2921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ## WIRELESS RACER ICO ## Live League of Robotic RC AR Gaming Cars on Blockchain on: April 21, 2019, 11:00:51 PM
You might want to run an IEO instead. The chance of getting your funds is pretty much higher than running ICO. Very few investors are now looking for ICO projects. Most of them have had enough investing in ICO projects. Based from experience, you can get tokens at a very cheap prices once they hit in exchanges. So I don't know if you can still generate your minimum targets here.
2922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TRAT] Tratin (tratin.io) | Self-Funding Secure Private Crypto Currency on: April 21, 2019, 09:51:57 PM

is the airdrop starting on April 22?
can you explain how the airdrop works, like what the task need for everyone to join the airdrop

Just click the form link posted by the dev. The task is very easy but will not waste my time filling up that form as you will get only 20 trat tokens. Not worth selling in exchanges.

But up to you anyway, if you want those freebies lying in your eth wallet.  Tongue

2923  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: GRAYLL [IEO] Simple Automated Investment App Driven by AI & ML on: April 21, 2019, 09:16:25 PM
For grayll you also have planed a bounty program? You planed a IEO at what exchange the IEO starts? So the grayll looks interesing, i hope i habe time to test your MVP...

I was looking for that info as well. They haven't mentioned what exchange they are holding their IEO and other details. I've seen that there's issue regarding plagiarized whitepaper. I think it is common nowadays to encounter similar content of whitepapers. Most of them are copy and paste doc anyway. But, I'm interested on the platform itself. Can they really deliver this kind of service? Most are just promising at the beginning, but if they can't get sufficient funds, it is just another forgotten dream. Will they continue even if their IEO is not successful?
2924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IEO] AIVIA - The Marketplace for Hedge Funds, Traders and Investors on: April 21, 2019, 08:30:38 PM
Where can we find the details of what happened on your 2nd IEO at ABCC Exchange? Did you sell all the 50M AIV for this round?

Also, any update regarding your two patents that are pending?

2925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ⭐️ [ANN][ICO] CRYPTOUDEMY Improving Lives Through Learning [ICO Soon] ⭐️ on: April 21, 2019, 07:52:30 PM
I haven't read the full detailed explanation yet as the one thing crossed my mind is "a crypto education platform? Sounds familiar these days, and I have yet to see any flourish." So forgive the skepticism, hopefully you can convince me through questions and answers that this is not yet another cheap scamming project.

First of all, why do we need you and not the.other conventional online courses?
This is a good question, thank you for your interest in this project.
We will have experts in market analysis to share experiences through our website. The shared experiences will be through their trading process in the market. These are real things. Online courses are just theories and it's hard for new people to apply to practice.

In regards to your very last sentence, wouldn't it be fair to say "back at you."? I mean, the same thing would also apply to your project. You claimed to have experts analyst, which, judging from how you propose this in answer to my previous question about why should anyone take you, is your competitive advantage. But I recall there are lots of people also claiming similar advantage on their own private and group discussions via chatting apps. Thus, if I may say, its not really a strong factor of why should anyone choose you instead of those group discussions.
Group discussions are good but it is only for those who have a useful knowledge, in our videos shared by experts, this will help new people have a chance to access the market. easier and more detailed way

I am sorry for being ambiguous. By "group discussion" I actually mean more to "group tutoring" than people sharing their knowledge to everyone on a channel. I am aware this is a trend and a selling market on stock and also handful of crypto, some of my friends followed these kind of channel, and by your description of experts (or in other words, the mentor) sharing video and useful knowledge (or their analysis of current and future market), it is not that different from the "conventional" ones, is it?

You are, somehow miraculously --or rather deliberately, if someone sceptical may say-- missed my lengthy post criticizing your reply to my question, but yeah sure, it's not that my question is as important as posts asking about bounty and airdrops

Maybe, he needs to be reminded that you have an unanswered question waiting to be addressed by the team.  Tongue  Most of the projects trying to be online academic institution do not prosper with their objectives, because people tend to look for free online courses without so much hullabaloo around. If they want to improve their knowledge, the first thing they do is look for free courses online. And by the way, accessing youtube is always free. So why make your life so complicated, right?
2926  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bit-Paradise - FAKE TEAM on: April 21, 2019, 08:39:17 AM
My post was deleted on his thread though -  Tongue

Interesting to know what their ICO results be? Are they going to hit their targets after getting the red trust? And checking the reference link, the exchange of thoughts are worth reading. It will give you a certain picture what's going on with this project. So are they going to hit the paradise soon or not?

Now, this becomes more interesting!!!
2927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOS are no different from ICO tricks; just an upgrade on: April 21, 2019, 06:05:17 AM
Not much difference but IEOs does get an advantage of guaranteed listing by the exchange that is hosting the IEO. Plus they save lots by not running a bounty campaign.

A really good advantage for the project. With IEO, they are just promoting the project via social media channels at a very short period of time. Unlike ICOs, most of them undergo the backbreaking bounty programs that run for months and months, and when they haven't reached their financial targets, they will extend their ICO to the point where participants are already tired of doing their tasks.

But as we are starting to observe , most of the buyers of these IEO tokens or coins are just for short-term profit. Hoping that they will get a good sum of money afterwards. So in the end, it is just like ICO with faster turn around. The price still decline once the trading starts to move in that exchange.
2928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DAICO] WINBIX Marketplace on: April 21, 2019, 05:09:24 AM
Is this a cryptocurrency version of Ebay? What is the size of the target market for project like this?

Aside from that, how can they motivate the sellers to use their online platform? There are many sellers that are using alibaba, amazon, ebay, and other local online shop already. What's the advantage for them to use your platform? Aside from the fact that you are just starting up with this marketplace, so you have very little audience obviously. Consequently, consumers will have very little options in the beginning. How are you going to compete with established online shops and get your fair share in the market?
2929  Economy / Gambling / Re: Nitrodice.com | Bitcoins Dice Site + Dogecoins Giveaway on: April 21, 2019, 02:34:06 AM
Avoid. NitroDice is/was an incredibly shady dice site.

-
(this was a quick summary of my concerns left on NitroDice's trust from April 2018. You can view the full post here.

I wonder what the reaction of the OP would be after finding out about your review to this site. Is he still going to promote this dice site? Or he is just promoting his channel as well? I am curious how he labeled this site as legit? OP care to explain your criteria identifying this as legit dice site.
2930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] VIMee | The First Blockchain Based Islamic Social Network on: April 21, 2019, 12:42:11 AM
Hello Team, I didnt find a link on your website to your team member's profile. Can you provide links, please?  we would like to read more information about their past jobs and experience.  Thanks

They published the team members names that can be found on their whitepaper - https://vimeetoken.tech/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/VIMEE%20WHITEPAPER%20V%201.1.pdf
But hopefully, they will provide reference links on their website itself.

And honestly, waves asset conducting ICO? We know that waves platform has pretty fast transactions with very minimal fee but the popularity of usage is not comparable with eth. Based from what I know, very rare that you can see a waves asset achieved their success in this platform. How are you going to give at least a lil bit of guarantee that you can pull it off?
2931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BTCIRAN (BTCIR) - Mineable PoW Cryptocurrency on: April 20, 2019, 11:17:59 PM
BTCIR Mac Wallet is coming soon.

As a lot of users already noticed, you have 1M premine, basically it is about 95% of your current supply. How are you going to spend those coins, so people will stop speculating that you will just sell your coins and move on?

The items listed on your roadmap for 2019-2020 can be accomplished this year alone. Any additional plans for 2020?

2932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Element Zero Payment Network & Algorithmic Stablecoin Platform on: April 20, 2019, 10:30:12 PM

We have released our test protocol for everyone to test the stability www.elementzero.network/stablecoin/

The testnet is the first opportunity for users to use and validate Element Zero's methodology by demonstrating how the new two-way smart contract maintains the coin’s stability.

This article explains why we decided to make a testnet available to everyone before officially entering the marketplace: https://www.cryptocurrencyguide.org/element-zero-launches-public-testnet-showcasing-new-protocol-effectively-eliminating-volatility/

What do you think? Have you tried it already?

Your project seems so promising aside from the fact that you have great list of team members and advisors. Volatility is one major bottleneck why many are hesitant to use cryptocurrencies. With how you presented this platform, it seems that the team behind this is very confident that they can beat other stable coins and establish their niche in this crypto community.

By any chance, can you push thru your developments even without running public token sale? Is this a vital part to continue your developments?
2933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What has become of the whitepaper document on: April 20, 2019, 10:14:57 PM
Whitepaper and road mad are nice and good things for a project. They tell you what is to be expected of in project especially if you are an investor. But then scam issues sprung up, recognizing the power and influence of whitepaper and road, came in and capitalised on it to defraud a lot of investors

And now it becomes difficult to trust whitepaper and road map, but it wasn't like that from the beginning.

The solution I presume now; let’s take whitepaper to tell us what the project devs aim to achieve; don’t use whitepaper as a reason for investment.

White paper is just a declaration of intent of the project developers. The roadmap is an approximate timeline for the implementation of the planned stages of the project.
As my experience shows, these documents are, as a rule, followed and executed rarely and changes are often made there.

If you scrutinize closely the available whitepaper and roadmap for each project launched, you will easily identify who is putting their time and effort on creating such document. If you will see only few pages with very generic content, the probability that a project is done in a rush manner is very high. It has high likelihood that they will not develop their platform. Whereas, a project with serious intent will give you a detailed whitepaper and very comprehensive items on their roadmap. They will answer your questions in a satisfactory manner as well, because they know what they are doing.

But if you see a roadmap discussing only the creation of wallets, listing in exchanges, listing in ranking sites, marketing - high chance that this will be another pump and dump story, or just dumping of dev's coins. Stay away from this type of project.
2934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you guys read daily crypto news? on: April 20, 2019, 03:52:20 PM
Nope. I'm not even read any single crypto news to trade or invest any coin since I'm not a type of person who like read news, just read the chart to predict whether its up or down.
I don't even bother with charts, and I despise all media outlets including those dedicated to crypto.  News sources for bitcoin tend to be extremely biased toward bitcoin's success and they all assume it will continue to progress upward.  I myself am a true bitcoin fan, but nothing is guaranteed in the world of cryptocurrency and I prefer truth and a modicum of skepticism from news outlets.

Bitcointalk is sufficient for me for acquiring news about crypto.  If something significant happens like the delisting of BSV, threads will get started about it and many viewpoints will be heard.  The economics section here is also a great source of news and discussion and this is all I really need.

How do you manage to make your TA then?
TA is akin to gazing into a crystal ball, and you will learn this in time.

It is true, bitcointalk alone provides a lot of information you might want to read. When a certain issue or news has been out from media outlets, you will not encounter not only one thread but more of that, discussing the same topic over and over again. Yet, I still open coindesk or other sites to read the whole story, so I know what's the real deal. Because if you will just read the opinions of others and their comments regarding that topic, you will be lost and be confused. You will understand what's going on if you take time to read the whole article. And yes, I do read crypto news every single day. The first thing I check when I wake up.

oh man Cheesy
i seen too many joke coins
honestly they usually even struggle to get listed :/
plus clowns kinda scare me lol
Good Luck on your project tho! haha

Solid 1/1 on the shitcoin scale Cheesy

Yeah.  Dogecoin never went anywhere....

But that's doge. Been so long here in crypto community. Yes, they started as just a meme but evolved as one of the most useful altcoins in trading. We are now on a different stage of crypto revolution. So let us see if you can still compete with others, in terms of longevity and purpose so to speak.

Not your keys, not your coins. We will be creating the first decentralized exchange that will allow traders to have control of their funds entirely!

-

You are by no means the first decentralized exchange here in crypto that allow traders to have full control of their funds. Several exchanges have been existing already offering the same services.. Sometimes I hate to see someone claiming to be the first but in actuality they are already late for the party. Why claim for something that you are not?

2938  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Thailand files complaint against Bitcoin Seasteader on: April 19, 2019, 12:12:09 AM
First thing in the morning and this is the first Bitcoin news that showed up in my feed... https://www.ccn.com/rich-bitcoin-trader-risks-death-penalty-for-building-home-on-the-sea/amp

I remember there was a thread here talking about this same project. Also IIRC they were still within Thailand's territorial waters. Do you think the government would push through the complaint and actually arrest the couple?

I think this case would hamper further seasteading attempts since they would all have to at least be assembled near the coast before being dragged into international waters. Governments can follow Thailand's example and file complaints while projects are still under construction.

One of Elwar's threads: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5095773.0;all

That's too bad. Its a shame Thailand is cracking down on this because it could be an economic boon to them. I suppose control is more important than their economy though. I hope they know how bad they are making themselves look by taking this move. Also generally it is not a good idea to threaten the lives of people in a community who are smart, rich, and resourceful. If they go too far they are going to create a self fulfilling prophesy and make themselves a target.

Read that thread before and considered it as a great news. Actually, I don't see anything wrong with what they are doing. Death penalty for such act? And considering that they obtained their necessary permits. What is wrong with this country? They should settle the situation in a more humane way.
2939  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐁🐁MiceRace.com - PoolBetting(New) - Mice info page(New) - Live mice racing🐁🐁 on: April 18, 2019, 09:34:44 PM
Actually this kind of games is what I enjoyed most. In a mall in my hometown there is a betting game called animal racing in the arcade. The concept of this game brings me to arcade lol.

What I don't like is the chat. It is very dimmed and you can barely see the text.

Let us hope that the OP will read all the suggestions shared by the members here. Almost 2 weeks that he's not online. Is he really going to make a difference in crypto racing? I hope he will be more active in this thread.
He needs to listen to those opinions and make a good adjustment to be more flexible with what the participants wants for the betterment of their
business, the more interactions they have from the thread the more the participants will be more active around, its a give and take process for
much longer business relationship.
I agree. I really don't like the chat, it's too dim. Chatting in gambling games together with your fellow gamblers is a fun experience on my part. But, with the messages that are not readable, it's no fun.

Seems that the OP is not yet online til now. Is he seriously going to run this racing site? People are curious because it's like a fresh game for them. But we are not sure what is happening from the dev's end.
2940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOW to successfuly participate in an IEO? Initial exchange offering on: April 15, 2019, 10:00:35 PM
I have not tried it since the last time I tried in binance. System logged me out after the time was up, and although I tried several times when I came back, I did not get anything on 17minute sale. Anyway, IEO is now approaching the end. I guess you should stay away unless getting from binance.

People are starting to realize that there is some kind of monopoly going on in IEOs. If you are just a human being trying to compete to get in, then more than likely you will have no luck. With small time investors being frustrated about what's happening, I don't think this kind of fundraising will be here for a long time. And to think that not all IEO projects are successful afterwards, just like ICO prices, the price trend is still going south. You can check it for yourself (ex. Celer under Binance).
