and even when the entire market is crashed the price in this exchange is high and i did not expect these sort of valuation difference between exchanges. |

Hello Everyone, i have recently invested in bitcoin gold when price was 400 dollar and was rising. So i thought of giving the shot but since then the price is dumping like anything.
Welcome to the alt coin world and expect these kind of movements in the price and the volatility will be really high as most people will be dumping their coins and so is the reason the market crashed,hopefully it will recover at a later time,till then hold on to your coins. |

The guys behind bitcoin cash are just a bunch of manipulators who just want to earn quick money, even if it means damaging the whole bitcoin community. Hopefully they will spend all their bitcoins on this crap very soon and leave us alone with full bags of useless BCH shitcoins.
Yes there is manipulation in the entire cryptocurrency market,it is not solely confide to bitcoin cash alone ,yes there is a huge battle going on between bitcoin and bitcoin cash and bitcoin is under threat with all the move to test the network from the whales who are supporting bitcoin cash and this is hurting every user with the higher transaction charges. |

Since the alt coin market is having a bear run for a while ,there are plenty of promising projects which are good to enter and check out the alt coin section and understand what the best project is which has a good reputation to hit the jackpot in the short run and invest in those for the long term ,sure you will have a good profit in the end.

I'd keep it - it looks like the Chinese restrictions on ICO's will be temporary, and when it lifts - NEO will skyrocket. The fact that it didn't dump harder when the China news came in and it's held this level is a good sign in my opinion.
That is a big if !!! we have no idea what the Chinese government is up to and until they remove the ban we cannot see any improvement in the price of NEO and hence it is a long term hold,just wage your profit right now if you invest in any short term rally and plan on getting back the NEO coins when the atmosphere is clear. |

I dont think there is any risk in holding bitcoin since its decentralized wic cant be control by third party...
It is really a good quote which can be framed in your wall  the price of bitcoin is dependent and that is the main factor which makes us to take a decision according to the market trends and not because it is decentralized,if you are in profit,it is better to sell off your coins and wait for the cooling period ,the volatility in price is the biggest risk for any investor. |

Stox will grow, but for the long term. You do not need to demand growth before the time without special reasons.
I am waiting for the release of the platform for a very long time,the current price is really absurd and i would like to see some rally even before the release of the platform which will make things interesting.  I am holding this for the long term and i am glad to grab some more if we could see another crash in price.  |

Bitcoin cash is my first choice if I have $10,000. As you can see, after Segwit2x failed, investors have not believed Bitcoin so much. They are interested in BCH. With more advantages comparing with Bitcoin, Bitcoin cash is a potential coin to buy now.
Hope you know that the price of bitcoin was on a bull run for months and you think that it will keep on moving higher without any correction,the correction we see right now is not because people lost their faith in bitcoin but there are plenty of alts which are good to invest at this moment and the miners from China are playing a big role in manipulating bitcoin and supporting bitcoin cash at the moment. |

If the price of bitcoin in Indian exchanges are high,then you can take advantage of arbitrary trading and make a good amount of money than crying out loud,every exchange has their own price and since these exchanges only accepts people from India it is difficult for others to take advantage of this opportunity which really sucks. |

My country banned cryptocurrencies that because of insecurity or losing investor.....cause many people are going to like invest in bitcoin than in bank for investment...but not all countries will do the same foolish things!!!  If more and more people started investing in cryptocurrencies, then it should spook a government as it will encounter a crises as the money that has to be in the free market is swept away and invested else where and it will certainly create some problem for the entire economy and these doubts have made them ban crypto currencies altogether and the countries that banned are third world countries which have struggling economies. |

A small correction for bitcoin does mean that the miners are abandoning bitcoin and switching to other currencies especially bitcoin cash,we had a good rally for months and it is time for a good correction as the price climbed too fast than generally expected,i am not aware of what is really happening in the back ground with the miners who supported the 2x fork ,i am sure they are not that stupid to completely avoid bitcoin.

If bitcoin is used for daily transactions,bitcoin can replace the paper currency to digital currency.this is very good for future generation.
For that to happen we need a good scaling solution and bitcoin is currently not capable of very large number of transactions ,until then the dream of using bitcoin for daily transaction will be a dream,unless you are capable of shelling out more money as transaction fees,we need better solutions to over come this. |
