2981  Economy / Economics / Re: How a cashless society could kill Bitcoin. on: January 01, 2017, 09:23:16 PM
A cashless society will in fact promote bitcoins as more and more people will start using digital payments or bitcoins. We all know bitcoins is the father of online transactions just we need to get it accepted at big stores and sites.
im didn't know that the father of online transactions is Bitcoin  Huh .By the way a cashless society is the one step that we are living in futuristic world.

I would have to disagree with saying that bitcoins the father of online transactions, (VISA+Mastercard are) If you look at this article

http://www.retailgazette.co.uk/blog/2016/01/ps114bn-spent-online-in-2015

It says that 114$ billion euro was spent online in 2015, bitcoin cannot come anywhere near that. To put it in comparison, 114million bitcoins would have had to be traded to match that. Now you might say, well that is possible if you consider the bitcoin traders/daytraders, if you consider them part of online spending then you would need to count all of trillions that are spent on the NASDAQ/DOW/S&P. Which would blow bitcoins out of the water

2983  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1000 on: January 01, 2017, 08:18:03 PM
Waiting for a "xxx got hacked" news... Just like every time things go well, mysteriously some bitcoin exchange platform gets "hacked".

I am also waiting for another bit of drama that will take the price down as it has been happening everytime already. If it happens, then for me personally it won't be that big of a deal since I anticipate on these things to happen as a trader. It means profit. I am sure other regular traders won't mind a massive correction as well. But we'll see what happens. Right now the focus is pointed at having all exchanges operate above the $1000 price level.

I think that it would be silly not to expect the price to dip, an increase of 40%ish without any justified reason? I think this end of the year bull run will not be happening again next year come December 31st, I think American exchanges are going to see a lot more selling than buying because of the new anticipated tax break laws
2984  Economy / Economics / Re: This is hilarious........ haha lol on: January 01, 2017, 07:48:57 PM
Bitcoin hits $1000 , this is so funny

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkmxRR9b3QA

Well that video is inaccurate because 1k is not the all time high of btc, depending on which exchange you use/count, but 1200ish is considered the "all-time-high" and was reached in November 2013
2985  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SELLING] ADDED 20 MORE COINS FOR SALE on: January 01, 2017, 06:57:33 PM

That is some really weird stuff to post on a bitcoin related forum. I'm sure plenty of people would love your coins but maybe you should ship them in bulk to a reseller with a more trusted reputation. They would still be your coins, the middleman gets paid for a small risk and any that don't sell after a month could be returned to you?

No thank you, I am offering to accept two different kinds of escrows so this is not needed . thank you for the suggestion
2986  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SELLING] ADDED 20 MORE COINS FOR SALE on: January 01, 2017, 04:43:26 AM
.15 is not bad.  Its a nice coin but i wouldnt go any higher good luck with your sale killyou.

Also the cas bowl coin, would offer .07 if you are looking to get rid of it.  Let me know, thanks.

I've turned down two offers of 0.10 for the cas.

Thank you for the luck I think I am going to need it
2987  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SELLING] ADDED 20 MORE COINS FOR SALE on: December 31, 2016, 11:26:50 PM
I offer 0.15BTC for the Lealana Silver 0.1 BTC

Rmd made an offer of 0.15 and I declined it. If I was to accept an offer of what I would have to go with his offer as it was first.

2989  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [AUCTION] 10x Denarium Limited Edition 1 BTC Silver Coin with a Gold Finish on: December 31, 2016, 04:07:59 PM
If there are any trusted people in the US who are ordering coins from you, or happen to win the auction, would you be willing to combine shipping to make it cheaper?

Well I see no one is interested in my raffles

I think it may be because the btc price is so high and moving around a lot... Also, it was just xmas so maybe just bad timing. Tongue

I agree this will stay up till the coins are sold /raffled :p
2991  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [RAFFLE] 2013 Lealana LOADED 0.1BTC Silver #300 on: December 31, 2016, 02:55:23 PM

2992  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SELLING] ADDED 20 MORE COINS FOR SALE on: December 31, 2016, 02:51:25 PM
Interested in many of your coins.....  So many to choose from!!!!

Where will the coins be shipping from??

I pmed you, but I have not received a response from you yet. I paid for the coins, I should have next week or so.

Some of these coins are still in transit on the way to you?  I would recommend only posting them for sale once you have them in hand, but that is only a recommendation.  Wink

Well I got permission from the owner and I am not taking btc offers on them only usd. I know a lot of people don't like it. But i am sure there are a few people that only wanted a one or two pieces from that auction so I wanted to give them a chance
2993  Economy / Goods / Re: NEW PS4 500GB CONSOLE. CHEAP!!!!!! FREE 24H DELIVERY on: December 31, 2016, 05:34:38 AM
Does the eBay seller accept bitcoins?

Are you the seller of the item?

If you are, would you be willing to use an on-site escrow for the sale of the ps4 for 150 euro in bitcoins?

2996  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] 1oz .999 FINE SILVER "BITCOIN" ROUNDS on: December 30, 2016, 05:44:51 PM
This is definitely my favorite one in the set.   I am considering buying a roll, or at least a bunch more than I already have.

There's a 5% discount if you buy the roll through me via a PM.  Grin

Rcm stated to me in PM that he

before you buy more og silver rounds please take a note of my thread as I am selling a set of 4

I can likely get them from him direct for $150 or less.  I could offer you $130 + I'll pay the escrow fee.

I do not think that is true as its a price of 169$+$6 shipping.

If you bought in a bulk I would suspect a discount but I only have 4...

How about $160 shipping and escrow fees included

It is true.  I sell them on eBay for him.  Like I said, there's no point in me paying what I can get them from og for.

Is it true that he gets a greater discount that is not available to the public because of the service that he offers you?
2997  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [RAFFLE]MS65 LOADED CryptoImperator 1/2 oz Block Halving Updated Prize on: December 30, 2016, 12:27:28 PM
HAs anyone peeled one before to confirm the private key actually is the right one. CI doesn't look to be the most honest person right now. The coin is worth a whole lot less if the keys are comprised
I'm considering buying all the available spots just to get things wrapped up this year Smiley
But, killyou72 - can you post a reference to your claim '...if the keys are compromised'

Where am I claiming anything? If nobody has peeled any of the coins no one knows if it's really there Look at CI trust he was using an account he controlled to bump his own auctions. If someone is greedy like that who knows what else they are capable of.

2999  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [RAFFLE]MS65 LOADED CryptoImperator 1/2 oz Block Halving Updated Prize on: December 30, 2016, 12:00:39 PM
4 spots left before we choose a block to determine the winner !.
Don't miss the chance

EDIT: 2nd place winner now gets a free worldwide tracked shipping!

When I win would you be willing to peel the coin, sweep the private key into your wallet and then send me the BTC? and give second place the used coin.

Why would you agree to take .125 instead of the coin Cheesy?
Anyway if you want, I can just send you .125 and I'll keep the coin, this is a graded pure silver coin, which worth way above .125.

When is the drawing? we have more than 8 so I guess you're not giving up and refunding.

I won't cancel it now as there are only 4 spots left.

Anyway I added a free shipping for the 2nd winner, I hope that it will make people join faster.

3000  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SELLING] ADDED 20 MORE COINS FOR SALE on: December 30, 2016, 11:40:33 AM
I just updated the the coins that I won from that auction
Well, let me make an offer then, 0.5BTC at the time of writing this (which would be 468 USD) for everything won in that auction,
if you include shipping and everything gets shipped directly as one pack from IM2 to me.

I ended up paying $575 after shipping and fees associated with buying bitcoins. I knew I should have waited 24 hours to buy coins but I did not.

I cannot sell you the lealanas and the cas for 0.12
