Dunno how prices are not climbing either.
Price doesn't follow difficulty. Difficulty follows price and profitability. Although, lately, even if profitability goes down, the network speed doesn't go down too much. This is a good development.. it means there are more dedicated LTC miners than there was some months ago, thus making the network stronger. I am very excited for the future of Litecoin, I think it is quite bright! |

But when it crashes, both crash the same because user base does not matter when its crashing, only when its going up.
Why would a userbase only matter when it's going up? Because a bigger user base means more FIAT to buy coins with. A smaller user base means less FIAT to buy coins with. The amount of coins for each currency is a fixed amount, so the amount of users has no affect on a crash (unless there's one guy with a lot of coins.. but LTC/BTC are spread pretty evenly.) |

Yes but it seems to be only selectively tied to BTC.
If BTC rises, LTC rises but less than BTC.
If BTC tanks, LTC tanks with it at an equal or even greater rate.
I don't get the dynamics.
A lot of people think LTC value is tied to BTC value, and this really affects the market. BTC has a larger audience and user base, so when it goes up there are more people around to buy it up higher, and also more capital to buy the value up higher as well. But when it crashes, both crash the same because user base does not matter when its crashing, only when its going up. |

If LTC stayed the same value and value of BTC went up, then the conversion rate of BTC to LTC should come down naturally.
Example:
BTC= $1
LTC= $0.10
LTC/BTC should be .1
BTC= $10
LTC= $0.10
LTC/BTC should be .01

Gambling on these new influx of scam coins is exactly that, gambling. If one person sees my posts and believes me, it is worth it to me. I welcome a difficulty increase, then all the two percenters (read: scam coin miners) will gtfo our chain.
People are so greedy hopping around on the most profitable coins when they should be protecting the best ALT in existance today (Litecoin.) Dustcoin/coinchoose was the worst thing to happen to ALTs in recent memory... other than all the scam coins.

We would also appreciate it if, due to the enormously time-sensitive nature of receiving Batch #2 or Batch #3 units, you gave us some kind of option to expedite shipping. It's been >90 days since my order and I feel my brain literally melting each day that goes by.
TL;DR - Let me throw money at you to expedite shipping, or I could literally fly myself to Hong Kong and meet someone somewhere in the city to pick this up. (Hopefully before ASICminer dominates the blockchain)

You are promoting a copy cat coin, so there needs to be something else happening for mass adoption- simple promotion is not going to cut it.
You need to open stores, gambling, and services... actual uses for Feathercoin other than just exchanging it to other currencies.
You can create a promotional video for a pile of crap, however at the end of the day it is still a pile of crap.
