You should have a lot of experience in sports betting before you can win. Knowing how it works first is a good idea but still it is a gambling. Your winnings will always depends on your strategy, how you play the game.
But in other gamble sites, you just have to click and play and at the end you are a looser.
Absolutely, in every gambling you need to have the skills and knowlegde and so as in sports betting, you don't rely on your luck alone cause luck is the key to win in the long its consistency, being able to manage the bankroll and select more winners that losers.
There is of course a high chance that you can lose some money with gambling and that is because the value is not even rising now so that wont be that nice for all of us now and gambling is quite bad.
Because the only thing that you need to do is that you have to be lucky with gambling otherwise you cant make profit with it.
The value of bitcoin now doesn't seem to matter in gambling because of its volatility it will rise and drop at any given time. The most exciting thing in gambling using bitcoin is you gamble for the two factors, you gamble to win your bets and you gamble for the BTC price to rise. Regardless you can win in the long run if you are exceptional but if you are a typical gamble you will experience the opposite.

gamble usually will lead most people to lose as that is how the games are designed. Otherwise how is the casino able to profit. i have to agree that investing in btc is also a form of gambling in itself cause it can drop to really worth nothing in the future but it also can worth lot of money too.
Only those bitcoin believers are using the coins in gambling. I myself is very optimistic that the value will appreciate in the future so I am using it while betting in my sporst book. I may have to say that I am not good in gambling and I have lost a considerable amount of money in gambling but that does not matter now cause the amount of enjoyment I get from gambling is worthy.

Buy stocks. Especially TESLA. They are going to rule the car world. The era of Oil is about to end.

You can alternatively invest in some lithium mining companies, battery/energy companies, solar-cell companies...

I think that making video on youtube or owning website getting paid with Google is the best way and with a low risk.

It's not that easy as the things you name such as making videos on youtube are positioned in a very crowded "market". Nowadays every one is trying to make a huge success out of his/her youtube channel. Only a very few succeed in it.
There is no such an easy work in this world if you want to earn a decent amount of money, if what you are doing is your passion although  in the eyes of the others is hard you can still achieve it.
2943  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: May 03, 2016, 01:55:48 AM
let kids be kids. go play outside. join some sports. go fishing. play with chics.

get them the hell off the computer and xbox and throw their fat asses outside

Kids don't want to earn in bitcoin indeed they can know about bitcoin by simply playing some games related to bitcoin or give them some toys that has bitcoin logos so that they come to know something about bitcoin.
I also think this and I maybe think there is the answer, there should be a sort of game where kids can earn bitcoins.
It would be a pretty good method to involve them into the bitcoin itself.
If kids like a minor age better not involved them to bitcoin yet because they are just kid, they might not be able to comprehend the complexity of bitcoin. Let them be kids and enjoy their life so they would develop to be more positive in the future. If you force them to understand bitcoin you are just like robbing the opportunity for them to enjoy their childhood.
2944  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this what we called "addictive to gamble"? on: May 03, 2016, 01:53:09 AM
There are a lot of people that is addicted to gambling and that is because people are thinking that they can earn some nice money with it.
But that is just a trap and actually they are losing more money than they win but they are realizing that too late.
what about the person who has the initial goal to gamble for ony to have fun? whether they will become a gambling addict.
but they are always gambling every week or a certain time? what it can be called with addiction?

It can be called a hobby or just an activity to spend time. Essentially, a hobby is to have fun and you do it not every day but every week or a certain time. Smiley

It's definitely not an addiction because you can still control yourself to schedule when to gamble and when to focus on other things like work, family, etc.
As long as you know how to manage your time you cannot be addicted to gambling. You can still gamble if you want but you have to take consideration that you also have other priorities in life and make sure that it is not gambling cause if you do that it would probably ruin your life.

2946  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be considered as a Sickness!! on: May 03, 2016, 01:45:48 AM
I think chocolate eaters have a problem (you should see my wife after years of eating chocolate); should we blame the chocolate?
a good analogy mate we may not be to blame chocolate because it makes a lot of people eat it and become addicted because chocolate besides chocolate does not force you to continue to eat it? but you yourself feel that chocolate is delicious and sweet. then you buy again you could implement this on gambling
It can be either chocolate or smoking or pizzas or gambling or watching TV, if it goes beyond the limit of hobby and injuring to your health, then definitely we can call that as a sickness. Basically we do call the addiction as sickness. That must be more appropriate way, in my perspective too.
Yup! anything that is too much is bad for any person, even if you have to much money that can be bad for you because your life is near at risk. Now, if anyone is gambling too much I can say it that it has a bad effect in his life because as gambling by nature it is risky and most of the time the house will win.
2947  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ALL IN!!?? on: May 03, 2016, 01:43:12 AM
Yeah, all in and all out.

Tried too many times, after getting bored of long stupid martingale runs, the result were the same all the time. LOST.

i do the same thing too. at least i have it several times in the past when i used to play a lot of dice games. after running the martingale method with the bot i always strike out and lose so there is always a leftover in the bankroll that is remaining and lower than the last double rise so i get mad and bet it all in with one roll and i have always lost so far in this decision. Cheesy
That's the problem with most of the people who go all in is they are dictated with their emotion and later realizes when they go bankrupt. You should not let your emotions affect you when gambling because that will lead you to the hole of bankruptcy, this all in is only applicable in POKER not in any other sports because of the chances of losing.
2948  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: May 03, 2016, 01:39:11 AM
only having the funds and making a casino is not going to make profit for the owner.

This is just weird post, any casino is going to make profit by default because there is a house edge and it seems you are unaware of that thing. If so then you should read about house edge before posting another weird post. The problem will be wether there will be people wagering on your site or not, to get a profit you need house edge and people that constantly wagering on your site otherwise you wont make any profit
Without real effort, your casino will go bankrupt. Maybe he knows house edge, maybe he does not. But I get his point. There is already a lot of online casinos around. And a lot more are popping up. So even if you have cash to fund and build a casino, if you don't do the hard stuff, you won't get your money. Setting up a casino is one thing, managing it and actually making people choose you than others and make them stay  is another. And it is on the latter that makes money.
In establishing a casino you have to study all the factors that will affect the failure and success of you casino. It is not all about the money to invest, you may have the money but without careful study it will not be successful. Only casino is just like running a real business in a physical world, you have to study you competitors on how they last in the business and copy it.

2950  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: May 02, 2016, 02:05:17 PM
Investing in Bitcoin casinos will be only nice if you are lucky with it and that is hard to know that so you have to take some risks if you are going to make an investment.
And you also dont even know how much you can earn with it so that is also risky and losing is also a high chance.

it is risky but not as a high chance investment like gambling itself, you are investing in the "house" bank roll so since everybody knows that house always wins there is always a very little chance of losing money when you make such an investment in these casinos. you should only look for a legit casino to invest.
Indeed, you can always win big by investing in casino rather than playing, as long as you have the patience every good investor have, you will be successful in the future. In investing you also lost when majority of gamblers are winners but what is more important is the advantage is in you in the long run.
2951  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to go to US$800+ on: May 02, 2016, 07:24:12 AM
I am optimistic that it will go up to US$800+ at the end of the year, if you have observe that bitcoin community, the demand of bitcoin was from the gambling industry, there are new gambling sites being established now because they believe that bitcoin will become more popular in the future. Let's just say it this way if the gamblers will need more supply to gamble then the price will probably increase.
2952  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Age range of users on bitcointalk on: May 02, 2016, 07:10:31 AM
It depends on the country you belong. In US i think 18 cause they are at there age where they can transact and easily comprehend the use of bitcoin. It our country below 18 just usually do play DOTA and Watching porn.
2953  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: May 02, 2016, 07:07:08 AM
It is really hard to find a good investment nowadays, some casinos although trusted for a longer years also disappear taking all our money. I think just to be safe, I would suggest that if you have a decent amount to invest then why not just create you own casino. It that way you control your own investment.
Investing bitcoin in a casino is good thinking but as my mate said create your own casino this better because in gambling history only gamblers loss there money not house so you will any how make huge profit here because there are lot of count less gamblers are there the only way is ti make your casino to addict them that's it later on only profit you will see.
Well absolutely, its hard to trust this days after reading all the news about scam, if you can make a site, do a due diligence before operating as there are a lot of competitors in the area, make a design that is simple that are user friendly so it will attract a lot of gamblers.
2954  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: HYIP: Are there any benefits? on: May 02, 2016, 07:03:30 AM
I've noticed there are a lot of hyip websites being promoted. Are there any benefits to running one? Which website(s) are the best to buy an HYIP website?
There is already too many Ponzi, and there are no benefits in running a Ponzi IMO. It is just a waste of time, and money. Well, unless you promote your Ponzi in a place full of 'unintelligent' people. No offense.
But still not a good idea, why not just an individual make a business that would benefit the society. If we support this ponzi that most of them turn to scam, it will leave a negative marked to the bitcoin community and we are not promoting the bitcoin to be stable in the future.
2955  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: May 02, 2016, 07:02:01 AM
You have so much options to choose on investing your bitcoin. Well, others would like to take risks like investing on hyip and mining. Others use in gambling and others is on trading. Well, it is up to you where to invest. You can also invest it in making faucets.
Most of the investor who does not have a decent money to invest try their luck on HYIP cause of the high return promises. Other do in gambling cause you can turn your money even 10 times in less than an our, but I would not recommend this to anyone, if you have a decent amount of money don't invest in sites which promises returns that is too good to be true.

Well, a investing in hyip is like a desperate move for those who know how a hyip runs.. It is still the best to put your coins on trading platforms and trade it to some promising altcoins and abandon it or  return back to bitcoin when you know that you already have profit..  Smiley
It is just like gambling where the odds are favored to the owner. I think gambling is even better than this as we can select the odds we feel we have the advantage. I would never invest in this cause if I profit I my conscience will eat me knowing there are a lot of people get scammed because of this.
2956  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: May 02, 2016, 06:59:53 AM
unlss you stop gambling after winning millions, it sure had fixed your life. but if not, i'm sure you still are sinking deeper.

No one exactly know when is enough of gambling, too much winning causes greed and too much losing would force you to bet more and more..So any result, the percentage of being wreck is too big..
That's true, if only a gambler knows how to be contented then he can easily follow his game plan. Just to give you an idea, if you learn from this gambling you can make it use in your real life. The ability to manage stress and the ability of not to be greedy.

2958  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin the future of online gambling? on: May 02, 2016, 06:52:16 AM
I dont think that is bitcoin the future of online gambling, bitcoin is option for site gambling to deposit and withdrawal
Because its easy, simple, fast and anonymous.
It is in my own opinion, if I am a gambler why would I pay a huge amount of charges when I will deposit and withdraw an amount in a gambling sites especially the sports book. Bitcoin is the only solution we can save with charges and to maximize our profit.
I was located in bitcoin gamblers before this, I was in trouble when it had to deposit money to gambling sites let alone the site was in town abroad course I had to deposit in a foreign bank and it was very troublesome and create confusion. should even be some code added. by using bitcoin deposits and gamble with bitcoin it's much easier than using a fiat to gamble

indeed, btc is very effective for gambling. however for someone who dont know about btc, it will take a long start up curve to even learn how to use btc. so that is why a lot of people still keep using fiat.

I somewhat agree that there are many who avoid bitcoin because of some of the technical aspects of it and the fact that they may have to learn something new.  However, what I've witnessed over the years is that gamblers will go thru extraordinary lengths to get their money onsite.  In fact, I remember having to purchase phone minutes with my credit card then going thru a third party processor to get my money converted back to dollars just to make a deposit on Bodog  back in the day.  Bodog is now accepting bitcoin!
But I am still optimistic that this people who do not adopt bitcoins today will understand the value of bitcoins in the future. If we observe very carefully we can notice that there a lot of new gambling sites operating now, that only live a mark that they believe on the value of bitcoin that in can give them a good profit doing the business.
2959  Economy / Speculation / Re: sold my alts, all in BTC on: May 02, 2016, 06:50:03 AM
It seems most altcoin are dropping. The Ethereum dropped below $8. Is that a good buying opportunity?
I think it's a great opportunity. not always the coin will fall and disappear instantly. there will be time also a coin upward. I still believe there will be time for you to buy all the coins and then a big profit from this transaction.

If we buy the bitcoin for the long term, the price will always rise. But if you buy the altcoin, you might lose money.
That is partially true, I still believe that buying altcoins would also give you a good opportunity in the future, although there is a negative image for some of the altcoins which they called as shitcoins but if you look at the bright side, you can millionaire in the future in the price of altcoins you are holding will appreciate its value.
2960  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: May 02, 2016, 06:46:04 AM
If i am rich iwont gambling anymore it will make you poor if your addicted to gambling
yeah what purpose have to gamble if you were rich? having fun ? you can have fun with anything else when you have a lot of money.
of course besides gambling
We people need some fun, but rich people does not want a regular fun, I admit that me myself experience an extraordinary fun while gambling which is really different from other things. The only difference is I am poor, so it's a different feeling compared to the rich people.
Gambling is not necessary to experience extraordinary fun. Well, if I am rich i would rather go around the world to experience really that extraordinary fun that you are saying.
Every person has our own preference of fun, I should say also that gambling is the best way of having fun, gambling is the game for the rich because when a person is rich you already assume that he is a risk taker that is why he is on that position. Noting to worry because most of the rich gamblers knows how to manage their funds, they just gamble for entertainment.
Me, my preference is to gamble, I enjoyed gambling that is why I am doing it. I don't long to have a good profit in gambling since I only bet a small amount. So if I lost my bet I would not be sad as hell.

These people saying that gambling is extraordinarily fun obviously haven't traveled the world. If you guys try to go away from your computer and try to take a vacation on a really different country and meet other people, what you think of 'fun' will be really different. If you get to meet different people from different places, then I doubt you would still find gambling 'extraordinarily fun'.

Well, if you're rich then you can do a lot of things in this world. Go to the top of a mountain, go to Antartica, etc. Gambling is just one of the fun things in life. We all have our different definitions of fun things to do but I personally really don't think that gambling is fun at all. Imagine yourself just sitting there and just placing bets when you can go outside and dive into the sea and stuff.

Like, cm'on. If you're rich, you're still going to gamble for fun? You're not trying to experience the stuffs we see on the TV? You wouldn't try the different types of foods from different countries? Not to hate or smth but I really don't think someone who's rich will choose to just sit infront of PC or in a casino and just gamble instead of going outside for an adventure.
But the thing is rich still gamble, rich people do not need to focus on gambling alone but you cannot take it to them that they also gamble occasionally. If you notice rich people have a busy life, so I think they would prefer to stay in gambling casinos than go travel around the world. Just my opinion though. Peace Grin
