Perhaps it's something like a miracle but I made ETH transfer today with 0.0000000714 transaction fees. I'd like to say that the ether network works as before but according to the amount of pending transactions it is not.

The price of the coin fell for several days for two reasons:
1. The network was overloaded and it was impossible to carry out transactions.
2. The price of bitcoin went up, so all altcoins became cheaper. But now eth becomes more expensive.

There were much better times for this project few months ago, but now its price is at low positions ever. I believe that there is a very good potential but the hype around it is very low.

I do not prefer to use the etherdelta for the trading of ERC20 tokens. But I know that there could be very low prices. My common exchanges for trading any kind of alts including ERC20 are Bittrex and Cryptopia.

Verge is my favourite privacy coin for an investment as of now. But for the deal I always use Monero when I want to keep some transaction in a secret from others.

One the most important feature at that table is absent - the founders. Ethereum succeed mostly because of Buterin. There are a lot of smart contract platforms, but nevertheless ETH remains and will be the number one for very long time imo.

In the beginning there was only one blockchain based currency which got the attention of many devs and people and it is known as bitcoin. After the success of bitcoin a lot more crypto currencies came into existence which were based on blockchain(the same model as btc) but having a different kind of blockchain or use, and hence they were called alts or alternate currencies.
Yes, you are right. Plus all the first altcoins used the bitcoin's blockchain with some new features. I guess altcoins are altcoins mostly because of this. |

Frankly speaking I hate Bitcoin Cash too. Why does it play so dirty? It could be the bay of segwit2x BTC supporters. But it tries to attack the genuine blockchain. I don't like this game style at all.

In my opinion even 0.01 BTC is a good amount to start the trading study. You should behave with this amount just as like you have a lot. I give 99% that you will lose it, but it would be great experience!

When the demand on the privacy will grow a lot the market will turn to different privacy coins for sure. I feel the need of privacy more and more day by day, so Monero, Dash, Verge, Zec should grow significantly soon.
