2921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Banks fear cryptocurrency on: July 15, 2017, 10:56:00 AM
Banks don't fear of cryptocurrency, but truly speaking banks around the world has experienced a big loss just because of the entire cryptocurrencies. Right now the banks were with plans to get integrated with the cryptocurrencies and provide service. Such an access can be found in banks by the upcoming years and there is no fear on its growth.
2922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: July 14, 2017, 01:53:50 PM
I really doubt that it is possible in long term. Yes, there are numerous poker players who win often and a lot, but much much more other people who are losing their money.

The only way to be profitable in long term is ownership of casino company or poker rooms
Probably the one who is losing are the ones where the money comes from the players win and the casino is happy from that because they earn something from the loss of somebody. In the long run, the casino always wins and there is nothing you could do about it.
I guess not all the time that casinos always wins in a long run because there are gambler that wins and hit a jackpot so that gambler wins and not the casinos.
Very few makes a winning with casinos and that too won't happen regularly. In reality the winning chances on gambling is quite low compared to loss. So gambling will be profitable in long term with the user who is lucky. This can be a sports betting or else the other form of gambling.
2923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What type of sports you love in sports betting and why? on: July 14, 2017, 01:42:01 PM
I love betting on football match, especially EPL. I watch the matches every week and know about the team so the chances to win is higher compared to other league. I also love to bet on badminton matches, the only downside is there's not many sportbook who has badminton or they have it, but only a few game.
I do spend bitcoin on popular soccer games.  Other than that most of the time I prefer spending on tennis as its highly predictable about the end result.  Badminton is not much available with the gambling sport book. Most of the time I go with the odds suggested by the analysing websites.
2924  Other / Off-topic / Re: Young people should go all in on bitcoin on: July 14, 2017, 01:27:02 PM
I think that teaching bitcoin to young children is not good. They must focus on study first than doing bitcoin. I think the best age to use bitcoin is within teenage. Bitcoin was a big help for teenagers like me because we need it to sustain our financial needs.
Teaching to the one who is interested into the digital currencies without any age restrictions seem to be the right decision. As mentioned teenagers require lot of financial assistance at that age. So by that time rather than depending upon parents managing thyself is the best and bitcoin helps for this.  So young people going full on bitcoin is good for growth.
2925  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how many country recently accept btc? on: July 14, 2017, 01:17:12 PM
Right now the legalized usageof bitcoin is found quite low in very few number of countries around the world.  Also the adoption took place in large scale by this year compared to the past years. Hope by the upcoming years more countries will start adopting looking the growth of Japan,  Australia and other few countries which are the early adopters of bitcoin.
2926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Switching to Etherum on: July 13, 2017, 01:29:35 PM
Ethereum is the one coin I'll probably never get into, I've bought and sold some in the past, but after the split with ETC and ETH, I just don't trust it anymore.
It's entirely possible that something similar might happen again and I didn't like the way they've handled it the first time.

Doesn't mean I'd exclusively use Bitcoin, just other altcoins combined with Bitcoin.

I was disappointed too on the hard fork of ETH that results on ETC. I lost too much money that time. But for now, ETH is the best possible solution to switch once split happened on bitcoin. This is the only altcoin I trust for now even though I loss before. We must convert now or our money will be burned on hard fork of btc.

I think there are other altcoins which may be a better option right now for gambling, Bitcoin and ethereum, both are volatile right now. Just waiting for the segwit integration, hopefully everything will be positive.
Lets expect some positive results as mentioned by the above mate. Long back itself ethereum was accepted into several gambling websites, but very few use it for the gambling purpose. One thing in specific is that increased price has caused more users to prefer ethereum for gambling and now the price has fallen big compared to bitcoin.
2927  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: July 13, 2017, 01:17:24 PM
This is fact of gambling we have 100% chance to lose our money very quickly because it has very big risks when we play against continuously with hope to get recover one day. No way to get survive in long term only chance to get addicted.

We are bound to lose money in the long run however saying that we are going to lose our money in a 100 % chance is definitely not right. Sometimes there are some variance and we can win in the game, if there is totally no chance for the player to win then there will be no one that will play in a gambling site anymore
This is true, if gambling would really give 100% chance loss of money then there would be no gamblers since they do know that they will end up no money on their pockets. Its actually depends on a gambler if he would decide to continue or not when hes on profits because there are really some wise gamblers that do completely stop after a win but the common thing here is that they do comeback and forth on daily basis hoping for another win which causes for them to lose the money that they have instead of securing it on other things.

Someone could win and most people will lose, thats how gambling works. Most people dont understand this stuff so either they keep on trying harder to win or even get into desperation and said that there is no way that someone could win in a gambling site, which of course is not completely right on some basis
Majority of the users lose in the gambling, but there are gamblers who have got very big luck and become rich through the same, also the winning chances with gambling is quite low compared to the loss. For a winning the user needs to learn a lot about gambling and the techniques that help minimize the loss.
2928  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I buy? on: July 09, 2017, 05:16:46 AM
AFter seeing all the comments and suggestion one this is sure that this is not hard fork and it is only implementing Segwitx2 which i think is to increase the block size so their is no question of splitting btc in two.
Yeah, though it's not the hard forking people fear that the splitting will happen. Segwit will be solving the blocksize issue. So possibly a growth will happen rather than a price decline, based on this it's good to buy right now. There are investors who are quite waiting for post august investment.
2929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to make sure you don't lose money on: July 09, 2017, 04:57:00 AM
I don't think there is nothing a specific strategy to gamble without loss. With gambling loss is assured, because even the one with the big earning and winning could have experienced loss several times. In my view one should not be greedy and should predict the match in a better way based on the statistics rather than the odd value.
2930  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: July 09, 2017, 04:33:11 AM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?
I think this is a good idea besides reducing the unemployment rate, it is also a job to earn extra income for people with stable jobs. Bitcoin is a lightweight job but requires knowledge and new willpower to make money with it.
In my opinion bitcoin is a way to make better extra earning. People should not give consideration as a day job, which makes life into higher risks as the price fluctuations is happening quite often as well there is nothing certain with its growth.
2931  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How the future of bitcoin will look like on: July 09, 2017, 04:17:06 AM
The future of Bitcoin depends August 1 now... While the doubt continues in the air we can't know how the future of Bitcoin will look like, especially because there is some risk to have a hardfork, making Bitcoin split into 2 or more new currencies, I'm not a specialist, but I believe it's really bad for Bitcoin's future. Why do people insist in splitting the currency and risking its future?
The future growth doesn't depend completely on the first of august. As it's now it will grow based on the demand to the supply availability. Long back itself when unexpected price crashing happens people say it's gonna get destroyed. Nothing happens, because the people's trust make it retain in a short time. Hope good growth takes place in the future.
2932  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: July 08, 2017, 03:46:55 AM
Giving up in gambling is not easy but you can gave it up but removing your time part by part don't stop in a single drop but you will stop by removing your time in gambling day by day because in every addiction that is the solution so I will suggest that start removing your gambling time day by day.

It's hard to stop at first and gamblers know that but with determination and the will to quit gambling. They will eventually make it, we only need strong will to let go of this. If you have a weak resistance towards gambling you might ending up gambling again.
However strong the gambler might be, he'll once again gamble after giving a break for a little time. This might be few weeks or few months or years, but surely he'll come into it once again with limitations developed by himself. I personally have experienced it, quitted on experiencing continued loss and now I have started to participate once again.
2933  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are declining stock markets good or bad for Bitcoin? on: July 08, 2017, 03:32:50 AM
In the past few days many stock markets have fallen worldwide. There are many voices that expecting a strong correction and a coming bear market. I wonder if falling stock markets are good or bad for Bitcoin. Normally, money that is no longer invested in stocks is to flow into other assets. Bitcoin with its rapid rise would certainly be attractive. What do you think?
I think it would not affect bitcoin at all, since stock market and bitcoin is two completely unrelated things so even if stock market falls, bitcoin won't rise or fall. It would only affect bitcoin if many who sold their stocks got interested with bitcoin but for now I think the current state of bitcoin would not attract many stock market investors.
Exactly, I fail to see any correlation between Bitcoin and Stock market. They are independent, only similarity is they both are investment asset. Many people argue that if Stock market fails, there are maximum chances of people turning to Bitcoin. But the truth is bitcoin community comprise of less than 5 million people. There are high chances that most of the stock traders wouldn't be knowing about bitcoin and some who knew wouldn't just jump to bitcoin instantly.
I too believe that there is no relation between the crypt market and the stocks. Both function in different platforms and as the mate said the people getting into bitcoin has increased though we hold less than few million of users all around the world. If the same growth happens, same as Countries having their own stock market Countries will have their own crypt market for all sorts of trading within the country.
2934  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's going on? Bitcoin for the rich only? on: July 08, 2017, 03:22:13 AM
Hi,

Even just a year ago bitcoin was useable... now the fees are about 10x what the banks charge. Seems like its changing from a peer-to-peer money system for everyone into yet another convenient way for rich people to exchange funds!

What went wrong> And more to the point, who is responsible? What can be done to fix it?
Thanks
Andy
Yes, as you say. Now when using bitcoin we need a big charge. This is detrimental to us.Perhaps bitcoin seems to have become the currency exclusively for the rich.
It's not exclusively for the rich. It has got lowest denomination in satoshi which makes it affordable for all class people. No restrictions in the usage and the profit is earned big by the rich as their affordability is big compared to the common people as well the benefits is much on high volume transactions.
2935  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be used to support terrorists? on: July 07, 2017, 05:31:23 PM
I think bitcoin is being used to support terrorists. Money is used for bad purposes, right? So do bitcoin. If something has value, it will be abused for many other things. The war between good and evil will never over
Lot of transactions for the terrorists need might have taken place through bitcoin, though bitcoin is not familiar around similar to USD which is the most used asset for all illegal transactions. In the beginning bitcoin was completely used for illegal and gambling purpose which has slowly grown to this level in the short.
2936  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BREAKING NEWS] Poland blocks illegal fiat gambling sites. on: July 07, 2017, 05:12:46 PM
Try it with bitcoin betting websites

I guess Polish have no other route but go bitcoin. We all know that bitcoin is pseudo anonymous and no personal information is needed to be able to play. Or they can even use VPN services to play. I think bitcoin will boom in Poland, but I don't know if government will need to regulate it or even embraced it. I hope the Polish government is very open regarding bitcoin used.
If the government is open to bitcoin, then it's a good news for the countrymen as well the people around the globe who are all using bitcoin. Now they have blocked gambling sites functioning with fiat, so in similar way they too might oppose bitcoin used gambling websites too. I think government is with plans of vanishing the entire gambling industry from the country.
2937  Other / Off-topic / Re: Young people should go all in on bitcoin on: July 06, 2017, 06:29:08 AM
No you shouldn't . Invest is alright but don't be a dumb with those acts
I think what OP is trying to say is to invest the money which we are spending on useless things . Investing everything on "one particular thing" is always risky but I don't think it is the same with BTC investment though.
Yes, it is very useful investment. It can provide you many things and many goal in a future. If you invest right now. You will enjoy the bright future of your investment result. So, keep invest in to bitcoins. Let the future come and enjoy with your heart. Because Bitcoin has proved that it has ability to enlarge your investment.
It gives a multiple growth that is not possible with other investments, even with stocks and shares one cannot make such a profit. Same as the increased profiting it too has got big risk. It's us who make it grow perfect which is possible only with the young minds. This is the reason why young people are insisted to go full on bitcoin.
2938  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: July 06, 2017, 06:14:45 AM
At present, countable members are asking about Bitcoin. But, i hope that the number will be increased. Some of them still have doubts, like bitcoin is safe or not, useful or not. They will definitely overcome their doubts in future.
Actually  in the beginning  a lot of people were not aware of bitcoin and its prices but today every one almost all the users are aware of it that how to take benefit from up and how to invest in it with large profit and how to handle the ups and downs of market prices so whenever I talk with someone about my online job they show good interest.
Now more people have known about the bitcoin than the past. This itself shows how the bitcoin network has grown over the other digital currencies. Importantly very few is aware of the entire crypts, whereas majority has known about bitcoin. One of my friend to whom I explained years back have asked me the process to buy and hold. He had started with 0.1btc.
2939  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: July 06, 2017, 05:49:03 AM
From my personal experience, gambling brings more losses and can not be viewed as a permanent source of income. Only a few can win, but not everyone can do something useful with this money.
Yes it's not a good source of income. Gambling for me is just for fun and entertainment because if you win perhaps you have a good luck but in the long run you will end up losing more money and once you lose a lot of money then it is going to wrong.

I believe one should keep gambling to a mode of entertainment and not a mode of earning. There are more losses associated with gambling where the odds are against you. One might think that they can keep up a green streak but honestly luck does not hold out for long and you never know when you run out of luck. It can only lead to a big loss if you are not careful and get addicted to it.
the problem are people always get lured into a gambling fantasy where some people get lucky to have a huge winning easily and forgot about how the risk they could lost a lot of money more than you have staked, that makes non sense right?

that is why mostly gambling are considered as a wrong action.

Gambling is not actually bad if it is done in moderation. But yes, I understand that most of the time, you get addicted to it and loses control over your want to gamble. I was once guilty of it. That is the reason that I finally decide to stop gambling reguarly and just focus on trading and do some sportsbetting sometimes.
instead to come a casino frequently better to put your little money on sportsbetting.

when you do multibet parlay in sportsbetting and placed tiny amount only you will feel better , i mean to consider gambling are not something that completely wrong , as the addiction aren't as high as when you play casino games like dice, blackjack etc.
Agreed, rather than spending big on casinos and getting addicted it's good to spend on sports betting. I prefer sports betting rather than the Casinos. It also won't make you more frustrating if you're using small amounts. Here too addiction happens, but people easily understand the scenario themselves.
2940  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to make sure you don't lose money on: July 05, 2017, 07:49:17 AM
There is already a casino that promises 0% house edge and they have started with a crowdfunding. You can also do the same, just read about how edgeless.io have started off the ground without their pocket money. That might help you...

All these casinos are running to make profits for the owners and not to distribute money to gamblers. If you understand this part then 0% house edge sites can't survive for long. They have to put some charges to users to run the show otherwise no way they can maintain any gambling site.
Agreed, the majority consideration is to gain profit. When the entire history of the win and loss is taken, only around 20% of the users could have made a winning. So this is not gonna be a success for gamblers. Very few gambling sites provide a better Winning percentage compared to the other common gambling websites.
