Meanwhile... on Google...

Many more people should become Bitcoin Foundation members.  Their hidden forums seem to have many professional people willing to aid in legal assistance, tax assistance, or point you in the right direction.

 https://bitcoinfoundation.org/support

Good idea. Will look into membership this evening.
2923  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: In their defense, BF Labs Inc. has excellent Customer Service. on: August 20, 2013, 09:38:50 PM
Ooo look, the little trolls are are riled up.  Awesome Smiley
The waaambulance is busy today!

The fact that you find perverse pleasure in this, while continually skirting legitimate questions and concerns, while putting on a sock-puppet-show, should illustrate to your prospective customers everything they need to know about why not to deal with Butterfly Labs.

 Tick tock.
2924  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: In their defense, BF Labs Inc. has excellent Customer Service. on: August 20, 2013, 08:36:27 PM
Q: Why "Inaba" isn't banned already for scamming people around here for continuous things like "Two more weeks (TM)" and insulting people that are his customers ?

A: Because he's given too much advertising revenue to the forum administrators.
2925  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: In their defense, BF Labs Inc. has excellent Customer Service. on: August 20, 2013, 08:17:55 PM
Notice how Josh/Inaba completely dodges the question...

To be fair, he get's paid to dodge questions. To do otherwise would cause his reality to collapse on itself in a singularity of hubris, arrogance, and ignorance.
2926  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: In their defense, BF Labs Inc. has excellent Customer Service. on: August 20, 2013, 08:09:40 PM
I'm sure your lawyer is having a good time with Xians', laughing at you guys while they take your money and whisper soothing words in your ear.

Say what you will, but I can't speak highly enough of Nesenoff & Miltenberg, and my attorney.

I felt really good and slept like a baby at night while they "took my money". True story. I've actually given them more business, and will continue to do so in matters not relating to my dispute with you.

I'm terribly sorry my narrative does not fit with your reality Sad
2927  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: In their defense, BF Labs Inc. has excellent Customer Service. on: August 20, 2013, 07:53:46 PM
And why is that?  No fraud has been committed, so why would there be arrests made?  Your little fantasy land doesn't apply to reality, sorry.

*mumbles something about revisiting this thread 27 days from now*
2928  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HASHFAST warranty just TEN DAYS after delivery? on: August 20, 2013, 07:35:20 PM
I'm talking with our lawyer right now about extending the warranty against defects to a more reasonable 30 days.

You still don't get it, do you ?

You're wasting all of our time if you don't at least consider a standard 90 days, or 1 year at the very least.
2929  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Comprehensive ASICMiner Blade Setup on: August 20, 2013, 07:24:46 PM
Ok, noobish question here. I have the latest (old blade) revision and for some reason when I connect it, All i hear are a few 'clicks' and then nothing.
Silly question: Did you perhaps forget to plug in the red fuse ?
The newest (old) blades have no red fuse? or did mine just really freaking ship without one..

I can't speak to you missing anything from a shipment, but I seem to recall hearing a similar clicking sound when I was setting up my first blade a while back, and didn't have the fuse plugged in.
2930  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: In their defense, BF Labs Inc. has excellent Customer Service. on: August 20, 2013, 07:21:38 PM
No, that confirms that you're an idiot.  It also confirms there is an "edit shout" button in the shoutbox.

So you are able to figuratively shove your hand up other people's asses on the shoutbox and make them say whatever you want ?

Let me be the first to say "Fuck everything about that" and "Nothing speaks higher to the quality of your product than only warranting it for 10 days after delivery"
2933  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] US/North American Bitfury sales now open ***full prototype pics*** on: August 20, 2013, 05:54:23 PM
Very exciting times indeed, Dave. Thank you so much for the updates !
2934  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner USB group buy- orders closed, pay for extra! on: August 20, 2013, 05:47:07 PM
FWIW, I'm still waiting as well for a response to be able to place an order for the last 70% of a batch @ 0.1BTC

With CanaryInTheMine and others receiving regular stock, we have to assume that friedcat is prioritizing limited stock for higher margin purchasers at the moment; can't really blame him.

Here's hoping stock levels stabilize over at the ASICMiner camp. Sounds like they are super busy over there.

Fascinating ! TIL. Thanks for the link.
2936  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Who here already pre-ordered the Monarch 28 nm Bitcoin mining card ??? on: August 20, 2013, 02:21:17 PM
It doesn't get any better than this (from twitter):
BFL_Josh:If you haven't placed an order for a Monarch yet, I wouldn't count on one arriving at your door until late January at the earliest.
We will try to get them out as fast as we can, but we had a fair amount of orders almost immediately.

The reek of desperation hangs thick in the air.
2937  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Cointerra TerraMiner Prices Released (updated) on: August 20, 2013, 01:32:03 AM
Quote from: cointerra
Due to high interest and demand, we have decided to announce the specs and price of our first product: TerraMiner IV, before the official launch of our full product line.
TerraMiner IV is the most powerful, high-performance Bitcoin mining rig available for pre-order and packs a hashrate of greater than 2 TH/s.
Designed by the world’s leading experts in ASICs, mathematics and algorithm design, it features Cointerra’s in-house designed ASIC – the GoldStrike1.
TerraMiner IV delivers unprecedented performance while maintaining an exceptionally efficient wattage rating (of significantly less than a watt per Gh/s). It is optimized and designed for use by Bitcoin mining (what else would it be used for ?) professionals who demand the very best cost/performance ratio for their systems.
TerraMiner IV will ship in December this year and retails for $15,750.
For more information and to place an order, go to order.cointerra.com.

I haven't seen a bullshit fluff-laden PR piece like that since, well, the Butterfly Labs Monarch announcement.

 I'm calling shenanigans.

I'm half surprised int03h hasn't appeared in this thread yet to run interference for all the negative community reception to Butterfly Labs' latest endeavor.

Reporting in from the field, my 3.3.4 setup under Windows has experienced a few General Protection Faults over the past couple days driving ~50 AMU's per instance, where the cgminer.exe crashes and I need to kill the cmd.exe session to relaunch a new instance.

Happens on both USB 2.0 and 3.0 systems.
